Excellent hotel, modern design, friendly staff, clean, well located near Manchester train station
When we arrived we were asked if we would like a higher or lower floor , it was nice to have the choice . The room was spacious and very clean . It was a continental breakfast with plenty of choice .The hotel is in a good location for shops ,bars and restaurants. The staff were very professional and helpful . We will definitely stay at the hotel again
I had a wonderful experience at Motel Oene Tower Hill. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Excellent value for the price. Highly recommended!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Motel one , and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a perfect retreat after a busy day exploring the city. The location was ideal, with easy access to local attractions and public transportation. One of the highlights was the breakfast in the lobby offered each morning, which provided a great start to the day and available to anyone to opt in. The overall ambiance of the hotel was warm and welcoming, making me feel comfortable and. For the price, the value was unbeatable, and I would highly recommend Motel one Towerhill to anyone looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay in top location. Thank you for a wonderful experience! I look forward to returning on my next trip.
Nice staff, great facility, delicious breakfast
Not previously heard of this chain of accomodation. Really please, room was clean and very comfortable. Would like to have had the facility to make more than one cup of tea each. Needed two sachets of milk for each cup only got four all together. Found the water pressure in the shower a little bit low. Very pleased the ground floor bar, it was comfortable, well stocked and open until 2am. Overall, I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it. Seems a bit unfair to knock a mark off for a cup of tea and a lazy shower. I'm sure I could have asked for more ingredients, but sometimes it's just what you need moore than one brew. On reflection, I'm going to change the score to 10 out of 10 when I've finished writing this review. Brilliant accommodation and only 5 mins from Manchester Piccadilly train station. Just wish I'd asked where they got their pillows from, meant to look at the label and buy a couple. We'll done Motel one! :-)
Good location, friendly professional staff, well equipped and clean room and finally a comfortable bed
Great location, reception area and bar are really nice. Rooms just basic and not very big. Just be aware the breakfast is only continental but is very expensive
As always a nice stay in Rotterdam. Only thing worth mentioning is the very low water pressure in the shower, but most likely due to the time (8AM), where many people used the shower at once. Other than that everything went well.
Motel One immer gut

A very enjoyable short experience of Motel One in Edinburgh. I had an excellent room looking out at the Scott Monument. It was very smart comfortable, and very quiet. The service at reception and at breakfast was superb. In fact from entering to leaving everyone I saw was smiley, and looking as they were enjoying their work! The choice of food at breakfast was also first class.I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

Great hotel with a lovely comfortable king bed in a good size clean room. Staff were very friendly and helpful at checkin and out. Ideally located in the city centre.

Hotel clean, nice vibe in the reception and bar. Good standard of bed. Shower needs to have greater water pressure, TV only seemed to show German channels. When I asked at reception the reply was that it is a German hotel chain. I've stayed at Motel on in Glasgow and that hotel had all the local channels
Every thing was good except for the direction I had from the receptionist for the main station. I went down to Potsdam platz station with my luggage but people told me it was not how I should go to the main station. After going from I platform to another in the station, I ended up going back to the street and take a taxi.

We always use this hotel when we attend events at The Palace, Opera House or Bridgewater Hall, all within a 10 minute walk. The hotel is very clean and comfortable with a good range of facilities. The staff are super polite and helpful. Exceptional value for money and easy to book through their website, which matches prices found on other booking sites.

We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed it very much. Very friendly staff. Metro station located very close to the hotel.
As usual everything was fine and well organized. The room was very clean and the breakfast was plentiful and offered a wide variety, including organic products. Will be back.

Excellent as usual
Excellent staff, location was great. Only negative point was the noice from the street, you need to improve the windows quality so you cannot hear the rubbish ben early in the morning, or people creaming at night.
Was in town with a friend. Reception staff were excellent, in the late evening of Thursday Jan 17th there was a guest who was quite disruptive but they handled the person with politeness and dignity, which was to their credit. My friend stayed up late at the bar and said the service was excellent and a lovely atmosphere.

A high quality hotel available at budget cost. Impressed with the quality of the room and staff were ultra polite and helpful. They let us leave our bags behind at the end of the stay and were always smiling and hospitable.

All was good: Room, Service, Friendliness .... What i was missing was: an electric kettle in the room and scrambled eggs for Breakfast.
It has been some time since I have been business travelling the last time, but I am very satisfied by the service and offering of the Motel One in Freiburg.

I would love a kettle and mug in the room to make tea. The sleeping experience was great (quiet, dark room, option of pillows). Was expecting more variety from the breakfast given the price.

Messe-Deute MotelOne is one of my favorites. And I have been to a lot of them!
It was a great experience staying at your hotel. The staff at the reception and other departments were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. My only criticism is that there is no minibar or water, tea and instant cafe in the rooms. We need this during the time we spend in our room.

There is no minibar in room, it is not important is empty or full but it must be. I put my drinks to balcony to make them colder. No basket in room, only in bathroom.

An Unforgettable Stay! This hotel exceeded all my expectations. Everything was absolutely perfect! The bed was the most comfortable one I’ve ever slept in – I felt like I was floating on a cloud. The room was also wonderfully soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful and restful stay. The staff were simply amazing, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. A special shoutout to Mario, whose kindness and professionalism truly stood out. He made our stay even more special. I couldn’t recommend this place enough – I’ll definitely be coming back!

Absolute gem of a place. Close to the train station and all local amenities. Room was more than adequate for our one night stay. Spotlessly clean. Comfy bed. Check in was great and all our questions were answered about how to get about whilst in newcastle Would definitely recommend and stay again.
