Convenient location right near the train station - it was just what I needed for an overnight stay before a flight early the next morning.

Overall a great hotel in a fantastic location. The only thing we missed was a coffee machine in the room.
Motel One is conveniently located for visiting Brussels' historic center... It is easy to reach from the train station, as well as by car... The garage is also convenient; although not managed by the hotel itself, it is directly connected to Motel One... The reception and breakfast areas are beautifully designed, with great attention to detail. The breakfast is excellent—extensive and offering an international selection. Kudos to the entire staff: from the reception team to the bar and breakfast staff, and even the housekeeping team—everyone was friendly and helpful. An excellent property that I would highly recommend... if I were to return to Brussels, I would definitely stay at Motel One again.

We appreciated the air-conditioning in the room and enjoyed the terrasse for breakfast. The price for the breakfast is still quite high for the choice and the room quite small for 2 people. We could barely shut the door (not locking it but at least keeping some privacy). Altogether still as very good experience with a wonderful quietness for a good night sleep.
Overall, it was a good experience and was nice to be within walking distance of the historical sites.

Our stay at the Motel One Hamburg-Airport was fantastic. After a friendly check-in, we received a complementary water bottle and could proceed straight to our rooms. They had plenty of space for a quick overnight stay. Clean, quiet and air conditioned rooms with comfortable beds were just what we needed. A short 15 minute walk to the airport with large suitcases made this location perfect for us.
What an absolute gem of a find! Great location great hotel! We loved everything about it from the quirky decor to the friendly staff! The room was comfortable, impeccably clean and modern. The rooms were quiet and ideal for a good night sleep with air conditioning for extra comfort in the heat!! If I had one negative it would be lack of drinks facilities in the room but that by no way deterred from the quality of the stay! It was a little piece of affordable luxury in a fantastic city!!! We loved it and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!!

Great location, very modern, stylish and comfortable. Rooms were very small/cosy - double was manageable for one, not sure it would have really worked for two. Continental breakfast was great, but not enough room for everyone to be seated which caused some issues. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast area is too small compared to the size of the hotel. I’m not complaining about having to wait in line at the buffet, but we couldn’t sit down at an empty table because there wasn’t much space—there were only tables for two, which weren’t comfortable for three people. The breakfast selection and variety, based on my travels so far, deserves a rating of nearly excellent. Otherwise, everything was positive during our stay there; I recommend the hotel. Good location. Room size and storage: OK. Room quiet. Bed comfortable. Wi Fi and shower: good. Breakfast good. Layout of hotel a bit of a nuisance with reception on mezzanine level and only one lift stopping at that level.
Most excellent stay! My only qualm was there was no smart tv. I couldn’t watch netflix, hulu etc otherwise it was an amazing stay. I didn’t know NYC could be so peaceful. Loved the area. The staff was awesome. Cleanliness.
Our room was far too small for 2 people with spaces either side of the bed only just enough for 1 to stand. After 5 days the space became too much of a problem. It was clean , staff very good and in a good location. We feel it was over priced for such a small area.

Asked for singel quilts, got it. Good service. Nice view from twelfth floor. Fair price. Close to Piccadilly Station and to the city centrum. We will, as always, come back.

We had a wonderful stay in Motel One in Salzburg. The rooms were fresh and clean and we had an amazing view of the Salzach river. The breakfast was excellent and the terrace very pleasant for an evening drink.

The customer service was friendly and very good and the hotel was really nice and very quiet (apart from hum of fans in courtyard at night but that was silent when I closed window) my only real niggle was the coffee cups in the rooms. They served their purpose but were not that easy to drink from and were very hot to hold as they has no handles. Breakfast was very nice and presented well. We could certainly go back
Very nice hotel. In a great location. We arrived at 11 in the morning and we were handed the key right away. Rooms are not huge but clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Everything is very nice in your hotels, but having breakfast at low tables, sitting on armchairs and sofas is not cool, it's an annoyance.

Excellent stay in Motel One St Peter's Square. Monday evening, so the room rate was excellent value for a prime location in the city centre of Manchester with great transport links across the city. All the excellent facilities were available, reception, lounge area - the most spacious, comfortable and relaxing in the city, by far. Breakfast was top! Light heathy and sets you up for the day. The staff are so friendly and helpful and a delight first thing in the morning. Thank you!
Great location. Staff are helpful, friendly, very professional, offering early check-in when available. Very comfortable room, great bed, walk-in shower, Wi-Fi. A shame that there's nowhere to store small clothing items, underwear, etc. A small drawer unit would make a big difference.
Easy check in, room had all I needed. Very clean and well presented. Toiletries provided along with kettle & tea/coffee etc. Safe provided and plenty of clothes hanging space.
