Motel One is a hotel brand, not the corporate group. The brand is not a traditional roadside motel and is not affiliated with Motel 6.

Each hotel combines recognisable brand standards with local stories reflected in its interiors, art and atmosphere.

  • Prime locations: The hotels are situated in central city locations and serve as a base for business, culture and city breaks.
  • Distinctive design: Local themes, high-quality materials and designer furniture characterise the rooms and public areas.
  • One Lounge: The reception, lobby, breakfast café and bar form the social hub of the hotels.

Motel One: Great value for money, a generous experience

The concept focuses on the key features of a city hotel: comfortable rooms, Wi-Fi, friendly service and a variety of communal areas.

Motel One is the flagship brand of the group, which was founded in 2000. The Cloud One Hotels has been part of the portfolio in the lifestyle segment since 2022.

Motel One has a presence in 12 European countries. Two-thirds of its hotels are located in Germany; the brand is also experiencing strong growth in the United Kingdom and Austria.
