Motel One Group

The Munich-based company was founded in 2000 and currently operates 94 hotels with 26,470 rooms. The brand offers a unique combination of high-quality interiors, exclusive design, excellent service and outstanding city centre locations at attractive prices. As the founder and pioneer of the budget design concept, we focus on continued further development.

The Cloud One Hotels

The Motel One Group presented its new lifestyle brand The Cloud One Hotels with the opening of its first hotel in New York City in 2022. Building on the key success factors of Motel One, The Cloud One Hotels pays special attention to three core elements: individuality, sustainability and experience. And this is just the beginning of the journey. The locations in New York, Hamburg and Nuremberg will be followed by Düsseldorf, Chicago and Verona.
