Paying €24.50 for breakfast and then not being able to get a breakfast box was quite surprising and unfortunately spoiled my overall experience at the hotel. I understand that breakfast boxes may normally need to be requested in advance. However, I was informed that around 600 guests were staying at the hotel that night, and with a hotel of this size, I would expect some flexibility when guests’ travel plans change unexpectedly. With so many guests, surely last-minute requests for an early breakfast must happen from time to time. I will be travelling to Nürnberg again next week and had initially considered staying at the hotel again, but after this experience, I think I will look into another accommodation option. It was a rather disappointing.

Check-in was fast and efficient, the room was exactly as described, and the windows did a great job blocking out noise from the street. Nice stay overall.
When it is 37 degrees Celsius please adjust the centrally controlled air-conditioning thermostat accordingly. It was too hot in our room yet the temperature in the foyer was nice and cool. We did not sleep well during our stay.

Modern, clean, trendy and good location.
The bed items in the room were sufficient and in good condition, but there was limited space to walk around or put suitcases. The bathroom was small but nice. The wall thermostat did not function properly in that it caused no precise control of the temperature; consequently, the room was warm rather than cool.

Very friendly and polite staff. Perfect location for me right beside train station. The room was very quiet room and super clean. Had everything what I needed.
The whole experience was very good. The rooms are well furnished but not large. The top floor bar was lovely to spend time in. Breakfast was tasty. Service and friendliness was great.
I’ve been in many Motel One hotels! This one was by far the least clean and was worn down!
We had a wonderful stay with a fantastic view of the city. The room was clean and spacious enough for two people. The rooftop terrace was the perfect way to end the evening, with a beautiful sunset.
The staff at the check-in were friendly and cheerful and helpful. There was some sort of computer glitch, and they handed off the check-in and worked as a team.
Great hotel with amazing breakfasts. You serve fresh pastries, high-quality cold cuts, and delicious pain au chocolat. Very attentive staff. Special thanks to Michelle and Katerina at the reception — they were truly memorable. There is no kettle in the room, but it's always possible to get boiling water at the bar without any issues.
Great first impression with friendly staff and nice scent of lavender. The room was not so big but fine for the price. Very clean and had a proper bathroom, not a “contemporary screen” like some places. We really liked the breakfast room and bar with great views as well. Location is great too, right next to the station.
The hotel itself is very good. The location is excellent, the rooms were clean, modern and well maintained, and the housekeeping team did a great job throughout my stay. Unfortunately, my experience with the reception staff during the evening and the security personnel was extremely disappointing. I found their attitude to be unfriendly, dismissive and unnecessarily confrontational. What concerned me even more was the impression that I was treated differently because of my background. The situation left me with the feeling that prejudice played a role in the way I was approached, which is something no guest should experience. I have already contacted Motel One management separately regarding this incident and expect it to be investigated thoroughly. A hotel can have excellent facilities, but respectful and professional treatment of every guest is just as important. Sadly, this experience overshadowed an otherwise pleasant stay.

Everything was great! I really enjoyed my stay. The only suggestion I have is that it would be nice to offer complimentary water, tea, and coffee in the rooms.

Everything was excellent and the people are very nicee. The only thing we missed is a basket in the room and a mini fridge

Very good position. Room too tiny. It was almost impossible for two people to get dressed at the same time. Not good smell in the room when entered, something like "long time closed" smell. Anyway super clean and very kind staff.

Quality and value for money of our stay were excellent, but the breakfast organization was inadequate and with 24,50 € way too expensive.
Fantastic hotel! Accommodations were very comfortable, breakfast buffet was always fresh and ready, staff were so friendly too. I enjoyed my stay here for the weekend. Would definitely be back when I visit Nürnberg again.
Good location (friendly, clean, modern) near train station. Parking option behind the building (but very expensive with some 25 Euro per day). Breakfast was good but also expensive compared to market.
Zimmer waren zu klein, Kein 24/7 Service . The receptionist were lovely.
The overall experience was okay. I've been staying at this hotel for a lot of times already and this was the first time I was unhappy. First, with my first room where there was a really disgusting smell when I entered and when I opened the bathroom door it clearly came from there. Smelled like bad drainage water or whatever. I got back dowstairs and got a new room, no smell there at least, but the cushions were dirty inside (not that I usually check, but it was quite visible from outside), and there were lots of curly hair on the bed under the duvet. Not mine, obviously. I've never had any of these problems, not even at a normal Motel One before, and paying more than there and then getting this is really disappointing. At least the AC worked out fine, although I could not change the temperature and it got quite cold at night. I was really disappointed by this. :-(

It’s a bit overrated for price ,rooms are small .. food is okay .. but overall I had I comfortable stay ..
Price to high for very tinny room
The staff was great, the room was clean and comfortable, and the shower was better than most. Air conditioning would have been nice, but I understand that the weather is not normally as warm as it was while I was there.
The hotel is very nice and has good breakfast. My only complaint is that there is not much storage space in the room and the desk was quite small.
Overall it was good. I wished the room was a little bit bigger. It was kind of hard to move my suitcase around. I also wished the bathroom door wouldn't close by itself. Lastly I wished the shower had a stronger stream.
No toiletries. No water
A drop off area with the luggage if you arrive by car would be great.

Moderne, nyt hotel hvor alt fungerer. Beliggenhed direkte ved banegården (hvis man vil bo tættere på banegården, skal man overnatte på perronen). Alligevel ingen larm (sikkert trelagsruder e.l.).

Som startpunkt for en stemningsfuld byvandring gennem Nürnberg centrum anbefaler vi monumentet "Schöner Brunnen". Den imponerende tårnkonstruktion flankeres af 40 yderst detaljerede personskulpturer, der repræsenterer de vigtigste institutioner og hændelser i det sene 14. århundrede.
Monumentet omgives primært af gotiske bygningsværker, hvilket understreger renæssancens store indflydelse på byen. Sebalduskirken er Nürnbergs ældste sognekirke og rummer ikke kun de menneskelige rester efter byens skytsengel Sebald, men også værdifuldt inventar i form af før-reformatorisk kunst. Lige ved siden af Sebalduskirken ligger Det Gamle Rådhus med sin prægtige facade, der leder tankerne hen på et italiensk palazzo. Det er muligt at besøge rådhuset og se den gotisk inspirerede rådhussal samt de dystre fængselsceller i kælderen.

Kejserborg, Albrecht-Dürer-Haus og Henkersteg – en byrundtur i Nürnberg
Lige nedenfor kejserborgen ligger den berømte renæssance-maler Albrecht Dürers hjem. Dürer beboede det velbevarede bindingsværkshus fra 1509 og frem til sin død. Huset er i dag omdannet til museum. Her får du et spændende indblik i malerens liv og værker. Hvilke værker gør størst indtryk?
På turen hjem fra kejserborgen i retning mod hotellet kan du vælge at krydse floden Pegnitz via den historiske træbro Henkersteg. Broen blev bygget i 1457 for foden af Henkertårnet (skarpretterens tårn) og er den dag i dag fortsat en vigtig del af Nürnbergs bybillede. Al den sightseeing gør én sulten, og dette faktum bør du absolut udnytte til at prøvesmage lokale specialiteter såsom rostbratwürsten, gerne med en frisktappet fadøl til.
