We had a lovely few days at the hotel which was situated perfect for us. Great rooms and decor and the staff were very friendly and very helpful. We’d stay again!
New/fresh hotel. If you go here expecting luxoury and the most crazy breakfasts you won’t be satisfied. But if you’re looking for a CLEAN newly built hotel with 0 problems in the city center you will be 100% satisfied. 10/10 can recommend.

This hotel is SO lovely! The staff were all so kind, really helpful and accommodating. The hotel feels really safe, breakfast was good and the bar is perfect for a nightcap. If I'm back in Antwerp I'll definitely stay again. 5* from start to finish.

This 2 building situation is very confusing, everyone I met said the same thing. Especially since both buidings have the same room numbers. Motel One is always "you know what you get", but I found the room and bathroom very small. Flooding the floors while showering seems to be a general standard nowadays but a little more space would have made a difference. Staff was super friendly and helpful though. That's the 8th point, otherwise it would have been a 7.

I stay here frequently since it opened. It's a beautifully designed hotel with rooms overlooking the garden and has it's own parking. But I wish the ventilation in the rooms was quieter. I tried two rooms and they were both the same, so I imagine all rooms have the same issue. I had to wear earplugs, which cancels out any advantage of having a quiet room.

Hotel great the shower could be doing with a small ridge to stop the water from flooding the area and a shower curtain would fix air born water at not much cost

Our stay was very pleasant. Especially the breakfast staff, Natasha and Shoeb were particularly wonderful. It would be very good if you allowed dogs in the breakfast room because we had friends with a dog to visit us and we wanted to enjoy your breakfast buffet together with them. We then ended up having breakfast without them due to your dog-regulations. On an additional note the fragrances used around the hotel were very overpowering especially for sensitive and allergic guests.
The front desk team and the breakfast team are the best. The sweetest most helpful and efficient team I have ever met. So accommodating and respectful ! The rooms, the whole hotel … everything was clean to the T and so warm and classy. Definitely coming
Room was nice, breakfast was good. Aircon did not work, really warm and low oxygen in the room. Could not open windopw due to street noise.

Sooooooooo, it was great to be there. I am not used to those sheets and Pillows so i had to adapt to it while sleeping. Its great how the aquarium clip starts playing, creating a cozy Environment. The food, or the Breakfast, was delicius. Nice Athmosphere in the Lobby too. The waiter on the Bar was kind and he looked fine as hell. Its great drom the outside. Yes thats it haha, thank you guys. Good room, helpful staff, shame that there was no kettle. Room a bit hot, corridor outside room noisy. Every time the people in the room next to me shut their door, my bed shook. Location however was perfect 👌
It was excellent hotel with all necessaries, however, a mini fridge in the room was missing.
The staff - especially your colleague who checked me in was accommodating. My own issue was there was no clarity on parking - just for 10mins to drop off bags.

Overall the we were happy with the hotel. Pros: location, clean, new, friendly, fresh bread! Cons: Breakfast felt chaotic. Someone checking in and seating diners would help. Low chairs with no armrests in the public areas makes it difficult to sit and rise, particularly for the elderly or infirm Bathroom was small.

Great
Hotel is located very close to the center, many attractions can be reached by walking, we did not need the car. The garage is below the hotel and can be reached only by elevator, an interesting and uncommon experience, which was absolutely fine for us. Especially because this means the garage is a totally safe place to leave the car standing there during the stay. The beds were really hard, we would have liked it a bit softer, but this is of course an individual preference. Not to forget about the reception, we were welcomed really heartly by the lady there and had some very nice conversation with the lady there. A highly nice first experience in Amsterdam, thanks for that!

Slightly loud ventilation system in the room, open shower tends to leave water puddles on the bathroom floor. Cozy bar and very polite and friendly staff. A special thanks to Maxim for the help with my car!
Faboulous. Only thing is no body lotion and conditioner in shower. And even though window was closed, early morning somebody Held a phone coversation very loud in the outdoor area between the buildings.

Hot water, coffee or tee missing in the room !
The location was great- the hotel was brand new and very clean. However we have some suggestions for improvement 1. It would help to have a complimentary bottle of water on arrival as well as an espresso machine or kettle with some mugs for coffee/tea 2. The absence of some basic toiletries like a shower cap and body lotion was keenly felt 3. The staff (servers, cleaners etc.) could benefit from some basic training on friendliness and courtesy- especially as yours is the hospitality industry

I've stayed at MotelOnes in Germany several dozen times and they are always friendly. This however set a new level! Such a wonderful team! Only a five minute walk to the Grote Markt and all of the sites in the old town. Can't wait to visit again. Thank you from all of us who visited (six of us)!

Na první pohled nejsou Antverpy tak známé jako Paříž, Řím nebo Londýn, ale právě proto jsou tak výjimečné. Jedinečná kombinace moderny a historie dělá toto místo tím, čím je: špičkovou destinací pro všechny, kteří rádi poznávají nová města!
Každý kout Antverp vypráví svůj vlastní příběh. Od klikatých uliček historického centra až po jeden z největších evropských přístavů – Antverpy mají opravdu co nabídnout. Téma módy je patrné již ve vstupní části hotelu. Recepci zdobí ručně tkané koberce, které navrhl bývalý učeň belgického módního návrháře Driese van Notena. V hotelovém baru ožívá klasický kostkovaný vzor a nechává ho zazářit v celé jeho kráse. Design našeho hotelu v Antverpách je tedy pečlivě promyšlený a jeho dokonalost tkví – stejně jako ve všech našich hotelech – v těch nejmenších detailech. Módní prvky však nejsou to jediné, čím se hotel může pochlubit. Nabízí také bezplatné Wi-Fi, 24hodinovou recepci, Smart TV na pokoji, možnost vypůjčení žehličky a žehlicího prkna na recepci a omezený počet parkovacích míst pro pohodlnou cestu autem. Přístavní čtvrť je velmi působivá a v žádném případě byste si ji neměli nechat ujít. Groenplaats je rušné náměstí v Antverpách v blízkosti katedrály Panny Marie a představuje oblíbený motiv pro fotografy. Diamantová čtvrť je vzdálená asi 20 minut chůze a nachází se v bezprostřední blízkosti impozantní budovy hlavního nádraží. Věděli jste, že zdejší hlavní nádraží bylo prohlášeno za jedno z nejkrásnějších nádraží na světě? A pokud už máte historických budov a nablýskaných diamantů dost, hned vedle železniční trati najdete antverpskou zoologickou zahradu nebo muzeum Chocolate Nation. Pozor, další superlativ! Jedná se o největší muzeum belgické čokolády na světě. Tak se nedivte, když vás přepadne mlsná.
Jídlo a pití v Antverpách
Přepadl vás po prohlídce města hlad? Belgie je známá svými vaflemi, čokoládou a pralinkami nebo hranolky – Belgičané se dokonce prohlašují za vynálezce hranolků. Typické jsou pro Belgii také mušle s hranolky, takzvané moules-frites. Pokud jste v Antverpách, stojí za to vyzkoušet také takzvané handjes. Jedná se o speciální sušenky, cookies nebo čokoládu ve tvaru ruky s marcipánovou náplní nebo bez ní. Hledáte po dni plném nákupů v Antverpách nějaké občerstvení mimo hotel? Na závěr úspěšného dne ve městě doporučujeme navštívit útulnou kavárnu, bar nebo restauraci. Antverpy jsou opravdovým rájem pro labužníky.
