Great friendly hotel
Lovely staff, great check in and out times. Very central. Clean and tidy. Extra bonus of air con in a heatwave and luggage storage

First room, TV and air conditioning not working, Once I changed the room TV and air-conditioning working fine. There are no USB charging available in the room, Rooms are basic, bed is really comfortable. Great value for money.

stayed at Motel One Royal Exchange in Manchester for the last 20 days, and throughout my stay, I have been very happy with the staff and the way they have treated me. I would especially like to appreciate Fatim at reception for her kindness, professionalism, and excellent customer service. She has always been friendly, helpful, and welcoming.
Great central hotel. Friendly staff. Good working aircon was a godsend. Comfortable beds and very clean. The only reasons it lost a point was because the TV screen saver kept coming on if it's own accord and woke me at 4.30 in the morning. And I was only given one hand towel and we women like one to wrap the hair and one for drying hands.

The room itself was basic and felt very budget. The shower tray felt flimsy underfoot, the coffee was served in plastic cups rather than proper mugs, and the overall finish lacked quality. The biggest issue, however, was privacy. Despite the door being locked, a member of housekeeping entered my room without warning while I was inside. This was extremely uncomfortable and completely unacceptable. Although the hotel apologised afterwards, it should never have happened in the first place. Overall, I left feeling that the hotel prioritises keeping costs down over guest comfort and attention to detail. I won’t be staying here again.
Helpful ataff and everything you need for a decemt stay.
Friendly and efficient reception team. Our room with a view had all the amenities for the stay and was extremely clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable with crisp white bedding adding to a great sleep. It was so hot in the city and we were so pleased with the air conditioning as it worked a treat!
A first class hotel in every way. So impressed
My second stay her, perfect location, staff excellent. Room is good size, basic but the AC worked. Kettle available in room. Which is not always the norm these days. Thanks to everyone.
Miss Chan and Jack perform themself as good servise provider. Air conditioner once too cold, or once too hot. Toilet ventilation is not good, No refrigerator provides.

We booked a double king size room and we had 2 single beds pushed together. It was sad to see as we have stayed with this hotel allot of times and when we complained about our uncomfortable sleep the manager basically said nothing he can do. It was false advertisement of the room and the single mattresses devided through the night making this very uncomfortable for me and my partner. Unfairly treated upon complaint. Wouldn’t recommend staying in the future and would like to take this matter allot further as we paid for a service we did not receive.
Comfortable room, great location and very reasonably priced. Check in and out was quick and easy. Staff were helpful. Only change I would make would be adding a vending machine somewhere to get a cold drink and snack.
Fabulous stay and very comfortable room would definitely go back.
Highlights included the location, the lounge and bar area, onsite parking and Michael the receptionist, who was very helpful and has a very kind way about him.
I really enjoyed my stay, and the location was perfect next to the train station.
We have stayed with Motel one before and as always you delivered great standards and a fabulous breakfast option. All round great staff.

Lovely clean and comfortable room
We were welcomed and allocated our room. We had a small issue with our room on arrival. Maria on reception resolved this immediately. Maria was very concerned and showed understanding for the situation. Excellent customer service from Maria and Motel one.
Very clean, good breakfast, convenient parking, good value, arrival & departure times very convenient, staff friendly & helpful, free newspapers.
Great location. Speedy check-in and out. Clean rooms and communal areas. Polite and friendly staff. The only negative thing I have to say is that there were a couple of drunk girls in the lounge bar later in the evening using foul language, quite loudly, which we found offensive. We moved to the another area of the lounge but feel that the bar staff should have approached them to ask them to be considerate to other guests.

Brilliantly located, very good value for money for such a central location. Exceptionally clean, bed was comfy and linen soft. Room was quite small but adequate for us. Didn't eat or drink in the lounge but looked lovely and plenty of people in there.
This was my first time staying at Motel One and I cannot say that I would stay again. Whilst the staff were welcoming and friendly, and the hotel was mostly clean, there were a few cleanliness issues in the room. Stained bed linen and towels. One towel was also worn around the edges and rough. The odd hair was noticed in the bathroom and shower screen dusty. The mattress was too hard and the pillows too soft, plus with two single beds neon pushed together, there was a dip in the middle.

Welcoming reception. Accommodated my ask for a room away from lift. Clean spacious room with comfortable bed and good shower with shower gel provided. Air conditioning was a bit noisy at times in the night and minor point but would be good to have a bedside table on both sides.
I had a minor glitch in the booking process. When I went to online check-in there was a request for payment and the site sent me to my bank account details - but I had paid in full when I initially booked.
The room was quite warm and we were unable to regulate the room temperature, but overall it was a good stay

Všechno fajn, jen snídaně proti hotelům na kontinentu i jinde poněkud chudší, chybí širší nabídka (párky, slanina, míchaná vejce, sladké pečivo).
Negativní pro mne byla zkušenost s e-mailovými odpověďmi na moje rezervace přes systém BeOne. Ty byly uživatelsky zcela mimo. Působily dojmem e-mailů od AI. Také stuktura Vaší vlastní mobilní aplikace je málo uživatelsky vstřícná. Nakonec jsem zvolila dražší zabookování přes Booking. com. Dobrou zkušenost jsem udělala s personálem hotelu, od dam a pánů na recepci (Maria i další), přes barmana v lounge, až po dámy, které uklízely pokoje.
Byli jsme moc spokojeni. Pěkné a čisté, velmi ochotný personál, skvělá dostupnost.
