Hi, the experience was wonderful. The hotel is beautiful. The breakfast was delicious. However, the receptionist who welcomed us was not friendly and spoke to us with little sympathy. Despite that initial attention, the overall experience was good.
Very good. 1 remark. Breakfast area is sometimes too crowded that we had to sit in the lounge area. Good seats however for eating the seats are not very comfortable.
Credit Card was Double Charged. Asking for Geld via email. No response. Bad Service
All well, but they didn't give us the bottle of water as a beOne member. Also the view of the highway is not the best, I thought that as a beOne member I would at least have a better view.
Staff was friendly. Mattress was good. Room is full size. Bathroom is full size. Only possible improvements can be bacon, sausage and omelette.
The room was as expected except it was too warm. Also, we weren’t offered a bottled water as a Be One member. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the property was lovely.
Hotel very clean, nice and cosy. The chimney fire on tv in the bedroom is an absolute pleasure. I would have appreciated a light curtain in the bedroom in order to hide the view for the surrounding buildings whereas to pull the heavy curtains and be in darkness. But it is a small inconvenient.

I've stayed at Motel One in other countries before. I chose Motel One again for Paris. The cleanliness, breakfast, and friendly staff were all excellent. Thank you.
The staff was amazing and looked like a close knit team. I understand the hotel opened recently but it doesn't show at all. They were all great. I would have loved to have a kettle in my room but that's it.
We had a perfect Family stay.
How is it possible for an hotel which main element is to sleep well to be so noisy, why would you let people run and laugh at 5am next to the room. Idc how the hotel is looking if I can’t sleep.

This hotel is a pleasure to stay at, the staff at this hotel make every effort to make your stay as smooth as possible, the area around the hotel is full of local cafes which are really good at looking after everyone tastes from breakfast to dinners if you want a taste of french life, or for just a checky french drink, after a long day’s sightseeing, the metro station is less than 4 minutes away, with tram and bus stops both close by, the hotel has a very useful car park which needs to be booked for you stay, so no worries on that front.The rooms are on the slightly small side but are enough for a stay, the breakfast area can get busy at normal times, thats why we ate out.the lounge / reception area is large enough to have have a chat with friends and is full of comfy chairs if your not rushing out the see Paris, travelling around Paris is so easy as everything is say just 30 minutes away so its a really good location.Excellent Hotel to stay at and having Paris’s major ring road on your door step, which you do not hear, its easy to access all autoroutes for travelling further afield or heading homeward bound, Like in all major cities take your time and dont get stressed driving on the ring road, just let them get on with them rushing around like life depends on getting there before you especially the scooters, motorbikes and cars whom seem to have a death wish!….sometimes,
I used to be a strong supporter of Motel One, but this experience really changed my perspective. The hotel was unable to provide me with a proper, itemized invoice. The only document I received showed the total amount, without indicating how many nights I stayed, the room rate, breakfast costs, or the city tax. Even after I asked them to correct it, they were still unable to provide a proper invoice.
All was good but three elements deserve improvement:1. Deal with the « fishy » smell in the corridors, train the front desk style to smile and be more helpful and 3 Provide a sop/shampoo that does not turn hair into straw.
Excellent location for where I needed to be. Lovely breakfast. The only other thing needed for a score of 10 would be a kettle in the room.
These hotel rooms are really getting worn out a lot of damaged dirty carpets with a lot of stains luckily their dog brown otherwise we should be disgusted by the looks of it. The doors in the hallway are smashing like hell starting at 6 o’clock in the morning.
good, clean and sufficient rooms. had a good sleep. unfortunately there was quite often staff missing at the bar in the basement.

excellent hotel for value, comfort & friendly service. Five minute walk to M8 Porte Doree Metro and as a result all Paris. Comfortable bed, hot shower, quiet room.
Nice stay, good breakfast. But I missed a boiler in the room, as well as toiletries set.
Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Lounge area is nice for evening drinks. Plenty of tables and chairs. Breakfasts were packed on weekends, it would be nice to have more dining table space, because the lounge tables and chairs were too low an awkward for eating meals.
Hotel is far too hotel. Did not sleep well (which is the idea of a hotel) because the hotel does not operate air conditioning in the winter only heating. The window does not open well and if you do open it you have a lot of noise from the road. It is 2025, in a modern hotel with air conditioning installed and 19 degrees outside but this hotel does not allow you to use the air conditioning. For this reason, I will not stay again.
After my second visit in a week I’ve come to the conclusion that the hotel is luxury without any frills! No drinks in the room, no main meal options and a very limited breakfast accompanied with luxurious surroundings.
Requested a room on floor 8. It is hard to sleep when it is noisy. First room assigned was #500 which was directly over the busy motorway. Went back to the front desk and was assigned a room on floor 5 right by the loading area. Still noisy but better. Since I was staying for 7 nights, the room location was very important. What is the point of room requests if the front desk doesn't look at them? The breakfast people are wonderful! Very friendly and professional, especially the one gentleman with short gray hair. He is the BEST.

Hotel was great for the conderence center Lovvy looks amazing Rooms are very convenient, with good internet The olny down side is lack of room service The price was very high.. 350€ even when closing two months ahead of time
There was a very strong and bad smell in my room (like wet carpet or equivalent)
As mentioned at the reception, it was very warm in the room and not possible to cool it down well at night.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms in other Motel ones are.possibly nicer especially Amsterdam with the large windows. There was no toaster at breakfast or any tea or coffee in the room and the drinks at the bar seemed expensive. I will be staying again this week as overall the hotel is of high quality for the cost of the room.

I stayed at Motel One in Paris and was overall very satisfied. The room was small but clean and modern. Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn’t work properly, which was a bit disappointing. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was tasty — not a huge selection, but enough variety for everyone to find something they like. The location is a bit away from the city center, but easy to reach by metro. For the price, you really can’t complain — I would stay here again!
Hotel stuff need to be trained properly (receptionists). I’ve booked hotel online via Booking.com, and upon my arrival the lady at the front desk asked me to pay me again. When I told her that my transaction pay been completed through booking.com she stated it’s just a deposit. I’ve never seen deposit more than 100$ but instead she charged me for my stay again. When was checking out, they confirmed that they charged me twice and I’m expecting refund! That was a disappointment.
Horrible experience - wouldn’t recommend. -No lights in room so receptions said they would fix after I left next day -Heat was on, reception said sorry maintence isn’t here to switch to AC, we can help after you leave tomorrow -Asking for a refund gets me no answer and final an email talking about how important customers are but doesn’t to help me with my experience any and asks me to stay again.
Simple rooms but very clean and convenient. Really close to the metro station making commute easy around the city. The neighborhood is also very nice and safe.
We've been going to Motel One hotels for years and are always happy. The staff is very friendly and do everything they can to make everyone feel welcome. I have nothing bad to say about them. However, we were very disappointed this time. We'd been cycling all day and wanted to relax with a cup of coffee at the motel in the evening (as we do every evening). Since the motel was hosting a big party that day, we, the guests, suddenly felt less important. Everything had to take priority over their party. There was no way to get a cup of coffee, not even upstairs, where there's a second lounge area. Everyone was important back then, except their guests. We were really disappointed. If they had told us about this beforehand, we would have understood. We were also supposed to get a 50% discount on parking. We parked there for eight days, but when we tried to claim the 50% discount on the last day, their machine didn't work correctly . After a long discussion, we had to pay the full amount. We emailed the parking lot and Motel One, but they haven't replied yet. We are still waiting for answers from both Motel One and the Garage all in all a good holiday but with a disappointing ending

Very clean hotel but the room is SUPER small. The photos do not reflect that. The staff are lovely Mattias checked us in. The lobby and closeness to station is great. And the overall hotel and room was very tidy. However, the attention to detail in the room is not good. No phone to be able to speak to reception. No kettle, minibar, AC. The pillows on the bed were not great and when we asked for replacement we had to wait for the next day. There wasn't even any water left for us in the room to have when we arrived. So much potential especially because the hotel itself was very nice and beautiful.
Great place for the stay. That was my first time in this chain of hotels. Really great choice !

It was cold in the room.The temperature outside was 9-11 degrees, and no heating system worked because it was told to me that the hotel is "green" and before november they cannot give heating....In the last day, we have received only one big towel (we were two people)

Museet råder over en imponerende samling på godt 380.000 værker, hvoraf ca. 35.000 er udstillet. Hvor lang tid tager det mon at se det hele? Et andet must udgøres selvsagt af Eiffeltårnet, der både er en oplevelse på afstand og fra toppen. Under normale omstændigheder ville et besøg i katedralen Notre-Dame helt sikkert også stå øverst på de fleste turisters tjekliste. Efter branden i 2019 forestår dog et omfattende genopbygningsarbejde, og kirken forventes tidligst at åbne for besøgende i 2024.
