Everything from check-in to check-out was done professionally, with a smile. Centrally located within walking distance of several must see sites, including Palace place, a beautiful park and hundreds of restaurants.

We stayed in the room with a balcony that overlooked the mountains. I have never felt so much peace in a hotel before. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. This place is something special and all the workers were kind, friendly and welcoming.

The lobby design is certainly impressive, clean, and modern. The guest service staff was helpful but could be more friendly. The room was cute but felt like it lacked basic amenities. There were no slippers, pillow was pretty flat, and towels were thin. The restaurant staff was excellent though, from breakfast to happy hour everyone was well attentive and great. The best part of the stay. Other than that. the hotel price rate did not really satisfy the stay. Lots of simple improvements inside the room that can be easily made to make the experience better.

Elegant decor, brand new furnishings, excellent food service in a delightful setting available all day! And a fabulous staf.

What a perfect Stay it was! Exceptional. Motel one is the best, value for money option. Perfect location, cozy rooms, Staff at hotel is very polite, cooperative and helpful. Specially, Pabalo, Kasia and Leo were quite helpful during our stay. They serve good Hot chocolate if you're not going for breakfast. Metro and bus station are just a min walk away. You can reach to Zuid/Central quickly while staying here. There are couple of restaurants, coffee shops and local grocery store to buy some quick snacks.

The room was clean, and the staff were always friendly, even during the busy breakfast. However, the layout of the room is not ideal for breakfast, which often leads to congestion.

One night stay. Welcoming and helpful reception. Clean room, good bed

We had really been looking forward to our stay at this hotel and had deliberately booked rooms with large corner windows and a beautiful view. The windows and the view were an important reason why we chose these particular rooms and why we were willing to pay the corresponding price. To make sure everything was correct, we even called the hotel one day before our arrival and specifically asked whether we would actually receive the rooms we had selected when booking. We were assured that we would and were told that the rooms selected during the booking process would not simply be changed. Unfortunately, the reality upon arrival was very different. We were given, among others, two connecting rooms on the 9th floor. One of them, room 913, was very spacious, but it still did not have the large corner windows we had booked. The connecting room, on the other hand, was small and cramped. It only had a one small window. There was absolutely nothing of the spacious room with a beautiful view that we had expected based on our booking. What made the situation even more frustrating was the discussion at reception. We were actually told that both rooms were the same size, which was simply impossible for us to understand based on what we could clearly see. Only after a lengthy discussion were we given another room, number 1113, instead of the extremely small one. At least this solved the issue with the significant difference in room size. However, we still did not receive the large corner windows and beautiful view that we had originally booked. For a hotel in this price category, I find this extremely disappointing. If certain room categories are advertised and booked specifically with large windows and a particular type of view – and this is even confirmed by phone one day before arrival – I expect either to receive exactly what I booked or, at the very least, to be given a proper explanation and a customer-oriented solution. Unfortunately, the negative impression continued with the service. The breakfast itself was very good, but the service was surprisingly disorganized and overwhelmed, even though the restaurant was by no means full and several members of staff were working. We sometimes waited a very long time just to place an order, and orders were repeatedly forgotten or mixed up. A bagel with avocado became toast with avocado, other orders arrived differently from what had been requested, espresso was confused with regular coffee, and tea orders were also mixed up. One situation was particularly frustrating: a member of staff deliberately did not write down our order and confidently indicated that she could remember everything. Only a few minutes later, she returned several times to ask us again what we had ordered. We were a small group, and several of us had even ordered the same thing. The explanation we repeatedly heard was that “there was a lot going on.” However, that was not our impression at all. There were still empty tables and several members of staff serving a relatively small breakfast area. For a hotel catering to an international clientele, I would expect a normal breakfast service to be handled much more professionally. We also found the attitude at reception disappointing on several occasions. For example, when we returned umbrellas that we had borrowed because of the heavy rain and simply wanted to let reception know that we had brought them back, we felt as though we were disturbing the employee rather than speaking to someone working in guest services. We had a similar experience when asking about the weather. Of course, I do not expect hotel staff to be meteorologists. However, when you have many international guests who do not know the city, a friendly and helpful response would go a long way. For example, they could have mentioned that weather conditions can vary considerably even within Manhattan or recommended a reliable local weather app or website. Instead, we received a very short and rather unhelpful response. These are exactly the small things that, in my opinion, define good hotel service: helping guests who are unfamiliar with the city and making them feel welcome rather than making them feel as though they are interrupting or inconveniencing the staff. This is particularly unfortunate because the rooms themselves were nice and the breakfast was tasty. The hotel certainly has the potential to provide a very enjoyable stay. Overall, however, I was extremely disappointed. What bothered me most was that we had specifically booked rooms with large corner windows and a beautiful view, had even called the hotel the day before to confirm this, and were assured that we would receive the rooms we had selected. In the end, we received rooms with normal or very small windows and a completely different view from what we had expected and paid for. When guests pay for a specific room category and experience, they should receive what they booked. Beautiful rooms and good food, but in terms of room allocation, communication, friendliness, and overall service, there is significant room for improvement. For the price we paid, I definitely expected much more.

The room was not clean as there have been silverfish in the room

Room with a view, Hass everything we needed, an extra chair would have made it perfect. We did hear Poser cars at night, but it was bearable!

a perefect stay - as always

Lovely hotel located close to the Arc de Triomphe area. Rooms were small - we had a room with the inner courtyard terrace. the room was very hot despite trying to get the temp as low as possible. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of breads, pastries and a good meat and cheese selection. Rooftop was also lovely.

Rooms are a little small for 2 people. Lovely bar on the 13th floor with great views of the city.

Good, solid hotel. Super friendly and helpfull stuff. Breakfasts are good, but would be nice if there was more warm options (just eggs or pancakes available). Nice Lobby and rooftoop bars, but little bit pricy.

We very much enjoyed our stay, only that the rates were quite costly.

The stay was good. Hotel was clean and comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. Great location for the conference centre and an easy uber from the station. I would definitely stay here again. Breakfast although busy was good with a great selection.

Lovely hotel in a great location. The breakfast area was small and had we eaten earlier I expect we would have had to queue. Nice spacious comfortable room, just missing tea/coffee making facilities. The bathroom was fine but the shower floor was a bit slippery.

Very expensive, especially when compared with other hotels with the shame price, why on earth are you playing with the daily price of the rooms? Setting prices based on demand is something I consider completely unethical, and it is a serious reason for me to stop choosing Motel One

Clean and conveniently located hotel near the train station . Pleasant staff at the front desk and we were able to check in early. Good value for your money.

The hotel has a great location, fantastic staff! Friendly and very helpful. A really nice hotel with a beautiful bar spot with an incredible variety of about 60 different gin. Modern rooms which was beru clean, modern and quiet.

I loved it

This hotel is average. Rooms were small. Breakfast buffet was really lacking. Paid too much for what it was!

Location great, bed very comfortable. BREAKFAST was very good and the bar very Cosy. More smile at reception desk would be great.. Cocktails missing: for example Piña colada. We missed small cabinet in the bathroom and in the room. Safe would be great. Waitress at the bar was very friendly and efficient as personal at breakfast (Mrs Belens for example).

Such a great hotel and perfect location! Walking distance to many of the best sights in Copenhagen. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast.

Lovely atmosphere. Friendly staff. Clean and you feel secure in your room. Great location for airport, old town, shopping and the magnificent Gulbenkian Museum. I will recommend to others.

Great hotel in an ideal location! The rooftop bar was a highlight, boasting fantastic views, great drinks, and friendly service. The main disappointment was the breakfast, which was severely limited (no hot food or pastries) and overpriced. A few minor housekeeping details could also use attention —namely shower cleanliness and adding a lid to the toilet bin for hygiene. Overall, a pleasant stay with room for small improvements.

The hotel rooms had no personality and it was ashamed in such a great building

Room was very comfortable. I was expecting tea/coffee-making facilities in the room which were not provided - such provision is now pretty standard in hotels, so you should really advise potential customers beforehand that you do not.

Location perfect, returant and tarace so beatiful, breakfast nice, however the best of all the people, tgey are so helpful with a big and nice words. I live it and sure I would like to back again

20€ per night parking (guest deduction of 5€ included) is pretty steep. Distance between room and reception is ridiculous though. Like a labyrinth (and yes, i had to help several lost guests along the way). Not a big issue but i think i paid for a 180cm bed and got 160cm. Super friendly receptionists though and the guy cleaning up and taking peoples room numbers at breakfast was super nice! So overall: big props to all the staff, but the building layout should definitely be advertised more clearly (accessibility!)

Great Breakfast and evening drinks!

The minuses are: No cable, no fridge, no phone in the room. Bed was comfortable, good location . I didn't like the inconsistency in pricing for the same coffee each day, different bartenders charged me different prices. One day one girl wanted to charge me 20 DKK for a glass of tap water which I find outrageous. But dispite this I do reccomend Motel One :)

Everything was great

Very pleasant stay at Motel One Wien-Prater. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy, the breakfast was very good, and having coffee with plant-based and soy milk options is a great plus for vegan guests. The garage is also a big advantage. The hotel is just a short walk from Praterstern U-Bahn station, making it very easy and quick to reach the city centre by public transport. Despite the location, it was not noisy at all with the windows closed. I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely come back again.

as always very nice, but Reception could not answer a technical question on the streaming possibilities of the Samsung TV - which felt a little bit disappointing
