My stay was very pleasant. I would love to stay at a motel one again. I just found the coffee to be overpriced.

Excellent Hotel for such a good price. The lounge is beautiful. The rooms are quiet and super clean. I'm super pleased with the bed. Since I am rarely able to sleep in hotels properly, this time I had no issues sleeping.

Internet pictures are deceiving. Our room was small. Not really an issue since we only sleep and shower. Our issue was no amenities in room. We like coffee while getting ready. There was no coffee or water in the room. Just a paper cup that states "because we care" (???). At check in, the guest before us received two bottles of water. We asked for water and were told we don’t get any because we booked with Booking.com. I guess we weren't important to them. Glad they saved a couple bucks. There are lots of hotel in and around the Altstadt. I recommend finding somewhere else to stay.

This hotel was excellent on every sense . It felt like a five star hotel and the price was great ! Location was great right at the main plaza .The room was cleaned and very spacious . The bed was very comfortable. The shower was like cascade . The breakfast was delicious , great variety and quality food . Also the presentation was beautiful . The people at the front desk were professional , polite , friendly and vey helpful . I can highly recommend this hotel . I wish I could spend more time at this hotel .

I like a big duvet for myself

We love the Motel One experience. We are regular customers. Very lovely staff and a wonderful breakfast buffet. Booking the family One room was a bit confusing. The sleeping couch looked very tiny in the picture. It is slightly narrow in width but also long enough for an adult. We were positively surprised, when we saw it for real. Thank you for a great stay!

Nice hotel with unusually large rooms in a great location. The room ventilation is the main criticism because it could not be controlled independent of the outside temperature. Breakfast was okay but lacking in some areas. Room carpeting could be better - seemed to have imbedded dirt throughout from usage.

Good Hotel in a nice Place, close to the City Centre.

We, 2 senior couples, came with much luggage. No help was offered. NO luggage carts were available. NO coffee in the rooms. To get a morning coffee was Euro 6.00 for a small cup. We found this 'gauging'. For the room price we think a morning cup of coffee/tea should be provided free of charge.

Great, friendly and experienced staff members. Incredible location next to Frauenkirche. The roommate spacious and very functional. During the night the square is so quiet one can easily keep the windows open! A very recommendable place!

The hotel was absolutely perfect! The staff were kind, efficient and helpful and the property itself was very well maintained. In fact, I didn't want to leave. The location is amazing. Truly a wonderful and perfect experience all around and I highly recommend Motel One.

Because of our dog, you demanded that we should sit outside among the smokers to eat our breakfast. And it was raining that morning. This stupid rule of yours means we will never return.

The property is ideally situated with convenient access to local cultural landmarks, and guests can anticipate exemplary service within these sophisticated surroundings. However, despite having one duvet and one towel for two adults, after showering in the stall, the floor in the toilet room becomes completely wet, requiring us to wipe it with the bath mat every time we bathe. Since we only had one bath mat, the bathroom floor outside the shower stall would become flooded by the next shower. We suggest addressing the water accumulation issue that occurs after using the shower, as improving drainage efficiency would substantially enhance guest comfort. We appreciate the opportunity to provide this feedback to ensure a consistently high-quality experience.

This hotel is simply top. Cheap, clean rooms, parking, nice lobby and bar, fifty kinds of Gin!

Check in was not good… booking had been done by an agent but the reservation number allocated to us had been already taken according to your computer. We were told that we had no room. After our agent was phoned it was resolved. NO apologies offered. I know mistakes happen but saying sorry fixes a lot. Also room was Very small!

I had a very pleasant stay at Motel One Dresden-Palaisplatz. The environment is friendly and welcoming, and the staff speaks English, which made communication easy throughout my visit. The hotel is calm, comfortable, and very clean. The breakfast was good with a nice variety, and the location is also convenient with a fair price. Offering the option of two separate single beds in double rooms would be a helpful improvement, as this would better suit different types of travelers. At check-in, I was not informed about the city map that was available and only noticed it at check-out. It would have been helpful to receive this information upon arrival. Overall, still a very good experience and I would consider staying here again.

Everything was ok.

There was a hair stuck at one of the pillow, and another in one of the bathroom towels. Curtains look old and dirty. Reception forgot to give me my water and I had to request for it the next day. One of your staff knocked very loudly on my door on check-out day, and walked away when I opened my door. I opened my door again and see her around and ask her why she knocked on my door and she said she cannot understand English. I assumed she was asking about my check-out so I said 12pm since it was listed as 12pm on Google. She knocked at 9am, 3 hours before check-out. Do you need to disturb customers 3hours before check-out?

Położenie w centrum starego miasta sprawia, że bez problemu można dotrzeć piechotą do największych atrakcji. Pokój był czysty, cichy, nieduży ale dobrze urządzony, z dużym wygodnym łóżkiem i ładnym widokiem. Podobało mi się hotelowe lobby, nowoczesne ale też przytulne, ciekawe zaprojektowane. Śniadanie było smaczne, obsługa bardzo miła. Jedyna moja uwaga jest taka, że podczas śniadania stoliki nie były sprzątane na bieżąco i jedliśmy śniadanie wśród naczyń i okruchów pozostawionych przez poprzednich gości. Bardzo miło spędziliśmy z mężem czas w tym miejscu i jeśli znowu odwiedzimy Drezno na pewno zatrzymamy się tu ponownie.

Śniadania bardzo przeciętne. Na ciepło tylko gotowane jajka. Bardzo mała sala jak na ilość osób, ciężko znaleźć stolik, a nawet trzeba czekać. Wyposażenie pokoju bardzo skromne. Brak koncika kawowego, jedna butelka wody na cały pobyt, do tego brak szklanek do wody!!! Łazienka mikroskopijna, kratka wentylacyjna nie czyszczona od wieków.
