Nice Hotel
All perfect, Frau Falke at the bar is your biggest asset
Room was very small with no amenities, e.g. coffee, fridge, ice.
Well located accommodation with helpful and attentive staff.
I was very impressed with the hotel overall. My only criticism would be the lack of a kettle in the room. The staff were all really nice, and Orsolya in particular was excellent.
The hotel staff is welcoming. Welcomes the guest with a warm smile. Helps in choosing the city tour destinations and convenient arrival times. The rooms are spacious enough. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is very rich and varied. The hotel itself should not be called a motel but at least a 3-star hotel.
I enjoyed staying in Motel One. Great and calm environment 🙂. I strongly recommend for other travellers.
Need coffee machine in room. Nespresso pods. Not enough trash cans. Need 2 not one. Need eggs at breakfast. Everything else ok.

The person who checked us in, Sade, was very kind and helpful! Bed was comfortable but air conditioner in the room was noisy.Kept waking me up. Went to the 6th floor for the DJ and a drink but didn’t stay long. It seemed like a young locals crowd and would have preferred a mixed crowd. When we checked out the person at the desk didn’t say Good Morning or ask how our stay was, just took our room keys and said “ Your all set.”

Very nice. Clean. Comfortable bed. I slept well. Great location. I was disappointed to see that the building had a D grade for energy use and efficiency. Please improve that!
Lovely Hotel very close to everything. Liked the fact the Hotel Bar was used and had a good atmosphere. Bedroom good size. Could do with a drawer for clothes
Friendly and competent staff all around the house, our room spacious, quiet and pleasantly cool in the summer heat. Tram and bus stop nearby. The fruit salad (as part of the breakfast buffet) could have been a tad fresher. Overall a pleasant stay!

Great location, good bed and shower, nice with 24h open bar for coffee etc. Would have been nice to have shampoo and conditioner in the room instead of the combo hair&body, or at least for sale in the reception. Otherwise
Amazing location. Rooms could be more equipped with bath accessories like hair conditioner and small bath supplies like hair cup and Cotton buds. Breakfast is super good.

The hotel was ok, but the unjustifiable fact that we had no internet and no television for two (!!!) days was extremely disappointing.

Great location and spotlessly clean! The hotel is situated in a fantastic area and the housekeeping did an excellent job. The complimentary toiletries provided were top-notch and a wonderful touch. The Wi-Fi connection was flawless and extremely fast.However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The staff was just average—polite, but not going above and beyond to make the stay special. It is also quite disappointing that there are no fridges in the rooms, and it would be great if the hotel offered a coffee machine or some free coffee for guests in the morning. Overall, a solid stay if you prioritize location and cleanliness!"

Practical position and tidy room. There should be however a bottle of water in the room.
Near to workplace, easy to book through CWT, good breakfast, confortable rooms, excellent shower but no body milk in the room.
We went to a convention so the location is excellent for that purpose, near to a shopping center with lots of restaurants and convenience stores. The hotel rooms are very minimal. It has only 2 electrical outlets in the room , no closets, not even a phone to call to receptionist, no shampoo, conditioner, shower cap, no bottle water, no room service, no usb plug for your computer. Staff is friendly and room is clean but carpet is dirty.
Excellent location, close to the train station, tram stop and walking distance from the old town. Great look and feel in the lobby and the 6th floor bar/breakfast room/lounge and terrace, modern and stylish. Great, helpful service from everyone. Love the electric outlets in the 6th floor lounge! Very good breakfast. Room is rather on the minimal side in terms of comfort. The bedding is good quality and comfortable and the room was clean. Furniture and furnishings are minimal; no working/charging station; very small bathroom with minimal space for toiletries. Gym access is a plus.
Staff were professional and very pleasant. Room was on the small side for the price - but clean and well maintained. Public areas were well kept and comfortable. Outside spaces could be better cared for.
Staff were unfailingly helpful and friendly even when I had made an error.
I think next time, I need to get a room at the back of the motel as it was very noisy! The room could do with updating but the bed was so comfy
Great from early check in to morning breakfast.
Check-in was efficient and friendly and the hotel had a relaxed vibe at that stage. But, a large tour group monopolised the breakfast buffet before leaving en masse at 8.45am leaving the rest of us feeling underfed and traumatised! Hotel staff advised that it’s best to have breakfast at 6am to avoid tour groups! Perhaps this is an issue for all large hotels in the city centre!
Check in and check out process was fast and without any issues. Room was quiet and clean. Breakfast excellent as always in Motel One hotels

Am in love with the hotel. Booked through my AA miles and somehow the system messed it up. All the staff were fantastic - even as I spilled a whole coffee drink all over the floor - and the cafe/restaurant staff were all supernice and fast and the food was really nice. I was so happily surprised! Rooms were well-styled and bathroom was nice.
The room was disappointing in size, cleanliness and equipment. The front desk staff were rude and pretentious, with the exception of the morning of our departure. We will not be returning.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The lobby and restaurant have a unique and charming design that reflects the atmosphere and themes of the nearby Prater amusement park, giving the hotel a distinctive character. The location is excellent, with a metro station just a short walk away, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Overall, I had a great stay and genuinely have no negative remarks. I would happily recommend this hotel to others visiting Vienna.
