Cleanliness, Buffet, check-in all flawlessly. Many television stations could not be received -- probably need to rescan the frequencies. Rooms are very small.
Very good personnel service at reception desk and also comfortable room. In other opposite side is the availability of space during the breakfast. Varieti of good could be also improved.

very friendly staff, perfect breakfast options. it was very busy at Saturday in the breakfast lounge and best to be there early enough to find a good place to sit.

The Staff was very nice, the rooms were clean and cozy, and breakfast was fresh with a nice variety. It would have been nice to have a small bottle of water or understand if the tap water is ok to drink.
I appreciate the service you provided. It was a pleasant experience to be considered for my early check-in, and overall, I had a nice stay at Motel One.

The staff at reception were very friendly and competent. The room was a bit cold and the air conditioning could not be regulated or turned off properly. The towels in the bathroom were not changed.

The rooms near the elevator can hear the noise of the people using the elevator. The breakfast area was chaotic, the buffet had far too few options, and not sufficiently stocked. The parking area had no functional charging point.
I experienced excellent and friendly service - the only critical point was limited parking space, but this also was handled pragmatic and quick. Thank you!

Poor breakfast. The cleaning crew stole personal items. Lock everything in the safe for avoiding such.
Reception was friendly and helpful (Ms. Maurine Aguila Benito — did very well to make guests feel welcome). AirConditioning seemed to be switched off somewhere in the early morning, so the room would heat up. Only to come back on at 06:00 to make the temperature comfortable again. (Windows needed to remain closed due to noise from outside)
My favorite was that the breakfast had an ecological focus. However, I would have liked some scrambled eggs.

Very nice! Receptionist (mr.Steirn) super useful and kind and no noises in the room despite the close distance to the trains.

Why an 8/10, only because 1. it was a bit noisy but this is clear whit being that close to the main station, which is the pro here. 2. Due to fairs during that time the breakfast area was super crowded but the concept includes to sit down at couches and armchairs.

Simply excellent! This has been the best experience I have had so far in any hotel in Germany, period. The room was comfortable and perfectly isolated from the outside, I did not hear the noise of the trains despite the hotel being just beside the tracks and a few hundred meters from Nuremberg's main train station. Very pleasant stay as a company group (3 nights). Service is very friendly and ready to help. Our company is going at this hotel for several years and I notice this time new arrangement in the Lobby and breakfast area. Looks very good and modern. We will go back next year again!
My second stay at this hotel. As usual with Motel One the lobby is chic but room small and simple. Bar food options limited, but good breakfast. Very convenient for station and the old town.

Very nice hotel. Only thing was that the airco was not functioning too well. And a recommendation would be to have a small coffee machine at the room.
Great hotel, excellent service the rooms are good and clean. The only thing missing is something warm during breakfast like sausages, eggs and bacon but apart from that we are very satisfied
Everyone was very nice and I would have given 9 points, however the requested breakfast lunchbox hasn’t been prepared, hence the lower score.
Everything was perfect and Maurine at the reception desk went out of her way to help and look after us from start to finish. Amazing service!

A short but great stay from start to end. Wonderful and friendly staff. Clean and well equipped room.
The experience is as good as ever BUT THE PRICE ASKED PER NIGHT IS FAR TOO HIGH. This is a very important comment as everyone I met at the hotel was complaining. We used to pay 169,- a few years ago. The fair was not busy at all, the industry is suffering, we cannot pay such a high price for so many nights. Can you confirm your policy for next year as we may have to move. Even luxury Airbnb in the centre offer much better deal.

Rooms were very small and with them walls. Every word spoken in neighbouring rooms could be heard and as hotel is next to train racks it was quite loud at night, too. Wi-Fi wasn't working. At breakfast vegan options weren't refilled (yoghurt), so not all options available for people with dietary restrictions. At the bar drinks couldn't be written on the room, which is inconvenient if staying for more than a night. The music couldn't be adjusted, which was very unpleasant. Staff told us it was controlled centrally from another location and there's no possibility of changing songs or genre. The music was unpleasant. Overall a bit too expensive for the tiny, thin walled rooms. Staff was incredible kind and welcoming and rooms were very clean. For short stays OK, for longer not recommended
War alles Gut.
Great value for money and great location close to Nuremberg Hbf. Hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff including reception, breakfast and bar were very polite and friendly. My only complaint was that it was extremely hot inside the hotel including the bedrooms.
