The room was minimal. Completely inadequate for 2 people.
We reserved two rooms in Vienna. The location and cleanliness was great. However the low score was for needless delays with our check in, system not working, confusion with two rooms, lack Of warmth and friendless, no offering if any intimation about or stay like room or hotel amenities, we had to literally pry it out. Then we witnessed other guests being checked in with enthusiasm and helpfulness and getting water bottle options and other helpful information about Vienna let alone the hotel. Wow! We were florted at the dismissiveness we received. Dud we do something wrong? Maybe reserving tow rooms was too much?? Also found belongings of previous guest in our room we returned it to front desk.
Very clean and efficient hotel. Fresh baked goods at breakfast every day, courteous staff, clean rooms.
Hotel is typical for Motel One. As for me rating of Warsaw hotel is worth than others in the system, because of the poor breakfast (compare to Berlin, Barcelone and Graz, for example), not quality food (for example, croissants and baking), small garage and not professional at all barmen.
Better than good rating had been given thanks to the modetn building, confortable bedrooms and good breakfast. However one cannot always get the spacious favorite rooms. Due to the lack of dinner, we always go to Vapiano. I suggest that a mechanism be introduced that hotel guests get a reasonable discout upon showing the room key. Is it worth consideration on your part?
Very professional and friendly staff. Breaking down our bills was certainly not an easy task. Nevertheless, the reception staff calmly took the time to sort everything out and remained friendly throughout. A clear A+ rating. The room was in a quiet location and clean. However, I heard from colleagues that their drains had an unpleasant smell, which consequently also affected their rooms (perhaps the pipes had dried out?). At breakfast, items were replenished promptly, and we were always asked whether we needed more water or juice. Truly exemplary!
The woman at the front desk seemed very tense during check-in. When I said I didn’t need any additional information, she insisted on explaining everything anyway. She then said, “Don’t call me later asking what this or that is,” in a scolding tone. I found her response confusing and unprofessional. The rooms were not clean. The bathroom drain was clogged with hair, and there was dirt and trash under the beds.
Extremely conveniently located to the train station and a reasonable walk or short train ride to the city center. The staff were helpful and we were able to stow our baggage as we explored, as we got there too early for check in. The room was small but sufficient for our needs, and very clean.

We only had one night stay. Rooms are smaller but adequate! 14 floor view was amazing !

The staff were great, the decor and cleanliness wer exceptional, the location is perfect within easy walking and subway access.
Friendly staff, very supportive. Bar, Room and other amenities very nice, as always. We specificly liked the patio, which was surprisingly quit and had a cosy atmosphere.
Motel One ... Simple the Best
I have stayed there about 7 times now and you still have not kept my email in system. Pillows are awful as I have said before.

My stay in Motel One was exceptional. The room was perfect. Everything looked new and clean and stylish. The service was outstanding. All staff were wonderfully helpful. The location was great. I look forward to staying again in this hotel as well as other Motel Ones in other European cities.

I came to Prague for a business trip. This Motel One location is currently renovating and therefore, did not have a breakfast buffet. They made a great effort to provide breakfast with various options. I was not disturbed by the renovations at all.
The hotel location is great. We are disappointed with the service. We reserved a room with a cancellable and changeable rate in March (6 months ago.) When we checked in, the receptionist assigned us a room in the "S" level. It is like in the basement of the hotel. I asked if we could get a room on a higher level. The receptionist said we had to pay more. When asked how much more, he did not tell us. The room was small also. We felt unwelcome and disappointed during our stay.
There is missing a automatic night lamp in the bathroom. Too little space for clothes
Friendly and efficient staff. Lovely view from room 1710. Clean and everything was working. But it would be nice that the shower had an option for a handheld showerhead Splendid breakfeast options.
Great people, nice rooms, healthy breakfast
Room 311. Don't know why, but the bathroom exhaust fan was not working effectively (or was not working), so steam stayed a bit in the bathroom until next morning. Since the hotel concept is basically B&B, I would recommend offering bathroom slippers as an option (either I missed them in the room or they were not there). People are trying to carry less weight with them to B&B hotels, then with slippers they would not need to take them from home.
Perfect location for staying in the city and visiting nearby places, as the hotel is basically in the main connection point of Graz (where all the busses stop). The room was nice and clean, and the breakfast had a good variety of products.

Thanks for the nice and clean room during our stay, we liked the hotel overall . only small few comments that may be important for most travelers .. would be good to have a small kettle in room for hot water use and small refrigerator would be handy, also a small bin-trash with a lead in bathroom would be more hygienic. Otherwise all other things were good . Room size / comfort / cleanliness were all good, Lounge area is peaceful and smart for working people and also for relaxing.. Personnel were very helpful and friendly . We had a good stay in your hotel and would choose again if we travel again. Also being in very good location was plus for us to travel with ease. have a good day !

Nice place with very friendly personnel. Excellent location, very close to public transport (tram/taxi). The breakfast is rather basic, albeit of excellent quality.
The location was great . The room was clean , bed comfortable , the shiower was great . Breakfast was excellent .we had an issue with one of the waitress during breakfast . We asked to speak to the manager . She was very professional . Listened to our complain . Was very receptive and took care our our issue .
The breakfast is very abundant but I would prefer more quality and less quantity, and something warm.
On arrival the guys at reception could not have been more helpful.- answering questions about the hotel and outside. Room was perfectly clean, though could have gone with another meter around the side of the bed! And the bar - wow. 2 superb staff, overworked but still coping with everybody around. The atmosphere, view and range of drinks are spot on.

The hotel was beautiful, the staff was kind. We speak English and were able to communicate with everyone effectively and easily. My only issue is that for the price paid, there should be water available in the room.

The Hotel location is excellent. Rooms are tiny and crowded. Breakfast mediocre.
Great location, clean, and adequate, but poor room lighting, a lack of basic equipment, such as a desk, and an overwhelming feeling that one is staying in an accommodation factory makes the hotel seem relatively poor value.

Hotel Münster: Centrally located in the heart of the Old Town
Situated in the heart of Münster’s historic old town, just around 700 metres or an 8-minute walk from the main railway station, the Hotel Münster is the ideal base for city breaks, cultural outings and business trips.
