The staff was kind, the breakfast was okay, and the room was a bit small
Overall great experience as always with Motel One. Very kind staff (especially at the breakfast), good room, convenient location. Would stay here again.

Excellent location, nice and comfortable rooms. Very well-maintained hotel. Super friendly staff. My only feedback is that the morning of check-out , housekeeping knocked on my door at 10 am, and 5 minutes later someone actually opened the door. This is completely unacceptable. I mentioned it to someone in reception and they apologized, saying the staff is new. However, I read online several comments with the same topic, so it may be a recurrent thing at the hotel, which changed my perception of the hotel.
Obviously, the location is brilliant on one side but dangerous at night. Maybe you could offer a free walk-over from the S-Bahn station for female solo travellers. As with all Motel Ones, I love the breakfast, etc., but it lacks a kettle and tea-making facilities. Coming from the Anglophone area, a kettle- at least one on each floor near the lift, with tea or coffee powder would be a deluxe addition to the hotel.
We can't think of anything negative, room, bed, shower, parking and in the heart of Frankfurt, everything was excellent.
Good Hotel in the middle of the town, Carpet floor which is horrible in 2026, other than that good size room. Breakfast is expensive and bad as usual with all Motel Ones, also Coffee was this time off. Biggest downside is that you can book Radisson Blue at basically the same cost, with better view, free Parking and good breakfast. Would not come back to this one.
I had a great time and everything was as expected. I’d like to highlight Diana and the service team’s care during breakfast on Saturday as they got out of their way to make my start in the day special. Thank you!

The bed was super comfortable. The room was well equiped. I was sent to a room for disabled people, I would rather prefer a normal one, ideally with a real bath :) Something to mention, is that I was expecting to have real glasses instead of paper cups, I prefer not to drink or use and I would also appreciate to have a real closet for the clothes. Anything else was perfect.
All good. One thing: When checking in there is a queue and although I checked-in online I had to wait even if it was only to tell them my name and get the room key. There should be an extra queue for the people who check-in online.
I spent one night in the room 1.16 and, while I'm pretty satisfied with MotelOne, I am afraid that the air conditioning system was not working properly. It was extremely noisy during the night and I had to turn it off to be able to sleep. It was warm, but it was either heat or noise, so I made my choice. Other than that, all my experiences at Motel One so far have been great and I recommend it.
Very convenient to the train station yet very modern and clean--and an excellent value.

Convenient location right near the train station - it was just what I needed for an overnight stay before a flight early the next morning.
The reception staff is very helpful and efficient. The room was a little on the small side, but was very well-equipped and comfortable. All in all a comfortable stay.

Everything was good except for the cleaning team knocking on our door on two occasions to see if they could clean our room despite the fact that check-out is 12 o’clock. This disturbance is not necessary.

Great venue and perfectly placed for my business trip. The bar and restaurant areas are very comfortable and stylish, the bedrooms are perfectly functional, the breakfast was very enjoyable and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming.

An oasis in the middle of a very difficult neighbourhood near the Frankfurt hbf. Very clean, great lobby, good beds, efficient air conditioning, friendly staff, quality breakfast. If you want to improve - do something about the neighborhood and install Japanese toilets.
Depending on where you wanna go in Frankfurt it is good. Could be closer to the city center, but to be in reachable distance to the airport it is ok. Bad public transport in that area. Very friendly employees.

A perfect spot for a clean, comfortable stay, close to tourist areas a few minutes from the old town. The reception and lounge areas are welcoming, cool on a hot day, with stylish furnishings and quiet nooks. Staff helpful and professional.
We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. The hotel was clean, modern, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Before our arrival, I kindly asked if it would be possible to have a room on a high floor with a nice view. I was so happy that my request was granted! We received a room on the top floor with an amazing view over the city, and it truly made our stay even more special. Thank you for paying attention to my request and for making our visit such a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

In the heart of the city, easy to reach with metro, bus or by foot. The room was spacious, organised, efficient, very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great experience!
The hotel was beautiful and the staff was so accommodating and nice.
The room seamed as if it hasn’t been cleaned properly. The toilet brush was still in the toilet leaving a strange smell, the trash can from the bathroom on the counter half way in the sink and there was green mold at the ceiling under the shower. It was not visible at first when entering but standing in the shower revealed the mold. Honestly this was not the motel one experience I am used to.
After a long overseas flight, I was delighted to check in early to my room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. It was a great location too.
Was very nice
I had specifically asked for a room with functioning AC, I had even called to verify, and that one simple request wasn’t taken care of so we had to change rooms. Then during the 38 degree heatwave the AC wasn’t working either, and the room temperature was 28 degrees which is unacceptable. The TV streaming didn’t work and the staff simply had no answers. Incredibly incompetent staff.
Very clean, reception very agreable and diligent, very near from main station I had a single room. Small but very conveniently taking advantage of the space. So excellent price/quality ratio. Tiny bathroom, but clean/modern and all I need for an hotel stay.
Gutes Business Hotel !
The bed items in the room were sufficient and in good condition, but there was limited space to walk around or put suitcases. The bathroom was small but nice. The wall thermostat did not function properly in that it caused no heat to come out of the vent or no fan blowing; consequently, the room was cold most of the evening and night. It was warmer in the morning because of our body heat.
I loved the furnishings, the ambience, and the serenity that the room exudes. My only regret was the television's remote control could not control it. The television made a humming sound and had an aquarium on display all night long. I was too tired to complain and slept off.
We loved the location of the hotel. The staff was super helpful. The hotel was super nice and clean. We had to keep extending our stay because of health situation. But everything worked out flawlessly. The only negatives I'll talk about were the room was a bit small, but I assume it was the standard room we got. And the breakfast was a bit smaller than expected even though it was very good. Overall, I will come back and stay there. We were happy.
Staff development was very attentive, polite and helpful. The location is a bit away from it all. However, if you want a great overnight stop between flights, this is a hotel you should consider. The airport shuttle is a great service too.

Inde på børsen følges det tyske aktieindeks DAX med stor spænding – er det mon tyren eller bjørnens dag? I finansdistriktets høje glastårne har store tyske banker som Deutsche Bank og Commerzbank adresse, mens den Europæiske Centralbanks markante hovedkvarter præger bydelen Ostend.
Et vigtigt finanscentrum skal selvfølgelig være tæt forbundet med omverdenen i både overført og konkret betydning, og her er byens internationale lufthavn selvsagt uundværlig. Apropos Goethe er man ikke overraskende stolte over den verdensberømte forfatter i hjembyen Frankfurt, og byens universitet (der i øvrigt er Tysklands største) er da også opkaldt efter ham: Johann-Wolfgang-Goethe-Universität. De mange studerende bringer liv i byen og fungerer som modvægt til Frankfurts formelle finansimage. Typiske studenterkvarterer omfatter Westend, Gallusviertel og Bockenheim. Her mødes de unge på caféerne til sen morgenmad, mens man andetsteds i byen allerede er i gang med at afvikle forretninger over frokosten.
