We had breakfast on the last day only just to try it out but it was definitely not worth 18€ per person as it was lacking warm food except boiled eggs, which were not cooked properly. Everything else was just fine. The hotel I can recommend the breakfast no, nothing worth the money.
We always try to stay here when in Innsbruck as we love the location. Special thanks to the young lady who checked us in and was super helpful and friendly!
Great room and friendly staff , had a problem with a leaky sink but was all taken care of with no fuss only helpfulness. great view from the room , it was a WOW factor , only thing I would change would be the beer choice in the bar , Trumer is not brilliant , so many better beers out there.... but that is the only thing, great location , friendly staff , especially the young Irish lady , but to be fair they were all helpful and friendly.
A beautiful hotel with perfect location and an amazing view, very clean and modern. I stayed a lot in Innsbruck and first time to stay there and one of my best experiences.
Great location. Great hotel vibe. Great staff. Great rooftop bar. Will stay again.
Staff were excellent
Gosh, we’ve had such a nice time. The location is great. Not dead central but still walking distance to the old town. Top floor bar is absolutely amazing! I house parking is very convey but also expensive.
Worth the views!
The hotel is located, as usual, in a strategic position. Unfortunately the mattress wasn't as confortable as I am used to (referring to others Motel One). The bathroomis very tiny and the walk inn hower maybe isn't the right choice. We'd really appreciate a stool or another small chair. We had a stunning view of the city and the air conditioning was ok
Comfortable beds. Great rooftop bar.
Leaking hose and broken hose in bathroom. View on the rails inside the train station. Expensive parking.
The room was very small for the price we've paid
Staff were great .do friendly and helpful Great location Couldn't hear trains or traffic Great rooftop bar Funky decor Great stay Loved it
Great stay at your hotel , location , cleanes , service was owsome , definitivamente will use your facilites again
Lovely employees, perfect location, clean and quiet
Clothes' space is too small. For the rest, Motel One is top.
It was the weirdest Motel One I've visited and I've visited quite a few. Bar closed at 1am? I customary get espresso 3-4am at Motel One so this was a bit disappointing. During breakfast hotel guy approached my table just to remind me and my wife that they're closing in 20 minutes... mate don't stress me when I eat because I respect nature laws more than your rules. At the end of breakfast some guy was walking with a spreadsheet and taking pictures of everything while the team was jumping around him idk I'm not coming back to this weird country without my own RV. To be fair I drove there straight from Barcelona's Motel One where crew was relaxed, nice and easy so observing these differences between cultures so distant was super interesting and fun. Cheers!
All good! In the basic room Miss a little fridge and boiler. Reception very kind
Clean, with good wifi and friendly staff. Great rooftop bar.
Our three nights stay met the standard expected of MO, except one day the room was not cleaned. The entry could be redesigned for better use of space. The rooftop bar is quite impressive.
Excellent location to the train station and walking distance to the old town. Facilities were new and clean, and the staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful with suggestions and advice.
Our staying there was nice, the position of the hotel very comfortable because near tthe train station and the town centre. The staff was very Nice, avaiable and polite
The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. The view of the mountains was spectacular! The staff was very helpful. Sadly our room was so small that we could only open one suitcase at a time.
Great location, great staff, good value. Guy at reception checking us in was wonderful. The same goes for the lady serving us upstairs in the bar.
Great location, with site parking (at extra cost), good clean rooms. The breakfast room/bar on the 13th floor is an experience in its own right - amazing views. The reception staff have, consistently, been very friendly and helpful
The view is beautiful, and the front desk staff are very friendly.
I enjoyed the hotel, staff was superb! I only wished my room was on a higher floor to get a better view!
Great staying at 11th floor and at a Bar on rooftop
Super
Great bar and good central location, next to train station. Our room was very small though - had not realised how small on booking - very expensive given its size
Lovely stay, thank you, guys
Great location. Fabulous views. Good breakfast. Awful pillows!
The room was a little cold, and one time I requested a large towel and didn‘t receive it. But everything else was perfect!
it was my first time in Innsbruck and the staff was very kind and welcoming and helpful
The location of the hotel was excellent, just next to the train station and in a walking distance of the old town (a 10 to 15 min walk). The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The room was also very clean and the bed was perfect.
Wonderful rooms with spectacular views and very welcoming staff.
Amazing! Thank you so much for a great stay! Great location, friendly and lovely rooms + the amazing view from the bar and breakfast!
Excellent
very polite and nice only remark: room number on door opener (I know it is not for security reason, but I do not like it :)) dust bin missing in room
Evrrything was great - far beyond our expectation ! ❤️
The special room looked over a good yard and the room AC was inadequate in terms of cooling meaning the room overheated and we had a poor nights sleep. I look not recommended the hotel.
Small room. No refridgerstor. Very hot outside. AC didn't manage too cool the room. Tried both auto and full effekt. Temperatur was unpleasent high during all 3 nights. We had too skip trust i AC, and sleep with open dor to the terasse. Luckily there were som breeze. Terasse was good.
Motel is good, roo.s are clean, friendly people. Only thing, rating 1 is the parking fee, 25 euro for one night is way to much.
I absolutely loved this hotel the location, the staff, and my room, the bar and everything were just perfect
Reception was great. Hospitality at high level. Room cleanliness outstanding 👌
Near to train station with amazing views of the mountains from the sky bar.
Very clean , comfortable mattress and pillows. Very quiet.Cheerful helpful staff. Good breakfast
Despite specifically telling the staff to do so, there was no housekeeping after the first night. The carpeted floor is a pain in the ass for every wheelchair user, and we were overcharged in the parking garage. They did not deduct the hotel discount.
The room as simple yet clean and smelled fine, no usual chemical smells. I appreciate organic breakfasts and toiletries a lot. A beautiful view at breakfast was an additional bonus. For a business trip Motel One was a perfect choice.
Motel One Innsbruck is at super good location. I've stayed twice when visiting Innsbruck for Climbing World Cup, and it's excellent location considering that these events are late at evening: public transport connections are very good because almost all lines go to Hbf, and the main station also has lots of food & other services available even late in the evening. The city center area is perfectly within walking distance but the hotel is still somehow away from the most active city hassle. Rooms are great, air conditioning makes them super comfy even during heatwave, and also soundproofing is great, you really don't hear much anything neither from the street nor from the corridor/other rooms. Everything works generally great. Motel One might not be the hotel with most "uniqueness" and "personality" but I love that I can trust that everything just works and is generally high quality.

6 Design Highlights
Of course there is much more to see in our hotel in Innsbruck but these six highlight give you a taste of what awaits you in Tyrol.

Slope Stormers
From the lobby to the lift in just 20 minutes?
No problem in Innsbruck - here, winter sports enthusiasts of all kinds have plenty to choose from in the immediate vicinity.
Hotel Innsbruck
The big city village
Welcome to the most urban village in Austria! Did you know that genuine Tyroleans affectionately refer to Innsbruck as an ‘overgrown village’? And rightly so, because the fifth-largest city in the ‘Alpine Republic’ combines big-city flair with rural idyll. Shall we prove it to you? In our Motel One Innsbruck, the big city village is at your doorstep.
Alpine chalet in the urban jungle – your hotel in Innsbruck
Good news! There’s no need to scale the Nordkette if you want to make yourself at home in an Alpine chalet. No, this Alpine chalet lies in the heart of the city. Your hotel brings the mountains to the valley, right next to the central train station. Snuggle up in a velvet armchair and warm yourself by the crackling fire. See for yourself: the flatscreen in the lobby is just as rustic and cosy as a real Tyrolean tiled stove.
All you need is a drink. Treat yourself to a refreshment from the bar, lean back in our rustic country-style sofas and enjoy the view of the Nordkette. And, since we can’t actually move mountains into our design hotel, we’ve simply recreated the beautiful forces of nature in trendy fine arts style on the glass façades of our lobby. One thing is for certain – you’ve never experienced the Tyrolean Alps like this.
In the mood for the real thing? You can experience the mountain range up close and personal right outside our affordable hotel. Like an attentive guardian, it surrounds the valley – from the New Town to the Old Town.
Speaking of the Old Town, Innsbruck’s narrow cobblestone alleys and decorative half-timber houses are also just a stone’s throw from the hotel. Take a leisurely stroll through the historical centre, pay a visit to the Baroque Cathedral of St. James and take a selfie in front of the Golden Roof, Innsbruck’s smallest and greatest treasure. Hungry? A serving of Tyrolean Speckknödel, or bacon dumplings, and “Kiachl”, a traditional doughnut, will fortify you for an eventful foray through the big city village. Because Innsbruck is not done with you yet – not by a long shot. You already know its lively urban side. But what about its calm and natural side?
At the feet of Tyrolean nature – your hotel in Innsbruck
How does it feel to fly? Now you can find out. At the Bergisel ski jump, you can reach for the sky. Even from a distance, the slender steel giant by architect Zaha Hadid sparks a thrill. After getting your adrenaline kick, bring your racing heartbeat back to normal with a cup of coffee and a slice of cake in the Bergisel Sky restaurant. The Innsbruck Nordkette cable car takes you even higher. The panoramic gondolas offer you a breathtaking 360-degree-view of the jewel of the Alps. And who knows? If you look close enough, you might even spot an ibex or a marmot during your journey. After all, what’s that they say? Tyrol is the home of the ibex and the marmot.
