Well kept house, great location, helpful and friendly staff. Bathroom does it's job but difficult not to flood it when having a shower. This is not unique to this Motel One, rather a general design flaw in most of the establishments of this chain. Why the underfloor heating was on in the Bathroom in the middle of a heatwave beats me, though.
Nearly all was fine BUT the BE ONE MEMBER should receive one bottle of water per day and NOT one bottle per check-in. This doesn't make sense at all. Thank you.
Very happy with this hotel. It had a great breakfast (could have used a more traditional seating option, the lounge vibe wasn't super comfortable). AC was really nice in the hot humid weather and location right on the tram line made it convenient.

Comfortable bed & bedding, clean bathroom and nice breakfast buffet with good service. The front desk clerks were kind.
The room was clean and had everything needed for a short stay. The only thing missing was a carbage bin in the room, as it was only in the toilet.
Beautiful spot. No complaints however the airflow for evening and sleep was poor in our room 425. I turned temp to lowest 10 degrees and fan highest but still it was extremely hot. Otherwise all was well.

Excellent location, right beside central train station and very close proximity to all the sights. This is a hip and trendy hotel with lovely attention to detail and impressive customer care . And very reasonably priced . Well done, Motel One 👏👏👏
Hotel lovely but location was a bit rough. Whilst nice and close to the train station the neighbourhood was not the best
I love the fact that we can always rely on a high standard in any Motel One Hotel. They function like clockwork and it’s always a pleasure to enjoy proper comport away from home. The staff is competent and friendly. In a genuine way, like they really mean it!

Standard motelone hotel. The aircondition didn't work really well even if it was on the lowest temperature.
Cars incorrectly parked at the very limited number of EV charging spots should be fined heavily.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Kind from when we first came to dealing with the ac issue. Had to switch rooms during the nights because of the ac not working and high heat outside. Got immediate help from the receptionist, no trouble whatsoever after and checkout was easy even with now ”two” rooms.

Very far from the centre. Public transport very expensive. All around the hotel is a paying area including the P+R in front as you cannot leave it the whole night. Controls from 3 to 4 in the night. Very basic/poor quality breakfast: no pastries, during the 3 days no orange juice, no variety of salty products, no variety of breads,... really poor. Cleaning of the bedroom: We were astonished they only do it every 3 days. We were 3 days and then we do not have cleaning service and change of towels. This was not advertised anywhere. Bedrooms: no place to put the luggage and the clothes. Everything in the middle. Beds: pillows were a horror. Stairs to the upper beds very dangerous.

Breakfast was very good! Parking was more expensive than parking outside on the street, even though the parking area is old and narrow. Mattresses on the beds should be much more sturdy. They are old and sagged. Had really bad nights.
Rather quirky but superb. Room very comfortable. Reception area very different but comfortable. Very near to transport hubs. Would be first choice in future stay in Munich.

Everything about the stay was good. The rooms are a little bit small. An English language TV channel other than news would be a bonus. But we had a very good and comfortable stay. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Keira (apologies for spelling) stood out as particularly helpful and going the extra mile.
You would have gotten a higher grade if you had a working air conditioner.

Excellent value, friendly and helpful staff. Check out not until 12 noon which was great for us as we had all day in the city before travelling onto our next location. Really nice reception and bar area, drinks priced reasonably and a lovely area to sit for an hour before going for our train
Rooms are small and pillows super hard. Towels seem to have been used for years.
I love the vibe at Motel One. Nice style, clean and comfortable rooms and great terrace where one can have breakfast or drinks in the eve. I also appreciate that there is a garage. I am a BeOne member and like the discount and free water bottle.

Room was very nice, with large bed (we traveled with child who sleeps with us and hotel staff gave us room with king size bed which we requested before arrival). Cleaning service is available every day. Bar is beautiful with friendly staff. Hotel is in a nice neighbourhood with several playgrounds. Metro station for U1 is just a 5 minute walk away.

Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Great location for the train station but of course the area around the station was quite down to earth (as is usaully the case).
Overall, the room was just as good as it had been during all our previous stays, but this time the bathroom smelled terribly of sewage.

Obsługa i lokalizacja fantastyczna. Śniadania bardzo dobre choć mogłoby być podawane coś więcej na ciepło. Jedyny mały minus jaki mogę zgłosić to brak zestawu kawowego/herbacianego w pokoju ale mimo tego polecam pobyt w tym motelu.
Bardzo przyjemny hotel, czysty, w dobrej lokalizacji z bardzo smacznym śniadaniem
spędziliśmy w Motel One München-Sendlinger Tor trzy noce. Pokój, jak zawsze przedstawia dobry standard (wielkość / wyposażenie). nieco mała część śniadaniowa co powoduję, że trudno dostać się do stolika ze względu na małe odległości między nimi. Łazienka w pokoju ok. minus - niedziałająca wentylacja/klimatyzacja
Hotel ma bardzo dobre położenie i świetny roof-top bar. Pokoje są bardzo małe. Śniadanie jest najsłabszym punktem, brakuje ciepłego jedzenia typu kiełbaski, bekon. Wybór warzyw jest bardzo skromny. W mojej ocenie cena śniadania jest za wysoka.
Nie mam uwag. Jestem zadowolony z pobytu.
Hotel położony blisko dworca, co jest korzystne jeżeli podróż odbywa się pociągiem. Ale okolica nie jest zbyt przyjemna. Miła obsługa na recepcji, funkcjonalne pokoje, wygodny materac. Cały czas niestety brakuje dla mnie czajnika w pokoju. Szyba od kabiny prysznicowej skrócona co powoduje zachlapanie łazienki. Nie rozumiem tej oszczędności. Mimo wszystko nadal zatrzymam się w hotelach sieci Motel one bo je lubię i czuję się w nich komfortowo :)
Motel One to odkrycie nowego miejsca do podróżowania. Przestrzeń z dobrym designem, pokoje z widokiem na miasto ( z wieży ) . Śniadanie ciekawe a obsługa symptyczna . Można zaparkować samochód na parkingu pod hotelem.

Dobre położenie obiektu, bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Czysto i komfortowo. Zakres oferty śniadaniowej mógłby być szerszy jednak wszystko było świeże i smaczne. Dobre miejsce na wypad do miasta.
