MotelOne Tower Hill - home from home in London. Staff are outstanding, rooms are clean and comfortable.

Great location - easy to get via public transport from the airport. Stylish lobby/bar and rooftop bar. The room though small had everything we needed. Lovely staff. We enjoyed the pastrami sandwich but would like to have seen a few more bar snacks offered.
Loved the location, parking option for our rental car, room had great space for NYC, super clean, and everyone was kind and helpful.
We were invited to visit European parliament and they organized our flights and accommodation both. So Motel One was just a blind date for us. First the very tiny room and extremely crowded breakfast in a huge hall/lobby was a challenge for us but then we get used to these details. Breakfast became interesting competition (is there any vacant table at once or...) and the tiny room appeared to be very functional. Especially bathroom. Good materials combined with good design. Breakfast was normal, I was happy with yogurt and granola plus some bread, no problem. Only a bit surprised that there was no fish at all. Staff was very helpful and professional both at the breakfast and behind the reception desk. Another time when we will come to Brussels again and will organize the stay by ourselves Motel One can be the option for sure.
The concierge was super friendly, he gave us a lot of advice and suggestions on our next visits , like restaurants and clubs! He was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel's location is simply amazing, we had a very good stay. The bed was comfortable, the quality of price was high. We would come back! The sky bar was amazing, the drinks were well made.
Our stay was very comfortable and perfect for what we needed. It was clean, quiet and amazing views of the city and Hudson. Shower was great pressure! Free coffee was good. We loved that it had a fridge too. We stayed during a hot part of summer and it would be great if the air conditioner went cooler it locked at 68 and our room was a little warm and air flow wasn’t amazing since we could open windows. A fan would be helpful. Also the bathroom didn’t have a fan so it got steamy in there. Otherwise a great stay!
Overall noisy at night… between the loud AC, hearing neighboring rooms open/close their doors, elevator pings throughout the night. Wish there is complimentary water or a refillable water fountain.

A brand new hotel with modern design built around a nice large green courtyard with cozy seating. Very nice reception with AC. A place for gin lovers about 100 varieties in the large bar. Descent sized room very clean, good WiFi, comfy bed, good bathroom, quiet AC. Breakfast buffet v good except coffee too weak ;-( Excellent location for Antwerp close to everything you want to see. Fast elevators. It’s more a 4 * hotel than 3 * For the ladies bring your own conditioner
Great location, room was good & bed comfortable and nice view. Staff were friendly too & definitely one of my favorite hotels in the Motel One brand. Only issue was the noise from the bars outside & curtains too small so couldn’t black out room at night!
Very clean, well appointed and nice quiet rooms cool looking common area with plenty of places to sit. The breakfast is a little basic. I would suggest adding more protein items like eggs and extra meats and then carbohydrates like potatoes. friendly and helpful staff.

The location is very convenient. Our room was nice. The 13th floor was a good place to sit and quietly read, although one afternoon a man, clearly working, carried on a loud phone conversation for about 90 minutes. I thought he should have used one of the private conference rooms. We were there 6 nights and it would have been nice if our room had a view of the Altstadt instead of the train tracks.

Quick check-in, super friendly staff. Location is perfect. Walking from the hotel to the imperial castle was 25-30 minutes. We've stayed at Motel One's before. The rooms are all very similar, but this room was very very warm at night. Even though it had only been 20-22°C during the day. It felt like the fan/AC stopped working after 9pm and started around 9am. We couldn't get it going again manually. Rooms were very quiet, but during the night we had to open a window which made it kind of loud from the noise coming of street. Room and bathroom was super clean! Bed felt comfortable, besides the pillows who were soft. But that's personal I think. Breakfast was very good and no wait time whatsoever. I would definitely recommend tis Motel One.
Check-in / check-out was efficient and easy. The room was comfortable and clean. I really liked the lounge area, though I wasn't convinced the bartender knew what she was doing. The breakfast aer was chaotic and the food selection was unsatisfactory. I couldn't wait to get out of there. Too many people for the space. So, mixed review. Some things were great, other aspects needed improvement. I would probably skip breakfast the next time.

We loved our stay at the property, it was very clean and the staff was lovely! However while checking out we noticed that other BeOne Members received one free water bottle upon check-in, which we didn't and ended up paying 4.50 Euros for a water bottle at night so we had one until the next morning. This is quite unfortunate as it made us feel less important as clients.
Location was great. Close to everything. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Rooms were nice and clean. Good selection at breakfast. Great wi-fi.

Room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Unfortunately the cooling system was incredibly loud. Too loud to sleep and had to turn it off which then the room became too warm. In addition the walls are do thin that starting at 5:30am I could hear the water from people running showers.

Front desk was very welcoming and helpful. I had to change my stay and while the first individual was unable to assist the morning manager resolved this in the short time I made way up to midtown.

The hotel is very convenient for solo travellers and those who have limited time to explore the city. It is just some 5 mins walk to the main train station and within a few minutes walk to the palace square.
The most comfortable hotel bed I’ve slept in. Stylish room with all amenities. Friendly and warm staff made my stay a really good one.

Hard matress, uncomfortable pillows, too much noise at night from the trams. The towel hanger in the bathroom is broken, but still stays attached to the wall.
Nice place to be in the centre of Hamburg. When you come by car it is handy to have the address of the entrance of the parking unther the hotel! ( for your navigationsystem)!

While the location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, we found that there is a lot to improve regarding the room amenities and comfort. Our room was located very far from the elevator, and it lacked basic features such as a wardrobe, an electric kettle, and a telephone to reach the staff. Additionally, the bathroom was extremely small, leaving no space to put down clothes or toiletries. In conclusion, the price is simply too high for what you actually get.

The room was nice and the balcony too. Good service in the lobby. The breakfast doesn't get a good rating. When I arrived for breakfast at 9am, a lot of the food was finished or almost finished. Not refilled and the table was dirty. At 9:50 am an employee came to my table and told me it was closing but I have never experienced being "kicked out" before closing time.
The air conditioning unit in the room was not working. I asked about it specifically at checkin and still got a room where it wasn’t functioning.
Bedroom super clean , the people on the front desk amazing welcoming, Maria , Dominique ,Eve , Illia, in bar wow love everyone, great cocktail, good service, juts love this place , my next trip definitely fully recommend Motel One Dublin 💖🇮🇪
