Comfortable hotel in a great location. Helpful staff. Rooms have all you need for a short stay.
Comfortable room with good air conditioning, good bathroom. The staff allowed me to check in once my room was ready which I really appreciated. My only slight criticism was that the landing carpets weren't vacuumed (level 6) so there a few bits of debris (eg a tissue and a bit of food) left after the cleaners had finished.
Nice hotel but feel something is needed in the shower for your own bottles of shampoo etc as resting a bottle on top of the taps is not adequate enough so many alternatives. There were always shower shelves but have been removed.
My 2nd time visiting this hotel and I think it's great. The prices, value, service, friendliness and cleanliness are great. I must give special credit to Georgina on reception and Mario (Bar Manager) who I thought were fab. For me, the bed was too low and too soft - my wife however thought her bed was perfect. I would have liked there to have been decaffeinated tea and coffee available, and skimmed or semi-skimmed milk. But I will be back!
Last minute night away, easy enough to book, checked in EARLY! About 1.30pm which was brilliant, massive bed very clean room amazing location, very quite and really worth the cost which wasnt very expensive anyway!
Excellent hotel with clean rooms, friendly staff, good variety of breakfast and easy access to Manchester Airport and Picadilly Station. Will come back again!

The staff were first class, from check in to the bar. Clean and comfortable stay.
You get what you need, no more no less. The breakfast included in the price was very good. The room had air conditioning, essential now in summer, a summer duvet, good free WiFi and was totally soundproof. Excellent location opposite Piccadilly Station. Will definitely stay again.

Great hotel, very clean and comfortable , at first you thing the rooms are small but are perfectly designed really, have a lovely lounge where you can get a few drinks and relax, we enjoyed and will be back

It was such a beautiful location. It was near the station. It was near the restaurant. It was had a very good staff member of staff very clean very polite people very accommodating especially the staff was very nice and specially the guy who served us who welcome to us on the 24th of July 2026. He was such a beautiful person beautiful inside outside. it was 16 member of family we came for a graduation and we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was brilliant. Everything we had in the hotel the service everything the cleaners we enjoyed everything bits Office thank you very much.

Fantastic family stay, loved the reception and bar area vibe! Great room with air con. Lovely friendly helpful staff. I called due to not being able to book family of 4 online, no issues at all to book over phone, my kids are 10/12 and smaller so able to fit on sofa bed. I was able to leave luggage for the day after check out. So handy for train station. Thank you

Given the very reasonable price we paid for the room we were most pleasantly surprised by the value received.Not only was the accommodation clean, modern, stylish and comfortable but it was extremely quiet even though it was well located in the city centre.

The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the rooms are comfortable and well maintained. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of fresh and high-quality options. Overall, a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend Motel One Manchester-Piccadilly and look forward to staying again in the future :)

Adequate best sums up this hotel, the room is adequate although there was no hot water in the shower and the TV had no connection to whatever Freeview service is used. The breakfast is underwhelming at best. However on the plus side its location is great and the bar area is nice and modern.

From the minute you arrive and see Maria’s welcoming smile you know you are going to have a great stay. She remembered me from my last 2 visits and you must never let her leave. Nothing is too much trouble The bar area was clean and friendly and we used the left luggage service. We will be back!
We stay at Motel One quite regularly. Our air conditioning was not working in our room. We were told twice that it would be fixed but wasn’t and when we went to check out and talked about our hot bedroom we were just told they were sorry.
Very disappointed that there were no glasses or proper cups in the rooms. I travelled with an elderly relative who did not feel safe using a paper cup to make a hot drink as they aren’t substantial or stable enough. There did appear to be some phone signal blocking in the hotel for someone who didn’t have a smartphone which made it difficult for me to contact them. Would have been helpful if reception team had let us know that you needed to tap your room key to operate the lifts when we first arrived. Rooms were nice and the accessible room was very spacious. Bar staff were very helpful with providing proper cups.
I love this hotel. It is super convenient for Piccadilly station, it is very well maintained, the staff are really friendly, the breakfast is excellent. The food is varied and of good quality. The room is not large but fulfils all basic needs, the design everywhere is very pleasing. And cleanliness is good. Thank you. It is my go-to when I need to stay in Manchester.
I have stayed that property a few times already, location is great, property is in great condition and staff is always smiling and helpful
Nice small hotel, excellent location, nice room but slightly small - wish there is a phone in the rooms and a fridge only. It would be great if they had the option of 2 single beds in the rooms.

Elendig rengøring. Flot beliggenhed og god funktionel indretning samt meget venligt personale. Ok morgenmad. Men rengøring trækker voldsomt ned i den samlede bedømmelse
Super beliggenhed. Meget fint værelse og fin morgenmad.
Meget tæt på Picadilly Station. Rent og pænt. Hovedpuderne er alt for høje og hårde. Værelset vendte mod en kontorbygning kun 3 m væk, hvilket medførte, at vi havde de meget tunge og mørke gardiner trukket for det meste af tiden. Ville være dejligt med nogle lette gardiner i stedet for.
Lidt kedelig morgenmadsbuffet men ellers var jeg godt tilfreds med alt andet
