The overall experience was okay. I've been staying at this hotel for a lot of times already and this was the first time I was unhappy. First, with my first room where there was a really disgusting smell when I entered and when I opened the bathroom door it clearly came from there. Smelled like bad drainage water or whatever. I got back dowstairs and got a new room, no smell there at least, but the cushions were dirty inside (not that I usually check, but it was quite visible from outside), and there were lots of curly hair on the bed under the duvet. Not mine, obviously. I've never had any of these problems, not even at a normal Motel One before, and paying more than there and then getting this is really disappointing. At least the AC worked out fine, although I could not change the temperature and it got quite cold at night. I was really disappointed by this. :-(
Really nice welcome which makes you feel you're at home. Very nice room, super quiet.
Super
Great Location and Neat facility.
It was quite nice, I can imagine coming back. ;)
Personal superamable
It’s a bit overrated for price ,rooms are small .. food is okay .. but overall I had I comfortable stay ..
Price to high for very tinny room
The staff was great, the room was clean and comfortable, and the shower was better than most. Air conditioning would have been nice, but I understand that the weather is not normally as warm as it was while I was there.
The hotel is very nice and has good breakfast. My only complaint is that there is not much storage space in the room and the desk was quite small.
Overall it was good. I wished the room was a little bit bigger. It was kind of hard to move my suitcase around. I also wished the bathroom door wouldn't close by itself. Lastly I wished the shower had a stronger stream.
No toiletries. No water
A drop off area with the luggage if you arrive by car would be great.
Despite asking several times, we got room with Queen bed;w hen ewe were traveling with a 3 year old. Also the place by the side of the room was a bit too small. A slightly large rooms would be helpful.
Always a pleasure to stay at the Cloud One in Nürnberg during the Rock im Park weekend
Great hotel. Very clean. Kind staff. Great place to visit.
Close to the station. Foods and seanary at the 14th floor is great.
Great staff at reception, in room AC stops working during the day, I suppose on purpose? Room could have been cleaner (hairs...). Overall good stay though.
Air conditioning was not good and it was not functioning properly . The room temperature was not optimum to have a good sleep , Breakfast was just repeated again and again , not proper place / tables to sit and take breakfast .
Toller Service, sauber, klasse Lage, was will man mehr?
I would want to fix the aircondition in every temperature i want, because i really can not hot places.
Room 117 had no AC and noise and smokers directly below made it uncomfortable. The shower head fell apart and struck my head and hand. Room is way too small for the price. 450 € per night .
The location is very convenient. Our room was nice. The 13th floor was a good place to sit and quietly read, although one afternoon a man, clearly working, carried on a loud phone conversation for about 90 minutes. I thought he should have used one of the private conference rooms. We were there 6 nights and it would have been nice if our room had a view of the Altstadt instead of the train tracks.
Quick check-in, super friendly staff. Location is perfect. Walking from the hotel to the imperial castle was 25-30 minutes. We've stayed at Motel One's before. The rooms are all very similar, but this room was very very warm at night. Even though it had only been 20-22°C during the day. It felt like the fan/AC stopped working after 9pm and started around 9am. We couldn't get it going again manually. Rooms were very quiet, but during the night we had to open a window which made it kind of loud from the noise coming of street. Room and bathroom was super clean! Bed felt comfortable, besides the pillows who were soft. But that's personal I think. Breakfast was very good and no wait time whatsoever. I would definitely recommend tis Motel One.
The hotel is in a very noisy location. The price of breakfast is quite high considering that there is no choice of hot breakfast, such as pancakes, omelettes, etc. Otherwise it met expectations. Perhaps I also see the parking fee as a negative - in most hotels of a similar category it is free.
the hotel is above average, it's a good value for money, location is so good, however, there's some basics which is not there, first, the AC is super awful, i was sweeting in my room while sleeping and during the day, that's because they are not allowing you to change the AC inside the room as their systems controls it based on the temp degree outside, which was super hot in the days i was there. also, there's no water to drink, no kettle, no small fridge for your groceries, and if you need the reception, you have to go down for them as they dont have phones inside the room ( so, if you had an emergency, you need to go down to the reception). and what really bothered me that i asked the receptionist for a bottle of water and she refused and said you have to go to buy it from the bar.
The room itself was fine and the friendliness at the reception was great. The problem was that the aircon could not be activated during the night and it was far to warm in the roon, so I could hardy sleep.
Great location - right next to the train station and across the street from the old medieval section. Room was very nice - super clean. Usually hotels near train stations are a bit “ick” but not this one- not at all.
Reception staff and room were excellent. Service in bar was friendly but slow (and even to the point we left after 10 minutes without being served).
staff is extremely friendly and helpful, pays much attention and is very pro-active! room for improvement would be toppers for the bed to make it softer and to allow reservations for hotel guests in the bar for the evening.
Service was great. Sarah at the front desk is pure magic and happiness in a person. Rooms are small but view was amazing. Rooftop bar is the best in town.
Clean, friendly & an exceptional bar!
Excellent Hotel. Friendly Staff.
Please keep on doing what you’re doing on a daily basis to serve your guests like me… Well done! I’m sure there’s always something to do in order to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
This was my second time staying at the hotel, and it was consistently wonderful. If anything, I wished for more towels (small face-towels) - not sure if those are available or it is a US-thing only :)
Safe was not working (again). Breakfast was overrun and restocked to slow. WIFI was not working. General LTE Connectivity is horrible in the whole building
Considering the cost of the room it would have been nice to have had a complimentary bottle of water in the room!
Terrible service Terrible housekeeping We have found our room open after cleaning Low pressure for shower Room really small Reception incredibly slow
Super
We booked a room for two, but the room was prepared for only one person and we had to go down to the front desk begging for another set of duvet, towel etc., twice, but we were ignored. We finally received one set in the night after our third try at the front desk. The second night, we had to suffer horrible singing (by drunk hooligans) and banging on the wall in the night from next door. Without earplugs we couldn’t have slept at all. Unfortunately I can’t give you any positive review.
looks good
Excellent location. Very helpful and professional staff. Modern and clean.
Very nice stuff and good known Motel1 quality!
Very convenient - young & modern atmosphere - good price - impressing rooftop bar // maintenance work during the day very disturbing (had to hold some video conferences from my room)
The staff were very cooperative, and I have enjoyed my stay in the hotel.
Mały pokój Brak wody do picia Słaba klimatyzacja
Dobry hotel na podróże biznesowe. Brak szafy w pokoju powoduje problem z rozpakowaniem i ułożenie rzeczy prywatnych.
Personel miły i pomocny.

W Hotelu Nürnberg-City, Hotelu Nürnberg-Hauptbahnhof i Hotelu Nürnberg-Plärrer możesz liczyć na przyjazną obsługę, indywidualny wystrój, bezpłatny bezprzewodowy dostęp do Internetu i zbilansowane śniadanie z regionalnymi produktami. W naszym One Lounge wprowadzimy Cię w historię Norymbergi przedstawioną w wystroju wnętrz i zaoferujemy miejsce, w którym doskonale się poczujesz dzięki wygodnym meblom wypoczynkowym.
Niedrogie designerskie hotele w Norymberdze – Twój Motel One
Oba nasze designerskie hotele leżą bezpośrednio przy norymberskim dworcu głównym, skąd można dojść do nich pieszo. To idealne położenie, jeśli planujesz przyjazd pociągiem.
Zamek Kaiserburg, dom Albrechta Dürera i most Henkersteg – wycieczka po Norymberdze
Wybudowany w roku 1457 jako mały drewniany most u podnóża wieży Henkerturm ten imponujący pod względem architektonicznym most stanowi obecnie integralną część krajobrazu Norymbergi. Dzień spędzony we frankońskim mieście możesz zakończyć kulinarnymi specjałami, takimi jak smażone kiełbaski i świeżo warzone piwo. W naszym hotelu również zaserwujemy Ci ogromny wybór chłodnych napoi. W przyjemnej atmosferze możesz przyjrzeć się wydarzeniom z historii Norymbergi, a następnie zasnąć w jednym z naszych wygodnych łóżek kontynentalnych.
