Super Lage, super Service, super sympathisch
Vi har boet på Motel One i mange år i forbindelse med bl.a. Berlin Marathon. Vi overvejer dog at finde et andet hotel, da vi synes det er blevet for dyrt. Der er desværre ikke et loyalitetsprogram, der tilgodeser trofaste kunder, der har boet hos jer mange gange. Ikke ud over en flaske vand som vi ikke engang fik ved vores seneste besøg i september i år.
too small rooms, nothing hot for breakfast (e.g., no scrambled eggs, etc.)
Good standard, excellent location, great breakfast, and friendly staff.
The hotel was generally fine, but for this price range, I would have expected at least some hot food at breakfast (eggs, for example). There was also an unpleasant smell in the bathroom when I checked in. Housekeeping was agreed for only one day instead of the three days of my stay, but even on that day, the service was not provided.
I only have one thing. It was lack of space/seats/tables for breakfast.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The room was super clean, the staff were 5-star, and Celso was truly INCREDIBLE. My fiancé wanted to surprise me when I arrived at the hotel, and Celso was the one who helped him. He immediately took care of everything, and when I got to the room, there was a lovely surprise waiting for me on the bed. That kind of gesture is priceless, because it made my arrival at the room so much more special and memorable than it would normally have been, and it was all thanks to Celso. Thank you so, so much! ❤️
We had a lovely stay, all the staff were friendly and helpful. Especially the guy at the front desk the day we arrived who allowed us to check in early, this was very much appreciated! Hotel is in a great location for transport, shops, restaurants. Its also spotless clean and really nice decor! We hope to stay again.
Et superfint hotel- velfungerende, rent, centralt. Det eneste vi kunne savne var en lille smule mere variation i udvalget af morgenmad, selvom det bestemt også var fint og lækkert.
The whole operation is spot on. The only oddity was the retractable glass shower door in the rollin the shower. Metal wheelchairs and other mobility devices don’t work well with glass obstructions, and increases risk of injury. Someone just needs to rethink it a little bit and make a change. Peace
friendly staff at check-in and bar, clean room (shout-out to house keeping!), room allocation not according my preferences stated in my reservation and mentioned at check-in.

The hotel is as good as ever. The location is excellent. But what never ceases to amaze me is how friendly and professional the staff is. That is continuously by far the best comparative strength of this hotel.
Hotel is in a convenient location in Berlin. Rooms are small and there is no desk. Air Conditioning was very good and needed.
I have quite mixed feelings about my stay. Friends recommended me this hotel and it is a good hotel, it looks good and fresh/modern, staff is friendly and overall on paper it was all good. Location is really good, less than 10m to "S-Bahn" and it's quite noisy but closed windows making it not noticeable. I booked for 5 nights, and on checking we were asked if we want cleaning every day, which we said no to. But somehow "not every day" turned out to no room service at all. I don't need my bed made and changing towels but they could at least emty trash/etc. This was "interesting" experience. I also realised that I would like to have some water cooker so that's something I will pay attention to next time.

Great place, loved the hotel atmosphere. Apart from the usual hotel being nice, what I found really interesting is the presence of a locker!
The air conditioning in the rooms is inadequate, but the common areas are very good. The breakfast section is insufficient.
Altid venlig og god service - tilpas god beliggenhed for alt det, jeg ønsker at nå frem til - lidt kedelige næromgivelser med en del hjemløse, men men .. alt i alt fint fint🤩

The staff were incredibly professional, warm, and cooperative. They allowed conveniences that were beyond the scope of my contracted stay. We also had a delightful time late into the evening at the lobby bar due to the cordialness of the bartender and his cocktail making skill! Will definitely come back next time we visit Berlin! vielen Dank!

it seems like we could not turn the heat if the system (in spring time) is already on ac mode. which turned out ok, but ideally we would have been able to control the temperature better. also, there are not enough people working during check in time. it would be nice if there was a short cut for people who already did the self check in ..
Hotel lost my reservation. Could first find it after a long time I got a room far from the lift across some train tracks. On the floor to the room I did see broken glass and a fork. The glass was gone after 2 hours, the fork the next morning Dont know if it was a new team. My previous experiences i didn't have any problems

Great! The room was a bit to warm for me, the ventilation did not cooperate. The quiteness was not the best but ok. The cleaning was great. The adress was great. Straff was great.
A very pleasant stay in a quiet, clean room. My service option was respected. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing I would have changed is that the lift should be operated with key card only.
I had a very pleasant experience staying at this hotel. The service was excellent, and everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The bed was extremely comfortable, which made my stay even more enjoyable and relaxing. I was also very impressed with the staff — they were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. Hotel in a Central position near U Bahn, clean with very helpful people who speak fluently English. Only minor point is the fact that one cannot buy breakfast in the morning, unless you have a CC with you, also 18 euros for a basic continental breakfast in Europe is a little bit too much. Overall my experience was great anyway.
Overall, very good. The bed is too soft, and the pillows are too bulky. Each person gets two pillows, but both are bulky. You need a pillow that is a little more flat also.

Friendly, comfortable, and just the right breakfast. Also, the location really can't be beat for those who want to enjoy the city's excellent dining choices. Keep up the good work!

Check in was a bit harrowing, as they struggled to find my reservation until I was able to produce my confirmation email. The rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable, however in retrospect not ideal for business travel due to lack of space to hang clothing and to iron garments. I would strongly suggest that you put fans in the bathrooms. As much as we are environmentally conscious, we did not re-use the towels as they do not dry out in between uses, and thus requested fresh ones daily. A fan would allow for less moisture in the room. Housekeeping also did not provide fresh cups each day. Bed was thoroughly comfortable. All in all, good value for the price and suitable for vacation stay.
Very central yet very quiet, very clean and seems very new. Modern and warm design. As in other motel one hotels, the room is very comfortable and has a spacious feeling relative to its size due to the fact that there is no desk. But the loby is very welcoming and has desks one can comfortably sit and work with a laptop. The only downside in this specific one is that during breakfast, the entire loby is used for breakfast.

Everything was perfect my only comment is that coffee machine will be great in the room.
My stay in your hotel was perfect, I am satisfied with the room, it was quiet and the train traffic didn´t a cause any problem to me. It was nice to receive a bottle fo mineral water from the reception for free because the weather was hot. The only thing that was missing in the room was a bottle opener (at least I didn´t find it). The tv screen with swimming fishes was really fine.

VI ELSKER MOTEL ONE KU'DAM. Service niveauet er højt - altid et positivt, smilende og hjælpsomt personale. Dejlige værelser og hotellets placering i Berlin er perfekt til os. Skøn Morgenmad og hyggelig bar med dygtige bartendere. Altid en fornøjelse at overnatte på vores yndlings hotel i Berlin.

I forbindelse med designet af Motel One Berlin-Ku’damm har vi ladet os inspirere af vores nærmeste nabo, Theater des Westens: Allerede i receptionen står indretningsdesignet således i teatrets tegn. I One Lounge har vi brugt forskellige scener fra teater- og musicaluniverset til at skabe den helt rigtige atmosfære, herunder bl.a. fra stykket "Vampyrens dans". Om aftenen er scenen sat i vores hyggelige One Lounge, hvor du kan fordøje dagens mange indtryk over et glas vin eller en cocktail.
