Hotel is typical for Motel One. As for me rating of Warsaw hotel is worth than others in the system, because of the poor breakfast (compare to Berlin, Barcelone and Graz, for example), not quality food (for example, croissants and baking), small garage and not professional at all barmen.

Had a very nice and pleasant stay in your hotel. the rooms were nice, and the breakfast was very goof. I also liked the bar and possibility to have a drink at the hotel.
My room was surprisingly cold, and the thermostat did not seem to affect it. I needed BOTH comforters on my bed each night. My health is excellent, so I am not sure why the room was so cold. On another matter, I had to depart at 6:15 on Saturday for an early flight to the Warsaw airport. On Friday, a helpful reception worker named Julian helped me with the reservation. Both at check-in, and when I arranged the taxi on Friday, reception staff told me I could get food early on Saturday for a small breakfast around 6:00. When I came with my luggage yesterday morning, a food service worker preparing breakfast only allowed me a cup of coffee, despite all the food that was already out and available, saying "Breakfast started at 6:30." A sweet roll or croissant would have been kind, appreciated, and helpful, given the upcoming international travel I would have, but was not allowed. But I already had paid for breakfast...
When we got into our room there was only 2 pieces of tissue, we would have expected a full box or at least something more than 2 pieces. Would be nice to have a kettle or coffee maker in room. Front desk, breakfast help and bar help all wonderful and very welcoming.
All went really fine. Cost - benefit really worth. Nice infrastructure and practical. Just got disappointed when I tried to make another reservation for 2 days after my first stay. In fact, I intended to cancel the other reservation I had in another hotel to stay there once more. Rate on plaforms and on Motel One website was 3x higher though. Thought that, being a new recent client, would find some effort from the front desk. None at all. Just bluntly threw the rate on me, "sorry, high demand"...at the end, and I should not be surprised, it is just a business and the client-hotel relation is determined by immediate results, not by building a tie with clients.

Hotel was located in an excellent location. Room was clean tidy with all we needed. Reception and bar area were excellent too. All staff friendly and willing to help.

Great hotel, excellent location for exploring the beautiful city center of Warsaw before or after work. Nice room, quiet, very clean. It was possible to get free coffee downstairs. The room was perfect for the occasion (a work visit). The only thing missing in the hotel is a small gym. :)
I had a wonderful stay at Motel One Warsaw-Chopin. The entire team was extremely kind, attentive, and helpful, especially after I sprained my ankle after arriving in Warsaw. Since I was traveling alone and had difficulty walking, their support meant a lot to me. They kindly helped me arrange ice for my ankle and also assisted me with breakfast when I was unable to manage things on my own. I truly appreciated how caring and thoughtful everyone was throughout my stay. Their kindness made a difficult situation much easier. Thank you to the whole team for your attention, support, and kindness.
Modern, comfortable, quiet and clean rooms with modern, functional bathrooms, polite and efficient personnel and very good location. Occasionally a but overpriced.
great, excellent breakfast, very friendly personel. Only two improvements possible: my bed had a mattras 'bunching down' (i.e. no more flat), and I would have appreciated being able to open the windows completely. great work!
The hotel staff was very kind (especially housekeepers). I was always greeted by them in the corridor. In general, I liked the hotel and my room. BUT I wasn't satisfied with breakfast. I think breakfast was very boring, I think that breakfast should include hot dishes, such as scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages. That was very disappointing. Also, I don't like the fact that breakfast is eaten at the bar - it's very uncomfortable to eat sitting in an armchair and leaning over that little table... Because of the breakfast experience, I am not sure I will come back.
The online check-in was a bit useless, as there was no designated line. Needed to wait just like not having done the online check-in. Really small thing: I actually enjoy the aquarium feature of the TV, but please remove the commercial showing in between. I like the design of the hotel, particularly the bathroom. I had a very nice view on the Chopin museum and skyline of Warsaw. Breakfast was really good. When coming at a busy time, not all places are comfortable to eat your breakfast. I missed a dustbin in the room (there is only a small one in the bathroom). The bed was very comfortable. When I arrived there was no staff present at the lounge & bar.

Friendly and helpful employees. Thank you Daria for your help! Great location, good hotel but a little overpriced. Room 823 should NOT be considered a “room with a view.” We paid extra for NOTHING!! A mini fridge would’ve been quite useful. Bathrooms don’t offer much privacy.

Very nice and clean, near to the centre. I like it very much. The breakfast was excellent. The lobby was big and beautiful however in the evening the barman refused to take our order because he was very busy and we couldn’t enjoy it.

Everything was just perfect
We were there for 5 days and it was great! I have a little thing: As I am often guest at Motel One it is great to get a bottle of water at the reception. In Warsaw, you have to go to the great cocktail bar. As it was really busy there, doing great cocktails, I had to wait 30minutes just for my bottle of water I wanted to take to my room. Maybe also in this Hotel it would be great to get it at the reception directly. Thank you - but I always enjoy my stay!
If I could give more than 10/10 for value for money, I gladly would. As always, Motel One delivered another fantastic stay. This is already the fifth country where I've stayed at a Motel One, and it certainly won't be the last. I'm always happy when I have the chance to stay at one because they consistently offer excellent value, modern and comfortable rooms, and are always perfectly located for exploring the city. In my opinion, you simply can't go wrong with Motel One.
An outstanding stay from beginning to end. The hotel is beautiful, the facilities are excellent, and the level of cleanliness is well above average. Most importantly, the entire team was fantastic: professional, attentive, friendly, and always available to help. Although we experienced an issue with the room we had originally booked, the staff responded immediately and handled the situation in an extremely efficient and thoughtful way. They quickly presented us with two possible solutions and allowed us to choose the one that suited us best. They also kindly offered us breakfast, two complimentary drinks, and a bottle of water. Their care and attention made all the difference. There was always water and juice available at reception, which was a very thoughtful touch whenever we returned to the hotel. During our stay, the hotel was largely occupied by guests attending the System of a Down concert at the Warsaw stadium, so it could easily have felt crowded or chaotic. However, everything remained exceptionally well organised, calm, and spotless at all times. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh options. Everything was constantly replenished, and nothing was ever missing, even during the busiest periods. This was our first experience with this hotel, and it exceeded all our expectations. Congratulations to the entire team for providing such a high standard of service. We will certainly return and recommend this hotel without hesitation.
Overpriced for what it is. Small room with a non-smart TV, and no toiletries in the bathroom. The best part is the location, but it doesn't make up for the high price of the room
Receptionist Yulia was very helpful throughout my stay and provided excellent service. The room was quite good overall, but the blankets were too small and too short, making it difficult to stay warm. During my stay in rainy and chilly Warsaw in July, I often felt cold, which unfortunately affected my comfort. The soundproofing was also poor, and I could easily hear noise from other rooms and the hallway. This seems to be a common issue in many hotels in Warsaw, but it still impacted the overall experience.
Beautiful hotel, great location and super comfortable beds, would definitely return. The breakfast was also very good… we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, I hadn’t slept so well in a long time!
We had an overall pleasant stay, mainly thanks to the hotel’s excellent location, which made it very convenient to explore the area. We would also like to mention that the reception staff were always very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. That said, there are a few aspects that could be improved. The room was fairly average, and the bathroom, which had no window or ventilation fan, could become uncomfortable after use. The shower was also not very practical. We also noticed that there was only one trash bin in the room, located in the bathroom, and there was no mini fridge, which would have been a useful addition. Finally, during our stay the blankets became dirty, but they were not replaced by housekeeping. Overall, while we appreciated the location and the kindness of the staff, we feel that the value for money could be better considering the room facilities and housekeeping service.
Good hotel, well located, rooms are spotlessly clean, beds very comfortable. This was my second time staying here. My only critique would be service at the bar. Not the fault of the staff but there were too few on duty relative to the amount of customers. Service was unacceptably slow. After two long delays being served the first evening I gave up and went elsewhere for drinks every other evening.

Takket være den centrale placering syd for Wisła er vores hotel det perfekte udgangspunkt for ubesværede dage i storbyen, komplet med lige dele restaurantbesøg, shopping og sightseeing. Byens kongeslot fra det 16. århundrede udgør i den forbindelse et særligt højdepunkt. Slottet ligger midt i centrum og var tidligere residens for de polske konger.
