Helpful and welcoming reception. Well appointed room. great views from restaurant. First class breakfast. Cool rooftop bar.

Clean, nice staff
Friendly and competent staff all around the house, our room spacious, quiet and pleasantly cool in the summer heat. Tram and bus stop nearby. The fruit salad (as part of the breakfast buffet) could have been a tad fresher. Overall a pleasant stay!

Excellent location, close to the train station, tram stop and walking distance from the old town. Great look and feel in the lobby and the 6th floor bar/breakfast room/lounge and terrace, modern and stylish. Great, helpful service from everyone. Love the electric outlets in the 6th floor lounge! Very good breakfast. Room is rather on the minimal side in terms of comfort. The bedding is good quality and comfortable and the room was clean. Furniture and furnishings are minimal; no working/charging station; very small bathroom with minimal space for toiletries. Gym access is a plus.

Hotel was great, communication sucked. Guests should have been notified that rooftop bar was closed for private events 2 of the 3 nights I stayed.
Overall, the hotel has many qualities (friendliness, hygiene, WLAN). However, I could not recommend the hotel to others. The reason is the management of the rooftopbar. The rooftopbar can be booked for private events and during my stay, this happened twice. Not only is it then closed for the "normal" guests, but those events were parties with loud music until the early morning (2 to 3 a.m.). This music was so loud, that it felt like i was staying next to a nightclub. When I called the reception, the staff was very polite and convinced me, that they would handle the situation. But nothing happened. I don't think a situation like that could be handled productively, as the needs of the party people and the needs of the hotel guests during the night hours are too different. I am sure that if you will continue this bad management, your hotel will lack guests in the future.

Very solid However the bar was closed due to some privat booking. If I had known before I would have booked another hotel.
The room was excellent, spacious and very quiet, even with the window open. The coffee area was smaller than other European Motel Ones we have stayed in, but still fine!
Lack of a restaurant and room service was a disappointment. A single set of towels wasn't enough as I would want to shower more than once a day, had to ask the desk for more. Walls seemed thin and didn't stop noise from other rooms. My co-worker was on the 5th floor and the lounge noise prevented him from sleeping. The outlets need usb ports. I didn't like that the TV was on when I first got to the room. The view from the terrace was nice but the plants around the edge prevented getting close to see everything.
You find the familiar, signature style you’d expect from any Motel One. I love the style of Motel One hotels. You can count on the same high standard everywhere you go. Clean and tidy, as always. The location in Prague is excellent. All parts of the Old Town are within easy walking distance.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. And the lounge bar was very good.

The hotel was excellent and the location was perfect
We loved Cloud one. Great location near old town and close to the station. We loved the roof top bar..very special for drinks after exploring the city.
Fantastic hotel and excellent service
The staff are friendly, the stay was great. Too bad that the terrace was off limits because of the private events, but other than that, a great hotel!
Long waiting time for check in / out, spiders in the hotel bar, many hairs in the room...
We stayed in room 3012, which was very noisy, and there seems to have been an issue with the air-condition, which started making loud noises, after switching off.
The room was quite and clean and the bed was good. Also, the breakfast was good. I was only one person and the size of the room was fine for that, but for two persons it would be a bit small. I did not find an ironing room (perhaps there was one, a bit more information about the facilities in the hotel available in the hotel rooms would be useful - it should then also state that the breakfast is on the 6th floor).
Complementary water would have improved our stay and also a mini fridge in the room. Breakfast was expensive Air con very good Room clean and quiet and modern

Modern, stylish Hotel in a great location (next to the train station, however never heard any traffic once inside). Comfortable room, excellent air con! friendly helpful staff. Was able to leave luggage in a safe place before and after checkout. Would choose Cloud One again!
a refrigerator would‘ve been very nice but overall it is a nice room.
All was pretty good except: 1) my room (617) window faces office bldg. Very close distance and I could not leave the curtain open. Would help if there was an extra layer of lace/see -through curtain so I could let the light in. 2) missing a kettle
Clean room, great ambiance in bar area.Roof top was beautiful. Disappointed there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

This hotel gas excellent staff, a great breakfast, and a nice lounge. Location is close to everything. The aesthetics and accommodations are perfect for a short stay. I do not recommend for longer than w nights. No closets, drawers so essentially one us living from.a suitcase. Not a room you eat to relax ir settle in. More like an elevated hostel.

On Sunday 19.5. there was very loud music coming from the bar, if I knew that it will be till late night I would not stay in your Hotel :-(. I stay in your Hotel due to business and need to be well rested , this night did not help me.

First 2 days and last days hotel price is almost triple and this is why ı rated value/money accordingly
This place needs to decide whether it wants to be a nightclub or a hotel. You can hear the music from the rooftop all the way up to the 4th floor. It’s hell! Two sleepless nights. That’s a high price to pay for a lack of sleep. I absolutely do not recommend it. It’s not a hotel—it’s a luxury hostel. A lovely member of staff moved us to a different room on the second day, right in the middle of the evening. We couldn't speak to a manager.
Great staff , guest focused, bar on ground floor would be beneficial when rooftop bar is booked out.
The hotel was fresh and the rooms worked well despite being relatively small. However, some things were missing in the room, such as a fridge, kettle, trash bin, and somewhere to store clothes, etc. A negative point was that almost all TV channels were dubbed in German. The rooftop terrace was good.
Hotel was nicely positioned for easy walk into the old town or to the metro station. Staff very pleasant and helpful. View from the window was workmen building road!
No hot water for shower on both days for me and my colleagues . No remorse from reception at all about how poor this is .
Værelset er for varmt. Der bør være mulighed for at skrue ned for varmen / tilslutte a/c. Værelserne er meget små, når der skal arbejdes. Mangler tv udsendelser på engelsk. Mangler nedkølings mulighed (vand, øl, o.l).
Meget fint Hotel som ligger i gå afstand til bymidten. Flotte værelser, som er i fin stand, dog lidt små.
Vi manglede et garderobeskab på værelset, som vores venner havde i værelset ved siden af. Vi kunne også godt have brugt en el-kedel. Vi brugte ikke lounge og bar, derfor kun en middel karakter der. Manglede en hygiejne affaldsspand på badeværelset, som ellers var stort og godt med en god hylde til toilettasker.
Fantastisk hotel både i forhold til beliggenhed tæt på Prag centrum og interiør i lobby og rooftop samt på værelser. Jeg kan på det varmeste anbefale et ophold på dette hotel!

Prisvenlige designhoteller i Prag – dit Motel One
Når du forlader vores hotel i nærheden af Prags Hovedbanegård, befinder du dig midt i byens pulserende centrum.
Prag Borg er ikke bare en enkeltstående borg, men derimod et stort og sammenhængende kompleks med talrige tårne, kirker, paladser, haver og sale. På den anden side af Moldau (set fra hotellet) troner verdens største lukkede borgkompleks over den tjekkiske hovedstad. Ud over den imponerende arkitektur kan du også beundre Böhmens kronjuveler, ligesom du i Skt. Vitus Katedralen kan se det sidste hvilested for nogle af byens mest kendte religiøse personer. Et andet højdepunkt er et besøg i den verdensberømte forfatter Franz Kafkas lejlighed.
Når det er tid til at begive dig over på den anden side af byen igen, bør du vælge Karlsbroen. Selvom du ikke er specielt interesseret i historie, kan du ikke undgå at blive imponeret over dette enestående bygningsværk.
Tilbage i den gamle bydel kan du med fordel lægge bykortet væk og udforske de små snoede gader på må og få. Hvert gadehjørne og hver plads i den UNESCO-certificerede historiske bydel er nemlig en stemningsfuld oplevelse i sig selv. Det gør skam ikke noget, at du farer vild, for det skorter ikke på hyggelige små caféer og butikker, hvor du kan tage en lille pause undervejs.
Den gamle bydel og barkvarterne
Den gamle bydel breder sig over 9.000 kvadratmeter og skifter karakter i takt med døgnet. I dagtimerne er historiske bygninger som Kinský Palace, Huset ved Stenklokken eller rådhustårnet med det berømte astronomiske ur stensikre programpunkter. Det astronomiske ur stammer fa 1410 og blev på dette tidspunkt regnet for et avanceret mesterværk.
Om aftenen lokker talrige natklubber med svedige beats og velskænkede tjekkiske fadøl, en kombination der både tiltrækker lokale og turister i stor stil. Hvis du virkelig vil lære hemmeligheden bag Prags store popularitet at kende, bør du dog sætte kurs mod kvarteret Vinoradska. Eller den centrale bydel Nové Město, der trods betegnelsen "den nye by" faktisk er 600 år gammel. Skal det være mere alternativt, er den brogede bydel Žižkov et godt bud. Besøg f.eks. Nákladového nádraží Žižko, der er et kombineret kunst- og caféprojekt i et nedlagt jernbanedepot. Andre højdepunkter i Žižkov omfatter de mange lokale barer og pubs.
