I have stayed here multiple times and keep on coming back (provided the prices remain reasonable, although they seem to move upwards). Unfortunately the first room I was given, had a rather pervasive smell as if someone had smoked in there. I would expect this to be better checked by the cleaning staff and more severely sanctioned by management

The location was excellent. Central Vienna only 5 minutes by subway or tram. Or even an easy 30 minute walk. The staff at reception were very friendly and welcoming. I would describe the rooms as compact rather than small. Very clever use of space. Bed was very comfortable. No complaints at all!

We were pleased with the hotel selection for our city break in Vienna. The Cloud One is in a great location, close to the Opera House and Museum Quarter. The bathroom was a bit cramped and the bedroom lacked a minibar or coffee making facilities, but was clean and bright. Breakfast was just ok. It was very limited on hot food choices and was the same choice each morning.

Disappointed that there was no coffee/ tea machine in the room. Also no safe in room. Should have access to tea/ coffee free during stay Overall our stay was good.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at your hotel and was satisfied with the experience. However, I encountered an issue during check-out that I would like to share so that future guests can avoid a similar situation. We stayed at your hotel for two nights and parked our car in the garage. On the first day, we needed to leave the hotel temporarily, and a member of your reception team kindly provided us with a parking card for a fee of €40, which covered our parking for the entire stay. We used this card to exit the garage without any issues. Unfortunately, when we returned to the hotel, we mistakenly took a new ticket at the entrance barrier instead of using the parking card that had been issued to us. As a result, when we attempted to leave the garage on Sunday during check-out, the barrier would not open because the system requested payment for the newly issued ticket. At first, we tried to understand and resolve the situation ourselves. When we approached the reception desk for assistance, we were told that nothing could be done from their side and that we would need to contact the garage operator directly. We were also informed that if the garage operator refused to help, we would have to pay an additional €47. I was quite surprised by both the response and the manner in which it was communicated. The conversation felt dismissive and lacked the level of support I would have expected in such a situation. I asked whether the €20 already paid for the original parking arrangement would be refunded if we were forced to pay again, and I was told that it would not. Fortunately, we were able to contact the garage support team via the intercom at the barrier, and they kindly opened the gate for us. Had they not been available to assist, we would have been required to pay a total of €67 for parking, despite already having a valid parking arrangement through the hotel. To help prevent similar misunderstandings for future guests, I would kindly suggest adding a prominent notice, ideally in bold and clearly visible text, in the elevators, parking area, or guest information materials. The notice could explain that guests who have received a parking card must use that same card when re-entering the garage and should not take a new ticket from the machine. Such a simple clarification could prevent unnecessary confusion, inconvenience, and additional costs for your guests. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. Really enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Motel One at Vienna Prater. Amazing staff and atmosphere. I‘ve never seen such a positive team before starting in the lornkng at the breakfast buffet - everyone was so incredibly friendly!!! Additionally, for a vegan there were plenty of options available like plantbased milks and yoghurt, fruits and grains. The only thing I missed was nuts. But I highly appreciated the availability of soy milk!! Rooms were okay not the newest but very clen and room service was also great. So - will be back soon!!

It was really close to VIC. You should offer some small conveniences as shower cap, body lotion and include breakfast

Excellent staff service. The rooms are spacious, nice and clean. The location is excellent because I was at a conference, and also the metro station, which is very close by, brings you closer to the center of Vienna in 15 minutes.

The single room was clean and well-organized. It was a one night stay, so I really did not need any additional comforts. Not having a proper work desk was an issue though.

No safety deposit box and coffee machine

The location was perfect! Unfortunately the staff at the reception were rude. Room was clean but bit small, no place to unpack clothes. Breakfast ok, not special. The breakfast Lady started cleaning my table at 10.00 when i was still eating. I liked the hotel, but you have to do better with the staff.

I had chosen this hotel because of its location but, despite a promising website appearance, the overall impression was disappointing. The room was very small, hardly place for two suitcases and only a small "wardrobe" to hang clothes plus the safe was too small to store a laptop. Small table with no room to work, no refrigerator, no tea/coffee making facility. After several days in Burgenland, this was the most expensive hotel we stayed in and the least comfortable. The barkeeper was even openly annoyed when I asked for some ice cubes (he offered 4 and grumbled when I asked for more). On the positive side the breakfast buffet was excellent.

The lack of air conditioning was not acceptable to me. The room was too hot to sleep in. I also was given wrong information about the ac - it worked my first night (albeit badly...) but wouldn't work the next day and I was informed an engineer would look the next day and to sleep with the window open. Except i had an odd shared balcony room onto a vusy road so that was not an option. Next day still not working Except this time I was told the system was just off due to the time of year but the room was still too hot to sleep. Cloud one website says ac - not occasional ac... the hotel was too busy for your staff to help and I will say they were lovely but I paid over €300 a night for very little sleep it was a very poor experience and I won't ever return nor recommend anyone does

Whilst the location was great, we did not get the room that we originally booked. The queues for reception (check in and check out) were very long. Our room was very small and not appropriate for having two medium sized suitcases open. We had to use the desk for one. Very disappointing.

Beautiful property, very nice and helpful staff and accomodating spaces for a wheelchair user, yay. Also the breakfast had an amazing spread and the location was very central, right by the Opera, Albertuna and many restaurants and souvenir shops. Perfect for a quick little getaway. Comfortable beds also.

Great location if want to stay near wien central station for easy transport to other city. Can choose train or tram services from wien central station to city area. To take note no kettle and mini fridge in room, but option to get hot water from the bar and keep food/drink at reception fridge. Overall great stay.

Enjoyed the stay and the room was clean. The bathroom was nice but a little short on places to put toothbrush and such. Same with the room. With no drawers for clothes and only a very small place to hang clothes up

The lobby design is certainly impressive, clean, and modern. The guest service staff was helpful but could be more friendly. The room was cute but felt like it lacked basic amenities. There were no slippers, pillow was pretty flat, and towels were thin. The restaurant staff was excellent though, from breakfast to happy hour everyone was well attentive and great. The best part of the stay. Other than that. the hotel price rate did not really satisfy the stay. Lots of simple improvements inside the room that can be easily made to make the experience better.

Doskonała lokalizacja, świetnie skomunikowany przez bliskość do pociągu, metra i tramwajów. Czysty, nowy hotel. Ładne pokoje (czekały już na nas mimo, że byliśmy wcześniej). Dobre śniadania (można by tylko dołożyć coś na ciepło w bemarach). Miła obsługa. Bardzo dobry stosunek ceny do jakości. Na pewno mógłbym śmiało go polecić innym lub samemu go wybrać przy następnym pobycie w Wiedniu.
