My stay was amazing! I was able to check in early which was especially helpful as I just arrived from a 12-hour flight. Staff was really friendly.

Check in desk agent, Ibrahim , was very helpful, friendly, professional. Much appreciated. I had been staying at this premises for many many years… prior name was Steigenberger Metropolitan. I travel for business and this is a very convenient location with easy / quick access to trains, trams., restaurants, and much more.

A right equilibrium of comfort and sobriety

Excellent as expected, the only negative aspect was that the air con was already set to winter mode (i.e. heating) when it was 27–30 degrees outside through the day. The WiFi was also a weak signal and on the slow side.

Perfect location, 10-15 minute walk to everything. Super close to main train station. Room was small for two people but everything was so clean and the bed was comfortable.

I waited for almost two hours for the shuttle that never came. At 10:45 I had to take a taxi. The reason I booked this hotel was because it had a shuttle service. The front desk people were very kind during check in and check out.

water stays on the ground in the shower and never dries breakfast is limited (there used to be smoothies but apparently not anymore, the limon water is not always there, no eggs/bacon) wifi did not work for last 2 days

Breakfast room could have more proper tables to sit upright when eating instead of low sitting lounge chairs. Room was big but aircon had minimal instruction and there was no sheet or instruction manual how to operate aircon plus heating.

Overall always a really nice stay - clean, modern, quiet room, friendly staff. Related to the breakfast - any chance you can add some nuts, raisins or dried fruits as a topping for the oats or even serve a pot of warm porridge. It is not costly but certainly would fit people´s menu who focus on a healthy but simple warm meal in the morning.

I really enjoyed the relaxed vibe at Motel One. Everything is exceptionally well-organized, from online check-in and reception to breakfast. The staff is genuinely friendly, and the unpretentious, down-to-earth feel makes for a completely stress-free stay.

The staff was very friendly and accommodated our early arrival promptly. The room was spotless and as quiet as a tomb. We will be back again.

The hotel has no phone to communicate with the front desk. The AC in our room was not working, when i went down to inform front desk, they rudely replied that we don't have AC in this hotel. How weird is that because on trip advisor it shows the rooms are air conditioned.

Our room was small and dark. Needs a night light and a desk surface. The shower pressure and water stream was lovely. Breakfast was good. Nice location to old town.

Its always great in a Motel One. The one in Frankfurt was particularly nice. However, it was quite pricey, too, and I wouldnt go there if it wasnt for the work context I was in. The fish movie that automatically starts in the room is creepy as hell :-)

Excellent. As I am regular guest in motel one. The servers is best as compared to others. The issue i faced this time in 3rd floor the Internet quality is very poor. The connection is not stable and very poor. Other floor like 2 and 5 is ok.

The staff is extremely nice at reception and at the bar. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very clean.

Loud noise in the courtyard at night, staff working, cleaning, logistics... from 4am onwards.

It was expensive, and the buffet doesn’t give you any options for breakfast other than small sandwiches.

As usual all good, would have liked to see a coffee machine in the room...as their was in Edinburgh. And did not get a bottle of water which again got in Edinburgh.

I was missing hot breakfast food (e.g. scrambled eggs, saucages). If I would have been aware of this, I would not have booked the breakfast ... just to have a cup of coffee.

Hotel is excellent. The surrounding of the hotel is less pleasant, especially at night. The hotel is situated on the edge of an area where there are a LOT of drug addicts and homeless people are, the "bahnhofsviertel"; a place best to avoid after dark

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Two items that I did not like. Without breakfast, I couldn't get a cup of coffee in the morning without having to pay 3 euro per cup from a machine. Most hotels have a personal machine in the room. Having to go to the lobby was inconvenient but then to be charged extra on top of that was not good. I would think at least a cup of coffee should be included in a room stay. The other item was the location of the toilet. I had trouble getting around the door to get to it. If the door opened out, it would have been much better.

Very good stay. Quiet, good quality beds and linen. Great breakfast with many options. The room could be a little bigger.

Different pillow choices are a must, as the one in the rooms were in my case impossible, which affected my night sleep. Availability of eggs at breakfast in other form than boiled is something any civilized hotel has. I was not able even to order. Breakfast in general was poor considering the price/night. Everything else was OK.
