It was ok, i just got a accessible room abd i was a bit surprised because no one told me at checkin

When I arrived I was told that breakfast was not included in the corporate contract. OK, that is possible. I asked to add it and I paid. The next morning I was told breakfast was not included..... I was puzzled. When I came back for check-out, the receptionist said it was not included, they had checked. I was surprised and said, OK I will pay it anyhow but last night something else has been discussed. We had an unpleasant discussion following this. When I asked for both the electronic and paper invoice, I was glad I did; the electronic version again did not include the breakfast I had just paid for. Don't tell me I was not clear the next time, please. I am a customer. When the receptionist said 'see you next time' I wondered if this will be the case. I don't like to be treated this way. (That's how much the reception can change the total experience, unfortunately).

Second time here. Good place and happy to stay another time.
