Room was very spacious

Very good experience overall. Special mention to the staff's friendliness and assistance. Furthermore the employees at the Lounge & Bar were exceptional, in both service, friendliness and demeanor. Kudos to Leonidas for being "one step ahead"!

Property was fine. Service was good. Breakfast was expensive for what was offered. The largest drawback was not having temperature control in the room. It was too hot to sleep. Wifi was also very slow

Amazing place to stay, wonderful service, clean room with all the facilities, cozy lounge bar on the ground floor. There is RAI conference center nearby and metro station. And even free taxi offered to bring you from airport!

The air conditioning in my room made a loud noise at night when I was trying to sleep. It was constant. I requested for it to be fixed, but the issue continued. It was so loud that it could be heard in the hallway. I was super disappointed by this, and I will not be recommending this hotel to others.

Leonidas and Pablo in the bar are a huge part of the reason why I keep coming back. They take good care of everyone - and Leonidas has been able to add more beer to the menu (please let him add even more)! The room needs better shelves/drawers to put clothes away. Breakfast should have mayonnaise, smoked salmon, and bigger glasses.

I really love the room and the breakfast. The only thing is maybe you can consider providing additional snacks at the lobby bar except sandwiches. Also, it will be fun if we can adjust the room temperature.

The accommodation is excellent for a business trip and a stay of a few days. The clean room and bathroom are more than enough reason for me to stay here again. The breakfast in the lobby is very good, and the bar staff are very friendly.

I had a wonderful stay at Motel One Amsterdam. The hotel is modern, stylish, and very comfortable, with a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The room was clean, cosy, and well equipped, and the bed was especially comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore Amsterdam and get around the city. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay at Motel One Amsterdam again. Highly recommended!

The overall expierience was good. The area to improve your performance is the area of parking. Your hotel is offering a collaboration with Q-Park with a 20 percent dicount when staying at your hotel. However the special link - which contains the 20% discount is not offered via your Motel One app - which i always use for my bookings. Can you may look into improve the app & reimburse toe me the 20% discount pls ?

The hotel’s location is excellent, and the team is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely consider staying here again, but unfortunately, there is one major drawback: the hotel’s air-conditioning system did not work properly. The temperature could not be regulated, so despite the appropriate settings, the room and the entire upper floor were uncomfortably cold. The team was very helpful, and a technician came to my room straight away to check the system. I was told that this appears to be a general problem with the hotel’s air-conditioning system. I really hope the system will be replaced or properly upgraded, as unfortunately, it is also not possible to open the windows. This means guests are completely dependent on the hotel’s air-conditioning system.

We loved this hotel . Situation is not so far from center with metro. There is Italian restaurant close. Hotel design is nice; staff are friendly; hotel is clean. There is a parking underground; bed quality are good. We recommend this hotel.

Have stayed in the Motel One at Europaplein several times and cannot complain about most things - apart from the guys who remove the used plates at the breakfast buffett. They remove them even when asked to leave them only seconds before since you're not ready with breakfast yet. And this didn't happen only one time.... annoying.

I had a poor first night's sleep, kept awake by clicks and bangs from the electrics in the wall and bedhead, which now have strip lighting since the refurbishment. I changed rooms to 642, which had none of the aforementioned noise, and had an excellent night's sleep. Otherwise everything was fine, as usual. I stay here often.

Great hotel. Super nice and clean. My only request is to add a mini fridge and a coffee maker in the room. Other than that, maybe some draft beer in the lounge. That's nit-picking I know.

We are paying alot of money but we don't have at least tea or cafe machine. For one glass tea must pay 3 euros.

This was the first Motel One we stayed at amongst 3 during our 4 week Europe trip. This one in Amsterdam gave us an excellent first impression of this hotel chain and we were definitely impressed. The hotel is close to public transport (right near Amsterdam Rai station & Europaplein), it was incredibly easy to get around. This is our 2nd time in Amsterdam and enjoy the quieter areas more on the outskirts rather than in the centre. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and decently sized. Beds were very comfortable and we always had a great sleep at all the Motel Ones we stayed at. I've already been recommending this chain to friends and family who are planning a future trip!

The hotel is nice, the only thing which was unpleasant, is the aircondition in the room. Upon arrival it was freezing cold. Even though I turned the wheel of the aircondition to the maximum-warmth, it did not get warmer. But the next I've talked to Kristina from the reception, she provided me a new room, which was not cold like the first room. I am thankful to her, she was by the way, the only person at the reception, who convinced me.

Excellent location, spotlessly clean, very helpful staff, fantastic hotel all round. As Brits, we were disappointed about no tea and coffee facilities but it is not statutory abroad.

Nie śpij w tym hotelu!!! Bardzo niemiła i nieuprzejma obsługa recepcji, czułem sie jak intruz. Sam pokój mały, ale w sumie w porzo. Okna nie otwierają, bo budynek oddycha. Przez to cały czas działa klima, szumi całą noc (dość głośno). Serio znajdż coś fajniejszego w okolicy RAI. W tym hotelu przepłacisz i jeszcze potraktują cię z buta.
