clean hotel! safe area. located downtown near the one world trade center. there is free wifi (slightly on the slower end), but overall satisfied with the stay, would recommend

Cozy hotel and bar with a relaxed atmosphere. Nice breakfast buffet. Close to trian og other transportation. The only downside was the bed, which was not that comfortable (hard).
The hotel is extremely well set up, good decor good food extremely clean and all staff were fantastic. Nothing was ever too much for the staff and they did everything with a smile on their face. Location is great providing excellent access to transport links and access to the local area.
On the first night we stayed we had to leave the hotel at 2am as there was an announcement over the intercom to evacuate the building. We then waited outside until we saw everyone entering again. We were very scared, confused and disappointed as we weren’t told what was going on. Nobody told us it was a false alarm or whether we’d get back to our beds that night at all. Thankfully it must of been a false alarm and we were let back in after half an hour but we were really disappointed that there seemed to be no staff or anyone telling us what was happening

Comfortable room, friendly staff
A lovely quiet room on a high floor (as requested, thank you). We liked the new style, more neutral and elegant, and good to be in a newly-decorated hotel. Reception staff could be more welcoming!
The top strong point is the staff; the most friendly, smiling and helpful people out of the 2-3 other Motel One I have visited.
A really enjoyable stay. Comfortable, clean rooms. Great staff. A perfect location. Just disappointed that the price of the breakfast was a bit too much.
Lovely hotel, central location, easy to walk to lots of things. Several restaurants and breakfast places nearby. Interior seems quite new Quiet room, on small side but perfectly adequate for a couple of nights. Bathroom very clean

A typical Motel One experience with the caveat of absurdly weird bathrooms in the style of a 1980 motel. :D I‘d rather choose this for more budget travelling or choose one of the others in Frankfurt.
the whole night music - like in a club . impossible to sleep
Modern hotel with good location. Nice and beatiful room with nice view. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only downside is that all the sounds from the hallway can be heard in the room. And vice versa. (Somebody walks past the room, you can hear their steps, if somebody talks even distantly, you can hear what they are saying)
Long waiting for check in due to the slow and obviously undertrained receptionist on 27. March

All perfect! Nothing to complain about. I congratulate all the workers who served us, especially those who managed breakfast so well and cleaned the buffet area (Claudia and her colleagues).
A very pleasant stay in a quiet, clean room. My service option was respected. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing I would have changed is that the lift should be operated with key card only.
Very helpful staff on reception, clean room and great comfortable bar area. Also perfectly located for the tram, so easy access to the Co-op events. Would stay again.
Staff was great. Food was good. Room was spacious overall. TV was super slow and I couldnt link it to my mobile device. Air in the room didnt work too. Bathroom was great.
From first check in with a lovely Australian girl I am a single woman and partially disabled she was welcoming and very helpful asking if I wanted a room near lift which lifted all the anxiety. Room was so cosy and very clean. Relaxation areas were of same standards. I would definitely stay here again

We used booking.com to secure our room and there were disagreements regarding payment. We paid booking.com IN FULL prior to our stay. Upon check-in, we were not made aware of any payment issues. We came back to the room after a day of travel to find we had been locked-out by front desk staff and were not permitted access to the room or our belongings until we paid the balance on our room directly to the hotel. WE HAD ALREADY PAID. Nothing was done to support us during this. In fact, we were scolded for using booking.com and were advised to book directly through MotelOne in the future. We were treated like criminals who were going to scam the hotel, when we had ALREADY PAID. We will NEVER book again. Why would you offer booking through another platform and then SCOLD guests when they use it. That only reflects bad on YOUR COMPANY. No resolution was provided and we were told WE would have to figure out what occurred. I showed the receptionist the CLEARLY paid booking email.

Had a lovely stay and very kindly got given a small upgrade, the room was great, clean, bed was very comfortable and the view was amazing, will definitely be staying again.
Lovely, clean hotel in very close proximity to the station. Staff have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and a lovely gentleman receptionist allowed us an early check in as there was a room available. I forgot to ask his name. The bar is lovely however a suggestion from us would be to provide a few higher seats as the chairs are quite low. A kettle would also be great in the room however we were aware before we came that there wouldn’t be one. Would definitely return to this hotel and would fully recommend. Thank you.

The only point where I can see room for improvement is about the breakfast. A lot of people were at the same timeslot for breakfast and it was hard sometime to find a spot to sit. Having specifc timeslot for which the people/rooms need to apply could be very good to control the flow of people and tom ensure a smooth experience for the breakfast. For the room itslef, having 2 bottles of water for the first day could be a good gesture, coffee or tea as well (only a few capsule not for the whole stay)

The room size was comical! We paid for a queen sized bedroom with a city view and the room was so so small!!! Bed was comfy tho tbf but wow we laughed at how small it was! Especially for £160 for one evening!
The hotel is very well located because it is next to the Messe. People working in the hotel are all very kind and helpful. But I need to complain about the following: we paid a lot for our staying and in the room there were neither a bottle of water nor a little fridge where to store the ones I bought. Moreover, my room was not cleaned properly: a mug and a glass remained on my shelf from the first day till the very end of my staying (5 nights)

The location was Excellent for downtown manhattan , and on first impression the hotel and the rooms looked great until the air con kicked in ! It was so loud you couldn’t sleep , they were very cheap units as air con standards go ! The lifts , like many of the reviews were broken down we had to wait 30 minutes to get the lift when checking out with four suitcases ! Again corners wrre cut ! You could tell it was a very budget hotel as they didn’t provide water bottles or ice ! Very unusual for an American hotel ! Especially downtown in the financial district ! Again the decor you couldn’t fault but you can tell that they cut big corners in important factors such as air con and the lifts and just the basic things like bottled water and ice etc . It was no good complaining to the front desk as they are all obviously trained to say nothing ! Would we stay again ? No ! Definitely not ! Their customer service was zero !
Check-in and -out was fast ans efficient
Room 501 which is no bigger than a box room. Booked for two people but room dressed for one. Had to order extra towels AND pillows. Questioned room size as next door was double in size for same price!

Location excellent, rooms lovely and all other areas beautiful only drawback was our room 424 was extremely noisy due to street noise kept us awake most of the night can be doing with another glazing unit
