We love the Glasgow MOne but this time tho we were disappointed with the size of the room. It was too small

Your staff were very welcoming and accomodated my needs (I had a bicycle) by assigning me a suitable room.
excellent place to stay when going to a gig in Glasgow , across the street from central station and very near many of the venues i frequent .Very clean and has every thing i need for a one night stay
Lovely clean hotel. Room was a good size comfy bed. No major noise issues. Lovely toiletries pity about the shower pressure.
Sink plug did not work and wasn't fixed. Reception desk were very helpful. Breakfast was too crowded and tables too close together.

I have stayed with Motel One previously in Glasgow with no issues. This time it felt different. Everything was rushed and done with less care. I am part of the rewards programme but received no free water on checking in and on return to the hotel in the evening had asked for more pillows. We were advised by the night reception staff that he would check the store on our floor and would bring them along. We waited up but these never arrived. The rooms also had no phone so I was unable to phone down to reception.
the staff were great and it was clean. the only issue is that the tv couldnt connect to the internet.

Very happy as it was clean, close to the station, good value and Reception were happy to receive a parcel for me.
The size of the room definitely was what detracted from our experience the most. We had to move the tables quite a bit when we arrived just to have enough space to open our suitcases on the floor. It was hard to move around each other in the room at times. And we couldn’t prop the bathroom door open all the way to dry our clothes without not being able to open the room door. It felt a bit tight overall which made our stay less relaxing.
Sadly, we tried to heat our bedroom control but without success.

First room allocated the card electric system was loose on the wall however once reception was informed our room was changed as no maintenance available
I was very pleased with my stay at Motel One for a work event. The room was clean, well laid out and warm.

Amazing staff
ROOM 505. Arrived to check in 3.10pm,waited in queue 15 minutes to be served.Thermostat in room inoperable so room was cold(overnight outside temperature 4 Deg c).Advised staff when checking out. Plug in wash hand basin could not seal,so unable to fill to wash. On line check- in asked too many questions compared to other hotels,taking too much time.

Really good. Was only a quick overnight stay but appreciated room ready at 1330 rather than having to wait until 1500 (as I was expecting/prepared for)

A friendly, accommodating team! Fantastic location right next to the central station. Also just a 30 mins walk to/from Ovo Hydro so perfect for events. Clean, comfortable room.

Most staff were efficient. I had an issue with the shower pole pulling out of it's wall fixing when I tried to move the shower head down the pole as for me at 5foot 2 inches was way too high. when I mentioned this to staff on check out an apology for the inconvenience it caused me would have been nice as opposed to the brusque 'well will get that sorted' response. I'm a 70 year old grandma not given to trying to wreck rooms simply altering something that should be easy to alter without things falling apart.
Dejligt ophold, Perfekt beliggenhed for os. Morgenmaden var fin, dog var personalet til morgenmaden, ikke særlige opmærksomme, der manglede ofte glas, tallerkner og pålæg. Uden at de tog det fornødne overblik.
God og hurtig check ind og ud. Dejligt med to nøglekort. Godt, rent og velindrettet værelse.
Motel One har en attraktiv placering i centrum af Glasgow. Det er nemt at komme rundt med offentlig transport eller til fods.
