Hello, Room cleanliness, size, breakfast, location of the hotel, all of these were good. It met my expectations and I got the value for the money I gave. I had a small setback that I said would have been good if it hadn't. I booked 2 rooms, I did not share the detailed information of 4 people during the reservation phase. When it comes to the payment, although I stated the age of my daughters in the registration, a fifty percent discount was not given for the breakfast written in the general rules. It was shown that I did not specify their ages during the reservation. Although I did not write the guest information at the entrance. I made a reservation in the same way for Dresden and Leipzig on the same day, the necessary discount was made in both hotels. It is not an important figure, but I felt the need to specify because I thought it was on the initiative of the friend on the registration
Rooms were a little compact but modern. Need some drawers for clothing. Location is good and the 6th floor lounge area is very nice. Breakfast was very good and the staff is always helpful.

stayed at The Cloud One Hotel Prague for one night (8–9 November 2025) and had a very disappointing experience. I accidentally left my jacket in my room, and when I contacted the hotel, the staff were completely unhelpful and indifferent. They showed no concern that something went missing, and it was impossible to reach the hotel manager. There was zero cooperation in trying to find my belongings. It seems my jacket is now lost for good. This lack of responsibility and professionalism is shocking — I would not trust this hotel with my personal belongings. Very disappointing experience — I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone who expects basic care and honesty from staff.
I had a lovely stay at Motel One. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I hope to stay here again soon.
We stayed 3 days with my wife for an extended weekend holiday. As always, the same Motel One quality. Location, cleanliness, comfort, staff, service were all excellent. Large family room with comfortable bed, and bathroom. Basic and satisfactory hotel.
Perfect location, service. Cleaning is super. We will consider this hotel for our next trips to Prague as well! Room could be bigger but that is fine.
Excellent service in all areas as usual
Nice hotel, good location. One thing was weird: we couldn't get to our floor by lift. The lift only took us to the 6th floor, the lounge area, and we have to walk down by stairs to our room. Is it a mistake, or we didn't notice someting?

great location, excellent and friendly staff. rooms are Motel One standard. The lobby is small and dark, starting the day with breakfast in the basement is not ideal.

I love this hotel, it's modern, clean, great location, but I miss having bottled water in my room and complimentary coffee. I like to have a coffee as soon as I wake up, you can't do this when it's not in your room.

The best hotel at Prauge !
The Hotel is very clean and pleasent, the location is very central and I had a very nice stay. I do have some points for improvement: 1. The water pressure in the shower was very low (4th floor). 2. The air conditioning in my room was not working (not hot or cold). 3. The service at the 6th floor bar was very poor. I was there with my friend on our last night in prague, wanting to have a drink for his Birthday. sat there for 30 minutes and the waiters ignored us and didn't take our order. eventually we went up and left disappointed. but other than that it was good. thanks!
Overall, quite a nice place to stay: decent breakfast, good location, great bar, etc. but missing a few elements to make the stay even better, such as more variety for breakfast and a better layout, as by not always opening both breakfast areas, there was even a queue, which was very uncomfortable. Not offering laundry service was also very strange, unless you don't really focus on business travellers, but tourists only...
Beautiful rooms, fantastic lobby, choice of colors and themes was amazing. Full comfort points achieved. bathroom was lovely. service was impeccable, they got all my respect and appreciations. tv channels in different languages so that the only way for us to watch something was subtitles which i guess is fine to me. a good way to learn german if i may say so.

We always try to use motel 1 on our travels. We always receive friendly and polite service in clean and relaxing environment.

I had a great stay at your hotel, but it would be great if there were a mini fridge in the room to chill a water to drink or food.

The Cloud One Hotel turned out to be a wonderful stay. While it’s tucked away on a corner street and took us a little walking around to find, once inside everything was smooth and easy. Check-in was fast, and I really appreciated the added security of needing a room key to use the elevator. Our room was small but cozy, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight was definitely the rooftop — the bar and drinks were such a treat, and the views made breakfast especially memorable. The buffet was huge, with an impressive variety of options, and enjoying it with the rooftop scenery was the perfect start to each day. I only wish I could have stayed longer! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a modern, stylish hotel with great amenities in Prague.

Lovely reception area and upstairs bar. The size of the room let it down for us with the bare minimum storage space or places to hang clothes. I did not sleep well at all due to the mattress which, for me, was way to firm. No tea/coffee facilities in the room either which would be expected in any 4* hotel.

At €250 per night (€750 in total), I expected more. The hotel is indeed very nicely designed and has young, urban vibes, but that doesn’t justify the price (even with the beautifully designed rooftop bar). It’s not that the hotel was terrible, but at €250 per night we definitely expected a higher standard (we stayed 3 nights, €750 total). The room was very small, without basic things like a mini-fridge and a closet for clothes. The bed was tiny! The mattress was not comfortable at all. Breakfast was decent, but we expected more. Finding a place to sit wasn’t very convenient. Basic things like a phone to contact the reception were missing. Positive points: the hotel staff was very kind and we received a clean room.
This hotel is beautiful, staff are so friendly and helpful. It’s a great location. Rooms are small but big enough for a city break, shower bath towels, size of bath room all good. Rooftop bar amazing. Would highly recommend it.

We always find all members of staff totally courteous and always willing to help us when we have any questions about Prague, restaurants and exhibitions. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The room was spotless and the breakfast was good with a variety of choices to satisfy a varied choice and diet.
Drunk man slamming on door for 15 minutes at 2am. No phone in room to contact reception, tried phone number on website but gave up after being on hold for 5 minutes. My wife and I felt unsafe in the room. Common areas were nice but room lacked basics like phone, tv was scratched and did not support device streaming. Air con did not work. Good location but would not stay in a room without an ability to contact reception when in an unsafe situation. No point in a 24 hour reception if they cannot be reached.
I posted a Google review already and identified both Diane and Simone as top grade employees. Experience was great! Would definitely stay here again.
When the construction around will end - it will be worth 10-10 ;)
My reservation was given to another guest when I arrived, I had to make a new reservation on location. The name on the reservation was changed and I had to pay another rate. It does not make sense to me that my reservation number was used by another guest, and the number of rooms changed. There seems to be a huge problem with your reservations system.
Me and my wife had a great macigal weekend in Prague and the hotel was the iceing on the cake. Really recommend this hotel!
Beautiful, clean, small rooms - would get 10 if there where a mini fridge.
The hotel is pretty great! The location is amazing, you can walk anywhere in the center with ease, reach the train station quickly and have plenty of food options nearby. The rooms are a mix of modern and practical, making the most of a small space. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean and tidy. Just not sure about the whole ambience thing? The fish video and background music was a bit weird. The lounge/bar left the most to be desired. While the space is cool, the servers were inefficient. Maybe to many people for to little waiters? They insisted on table service instead of letting you order a drink at the bar to the point of rudeness, but you could be waiting well over 15 minutes before anybody even came your way to allow you to order. Plus we had a voucher for a free drink (specifically a cocktail), and they used it to discount the cheapest drink from the bill which was a glass of wine. We asked before using it and the waiter said it was for cocktails only and should be used for them. While not that big of a deal and honestly had it not been for them specifically saying it could only be used for cocktails and then discounting something else I would not have even flagged it. The service there is just not up to parr with the rest of the experience. But overall, great place, great stay. Would definitely recommend!

Værelset er for varmt. Der bør være mulighed for at skrue ned for varmen / tilslutte a/c. Værelserne er meget små, når der skal arbejdes. Mangler tv udsendelser på engelsk. Mangler nedkølings mulighed (vand, øl, o.l).
Meget fint Hotel som ligger i gå afstand til bymidten. Flotte værelser, som er i fin stand, dog lidt små.
Vi manglede et garderobeskab på værelset, som vores venner havde i værelset ved siden af. Vi kunne også godt have brugt en el-kedel. Vi brugte ikke lounge og bar, derfor kun en middel karakter der. Manglede en hygiejne affaldsspand på badeværelset, som ellers var stort og godt med en god hylde til toilettasker.
Fantastisk hotel både i forhold til beliggenhed tæt på Prag centrum og interiør i lobby og rooftop samt på værelser. Jeg kan på det varmeste anbefale et ophold på dette hotel!

Når du forlader vores hotel i nærheden af Prags Hovedbanegård, befinder du dig midt i byens pulserende centrum.
Prag Borg er ikke bare en enkeltstående borg, men derimod et stort og sammenhængende kompleks med talrige tårne, kirker, paladser, haver og sale. På den anden side af Moldau (set fra hotellet) troner verdens største lukkede borgkompleks over den tjekkiske hovedstad. Ud over den imponerende arkitektur kan du også beundre Böhmens kronjuveler, ligesom du i Skt. Vitus Katedralen kan se det sidste hvilested for nogle af byens mest kendte religiøse personer. Et andet højdepunkt er et besøg i den verdensberømte forfatter Franz Kafkas lejlighed.
Når det er tid til at begive dig over på den anden side af byen igen, bør du vælge Karlsbroen. Selvom du ikke er specielt interesseret i historie, kan du ikke undgå at blive imponeret over dette enestående bygningsværk.
Tilbage i den gamle bydel kan du med fordel lægge bykortet væk og udforske de små snoede gader på må og få. Hvert gadehjørne og hver plads i den UNESCO-certificerede historiske bydel er nemlig en stemningsfuld oplevelse i sig selv. Det gør skam ikke noget, at du farer vild, for det skorter ikke på hyggelige små caféer og butikker, hvor du kan tage en lille pause undervejs.
Den gamle bydel og barkvarterne
Den gamle bydel breder sig over 9.000 kvadratmeter og skifter karakter i takt med døgnet. I dagtimerne er historiske bygninger som Kinský Palace, Huset ved Stenklokken eller rådhustårnet med det berømte astronomiske ur stensikre programpunkter. Det astronomiske ur stammer fa 1410 og blev på dette tidspunkt regnet for et avanceret mesterværk.
Om aftenen lokker talrige natklubber med svedige beats og velskænkede tjekkiske fadøl, en kombination der både tiltrækker lokale og turister i stor stil. Hvis du virkelig vil lære hemmeligheden bag Prags store popularitet at kende, bør du dog sætte kurs mod kvarteret Vinoradska. Eller den centrale bydel Nové Město, der trods betegnelsen "den nye by" faktisk er 600 år gammel. Skal det være mere alternativt, er den brogede bydel Žižkov et godt bud. Besøg f.eks. Nákladového nádraží Žižko, der er et kombineret kunst- og caféprojekt i et nedlagt jernbanedepot. Andre højdepunkter i Žižkov omfatter de mange lokale barer og pubs.
