Very kind personal at the frontdesk. Good location in the city centre. OK cafe in lobby.
All in all, a very good hotel; the rooms are clean, very well soundproofed and have comfortable beds. The staff are friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet offers delicious, high-quality food. Unfortunately, there are also two points of criticism: - The TV switches on automatically as soon as you activate the power using your room card. If you go in and out of the room several times, it does get a bit annoying. - Although the hotel has its own car park, you cannot book a space in advance. It is therefore not possible to secure a guaranteed space by booking in advance.

From arrival to departure everything was perfect. The hotel is in a great location for restaurants and bars. The rooms so airy and immaculately clean and comfortable

Great location at the centre of old town. Many restaurants and bars just outside the hotel. Very nice spacious rooms with AC in rooms which is nice during summer. Despite being in the centre very quiet. Affordable, great breakfast with everything you would expect. Nice bar and lounge. I would book this again if going back to Gdansk.
Rooms were perfect with everything required. Towels a little worn however so not very soft. Main hotel well kept. All staff very approachable and helpful. Breakfast was hit and miss in getting space to sit and eat - especially as a group of 6 wanting to sit together.
Next to the Hauptbahnhof, close to all attractions. Great breakfast.
Bed sheets (duvet) were a little dirty. Outside the building smelled like garbage

The breakfast room was very crowded. There were some mornings when you couldn't sit down to have breakfast! It would be worth placing more tables during the summer, which is busier!

Our three nights stay met the standard expected of MO, except one day the room was not cleaned. The entry could be redesigned for better use of space. The rooftop bar is quite impressive.

Everything was very good in the hotel, very quiet rooms with air condition, everything in the room very well planned and fresh. However we missed water boiler in the room, perhaps not common in Germany? Also would have been good to get real glasses in the bathroom instead of paper cups. The tables in the reception area was very low and it was a bit difficult to dit there and eat breakfast. Theses are minor details. Otherwise everything was perfect.
It was fine. I had a very quiet room high up overlooking the pedestrian street. No noise from fans or ventilators in the room and I slept well. I stay here quite regularly.

I am impressed with this hotel and love staying here. The value is great. More than that, service is excellent, the location cannot be beat, and the breakfast feature is a strong selling point!
It was one of the best Hotel i have ever been to, room was a little small but nothing problematic, staff was very friendly and helpful, lobby was great and service (like the free water in summer) was very thoughtful. Great Experience

Beautiful hotel! So comfortable and the most perfect location
Whilst the staff friendliness, cleanliness, location and rooms (small minus was the sewage smell from one shower/bathroom) are perfect, the setup for breakfast is an absolute disaster. There are not enough proper tables so we regularly ended up (larger group - 2 adults, 1 baby, 1 child) sitting in the lounge on couches making a mess and not truly having a comfortable start to the day. It should also be in the interest of the hotel to rearrange the area and make the lounge smaller and have more dining tables. The setup of the buffet is also not ideal as cups and plates are in the shelves below the actual food so access to these is blocked by the queue for the buffet/coffee machines. I would like to give a very positive rating for Me Mutafi (not sure if spelled right), who manned the breakfast and bar usually and his female colleague (Da Costa?!, with brown long hair and grey/blue eyes), who were always super friendly / tried to help.

Our stay at Motel One Dublin was great. Checking in was seamless the reception was kind and friendly with a group of eight we did it under 10 minutes. The rooms were clean and the public bathroom on the main floor was clean also. The best part was the bar and public lounge area. It was furnished perfectly for all and with enough space. The Bar being open 24 hrs really caters to all travelers coming in at different times. The Bar staff were friendly and attentive. Motel One has really figured out Travelers needs and customer service!!!
Excellent value, friendly and helpful staff. Check out not until 12 noon which was great for us as we had all day in the city before travelling onto our next location. Really nice reception and bar area, drinks priced reasonably and a lovely area to sit for an hour before going for our train
Great hotel in the centre of Manchester.
MotelOne-Team is very kind, breakfast and location is great, but the air conditioner in the rooms are inacceptable warm / not functioning well.

We've stayed here several times. We like that there are special rooms, which are more spacious. It's close to the centre and the parking facilities are good.
A lovely few days. Wasn't sure about my room opposite the lifts, but I did not hear a sound.

The pillows were not comfortable and the room picture was showing stunning images of the city while our room was looking at the parking. Very nice location in the center.

Polite staff, clean hotel nice to get free 750ml water. However no glasses in the room only 2 non recycling cups for hot drinks.
Incredible room for the price. Second time I have stayed here as the location is fantastic for city centre. The hotel is immaculately clean. Rooms have everything you need and the comfiest bed. Staff are super friendly. Can recommend more highly.
Great location beside train (& tram) station, as well as easy walking distance to shops, chinatown, city hall etc. Bathrooms tiny but very functional with great quality towels provided. Breakfast had a decent selection, though a low fat yoghurt option would have been an added bonus. Room was small but functional - although an additional shelf or somewhere to put clothes would have been an advantage. Some usb ports for charging would also have been welcomed.
Check-in was fast and efficient, the room was exactly as described, and the windows did a great job blocking out noise from the street. Nice stay overall.
