The hotel was beautiful, clean, and had such a nice atmosphere. We will definitely be using this hotel again in the future, probably for our anniversary. The only reason I gave a score of 9 is because the room was too warm. It was set to 68 degrees, but could not go lower, and because of how hot the day was itself, it was not cool enough for us.
We had a fantastic stay, we enjoyed it from start to check out. Extremely service minded employees, always with a smile. The location is super great both for walking into the city and surrounding. Further the presence of a U Bahn station outside the door is just so convenient
The staff was incredibly helpful and empathetic. Thank you! I visited in June and loved having the opportunity to swim in the nearby river Danube. The room was comfortable and spotless. It was a great stay
Wonderful rooms with spectacular views and very welcoming staff.
Hotel was good overall, but soundproofing in room was terrible and everything from the hallway and adjacent rooms could be heard. Would have also bee nice to have some additional light meals available beyond toasties.
Found all your staff extremely helpful and pleasant. Room very clean. Delighted with the magnifying mirror. However, not impressed with cups - I had a nasty taste each time I had a cup of tea (maybe I previous occupant had used a special tea which was absorbed by the cup). Second gripe:- Only discovered, after I had finished breakfast, that cereals, fruit and yoghurt were on the opposite side of the room. They are what I usual eat for breakfast. So I moaned to my other half that it was years since I’d had so much bread! But, all in all, a very pleasant experience.

I appreciated the 12 noon checkout and the friendly and accommodating staff at the hotel. I think Motel One as a hotel company is a great product and brand - I stay a lot in Manchester for work and I would like to know whether a more longer term booking arrangement - booking in advance - could result in better rate per night? I also think you need to sort out your website - it is predominately in German - and I'm sure you will be missing out on booking because of it. I work with a lot of web design agencies who I know could make your website much more effective for you and happy to help you if you would like to connect me with someone in the co. who is in responsible for managing this side of your business. We had a brief but excellent stay at Royal Exchange. We arrived very early for check in and Fatima was super helpful and friendly and arranged storage for our case while we got on with our day. On return Fatima was still on the front desk and checked us in still really friendly and chatty after what must have been a long shift. Our room was clean comfortable and cool which was great on a hot day ( fantastic air con ) Every one else we encountered the following day were lovely especially in the breakfast room . Recommend to anyone as great value for money

Friendly welcome desk, supportive and my desired room was reserved; Something to think about: I hate when the TV always starts upon entering the room - no need for that at all

room 8.07 very small, no USB sockets for charging phones, no glasses for water, overall very disappointing, for a city which as numerous hotels for overnight stays and the most expensive car park, will think before booking again !"!!!!
Excellent hotel. Room very clean and well laid out. The beds very comfortable and and good AC system. Staff excellent as usual, friendly and professional. Only minor issue was the location. Great for the old city and restaurants/ bars. Poor for transportation links. Train and team good walk away. Minor as I say, but help clients understand that. Taxis are expensive (not a hotel issue!), we found Bolt to be much cheaper and faster!
Please use no fragrances in the entire hotel. We had two people with allergies travelling with us and they suffered severely and couldn’t enjoy the hotel breakfast in your hotel so we all had to go out for breakfast which was sad because we do enjoy breakfast in your hotel. The scent is very overwhelming. We met other guests who also complained about the overwhelming scent to us. I would really very much appreciate it if you would consider using no fragrances.
The hotel's location was good. It’s a bit far from the touristic locations, but very close to the metro station, so you can easily get anywhere by transferring lines. The room was a bit small but perfect for two; it was cleaned every day and the towels were replaced daily. Also, the reception staff was very welcoming and friendly.

Overall a very nice hotel. Staff are really friendly, the whole hotel is very clean and the price was really reasonable. The lack of cooked breakfast would have been disappointing if I wasn't dieting for my summer holiday, but other than that, very good.
Good hotel. I come back every year. But in the evening the surrounding (on the street) is very dirty.

Hotel with nice and cosy lobby and bar. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. I got a room that for some reason was very smelly. Within 20 minutes I got another one which was perfectly fine. Very helpful and understanding staff members. Perfect location in the centre of Manchester.
It is an OK hotel for a short stay . Reception staff is friendly and effective . Bar is OK although quite expensive , Rooms are smalls but clean ( and bathroom very tight ) , and breakfast average

All was clean and the room was good. The vent of the air condition made a terrible noise and has to be fixed. I mentioned this during checkout.

The hotel was very good albeit very expensive. The room was very nice but small, bathroom was good. Air conditioning was quiet and worked very well in the room. Reception area seating and tables were a strange selection for eating at. I liked that the iced or lemon water was available all day especially in the heat. Breakfast was excellent. Location was good for local tourist areas but at the same time was situated on a very quiet road.
I stayed at your property last year and I had such great stay, I had to return again! Due to the friendliness of your staff starting with Chaifoo in reception, I am made to feel right at home. The warmth and friendliness of your staff is a main reason I returned to Motel One Paris-Port Doree. In addition to Chaifoo, Momo and Ronald do an excellent job greeting guests and operating the restaurant/bar area. I had another great stay at your property, but I have to say I was disappointed with the shower, especially the drain during this stay. The shower drain did not function properly leaving large puddles of water on the bathroom floor and almost getting the carpet outside the bathroom wet. I mentioned this to a team member working the reception desk on my first day. The team member mentioned she would have someone come to my room to fix the drain, but the same issue with the drain remained for the duration of my two night stay. This is why I rated the bathroom a 5 on the bathroom survey. Other than the shower drain issue, the bathroom was clean and well-appointed, as was the entire room.
First time at Motel One Antwerp, and the establishment totally lived up to expectations. The inviting lounge area, spacious rooms, comfortable beds and excellent breakfast made our short break all the more enjoyable. The lovely, courteous staff members were absolutely fantastic, always going that extra mile to enhance our stay. We will definitely return.

Hotel was okay but unlike what the employee at reception promised me on this evening, the address wasn’t right on the invoice on the following morning.
the room was cosy but I missed a table to work on it. the door of the toilet closed automatically no tent were present so I should keep the curtains closed all the time

the Motel one was quite nice. The staff was very pleasant and helpful when asked for assistance or recommendations. The room were quite nice and very clean. We spent time in the lounge with a large group and found it quite comfortable and the bartenders were great.
Excellent staff. Rooms and all other areas were spotlessly clean. Very good sleep - quiet room and comfortable bed. The ground floor reception and bar area is very well laid out. Alu is an excellent barman. The room is small but very well laid out. There is no closet and limited space to hang clothes. A small improvement would be to have some English speaking news channels on the TV.
