Great experience, good people working there and great recommendation. Wifi connection was not that good.
I very much enjoyed my stay at Motel One. I loved the cappuccino and the lounge area. The location was good, and the staff were all very pleasant. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was a tad bit on the warm side and a kettle in the room would have been nice, but overall, my stay was pleasant.
no specific issues, everything went well. unfortunately, the manager at the breakfast had a bad day. in stead of welcoming people in the morning, he was more busy with his administration and breakfast needed to be paid before even taking a plate ... never had such a bad experience... I had no intention not to pay, but paying for additional services you do this at the check out, but apparently not so in your hotel ...

we upgraded to a quiet room with a view, which was disappointing as there was no view to speak of. Was asked if we needed cleaning every day and said no, then there was no cleaning at all for 4 days. The cleaner gave us a toilet roll when it ran out. The upgrade cost us about 1000:- for nothing. Otherwise everything was great.
The entire staff was helpful and friendly. The room was pleasant, and the hotel is close to many of the places we wanted to visit.
All has been well except for a bit of confusion with the type of room. I booked a standard double room but have been given a disabled single room. I had to go back to the reception and ask for the right type of room. The receptionist was helpful to correct the mistake and allocated another room for me.

Very good hotel close to the centre of Bruxelles. Everything is a walking distance. Rooms are clean and spacious. Personnel is very friendly

Everything was good, but the AC in the room did not come on and the room was really hot during the night, so that was annoying.

Lovely hotel, central location, easy to walk to lots of things. Several restaurants and breakfast places nearby. Interior seems quite new Quiet room, on small side but perfectly adequate for a couple of nights. Bathroom very clean
The only point where I can see room for improvement is about the breakfast. A lot of people were at the same timeslot for breakfast and it was hard sometime to find a spot to sit. Having specifc timeslot for which the people/rooms need to apply could be very good to control the flow of people and tom ensure a smooth experience for the breakfast. For the room itslef, having 2 bottles of water for the first day could be a good gesture, coffee or tea as well (only a few capsule not for the whole stay)

Excellent hotel. Staff was super friendly and kind, the room was clean and spatious, the location of the hotel is perfect and it's very easy to go around Bruxelles from it.

Extremely poor customer service. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell. The bed was extremely hard. The rest was fine, but since they cannot get these items right I suggest booking a better hotel.

I had an overall very pleasant stay. The hotel was very nice, clean, and centrally located. My experience with the staff was mixed. The male staff were very friendly, helpful, and service-minded, which was appreciated. However, some of the female staff came across as unfriendly, both over the phone and during check-out, which was disappointing. I hope this can be improved, as it affects the overall experience. I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning if I visit the city again.
Great location, good budget type hotel. Rooms small but functional, have everything you need. Clean. No tea or coffee facilities in the room but reception has a 24h open bar. Bed was quite uncomfortable. Two types of pillows- one too soft second too hard, so not a great night sleep. Poor isolation, can hear street sounds and everyone in the corridor. Bar was really good, best coffee we had in Brussel.

I had a very pleasant stay at your hotel. The breakfast was truly abundant and the room was very comfortable. I would suggest adding a small minibar in the rooms. Other than that, I give a very positive evaluation. I will return to your hotel, as it is also very convenient for getting around on foot.
Absolutnie perfekcyjna usługa za konkurencyjną cenę. Blisko do dworca, parku i dzielnicy europejskiej. Pokój cichy (6 piętro), dobrze wyposażony i nieskazitelnie czysty. Jest sporo gości, ale lobby jest przestronne
Jestem jak zawsze zadowolona, zarówno z obsługi, śniadań, jak i warunków (czystość , wyposażenie). Jedynym mankamentem jest brak czajnika, aby można było przygotować sobie gorący napój w dowolnym momencie dnia, nawet w nocy.

Why I will select Motel One in other cities: - superior location - sleeping comfort, bed quality - fancy lounge zone - value for money What I was missing - Welcome water - Tea / Coffee room facilities
The bathroom was adequate and the staff was very friendly. The price was right. At that price I understand the cheap bedding and lack of amenities, but I don’t understand why the room had to be so dark. It was just much too dark to the point of being depressing. I turned on the TV just to get another light source.

Bardzo miła i profesjonalna obsługa! Super miejsce, lokalizacja - blisko do większości atrakcyjnych miejsc.
Obiekt ze znakomita lokalizacją, czyste i wygodne pokoje - choć mogłyby być wyposażone w większe biurka + ekspresy do kawy/herbaty. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Obfite śniadania - lecz brakowało mi jajecznicy i paróweczek.
Pobyt w hotelu bardzo przyjemny. Pokoje czyste i zadbane. Śniadania bogate i smaczne. Jedynym mankamentem w mojej ocenie był brak wody do picia w pokoju.
Hotel czysty, obsługa miła, ale jest wiele rzeczy, które wg mnie są praktycznie standardem w hotelu a tu ich brakuje: czajnik w pokoju lub w przypadku jego braku pomieszczenie gdzie herbatę lub kawę mozna zrobić w ciągu całego dnia oczywiscie mozna prosic o wrzątek w barze ale jest to krępujące), mało doświetlone pokoje i korytarze sprawiają depresyjną atmosfere, a zważywszy na wielkośc pokoju wręcz przytłaczają, dodatkowo śniadanie na zimno-wielki minus, oraz zimno w łazience w której człowiek musi rozebrac się do mycia!
Czysto, uczynny personel, świetna lokalizacja
Bardzo dobry hotel, miła i uprzejma obsługa recepcji, szczególnie młody chłopak mówiący po polsku. Wytłumaczył nam jak najkrótsza droga dojść do Wielkiego Placu. Dobre śniadania, nie było problemu z wcześniejszym zameldowaniem. Bardzo polecam ten hotel w Brukseli.
