Workers putting up deck outside the window starting around 7 every day including saturday is not acceptable, please consider have workers to delay all noisy work (requiring any kind of power tools) to after 8 when you depend on people wanting to stay and get some sleep at your hotel.
Incredibly basic, tiny rooms, no in room hot drinks facilities, expensive breakfast.
This was our second stay and the room was not as nice as the first one. We had issues with the tv and the the extractor in the bathroom was not great.
Lovely hotel in a great location. Really liked the vibe as well. Would definitely stay here again during my next Gdansk trip, and highly recommend to anyone else who is looking for a place to stay.
The staff were fabulous in every way. The breakfast was fantastic. We were placed in an accessible room I guess because you full. I would have liked having a mini fridge but we didn’t really miss it. Next time I am in Barcelona I will definitely book with you again. Thank you for a wonderful stay
Great location, service and staff. The room was nice, comfortable and clean.
Disappointed. A lot of building works going on, I couldn't open my window as that is where everyone congregated to have a cigarette break. I had a view of the waste skips for the building works currently going on in the hotel. The price was way too high for the building works going on and my room not being cleaned at all. The bed was made once in my 6 day stay, the dead fly on the window remained there until the day I left.... Really disappointed for a MotelOne, the others I have stayed at have always been great and friendly service. Unfortunately this was the odd one out. I would not stay in this MotelOne again. It was also noisy from early morning when work began.
Efficient and friendly staff
My stay at the hotel was very nice. The hotel is very modern, and great attention has been paid to the details. The only problem I had was that at 4:30 AM on Sunday, the guests in the room next door decided to play music very loudly. Fortunately, the hotel staff was able to resolve the situation pretty quick, but that’s something that shouldn’t happen in a hotel, since people are there to rest. That’s why I didn’t give the room the highest rating, even though it was very clean and nice. The staff is very friendly!

Very nice place to stay in Cph: warm atmosphere and welcoming, superb organic breakfast, big room (superior king), good shower with glasswall, pillow extra soft. Overall I apreciated the design! In the middle of city center, close to everything, 3 minute to Metro and buses, 2 minute to Strøget, 5 minute to Central Station. The place to be at affordable preis.

Staff was helpful, kind and really good. Everything was clean. Breakfast was fresh and good. ● The bed was too soft and we did not sleep well because of it. It was bad.
Great stay with delicious breakfast and comfy beds:) All staff were so nice and friendly. The atmosphere of the place was so nice, close to many places you may want to see by walking. I stayed with my 7-year-old daughter without any difficulty.We left quite thankfully.
Conveniently located at the ring, 5 minutes walk to the Metro station line 12. Lobby and rooftop bar very nice, restaurants right outside. Car parking in the Expo center, 10 minutes to walk. Not recommended if you want to use the car on a daily basis. Motel One is always a good choice, nice rooms (although small), very nice style. Minus: During our stay, everything was not available during breakfast times: Bread, milk, knifes, small spoons, tissues, ... the breakfast team is the big minus here. All the coffee machines ran out of milk all the time, getting a piece of bread was pure luck. Absolutely untypical for Motel One.
Perfect location for a short term stay. No problems with the dog. Nice clean rooms. The dog got a nice spot of garden, which made up for the lack of view, you can get on some rooms upstairs. Great locations between the port and inner city attractions. I recomment!
I love MotelOne. The style, the price, the pillows and blankets. All very nice. Oh and I like the minty shower gel and hand wash.
I am sorry, I am actually a big Motel One fan but this time I was quite shocked. I booked two nights and after the first night I saw a big disgusting dirty stain on my bed that was NOT from me. I almost got a rash in my body as I was so disgusted. I then left down to the lobby to complain and I was surprised to see that the lady was neither shocked nor surprised she literally said: thank you for informing us and we’ll change the sheets. That’s it. I mean this Motel One was the priciest from all Motel Ones I ever stayed in (Barcelona, Vienna, Rostock) and I expected a better service then this. I am still quite shocked to be honest.
I booked this hotel without checking its exact location, used to have Motel One hotels located either centrally, or with excellent connections, or both. This one is located in an unattractive, badly connected location.
Was alright for the price I paid, I don’t know why I was given two blankets instead of one big one and the pillows were stiff
Everything was good. It would be nice to have kettle in the room. Probably, it is the standards of the brand not to have .Overall it was fine.
We love ❤️ Motel One in the Cituadella Park in Barcelona and thank you for the excellent service and the room 7.07 with the terrace was perfect for my big birthday! The bar area is a dream too! Thank you and see you next time! X

I have stayed at this hotel many times and have always given an excellent review but this last visit was not good. My daughter and I were sharing a room. The room was really hot. We tried to get the AC to come on but it was just circulating the warm air that was already in our room. We barely slept as it was so uncomfortable. We phoned reception at 5am to see if anyone could take a look at it; we were told "no" but was offered a fan, which they expected us to get dressed and come down to pick up from reception ourselves! We spoke to the Manager the following morning. We were told that AC isn't available until later in the year when it reaches a certain temperature outside; that's not good enough, you should be able to control your room temperature all year round! If you open the window it's very noisy from the city that never sleeps!

Never had a bad stay here. Always a good clean comfortable room, and staff are always friendly and helpful. Superb location
Our room was comfortable with all we needed. Somewhat confined but very well designed. The foyer was absolutely outstanding! I just wanted to spend my time there...great bar, excellent breakfast, just a great place to hang out...we would certainly stay again!
A very clean, nice hotel in excellent location (just beside the central train station near the stop of the Lufthansa Airport Express bus). There is a bar inside the hotel and a very comfortable lounge. The room we had was a bit small but very quiet with a window to the inner yard. Very polite staff, too with a real reception desk that is actually available, even at night.
Renovation during stay adversely affected normally effective services, e.g. getting extra hangers, toilet paper or glasses in room. Also, 24,50€/person for breakfast was excessive and not good value compared with last year’s 17,50€. After 1 breakfast, better value was found elsewhere
After a long journey a warm welcome was received at reception from a very helpful staff. The premises are very well located for exploring Glasgow on foot or by local transport with easy access to retail outlets and restaurants.
The room was perfect for one night and I give a mention of honour at lunch which offered a huge choice. The thing that should be improved is the online check-in process. Nothing worked for us and the staff at the reception seemed to be aware that it doesn’t work...
I didn’t notice any fish items in the breakfast. Everything else exceptionally good.

Found the hotel to be of great value with an excellent breakfast. Can't comment on lounge/bar as didn't use it, but visually looked really nice.
Still a lot of things missing, no coffee machine, nor phone (not working at all) in the room and also besides soap (was also not working) no articles in the bath. Toast in the bar downstairs was sooo bad and simple that a 5 year old kid could do it better and it was sold like a Mediterranean style toast. Really bad…. Breakfast was okay Shower was full of limescale on the floor.

Absolute value for money!! Very nice place just accross the main station of Vienna. Very helpful, smiling and proactive staff. Very friendly to Foreigners.. The staff went out of the way to explain us the main tourist spots. Very clean, new and well maintained property! Thank you Motel One for making this beautiful Austrian memory for us! Regards.

Amazing hotel with excellent staff. Rooms on the small side but have everything and more than you could want. Very comfortable bed with great bathroom and super shower. Perfect location for exploring Manchester.
