I absolutely loved this hotel the location, the staff, and my room, the bar and everything were just perfect
Reception was great. Hospitality at high level. Room cleanliness outstanding 👌
Near to train station with amazing views of the mountains from the sky bar.
Very clean , comfortable mattress and pillows. Very quiet.Cheerful helpful staff. Good breakfast
Despite specifically telling the staff to do so, there was no housekeeping after the first night. The carpeted floor is a pain in the ass for every wheelchair user, and we were overcharged in the parking garage. They did not deduct the hotel discount.
The room as simple yet clean and smelled fine, no usual chemical smells. I appreciate organic breakfasts and toiletries a lot. A beautiful view at breakfast was an additional bonus. For a business trip Motel One was a perfect choice.
Motel One Innsbruck is at super good location. I've stayed twice when visiting Innsbruck for Climbing World Cup, and it's excellent location considering that these events are late at evening: public transport connections are very good because almost all lines go to Hbf, and the main station also has lots of food & other services available even late in the evening. The city center area is perfectly within walking distance but the hotel is still somehow away from the most active city hassle. Rooms are great, air conditioning makes them super comfy even during heatwave, and also soundproofing is great, you really don't hear much anything neither from the street nor from the corridor/other rooms. Everything works generally great. Motel One might not be the hotel with most "uniqueness" and "personality" but I love that I can trust that everything just works and is generally high quality.
Excellent views, rooms, food, location. Brilliant.
Quick checkin, excellent view from room. Nice bar, breakfast and close to train station for arrival and onward travel. Reception were all helpful and pleasant.
Would score higher if the room was larger, we had a very small room, no tea / coffee facilities, and only one chair in the room to enjoy the view . - top floor dining area starting to look tired . Room was very clean and well serviced .
Very basic compared to the rate of the hotel
Great little hotel, you do everything right. Extremely nice people on the front desk. Well run, clean and comfortable, I will be back.(But please get “CNN” on the television.)
Excellent service
Hotel is a very convenient, in a good location, and with a friendly and caring staff. The room was with a beautiful view to the mountains, however it was a bit too small for two persons. It would be helpful to have two chairs in a room for two persons. In addition, it would be advantage to have a bit more variety in a meniu of the breakfest. Overall, it is a very good hotel!
Used for overnight accommodation on a longer journey by train - location near station and centre of old town was perfect for our needs. Room and facilities excellent . Overall good value.
Team was very supportive to fix my reservation. I did book the wrong dates but they helped to still accommodate us
The view was amazing. Location was perfect for the train and the old city area.
Location was good. You were close to many things in the city.
Great hotel with great design and super location right next to train station. Rooms were well designed and bed very comfortable; bathroom was luxurious. Staff at front desk and bar on level 13 were so friendly and helpful. Love the Motel One Innsbruck!
Great staff ,great room ,good price. Location is good next to station and in walking distance to main attractions in Innsbruck would recommend this hotel !
Room size is small, no water provided, the kettle i borrowed from the reception was powdery and dirty even after washed so i did not use. There's no room slippers/coffee/tea provided too. There's no air-con controller in the room, have to open the window for cool air and it was noisy at night, i was waken up many times in my sleep. i would say it's expensive for the price i pay compared to rooms i book in other cities of Austria.
Awesome bar and wonderful staff. Rooms compact but clean .
Good location, kind personnel.
Our room was AWESOME! Thanks for that :) The view was gorgeous, and the room was functional and made good use of the available space. Shout out to the locker that could easily accommodate my 14" laptop :D The breakfast was a bit boring though, the same menu every day. It would've been nice to have scrambled eggs / sausages etc. Also, the ground floor has no toilets, you have to go up to the 12th floor. However, the lift is blazingly fast somehow, and at the same time quite smooth.
Great location and our room was good. Breakfast is in a beautiful location but quite frankly the logistics of the room is not that good and the food selection is just ok.
Million dollar view from the corner rooms, excellent staff and location.
Convenient location to Central Train Station. Carpet is not well maintained. Dun like disposal cups.
Good location, good breakfast, comfortable bed. However room was too hot and A/C unit didn't work so had to sleep with window open all night and listen to the trains and station announcements. Bedside tables far too small. Water pressure in shower was inadequate
Friendly and knowledgeable staff excellent recommendations for local cafes etc. Room was comfortable, quiet and clean.
Our room was smelling (smoke) so we had to change rooms.
We enjoyed our stay but found the room too warm and when we opened the window the noise level was high.
Great location, great rooftop bar. Lovely breakfast! Room we had a bit small but nice a new.
The front desk was exceptional, very friendly, clear and helpful.
The room was clean and facilities were werein a good situation. The staff members of hotel were also nice and helpful. On the otherhand, hotel location is the best that it is next to the OBB main station.
Bathroom door was making creaking noise every time, was bit annoying when somebody is asleep
Everything is clean and tidy. Excellent view from the room.
I could not check in by my name. Moreover, I was requested to pay cancelation fee, although I stayed tow nights according to the reservation , and payed the fee at checking in.
I loved staying at Motel One, the location is perfect, the room very nice, perfect for one person, with a nice view, the bed was very confortable, the bathroom also excellent. Very clean, very tidy. My only not so good thing is that the temprature controler was not working, even adjusting the temperature, the room was always a little too cold.
Amazing view. Amazing bar. In room 12.26 the bathroom stank a bit (I think the sink of the shower was the problem. Service 10/10
Fantastic view from the very nice room.
Helpful friendly staff, fantastic view from rooms. Quite simply what we needed on our stay. Last but not least, good prices.
Fantastic. Amazing views from the room. Luggage storage prior to check in. Very kind and friendly staff! One woman at the check in desk was FANTASTIC - so very kind and helpful. Hotel bar was super!
Top Hotel
We love the view from our room, we only wish if our floor is higher. Everything is perfect and room is spacious. The rooftop bar is great as well.
Fantastic location, great bar with amazing views and all round very professional lovely staff
Motel One Innsbruck was a great stay for our trip as a couple—comfortable, clean, and perfectly located. The room felt cozy and modern, and we had a really relaxing stay overall. Breakfast was nice with good quality options, and the staff were friendly and attentive, making the service feel smooth and welcoming throughout.
I had a pleasant stay at Innsbruck Motel and would rate it 8 out of 10. Overall, everything was good—the room was comfortable and the stay was enjoyable. The only downside was that the toilet floor was a bit slippery, which could be improved for safety. Other than that, I was satisfied with my experience.
I loved so many things about this hotel! First, of course, the magnificent views! But also the fact that there was a airing window in my room that opened so that you could avoid that damp hotel smell. And plenty of vegan options (clearly marked) at the breakfast. Receptionist Matteo gave me a heartfelt welcome! The few downsides mainly had to do with how the breakfast was served. The lounge was beautiful but noisy, which was made worse by the terrible music constantly played there (the third day, I wore earplugs). Furniture was not made for eating, too few hard chairs and instead plenty of sofas and soft armchairs - really uncomfortable for sitting at a table. When I arrived 45 minutes before breakfast closed, some items were already run out and not replaced upon request.
Hello, We were very disappointed. The first night went well, but the second (Friday night) did not go well. At 11 p.m., we were disturbed by the noise from the rooftop party (13th floor). We were on the 12th floor (room 15). In addition to the noise of footsteps, the problem was that the toilets were on the 12th floor and that drunk people were walking around on the 12th floor and especially slamming the toilet doors. My wife, who has ear problems, was able to sleep, but not me until 2am. Your team did offer to change our room, but since my wife was sleeping, it was not possible. Also, the voucher for a free breakfast proposed was not realistic because we have not planned to come back. Everything was already paid when we arrived so a voucher made no sense. I am also disppointed that no manager was able to see us to received our complains and to offer a real compensation. Not a good experience and no professionnal management of the pb (how you can rent a room at the 12 level when there is a party at the 13 level?) Sylvain et Caroline PASQUIET
Great location, views and price.

6 Design Highlights
Of course there is much more to see in our hotel in Innsbruck but these six highlight give you a taste of what awaits you in Tyrol.

Slope Stormers
From the lobby to the lift in just 20 minutes?
No problem in Innsbruck - here, winter sports enthusiasts of all kinds have plenty to choose from in the immediate vicinity.
Hotel Innsbruck
The big city village
Welcome to the most urban village in Austria! Did you know that genuine Tyroleans affectionately refer to Innsbruck as an ‘overgrown village’? And rightly so, because the fifth-largest city in the ‘Alpine Republic’ combines big-city flair with rural idyll. Shall we prove it to you? In our Motel One Innsbruck, the big city village is at your doorstep.
Alpine chalet in the urban jungle – your hotel in Innsbruck
Good news! There’s no need to scale the Nordkette if you want to make yourself at home in an Alpine chalet. No, this Alpine chalet lies in the heart of the city. Your hotel brings the mountains to the valley, right next to the central train station. Snuggle up in a velvet armchair and warm yourself by the crackling fire. See for yourself: the flatscreen in the lobby is just as rustic and cosy as a real Tyrolean tiled stove.
All you need is a drink. Treat yourself to a refreshment from the bar, lean back in our rustic country-style sofas and enjoy the view of the Nordkette. And, since we can’t actually move mountains into our design hotel, we’ve simply recreated the beautiful forces of nature in trendy fine arts style on the glass façades of our lobby. One thing is for certain – you’ve never experienced the Tyrolean Alps like this.
In the mood for the real thing? You can experience the mountain range up close and personal right outside our affordable hotel. Like an attentive guardian, it surrounds the valley – from the New Town to the Old Town.
Speaking of the Old Town, Innsbruck’s narrow cobblestone alleys and decorative half-timber houses are also just a stone’s throw from the hotel. Take a leisurely stroll through the historical centre, pay a visit to the Baroque Cathedral of St. James and take a selfie in front of the Golden Roof, Innsbruck’s smallest and greatest treasure. Hungry? A serving of Tyrolean Speckknödel, or bacon dumplings, and “Kiachl”, a traditional doughnut, will fortify you for an eventful foray through the big city village. Because Innsbruck is not done with you yet – not by a long shot. You already know its lively urban side. But what about its calm and natural side?
At the feet of Tyrolean nature – your hotel in Innsbruck
How does it feel to fly? Now you can find out. At the Bergisel ski jump, you can reach for the sky. Even from a distance, the slender steel giant by architect Zaha Hadid sparks a thrill. After getting your adrenaline kick, bring your racing heartbeat back to normal with a cup of coffee and a slice of cake in the Bergisel Sky restaurant. The Innsbruck Nordkette cable car takes you even higher. The panoramic gondolas offer you a breathtaking 360-degree-view of the jewel of the Alps. And who knows? If you look close enough, you might even spot an ibex or a marmot during your journey. After all, what’s that they say? Tyrol is the home of the ibex and the marmot.
