Business trip. The trip was booked 9 months in advance with the member discount. When I arrived and paid the bill, I realized that the price would have been significantly cheaper currently. As a long-standing member, I am very disappointed and wonder what the membership actually brings me. Even through booking.com, the price would have been cheaper. Very unfortunate that as a member I ended up paying more than someone who books last minute via booking.com without a membership. Even if the price is cheaper on booking.com, you receive a credit there. But not with you. The rooms are somewhat worn, especially in the bathroom this is clearly visible.
