When we make reservation from booking, we are not informed that we are having connecting rooms. Because of noise and talking, I couldn’t sleep for 2 nights.
Carlos was the best! I left my room key in my room at least 3 times, and we would laugh and he would give me another key. He had my back the entire stay and then would make sure my key was in my hand when I returned to the hotel in the evening :). He helped with my stay. Also the bartenders on the 3rd floor where really nice and took good care of me and my colleagues.
During my stay, I experienced a clear lack of privacy and room quality, resulting in a poor guest experience. The room had an uncovered window facing a public/internal area, allowing direct visibility inside. The opposite side faced an unpleasant external environment, further reducing comfort. When I raised the issue, it was dismissed as not a known concern, and no practical solution was offered at first. I was initially told no room change was possible due to full occupancy, but only later offered an alternative after submitting a written complaint. Management follow-up was also delayed/missing . Overall, this reflects a lack of privacy and disregard for customer experience.
There was no slippers, dirty bags, cleaning kits, etc. in the room. A bottle of water could have been placed as a treat
we have been several times in motel one - that's why we are coming back- 2 suggestions > inm one in barcellona in the room is missins a coffe machine and in our room ( 430 ) the mirrow ( aliseo ) in the bath room is fixed to the wall in an impossible hight ( extremely low ) for the guests. best from udine italy - sandro & helga

Loved the roof terrace
Everything was top. The room like a brand new and very clean. The Prater a few steps away which we have chosen for an obvious reason.
Everything went perfect. The care of all the staff, the rooftop bar, the confort in the hall, perfect, thank you!

It was a great experience!! Me and my Partnet both loved it and would recommend this place to everyone staying in Paris!. The location is Ok it is far away but it has a great Metro connection.

Hotel was great, and staff excellent, but the toilet doors are extremely badly designed. They do not close completely, and sometimes swing open involuntarily. They should be shaped within a door frame to provide a complete robust closure
The room was very hot and hard to cool even with the windows open 24/7 which was hard because of allergies and the loud police and ambulances for it being in the centrum of Brussels I understand but didn’t get the feeling any airco or circulation was available when the window was closed so for comfort I had to open a window
I was really pleased with my stay in Cloud One Prague. Everything was of good quality, very clean, friendly etc. The breakfast was excellent. And the location is brilliant - near the main railway station and the old town. I have only one small suggestion: the coffee machine at breakfast is awkwardly placed in the corner. Otherwise everything was great.

The price for a stay at Motel One is too high and unjustified compared to the same or even better services offered by other hotels. In the past 8 years, we have never once received a complimentary breakfast. This time, we weren't even given the bottle of water that had always been provided before. The app isn't fully functional.
Excellent accommodation for participants attending events at Austria Center Vienna. The hotel is just a couple of minutes away, on the Danube bank. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the hotel is extremely clean, the rooms are pleasant, and the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is excellent, with a wide selection of food and beverages. Overall, great value for money.
Friendly and helpful staff but the prices at the bar are a bit steep
Everything was excellent except for a couple of things. Having to use the room key for the electricity was quite annoying to be frank. In addition, the room was quite cold I was unable to adjust the temperature. That being said, the staff was superb breakfast is great and location can't be beat.
The hotel's location worked well for this trip and everything was clean and as expected. Thank you particularly to Rachael for her help!

This is the second time we have stayed at Motel One, Royal Exchange. We like the location near tram stops and lots of bars and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

My stay, as before was really good. Staff excellent, room clean and quiet. I have joined the BOne but didn't get the discount. Please can this be looked into as I plan to stay many times to look after my new grandchild. Thanking in advance, Katie
Employees were all great and helpful !!!!!!!! Even borrowed an iron.
Three comments: 1) Matresses were way too soft 2) There was a third bed made up in the room, not sure for who (we definitely did not order that) and it made the small room even smaller. 3) Parking: Staff need to be educated on how to deal with the parking in the event that no parking ticket is issued. In that instance guests now forfeit the 13 Euro discount. Not customer centric to leave the customer to their own devices trying to find solutions.
The front desk is super friendly. Hotel is very clean and the location is exceptional. I love the vibe!
I was disappointed with my room - it was compact and the door to the bathroom didn't open fully due to it hitting the bed when it was half way open. There was no drinking water in the room and no telephone to call down to reception. Having arrived reasonably late at night, heading up to the 4th floor to then discover I had a question for reception and having to head back down instead of simply calling on an internal phone was frustrating. Bottled water, a mini fridge and a telephone for calling reception are basic amenities expected in a four star hotel. Breakfast was continental and fine - location was good, not too far off the Bahnhofstrasse. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Super convenient since it's right across the train station. I wished there was a ramp in the main entrance so people wouldn't have to drag their heavy luggage across the steps. There must be a ramp available somewhere, but it's not in the main entrance.
Hotel One in Paris (Porte de Versailles) is very modern, clean, and chic! Breakfast was delicious and it has one of the best croissants I tasted in Paris! Rooms are clean and tidy all the time. Only complaint I have is the AC; it is set very high and we sweat at night. We had to open a window so the cold April air could cool the room.
Check in lady very nice also helpful when needing tape and scissors. Lady in bar section in making a tea. Liked the water/water and lemon refreshment for guests in lobby and treats. Only thing missing in room would be a safe. Our room 145 very quiet.
Dear MOTEL ONE BREMEN, Thank you for providing the accomodation and for all the good work of the emplyees there. The hotel location is OK, close to the old town. I have found the room being very small, had no option to place my luggage (travel case) other than on the floor - which can be quite unconfortable. There is no wardrobe to place my clothes in, only kind of shelfs fixed on the wall (nevertheless it is not a big disaster). I have found it strange that during my stay between Monday-to-Friday there has NOT been any bottle of water provided in the room. Additionally, I know we all have different expectations: the one that I have really MISSED was the scrambled eggs / sunny-side-up eggs with the roasted bacon in the nearby - this is very important to me when I crave for some HOT breakfast. The underground garage have very limited number of spaces only, I could NOT park there in any of the four nights. The parking houses in the nearby have helped me out, but they are in a certain distance (unconfortable walks with heavy luggage/s, absolutely uncomparable with getting down simply to the garage with the elevator). One time I have asked at the reception if any "reservation" of a parking lot in the underground garage is possible, but the answer was "NO"' (I admit this is the same at -most of the- other hotels too). Nevertheless when I got a walk into the garage, I have seen a printed paper on a tiny "pole" placed in the middle of an empty parking slot saying "Reserved for Mrs. X.Y"). Interesting contradiction. Compared to other hotels, the price per night in your hotel does NOT seem to be so much better by not having these above (provided). Sorry for this statement, but I would think twice for targeting your hotel again in the future during my business trips. Wish you can improve the above-described points, or at least the ones that are possible and relatively easy to upgrade. Best regards, MIQLAUS

We are regular MotelOne customers - as always the staff was just brilliant - very helpful very friendly one could not ask for more.
AC did not work and the hotel is really dusty and no proper cleaning service performed.

Great place to stay. Lovely hotel and friendly service. Could probably use more coffee machines positioned at different corners for breakfast. There were long lines to get a coffee. Otherwise : perfect.

Another excellent experience at Motel One Glasgow. I chose to open the window and was on the second floor, with the result that there was quite a lot of street noise - with hindsight I probably should have kept the window shut and used the air con. Rooms on higher levels are not bothered by street noise.
