We booked a room for two, but the room was prepared for only one person and we had to go down to the front desk begging for another set of duvet, towel etc., twice, but we were ignored. We finally received one set in the night after our third try at the front desk. The second night, we had to suffer horrible singing (by drunk hooligans) and banging on the wall in the night from next door. Without earplugs we couldn’t have slept at all. Unfortunately I can’t give you any positive review.

The staff were very cooperative, and I have enjoyed my stay in the hotel.
The hotel’s location is excellent, the breakfast is good, and the rooftop bar is great. However, the cleanliness is poor, the rooms are very, very small, and housekeeping is insufficient.
a joke that invoice was only available in German but not in English, for that reception needed more than 5min., and made unfriendly comment that she can not work and speak at the same time; no smile, appears that the receptionist was more grumpy and stressed than hotel guests

Great business traveller hotel. Next door to the train station, close to restaurants and shops. Really good breakfast and lounge area with stunning views. Will definitely stay again.
Overall I'm satisfied with the hotel. We've faced a full parking lot, so we had to park in the nearby parking place, which was around 200 meters. I did miss the cotton ear buds from the bathroom, along with the "soft-close" toilet seat.
It would be nice to have a Gym and different breakfast per day.
We all enjoyed our visit. Multiple nights with 4 rooms. Great location. Clean rooms, pleasant staff, Beautiful rooftop bar, with incredible views! But always very difficult to get a coctail. Each of the 4 times our group visited the lounge we would have easily spent double our bill, possibly more… as a restaurateur, I saw huge potential revenue untapped.

Comfy hotel
The air in the room and the room 1.57 had a very strange and slightly unpleasant smell. The room is perhaps a little smaller than it should be and lacks a classic wardrobe. Apart from that, everything else is really exceptional.

Great place to stay in a central location and the entire staff is super friendly which turns every stay into a pleasant experience.
2 problems kill all the other good part. 1. root staff in the reception. 2. bad parking payment system.
During the Embedded World event, the prices are incredibly high (probably too high), but providing visitors a complementary bottle of water or replacing the used tea bags with new ones should be mandatory in such high-priced cases at least. Especially because there are a lot of international guest which came due to the event.
The price was increased three times for the same service, which is unacceptable. The breakfast area is far too small. It is also not possible to get a parking ticket for three days at once; you have to queue every day to obtain a ticket. In addition, parking charges cannot be added to the room bill, which is very inconvenient.

The Motel One in Nürnberg (as the one in Vienna in which I had stayed the day before) are excellent, modern and comfortable.
This property is located just steps away from the bahnhof, city center and public transportation. The room was modern and clean. The bar was nicely decorated and had reasonably priced drinks. The price was exceptionally reasonable.
We stayed in a lovely room on the 12th floor with a wonderful view overlooking the city. The room was well equipped with great soundproofing. Bed and pillows were very comfortable.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The breakfast was excellent—rich and delicious, with something for everyone. The staff was always friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more pleasant. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable and ensured restful nights. Additionally, the option to leave my luggage for a few hours on the day of departure was fantastic. Overall, everything was great! I highly recommend this hotel!

Dobry hotel na podróże biznesowe. Brak szafy w pokoju powoduje problem z rozpakowaniem i ułożenie rzeczy prywatnych. Brak ciepłego posiłku na śniadanie ( np. jajecznica, kiełbaski ).
Ogólnie było ok, ale były pewne braki.
Jakość usługi adekwatna do ceny - pokoje i łazienki czyste, ale bardzo małe. Śniadanie smaczne, ale menu monotonne. Bar ok, ale można by było dodać jakieś sałatki do menu (nie wszyscy mogą jeść białe pieczywo tostowe i ziemniaczane chipsy). Biorąc pod uwagę czas wydawania śniadania i liczbę gości warto zastanowić się nad lepszą organizacją sali - miękkie fotele i małe stoliczki, które pozwalają na relaks wieczorem są strasznie niewygodne kiedy trzeba zjeść śniadanie (trudno zmieścić talerz i kubek kawy, nie mówiąc o przygotowywaniu sobie kanapki tak, żeby nie pobrudzić ubrania). Personel miły i pomocny.
Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, obsługa uprzejma i pomocna, czysto. W łazience, niestety, częściowo zatkany odpływ umywalki. Warunki spożywania śniadań tradycyjnie bardzo średnie. Wasze designerskie fotele, foteliki i krzesełka nie nadają się do spożywania posiłków, a niektóre nawet do siedzenia wieczorem przy drinkach.
