Disappointed by the hotel compared to the pics online. Pretty dirty too room too. Not worth the price at all.
The breakfast is poor. There should be hot food alternatives and fresh fruit. Also more veggie alternatives. When I stayed at your hotel last year, every day the cleaning ladies stole something so since then I always tell the reception that I don't want cleaning, but I should not have to fear the cleaning ladies. It would also be good to have a water cooker and a tea cup in the room.
I've stayed at MotelOnes in several countries and have always had a great experience. On this occasion I messed up my booking at the MotelOne in Prague - I thought I'd reserved a room for September and it turned out the booking was for back in May (in part this was down to your website which I'm afraid is not so intuitive). The excellent receptionist nonetheless found me a room for which I was really grateful given it was 22.00 on a Sunday evening! I enjoyed my stay - your staff looked after me very well.
Fine and dundy
Generally excellent. Room was pretty cramped with very little room to move around but perfectly fine for just myself for one night, especially given the price point and location. In-room facilities were fine, bed very comfortable, noise insulation from street outside was very good (I had requested a room with city view), noise insulation from door to corridor not so good, so some disturbance from people talking in the corridor - in common with almost every hotel I have ever stayed at! Breakfast was great, loved the breakfast seating area.
When we got into our room there was only 2 pieces of tissue, we would have expected a full box or at least something more than 2 pieces. Would be nice to have a kettle or coffee maker in room. Front desk, breakfast help and bar help all wonderful and very welcoming.
Perfect peaceful & convenient location, excellent service, very polite and helpful staff. Very good choices for breakfast, offering local produce. The open air patio is a very pleasant spot to sit, relax and enjoy a drink or lunch/dinner. Roomy cloud room excellent, having a balcony with sun loungers is a delight in the warm early fall weather.
Top Hotel & Top Personal
Excellent location, quiet hotel. Rooms are quite small and there is very little counter space. Works well for a few days business trips, though. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The hotel was absolutely perfect! The staff were kind, efficient and helpful and the property itself was very well maintained. In fact, I didn't want to leave. The location is amazing. Truly a wonderful and perfect experience all around and I highly recommend Motel One.
Great location, wonderfull breakfast and comfortable room.
The check-out with the proper company invoice was procedually really bad (was'nt able to do it Day before, wrong adresses some double times, took a very long time etc.). The service still was very kind and calm - respect!!
Really decent room but given that it's missing the fifth floor, missing a bar, the rooms should have been discounted.

I really love staying at your Hotel ! It is perfectly well situated for my visits to Antwerp during business trips. However, this last time, I had really bad connection to your wi-fi.
Even though the hotel is situated right next to Vienna Central Station, my stay was brilliant. The service and staff are perfectly coordinated, just as they are in all the other cities.

Every thing is perfect, friendly staff . Good location for family/women, close to everything I would come back but I was expecting to have water at my room or if I ask at reception they would bring and not sell me water.. it’s basic needs
I had a great time staying at your hotel with great professional staff.
All went really fine. Cost - benefit really worth. Nice infrastructure and practical. Just got disappointed when I tried to make another reservation for 2 days after my first stay. In fact, I intended to cancel the other reservation I had in another hotel to stay there once more. Rate on plaforms and on Motel One website was 3x higher though. Thought that, being a new recent client, would find some effort from the front desk. None at all. Just bluntly threw the rate on me, "sorry, high demand"...at the end, and I should not be surprised, it is just a business and the client-hotel relation is determined by immediate results, not by building a tie with clients.
Very good location, very comfortable rooms, good breakfast - but unfortunately no warm dishes (eg. scrambled eggs).

Did not get reciept on requested cost, you refered to that you did not have my e-mail adress, I gave it, futhermore I got this mail so that means you already got it, slow expediting in the reception, breakfast location was not optimal & very expensive, I have stayed many times in the hotel in business & booked both for myself and several collegues, but would expect much better treatment
I have stayed at your hotel many times and highly recommend it to my work colleagues as it is central for us being close to EFTA house. TV channels could be more in English or at least with English subtitles, there could be a kettle and a couple of tea/coffee bags in the room, water always leaks from the shower tray in front of toilet. Room is always very clean
Stylish, clean & functional. 2nd stay. Not sure why they are unable to provide irons. Would have preferred a wider selection at breakfast. However, the hotel served me well, and I would return again.
Perfect welcoming and check-in at reception even if it was late, fresch room with good sound insulation to next room, comfortable bed and pillow(s), modern and luxorious bathroom and shower head and a generous offer at breakfast where I especially enjoyed the coffee mashine with oatmilk inside. Leonidas and Pablo in the bar are a huge part of the reason why I keep coming back. They take good care of everyone - and Leonidas has been able to add more beer to the menu (please let him add even more)! The room needs better shelves/drawers to put clothes away. Breakfast should have mayonnaise, smoked salmon, and bigger glasses.
No complaints at all. Room was comfortable and offered all the necessary facilities. Very clean. Staff both efficient and friendly. The hotel's location is super convenient and offers extremely good value. This was our second visit and we wouldn't hesitate to stay in future.
I really love the room and the breakfast. The only thing is maybe you can consider providing additional snacks at the lobby bar except sandwiches. Also, it will be fun if we can adjust the room temperature.
not so close to public transports - not easy to access for wheelchairs
The whole group of 11 persons where very positive about the hotel! It was mentioned that a trash can where missing in the rooms. The bathroom had cans. 3 of a total of 11 have experienced bug sticks in 2 different rooms.
My experience at this hotel totally ruined my family’s stay and expectations of a great time visiting Brussels. The reception staff were friendly. However, the bar staff were not. We booked 2 rooms and ordered food from the bar. The bar area had a few customers. The seating area beside the elevator and downstairs was totally empty. We decided to take our food that we ordered to the garden to enjoy outside, which was totally empty as well and it had tables where you could order food from the bar via the QR Code on the tables. During this time we were approached by the bar staff that we weren’t supposed to be eating any “outside food” that wasn’t ordered from the bar, even though we were physically eating the food we ordered from the bar. It was the same blonde headed guy that we placed our order with and he delivered to us. He also stated that he would turn a blind eye this time but not to let it happen again. It definitely won’t happen again because we will never be back or stay at another MotelOne because of this experience. After this my family of four decided to go to our rooms. We had garden views from both rooms and watched other people come in with Pizza Hut boxes and eat at the exact table we were sitting at along with a couple who had a grocery bag full of snacks and eat outside as well. They were not one time approached or reprimanded as we were about eating “outside food” in that area. Extremely disappointed and will never use MotelOne again.

Because of our dog, you demanded that we should sit outside among the smokers to eat our breakfast. And it was raining that morning. This stupid rule of yours means we will never return.
We ordered waffle from the bar and went and eat in the garden area had other food . Only people in this area was us and bartender told us that we were not allowed to eat other food in this area but after we left from are room view we could see other guests eating food from other restaurants Pizza Hut, snacks and beer from store not from the hotel bar and one appeared to be a hotel employee.
Comfortable hotel within walking distance of the old town and various points of interest in Zurich, as well as Lake Zurich. It would have been good if there were 2 chairs provided for the double rooms. The rooms were very clean and well maintained by the housekeeping staff. The reception staff were friendly and helpful in providing information.
The accommodation is excellent for a business trip and a stay of a few days. The clean room and bathroom are more than enough reason for me to stay here again. The breakfast in the lobby is very good, and the bar staff are very friendly.

The room was to hot, the air Condition doesn't work well
Unfortunately, I didn’t fully enjoy my stay. I found the room to be quite small and pokey, very basic for the price, and in my opinion, overpriced. I was also unhappy with the location of my room. It was situated along a long hallway where people were constantly walking directly towards my door. I had actually asked to be moved before being allocated the room, but unfortunately this wasn’t accommodated. I felt uncomfortable and unsafe enough during the night that I placed something behind the door for additional security. The bathroom also had very poor ventilation and became extremely stuffy. I had to leave the bathroom door open simply to allow some air to circulate. I didn’t spend a great deal of time at the hotel as I had private engagements to attend, so I wasn’t there to make extensive use of the facilities. However, it was a very cold night, I went and asked reception regarding the heating system. They said that it’s will take awhile to get warm and then they didn’t have any portable heaters, it didn’t get warm….and I developed a cold and have not been feeling well at all since returning to London. Overall, I was disappointed with my stay, particularly considering the price I paid. I feel that the room, location and ventilation could all be improved to provide guests with a more comfortable and secure experience.
Hotel was located in an excellent location. Room was clean tidy with all we needed. Reception and bar area were excellent too. All staff friendly and willing to help.
Lovely hotel overall, good location, access from airport is perfect and proximity to major attraction is good with walking distance. Very Friendly reception even though I didn’t get to talk to them cause we did self check in. Only thing negative about this hotel was a pillow for me. Not my favorite but works for other people I suppose. And im not complaining but there was no gluten free bread for breakfast, I didn’t expect one so no problem, I had two hard boiled eggs. Thank you
The welcome on arrival was very poor. The guy was totally disinterested. He just said the same automatic spiel - some of which had no relevance to me. The reception desk was a mess dirty coffee cups and disorganised. It was a bad luck from my first impression. On check out, I told the receptionist the wifi didn’t work. He just told me there’s no way that could be true. This is probably the fifth Motel One I’ve stayed at and the first time I’ve been disappointed.
I was particularly pleased about the fact that, following a message I sent within the Booking.com platform asking for a room with a nice view, I was in fact assigned a room with an excellent view over the World Trade Centre. The staff is courteous and professional; I would like in particular to mention a female member of staff who was at the reception desk in the evening of my arrival (September 13, around 9 pm) and on the morning of my check-out (September 14, shortly before noon). I recommendation I might suggest is to reduce the amount of German language that a public (by definition) international such as the one coming to your New York premises is exposed to. Everything digital, from the Wi-Fi portal to this very questionnaire starts off with everything in German, before forcing the user to manually shift into English. I do understand that the overall brand is German and that you probably have a majority of German guests for your facilities in Germany, but a location that is literally besides the World Trade Centre in New York has certainly an international audience, and English is clearly the language they are most used to. By the way, I write this being an Italian native speaker; if I were American, this expectation would be even stronger, because any interface that does not start off in English would seem to be extremely unusual, to the extent to which it becomes bizarre and weird.
The rooms were okay and spotlessly clean. I'd have expected some pictures in an otherwise completely dull room. Also, a bottle of water and hydrating cream are normally standard in your price range.
