Been always a pleasure to stay in your hotel especially Palaisplatz in Dresden Neustadt. Workers are nice. Would be nice to have buffet there in the evening with live music!! If you ever want to try, I’m a Cook and Professional Singer too and can entertain your people. Just give me a try.The location is very cool and can attract thousands of people!. Motel one was situated near the train station so took minutes to locate. The room was spotless however it didn't offer tea/coffee facilities but I didn't ask reception if they supplied a kettle
- the room was over all very nice and clean, though there were some spots with dust (dust-threads on the ceiling, some corners). - the breakfast was good, all standard things were there, nothing extraordinary (I'm personally a fan of warm breakfast, but I understand, that this is potentially logistically challenging) - I had two sets of towels in the bath, even though I only needed one set as I booked single. This could be improved for sustainability, if the service staff knows which rooms are booked single or double. - On the topic of sustainability, I liked the option to foregoe room service. I also like the (now standard) notices about optionally not changing the towels everyday. I did not experience whether you actually follow those (most other hotels I have seen those notices at, sadly did not). - I liked the fireplace on the TV when I came into the room, it made it quite cozy. - If it is not a fire hazard issue, decoration in the staircase (paintings or similar) could invite more people to take the stairs instead of the elevator.

Overall excellent. Only two things which could be improved: 1. wooden floor in the room instead of carpet. 2. offer in addition a „quick breakfast“ (coffee and croissant, or similar)
We enjoyed our stay at this perfect place with super friendly staff, great breakfast. From this location, all important hotspots of the city can be reached by foot. If you want to visit Dresden, this Motel One at Zwinger is the place to be. The booking was quite easy via the Motel One app, I changed later by e-mail our check out date with friendly hotel staff.
Great location in Neustadt, marvelous Kästner-related design, love the lounge.

Perfect location, in walking distance to sights in the old town center, to REWE supermarket, bakery, many restaurant. The hotel has a very nice and contemporary design with a great lobby and bar. The rooms are very nice and clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had the perfect stay!
Once again, Motel One delivered as expected. Exactly what we needed. Will return to Motel One Dresden. Thank you.

During late afternoon: not enough staff available at the bar, waited almost 15min to order a ‚quick‘ coffee… Other than that it was a positive experience ant to be recommended ;)

We had anu excellent stay at this super modern design hotel, situated a few minutes from the main sights in Dresden and serving a delicious breakfast. We enjoyed in particular the extraordinary handicap friendly room, including the bathroom specially equipped for disabled persons
A modern hotel featuring nicely decorated rooms, a comfortable bed and excellent shower, superb location, and warm, welcoming staff.
Great location and good style, parking options. Room is small (though we took the bigger option), not very convenient, parking expensive, rates very high during bigger events, and the immediate charging policy (not shared by other MotelOne‘s!) is odd—whatever the extra service (garage, breakfast, etc.), you need to go to the desk and pay first…
Friendly and helpful staff, perfect location
Nice hotel, very good beds. While I understand that the breakfast area can be too crowded to allow dogs, not every dog likes being left on its own in an unknown environment.

We loved our stay. Everything was just right. Great location, staff, room and value for money. We will definitely return.
Modern and nicely designed hotel. Small but efficient room. Friendly staff, not always right away available at the reception. We found parking relatively expensive, especially when you use your car halfway your stay. For no clear reason back entrance closed after 22h although in clear view of reception desk.

All hotel workers were friendly, very welcoming. They were always ready to support us. They were kind even in the breakfast or in the bar during the night. This made me very comfortable.The ladies working in the reception helped me even for carrying the luggages.

Excellent central location. Parking garage is perfect. Nice clean rooms, good atmosphere. Breakfast was a little chaotic. Coffee was not so lovely unfortunately.
Everything was perfect.
The location was perfect for us - a quick walk to anywhere we wanted to be (Alaunstrasse, Hauptstrasse, the Elbe). Rooms were very comfortable and quiet and staff were helpful and friendly.
Śniadania bardzo przeciętne. Na ciepło tylko gotowane jajka. Bardzo mała sala jak na ilość osób, ciężko znaleźć stolik, a nawet trzeba czekać. Wyposażenie pokoju bardzo skromne. Brak koncika kawowego, jedna butelka wody na cały pobyt, do tego brak szklanek do wody!!! Łazienka mikroskopijna, kratka wentylacyjna nie czyszczona od wieków.

This hotel was a wonderful place to stay! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the location excellent and the parking lot was terrific! We enjoyed the breakfast and the atmosphere in he property. WE will definitely recommend this hotel to our friend who visit Dresden.
In-room amenities were great, personnels were great and lastly as I am coming to the hotel for the last 2 years, I would like to see "omelette" in the breakfast.
