I had a very good stay at Motel One. The room was rather small but the bed was comfortable. Nice lobby downstairs with a bar and cosy sofas. The breakfast was good.
a complimentary breakfast would be a great benefit
Nice clean room and friendly staff. I would have loved to have the option to boil water in the room to make a coffee or tea. Works better with early morning calls not to have to go down to the lobby to get a coffee
The room I stayed in was the most noise I have ever slept in any hotel
Room / bed / shower very nice and clean. Garden view is particular nice, since it is silent at night. Checking in before arrival and out at departure very convenient. Nice breakfast. And very convenient, parking under the hotel. Location near the park and the center makes it a nice location.
Everything from check-in to check-out was done professionally, with a smile. Centrally located within walking distance of several must see sites, including Palace place, a beautiful park and hundreds of restaurants.

Very expensive, especially when compared with other hotels with the shame price, why on earth are you playing with the daily price of the rooms? Setting prices based on demand is something I consider completely unethical, and it is a serious reason for me to stop choosing Motel One
The hotel was very nice and the employees were very kind. I think Motel One Brussels should offer parking validation to their guests. I didn't know prior to checking in that the parking garage would be so expensive.
The personnel is amazing. The structure is very well-kept. The breakfast is astounding. But the temperature...was freezing cold! I spent some of the coldest nights and early mornings of my life during my stay at your hotel in Brussels. I had to sleep with a sweater and socks on. I asked the receptionist and she said that they were aware of the problem but that central management hadn't authorized the switch to winter heating yet... Absurd. But again, best personnel ever. A shoutout to Lucia in breakfast duties, she's extremely professional and pleasant!

The room I got was small, the duvet was tiny and there was no heating in the hotel. The breakfast was very basic. I liked very much the sets of pillows!

The location was great . The room was clean , bed comfortable , the shiower was great . Breakfast was excellent .we had an issue with one of the waitress during breakfast . We asked to speak to the manager . She was very professional . Listened to our complain . Was very receptive and took care our our issue .
The breakfast is very abundant but I would prefer more quality and less quantity, and something warm.
Comfortable bed, lovely spacious shower room, excellent breakfast buffet. No kettle/ facilities in the room to make drinks. Room cleaning service excellent, lounge and bar staff very friendly, reception staff could have been more friendly and helpful.
Mixed experience. Good clean room. Excellent bathroom. No bin in room. Top value. Very helpful bar staff. Very nice lounge area but this can fill up to escape cramped rooms. BUT Minimal staffing at front desk means long queues and short tempers (probably viewable on the CCTV cameras). I was caught up in one unpleasant argument in the queue! Certainly don't need that on my weekend break. For a sizeable hotel like Brussels there MUST be more staff to speed check-in and other needs. It would be a small price for better reviews and reputation.
Great staff, decent room. Lifts could be a bit quicker but otherwise a great stay. I was grateful for the vegan options for breakfast.

On the TV in my room, I could only watch a limited number of channels. Many channels simply didn’t work, including VTM, VRT, NPO, and others. When I mentioned this at reception, they simply told me there was nothing they could do about it.
Clean and nice hotel with friendly staff. The rooms feel a bit outdated without any USB chargers and a very old tv. The street is noisy, but otherwise I enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was very good too

Personally, the amount I paid, I felt everything was too small at the hotel. The facilities (no kettle or even water in the room), the breakfast options, the seating spaces. I wouldn't stay again for a similar price.
The breakfast is poor. There should be hot food alternatives and fresh fruit. Also more veggie alternatives. When I stayed at your hotel last year, every day the cleaning ladies stole something so since then I always tell the reception that I don't want cleaning, but I should not have to fear the cleaning ladies. It would also be good to have a water cooker and a tea cup in the room.

Every thing is perfect, friendly staff . Good location for family/women, close to everything I would come back but I was expecting to have water at my room or if I ask at reception they would bring and not sell me water.. it’s basic needs
I have stayed at your hotel many times and highly recommend it to my work colleagues as it is central for us being close to EFTA house. TV channels could be more in English or at least with English subtitles, there could be a kettle and a couple of tea/coffee bags in the room, water always leaks from the shower tray in front of toilet. Room is always very clean
My experience at this hotel totally ruined my family’s stay and expectations of a great time visiting Brussels. The reception staff were friendly. However, the bar staff were not. We booked 2 rooms and ordered food from the bar. The bar area had a few customers. The seating area beside the elevator and downstairs was totally empty. We decided to take our food that we ordered to the garden to enjoy outside, which was totally empty as well and it had tables where you could order food from the bar via the QR Code on the tables. During this time we were approached by the bar staff that we weren’t supposed to be eating any “outside food” that wasn’t ordered from the bar, even though we were physically eating the food we ordered from the bar. It was the same blonde headed guy that we placed our order with and he delivered to us. He also stated that he would turn a blind eye this time but not to let it happen again. It definitely won’t happen again because we will never be back or stay at another MotelOne because of this experience. After this my family of four decided to go to our rooms. We had garden views from both rooms and watched other people come in with Pizza Hut boxes and eat at the exact table we were sitting at along with a couple who had a grocery bag full of snacks and eat outside as well. They were not one time approached or reprimanded as we were about eating “outside food” in that area. Extremely disappointed and will never use MotelOne again.
We ordered waffle from the bar and went and eat in the garden area had other food . Only people in this area was us and bartender told us that we were not allowed to eat other food in this area but after we left from are room view we could see other guests eating food from other restaurants Pizza Hut, snacks and beer from store not from the hotel bar and one appeared to be a hotel employee.
The staff were all very friendly, from front desk, bar and cleaning. Breakfast was excellent, varied choice and catered for all needs, there was something for everyone. Room was a little on the small side but was clean and quiet and had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely come back again.
Building and rooms are very efficient but tasteless. You go there for sleeping, that is ok. Dont go there for fun or romance🤣🤣
Check-in was flawless, and the front office staff was very friendly and helpful. The room itself was large. The bed and linen were very clean. The bathroom was well stocked with towels and very clean. Breakfast was copious, with very good food options.
The only thing keeping it low was that people i had reservation with had far,away rooms

Każdy Motel One, a znamy ich przeszło dziesięć, jest bardzo miły. Niewielkie ale wygodne pokoje, czyste i poręczne łazienki. Obsługa zawsze jest sympatyczna i pomocna - ale tu, w Brukseli, była bardzo uprzejma. Jednak wystrój wnętrza lobby i jadalni był zbyt słabo "podkręcony". Dajcie więcej jasnych kolorów, dajcie do tego wnętrza więcej brukselskich atrybutów.
Dużym minusem jest brak możliwości przygotowania ciepłego napoju w pokoju, co znacząco poprawiłoby komfort pobytu. Ze względu na cenę śniadań, przekraczającą limity krajowe, musimy z nich rezygnować, w przeciwnym wypadku dopłacamy z własnej kieszeni. Rozwiązaniem byłby powrót do faktur bez wyodrębniania na fakturze pozycji podającej koszt śniadania.

Absolutnie perfekcyjna usługa za konkurencyjną cenę. Blisko do dworca, parku i dzielnicy europejskiej. Pokój cichy (6 piętro), dobrze wyposażony i nieskazitelnie czysty. Jest sporo gości, ale lobby jest przestronne
Jestem jak zawsze zadowolona, zarówno z obsługi, śniadań, jak i warunków (czystość , wyposażenie). Jedynym mankamentem jest brak czajnika, aby można było przygotować sobie gorący napój w dowolnym momencie dnia, nawet w nocy.

Bardzo miła i profesjonalna obsługa! Super miejsce, lokalizacja - blisko do większości atrakcyjnych miejsc.
Obiekt ze znakomita lokalizacją, czyste i wygodne pokoje - choć mogłyby być wyposażone w większe biurka + ekspresy do kawy/herbaty. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Obfite śniadania - lecz brakowało mi jajecznicy i paróweczek.
Pobyt w hotelu bardzo przyjemny. Pokoje czyste i zadbane. Śniadania bogate i smaczne. Jedynym mankamentem w mojej ocenie był brak wody do picia w pokoju.
Hotel czysty, obsługa miła, ale jest wiele rzeczy, które wg mnie są praktycznie standardem w hotelu a tu ich brakuje: czajnik w pokoju lub w przypadku jego braku pomieszczenie gdzie herbatę lub kawę mozna zrobić w ciągu całego dnia oczywiscie mozna prosic o wrzątek w barze ale jest to krępujące), mało doświetlone pokoje i korytarze sprawiają depresyjną atmosfere, a zważywszy na wielkośc pokoju wręcz przytłaczają, dodatkowo śniadanie na zimno-wielki minus, oraz zimno w łazience w której człowiek musi rozebrac się do mycia!
