Highly recommended, smooth experience starting from reservation, online check-in, online check-out, very nice room on top floor, cozy, comfortable bed, sufficient amenities, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast buffet, and strategic location.
The hotel seems new, room in good condition. The large foyer)bar area is nice. Its open access, both into the hotel and into floor one room corridor. I asked for a quiet room but was disturbed on each of the three nights. There seems to be a lack of room sound insulation. You are asked if you want to omit cleaning. Other hotels will provide a small value voucher for the bar as a courtesy. Not here. Good staff though. WiFi fast enough. And breakfast, although no hot food, was good.
The hotel was of a good standard and as I have come to expect from the brand. The bed was comfortable, temperature easy to control and bathroom was of a good clean standard. There were only two disappointing issues with the room - firstly that the hairdryer was wired into the bathroom. This is difficult to use in a steamy bathroom with condensation on the mirror and also having to keep hold of the button for it to work. I would prefer a standard hairdryer as I have had in other Motel one hotels. Secondly - the mirror above the desk was not at the correct height to use for getting ready when styling hair and applying makeup. Service was generally good except for one evening when we needed to ask about late checkout. There was a queue and we had to wait for a long time - no one acknowledged us whilst we were waiting and when one of the two staff had finished dealing with his customer he disappeared instead of dealing with our enquiry. It would have been good to have been acknowledged rather than left standing.

Not a great value for the money spent at al. No coffe / tea bags / water kettle or water bottle in the room. Two insividual bedsheets / blankets for the double bed (how does a couple properly sleeps like that?!) . No means to reach the reception from the room. Extra blanket to be picked up by ourselves at the reception etc etc
Excellent overall. Only issue was that I ordered a taxi on Thursday morning and was told the taxi driver would come into the lobby to look for me. This didn't happen. He just took someone else. There was a demand for taxis that morning. It was badly organised resulting me being late for the start of the meeting although I had ordered the taxi in plenty of time.

The hotel was perfect. The "super" room was great and the walk in shower perfect for my wife who has mobility issues. Breakfast good. Staff excellent and very helpful and friendly.
All as you would expect from a motel one room. Clean, functional and good value for money. Struggled a little bit to find room to place the second suitcase as the rooms are not that big. No way to retain water in the sink as it does not have a plug (useful for those of us who wet shave).
This was not my first time at Motel One but it is always a very positive experience. The staff are marvelous. I liked the new option of opting out of daily house keeping, I think it is a good way of make the best of resources and not over stretching staff. If there is an option of having complimentary water either in a common area eg on the floors near lifts it would be greatly appreciated.
Clean room, kind & friendly personnel, convenient location. Not very convenient for a business trip (with remote/home work) - A very small desk in the room and no business lounge available.
The hotel is in a good location and has an upmarket reception and bar area. My only complaint is the room was very small. I would be unlikely to stay here again based on that.
Everything was good, nice staff at reception and breakfast staff. The only thing that I was not so happy about was that the only window in the room was really tiny.

It was pleasant, same as always, but man the wi-fi sucked this time. Would not stay hooked up, kept dropping out. It was very difficult to work. The front desk suggested I shut down and restart....duh. Both my phone & my computer were affected so it clearly was not my tech. Big bummer.
Different city, same hotel, same quality! It's always good to be back to Motel One.

Overall experience was good except the loud noise coming from the street when the garbage trucks are collecting the waste bins. Better insonorisation of the room windows would be appreciated.

No in-room coffee is a major inconvenience.
The room was the smallest and most cramped I've ever had at a Motel One.There was no place to put my clothes so they had to stay in the suitcase for the whole time.
Nice staf and proper hotel
The room was really quite cold on the first day; I tried adjusting the heating but nothing happened until I asked hotel staff to deal with it. Also, the shower water overflows onto the floor.
Great staying at the Motel One. Perfect location and convenient for our business meetings, very clean and very good breakfast offered. The staff was friendly and kind. What was disappointing to us was the fact that when we requested a late check out (even for just an hour) to be able to use the room before going to the airport, and although there was the possibility the hotel requested a 10€ charge per hour. This was the only thing we did not like from our 5-day stay at Motel One. Thank you for your time to consider our comments.
The telephone connection room-reception and a tray with a boiler as most hotels havr would be a nig improvement

The amenities were just enough, the space was adequate for spending most of our time out exploring, it was designed amazingly and the lobby/bar was amazing!
Lovely hotel, great service, very convenient for weekend stay in Brussels. Clean spacious comfy rooms. Only thing I'd like would be coffee making facility in the room but I know that was available in the bar/ lobby.
I had a room on the 3rd floor towards the main street, and it was very noisy at night. I did not get much sleep because of it. Hotel and facilities were otherwise pretty good. It was also kind to get a drink voucher in compensation for a non-working TV. Could have been nice if the TV allowed AirPlay from iPhones.
The hotel is new, clean, comfortable and quiet. Perfect for a short business trip. Breakfast is ample and tasty (although lack of hot food options was a bit disappointing). Go early as it gets crowded later in the morning. My only complaints were around the technology. The TV did not work properly, as some channels were pixelated and had no sound. I mentioned this to the front desk but nothing was done and there was no followup. In addition, on my last evening there, the internet kept crashing.
Staff was excellent as was room, cleanliness etc. Only problem is always that shower wall does not cover properly or have an additional curtain so water goes everywhere on the floor outside the shower (lots of water; pools)when you shower even if you are careful. This results in wasted towels; you have to use extra to clear up the mess (bad for environment). Suggest adding shower curtain or door.
There was no Wifi in my room, but I was offered to switch to an upgraded room + a free drink, excellent service.
There was no TV for 3 days and this during the US elections. And there was no explanation or apologies from motel one during the whole time
Breakfast is cheap (fruit salad is poor); orange juice is poor, cheese or bacon is poor. Television was working but poor connection and the window could not be opened. I am a frequent traveler, third time I stay in Motel one, probably the last time.

Dejligt hotel. Hyggeligt værelse, perfekt beliggenhed, skøn lounge område med god bar. Personalet meget imødekommende.
Bruger næsten altid Motel One, både i Bruxelles og Berlin. Altid venlig og hurtig betjening Jeg behøver jo "bare" et sted at sove, men her er de altid rent og pænt. Morgenmaden er simpel, ikke negativt, men her er alt man behøver, så man kan kommer videre.
Venligt personale. God central beliggenhed. Rene værelser. Stille. Kunne godt have ønsket mig en lille coffee-tray. Og bedre udsigt. Desværre kun udsigt til nabobygning og kraner.
Jeg har boet på Motel One hoteller mindst 100 gange rundt om i Europa de sidste 10 år. Jeg har altid været irriteret over, at gulvet i badeværelset bliver vådt når man har taget brusebad. Der mangler en glasdør til at lukke for brusenichen.
Der var absolut ikke pladser nok til morgenmaden ........
Muligheden for selv at koge vand til kaffe/the ville have givet 10 point.
