The room was next to trains, too noisy, hotel was not full but I was given that room unfortunately, it was not clean , hairs on the floor…
Location top. Friendliness top. Cleanliness poor. Maintenance poor. The overall experience was okay. The staff is super friendly. The Cleanliness however is too basic. Dust everywhere, on the reading lamp, head part of the bed, hair dryer cable, socket cover. Shower glass wall dirty. Hairs on tiles. The list goes on and you don't have to be a 5* hotel to have clean rooms. This should be a standard in any hotel.
Room is clean, beds are comfy, great breakfast. AC did not cool the room but we could open windows.

The hotel is great. The surrounding is not nice. Dirt and homeless people just near the hotel entrance.
Smooth, quick, easy check-in! Friendly desk people who all spoke English. Great, large elevator. Room a bit small but fine and comfortable. Good location near Zoo was handy. Would happily stay there again!

We were staying 5 days, the hotel could have put us in a room not directly facing the tracks. Soundproofing was excellent though!

The place is very convenient and easy to locate
the bathroom under sink leaked (503) but we didnt notice unitl the afternoon of our second day when we came back from spending the day out with family.
Very warm and welcoming staff. Room was spacious and reasonable value for money. Hotel was clean and accepted guests with pets. There was paid parking adjacant to the hotel with a discount for guests. We enjoyed our stay very much. We will visit again
Always a good experience staying at motel one. Friendly, clean, attentive staff, good WiFi. Breakfast has become expensive over the years. Not good value anymore.
Good breakfast. Perfect silence. Room and bathroom not cleaned properly during the stay (5 nights). The carpet doesn't help.

Good price performance ratio. Centrally located. Good size of the family room (for 2 + 1). However, there was no fridge in the room and the bathroom had no vent which caused to steam up everything in the bathroom. Somewhat overpriced during the European Championship 2024.

I had an accident while checking into my rooms and ended up cutting myself. Frau Kluge was absolutely amazing, making sure that I was well taken care of and that the room in question could be prepared in time for my friend's arrival. She really is all that a manager should be and more! On top of that, the comfort and breakfast were also superb. Thanks again for your exemplary service and consideration.
Small but clean and stylish. Breakfast was not worth the price - I would book without breakfast and eat elsewhere, especially in a city that has great places for brunch. Also, the coffee bar had only instant decaf..

I enjoyed staying at Motel One. The only problem was that the elevator was out of order and did not function during our stay. I know it was a holiday weekend, however, this problem had to be solved.
Good breakfast, free water was not cooled! and it was very hot that day! could be great to have cooled offer water- would make the experience more pleasant! Also for regular customers- why not more free offers/presents at their discretion, or other customer experience support offers

Stylisch city hotel, friendly staff, the Bar is open all night long. We had a very small room, a bit noisy though since the hotel is located next to a train station. Recommended for short business trips.

I really wanted to like it but I felt some basic things did not deliver. -tv in room was not working (turned on but the channels and cable no) - the fan or heat system in the room as well - most dissatisfying though is on Saturday morning at 8am, housekeeping staff were very loud in the hallway, almost shouting… I’m sorry but that’s not ok and professional - one staff member entered my room without knocking… incredible… I understand the tight turnaround on rooms but please have the decency to knock on the door at least :( left a very bad taste for me. Check in and check out staff friendly
The bed was amazing, the room had dust in the places that housekeeping usually do not pay attention like the bed rest. It would be nice if more staff spoke English. Breakfast was good for the price, but lacked some hot items. It was also very very busy but it was during ITB.

Very good experience, great location, clean rooms, kind staff. My room was small (difficult to move around, not much space to put clothes and things), but bett was spacious. The view to the theater is not the best in the evening (I had to draw the curtains), but it was quiet (good isolation!). Nice that there is free coffe at the reception in the morning! Negative: No toiletries, bottle of water only on the first day; not sure that AC was "following the instructions" - it was warm although it was switched off. But all in all - very good!
unfortunately I fogot that its the motel one at the railway. but staff have been all very very nice! room was clean and well temperatured.

I love Motel One. You always know what you are getting and the price is fair.
An extremely small room. There was no minibar, wardrobe and all hotel equipment in the room. Also, the bathroom was extremely small and the cleanliness of the hotel was really bad. Additionally, a room facing S-RE trains with broken air conditioning. My Motel One experience was terrible, I'm glad I booked one night to try it out, then went on to stay at a much higher quality hotel. On the other hand, It will remain in my mind as a very bad option for its price.
Always a great stay, lovely views. But the cleaning Service didn't do a good job with the bathroom. Was not clean on arrival. And the several attempts to clean the room in the morning with constant opening of the door from the cleaning Service was very unpleasant.
