We were not happy with the ventilation or the room or bathroom. Elena in reception moved us to a bigger room that we were able to open the windows to allow air into the room. We were very happy with this and Elena's friendliness and helpfulness. She made the stay the best possible. Ventilation systems should be upgraded to air conditioning.

The hotel room was clean and big enough for one person. The Hotel is located very close to the Munich Ostbahnhof- which is great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms did not have a kettle or a small coffee machine. It would be better to have atleast a kettle and some coffee/ tea sachets so that the customer does not have to go to the lobby to buy a coffee/tea, after a long day of travel.

Very comfortable bed, great lounge area. My one issue was Room was too stuffy at night, no air conditioning. I asked reception but they said it is only turned on during the summer.
A fine Motel One but slightly unusual in that it’s the chain‘s training base. We had a few issues with check in, invoicing and ordering at the bar due to staff who were clearly new - but everyone was friendly and helpful, and more experienced staff always stepped in to sort things out. No real issues at all. Huge plus - it’s apparently the only Motel One with its own (very good) restaurant. Also the room rates can be seriously good value. I have important business clients nearby so will definitely be back 😀
Room had no air con Tv remote didn’t work
Excellent location, very friendly staff, bed was so comfortable and the view was amazing from the balcony. Worth the money! Breakfast has gluten free options and great variety in foods.
Its a nice and clean hotel. The lobby was styled in a very classy way. Our room felt extremely minimal, it was just enough, but nothing more. We feel some basic where missing from the room, the biggest "discomforts" being: * Some water glasses would have been nice (For things like drinking medication at night etc) * Perhaps another pillow, or even a firmer pillow (the bed was very comfortable, but the sleep was not so good due to having almost no neck support from the pillows provided)
Our room was comfortable with all we needed. Somewhat confined but very well designed. The foyer was absolutely outstanding! I just wanted to spend my time there...great bar, excellent breakfast, just a great place to hang out...we would certainly stay again!
A very clean, nice hotel in excellent location (just beside the central train station near the stop of the Lufthansa Airport Express bus). There is a bar inside the hotel and a very comfortable lounge. The room we had was a bit small but very quiet with a window to the inner yard. Very polite staff, too with a real reception desk that is actually available, even at night.
The room was perfect for one night and I give a mention of honour at lunch which offered a huge choice. The thing that should be improved is the online check-in process. Nothing worked for us and the staff at the reception seemed to be aware that it doesn’t work...

I am a big MotelOne fan. They score on location, value for money, quality of the beds, cleanliness throughout, breakfast offering, bar/lounge area, helpfulness of staff, design and ambiance. The rooms are small but very well designed. The Munich Hauptbahnhof hotel was true to the brand, a great location offering proximity to the Hauptbahnhof and a short walk to the Marienplatz and the kay sights.
Please put eggs not next to the coffee stand , absolutely makes no sense !

I found all the staff to be consistently professional, courteous, and attentive, which made my visit both pleasant and stress-free. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared — something I truly appreciated. As this was a business trip, the most important factor for me was being able to sleep well, and your hotel provided exactly that. The peaceful, quiet environment ensured I was well-rested each day. Your facilities were more than adequate for my needs, and I particularly enjoyed the lounge area — the perfect place to unwind after a long day of work. Thank you once again for making my stay so comfortable. I look forward to returning in the future.
Fantastic stay
The hotel is very well located because it is next to the Messe. People working in the hotel are all very kind and helpful. But I need to complain about the following: we paid a lot for our staying and in the room there were neither a bottle of water nor a little fridge where to store the ones I bought. Moreover, my room was not cleaned properly: a mug and a glass remained on my shelf from the first day till the very end of my staying (5 nights)

I liked the overall ambience of the hotel. The reception staff is very friendly and provides necessary assistance. The rooms were adequately spacious and had all the necessary amenities. I would also suggest reserving the breakfast option. And the lounge in the evening offers a wide range of Gins from all over the world and other drinks.

Lovely stay. Hotel is fairly new, very clean, and well appointed. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were excellent, very friendly, polite and helpful. Finally, the breakfast was excellent - lots of choices, and they even had gluten free bread ( my wife is celiac).
Most facilities were satisfactory overall. However, it was disappointing that the bar closes at midnight, as it is advertised to operate 24 hours and this is typically the case in other Motel One hotels. Additionally, there is room for improvement in the cleanliness standards.
Smell in the bathroom but when I complained I was not moved as the hotel was full. The iron supplied is a very basic model and not adequate to iron clothing Tues and Thur long waits for breakfast
Good hotel , but the CANCELLATION POLICY Is too hard In case of cancellation, I request cancelation of 1 of my 4 reservación 3 day before the data and I will pay 90%
Your doors are very heavy, difficult to open, no need to close because they close themselves. Housekeepers are terrible, they start to disturb early in the morning. I was checking out yesterday, but he was still opening my door himself to clean the room before I check out. Unbelievable. And the error with the payment, it's another story, how can you have such a mistake in your system and you charge 717 EUR for 2 nights even tough we have a group contract with 222 EUR per night. Never Motel ONE again, never!!!
The hotel is very nice, welcoming, people at front desk and at the breakfast service were really nice and professionnal. The room and bathroom were extra clean and the bed really comfortable. The breakfast was really good, with plenty of choice and really good products. I only regret that the room didn't have a kettle and some coffee/tea.
The check-in was very slow, the shower was cold in the morning and the breakfast was not variable.
- it is very calm and quiet, especially at night - where the motel is located is awesome: next to the fair area, a lot of possibilities for shopping, subway station and a very nice park for walking and jogging with a work out station Bad: - the glass wall in the shower is not long enough so that water gets outside - the waiting time for check in was very long - I have not received an invoice until now
The only thing missing was daily water supply to the room. Otherwise, everything was good: cleanliness, environment, transportation, etc.
The rooms were clean and tidy, breakfast was great. I did not like the area around Hauptbahnhof. It is a bit shady in the street and I did not feel particularly comfortable in the night when returning from a dinner place to the hotel.
Location excellent, room small (but I knew that from stays at other MotelOne Hotels), Service at breakast first morning was a disaster, also on the Saturday in the bar in the afternoon (same staff) a disaster. I just took a cappuccion to my room, but several other guests left due to the fact that the wait was tooooooo long. Staff would need guidance how to organize themselves.

Pokój, jak zawsze przedstawia dobry standard (wielkość / wyposażenie). nieco mała część śniadaniowa co powoduję, że trudno dostać się do stolika ze względu na małe odległości między nimi. Łazienka w pokoju ok. minus - niedziałająca wentylacja/klimatyzacja
Hotel ma bardzo dobre położenie i świetny roof-top bar. Pokoje są bardzo małe. Śniadanie jest najsłabszym punktem, brakuje ciepłego jedzenia typu kiełbaski, bekon. Wybór warzyw jest bardzo skromny. W mojej ocenie cena śniadania jest za wysoka.
Nie mam uwag. Jestem zadowolony z pobytu.
Hotel położony blisko dworca, co jest korzystne jeżeli podróż odbywa się pociągiem. Ale okolica nie jest zbyt przyjemna. Miła obsługa na recepcji, funkcjonalne pokoje, wygodny materac. Cały czas niestety brakuje dla mnie czajnika w pokoju. Szyba od kabiny prysznicowej skrócona co powoduje zachlapanie łazienki. Nie rozumiem tej oszczędności. Mimo wszystko nadal zatrzymam się w hotelach sieci Motel one bo je lubię i czuję się w nich komfortowo :)
Motel One to odkrycie nowego miejsca do podróżowania. Przestrzeń z dobrym designem, pokoje z widokiem na miasto ( z wieży ) . Śniadanie ciekawe a obsługa symptyczna . Można zaparkować samochód na parkingu pod hotelem.

Dobre położenie obiektu, bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Czysto i komfortowo. Zakres oferty śniadaniowej mógłby być szerszy jednak wszystko było świeże i smaczne. Dobre miejsce na wypad do miasta.
Hotel położony w dobrej lokalizacji, bardzo uprzejma obsługa, czysto i świeżo W lobby można by trochę ściszyć muzykę tak aby swobodnie rozmawiać Warto uzupełnić ofertę hotelowych śniadań o ciepłe posiłki - jajecznica, omlet, parówki itp. Dobre było by także poszerzenie bufetu o sałatki warzywne (zestaw sałat, pomidorki koktailowe, papryka, oliwki itp) Bezpłatna karafka z wodą w pokoju oraz barze była by dobrym rozwiązaniem Możliwość rozliczania ładowania samochodów elektrycznych w ramach rachunku hotelowego (goście z zagranicy nie koniecznie chcą rejestrować się w aplikacji operatora ładowarki żeby otrzymać rachunek)
Pokoje zlokalizowane z tylnej strony budynku ciche, obsługa w recepcji pomocna, dobra lokalizacja. Niestety, śniadania to absolutna porażka z powodu zbyt małej liczby miejsc przy stołach. Trzeba siadać na niskich fotelach i próbować jeść na koślawych i lepiących się od brudu stoliczkach. Obsługa zrzuca brud z blatów wprost na dywaniki pod stolikami. Ekspresy do kawy brudne i lepkie. Tak naprawdę odechciewa się jeść.
