I had a truly wonderful experience at your property. The level of cleanliness was exceptional, especially in the room, and the towels were fresh and of high quality, reflecting great attention to detail. What made the stay even more special was the outstanding hospitality of your staff, who were consistently kind, professional, and welcoming. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Ms. Marian Mounir at the reception for her warm smile, elegance, and excellent service. A brand new hotel with modern design built around a nice large green courtyard with cozy seating. Very nice reception with AC. A place for gin lovers about 100 varieties in the large bar. Descent sized room very clean, good WiFi, comfy bed, good bathroom, quiet AC. Breakfast buffet v good except coffee too weak ;-( Excellent location for Antwerp close to everything you want to see. Fast elevators. It’s more a 4 * hotel than 3 * For the ladies bring your own conditioner
Everything was very good and pleasant. Just one complain about the pillows: the four pillows on the bed are too soft, not confortable for who prefers to use a rigid one. It could be usefull to have too choises, one soft one rigid. Also the duvet cover is too heavy and hot; if someone prefers not to use the AC, with that duvet you will swet all the night!
Fantastic hotel, loved the design elements. Breakfast was very good and of high quality. Enjoyed sitting outside. Beds comfortable and I like 2 separate single duvets on the very large king bed. Pillows were soft and comfy too! Hotel very conveniently situated but quiet once in the garden. A little oasis in the heart of the city. Would be even better if there was a small kettle in each room to make a cup of tea!

I have an annoying issue with the card that allows the access to the room. First, it didn't work, then the reception did something to reactivate it but then, when I was able to open, I discoverd that it was already occupied by another person who is inside the room. I was very tired and this is quite nasty for me.
Good location, value for money, comfortable bed, good and generous breakfast, good WiFi ( but would be good to have usb plugs for foreigners) , highly efficient. Only comment is please leave bottles of water in bedrooms. Also shower very slippery - would be dangerous for older people. Suggest fixing that.

Very good location, well designed hotel building but a number of disappointing experiences in particular with the comfort of the room. Window couldn't be opened, no possibility to adjust a comfortable temperature in the room (always to cool), and shower didn't work well.
We had a lovely few days at the hotel which was situated perfect for us. Great rooms and decor and the staff were very friendly and very helpful. We’d stay again!
New/fresh hotel. If you go here expecting luxoury and the most crazy breakfasts you won’t be satisfied. But if you’re looking for a CLEAN newly built hotel with 0 problems in the city center you will be 100% satisfied. 10/10 can recommend.

This hotel is SO lovely! The staff were all so kind, really helpful and accommodating. The hotel feels really safe, breakfast was good and the bar is perfect for a nightcap. If I'm back in Antwerp I'll definitely stay again. 5* from start to finish.

This 2 building situation is very confusing, everyone I met said the same thing. Especially since both buidings have the same room numbers. Motel One is always "you know what you get", but I found the room and bathroom very small. Flooding the floors while showering seems to be a general standard nowadays but a little more space would have made a difference. Staff was super friendly and helpful though. That's the 8th point, otherwise it would have been a 7.

I stay here frequently since it opened. It's a beautifully designed hotel with rooms overlooking the garden and has it's own parking. But I wish the ventilation in the rooms was quieter. I tried two rooms and they were both the same, so I imagine all rooms have the same issue. I had to wear earplugs, which cancels out any advantage of having a quiet room.
Very good location, modern, clean, comfortable and friendly. When I asked for a different room because the one given was next to the road, immediately helped. Breakfast space spacious and comfortable (not all Motel Ones 😏) Enjoyed staying there

Well situated hotel. Very pleasant staff. Rooms were just right, not very luxurious but comfortable and very clean and quiet.

Our stay was very pleasant. Especially the breakfast staff, Natasha and Shoeb were particularly wonderful. It would be very good if you allowed dogs in the breakfast room because we had friends with a dog to visit us and we wanted to enjoy your breakfast buffet together with them. We then ended up having breakfast without them due to your dog-regulations. On an additional note the fragrances used around the hotel were very overpowering especially for sensitive and allergic guests.
The front desk team and the breakfast team are the best. The sweetest most helpful and efficient team I have ever met. So accommodating and respectful ! The rooms, the whole hotel … everything was clean to the T and so warm and classy. Definitely coming
Room was nice, breakfast was good. Aircon did not work, really warm and low oxygen in the room. Could not open windopw due to street noise.

Sooooooooo, it was great to be there. I am not used to those sheets and Pillows so i had to adapt to it while sleeping. Its great how the aquarium clip starts playing, creating a cozy Environment. The food, or the Breakfast, was delicius. Nice Athmosphere in the Lobby too. The waiter on the Bar was kind and he looked fine as hell. Its great drom the outside. Yes thats it haha, thank you guys. Good room, helpful staff, shame that there was no kettle. Room a bit hot, corridor outside room noisy. Every time the people in the room next to me shut their door, my bed shook. Location however was perfect 👌
It was excellent hotel with all necessaries, however, a mini fridge in the room was missing.
En líneas generales bastante bien. En la habitación eché en falta una pequeña nevera (por ejemplo, hay medicamentos que necesitan conservarse en nevera) y una cafetera. En el desayuno eché en falta platos calientes (huevos revueltos, bacon...).

Una ciudad polifacética
A primera vista, Amberes puede no ser tan conocida como París, Roma o Londres, pero eso es precisamente lo que la hace tan especial. La mezcla de modernidad e historia hace que esta ciudad sea lo que es: ¡un destino perfecto para los amantes de las escapadas urbanas!
Cada rincón de la ciudad cuenta su propia historia. Desde las históricas y sinuosas callejuelas del casco antiguo hasta el puerto, uno de los más grandes de Europa, está claro que Amberes es un destino muy variado. No obstante, lo más especial de la ciudad es su espíritu creativo. La imagen de Amberes no solo se caracteriza por su impresionante historia del arte o su mundialmente famoso barrio de los diamantes, sino también por la moda. La verdad es que, si te gusta la moda, no querrás irte de esta ciudad. Desde sus inicios, el puerto fue un lugar importante para el comercio textil, por lo que Amberes ha tenido una gran influencia en las tendencias a lo largo de los años. Es precisamente por este motivo que el interior de nuestro Motel One está inspirado en el universo de la moda.
Hotel de diseño y moda
Ya desde la entrada del hotel se nota que todo gira en torno a la moda. La recepción está decorada con alfombras tejidas a mano, diseñadas por un antiguo aprendiz de Dries van Noten, un diseñador de moda belga. En el bar del hotel, el clásico patrón de cuadros cobra vida y brilla con todo su esplendor. El diseño del hotel de Amberes ha sido pensado cuidadosamente y, como en todos nuestros hoteles, refleja un gran amor por los detalles. Pero el hotel ofrece mucho más que una decoración relacionada con el mundo de la moda: cuenta con conexión wifi gratuita, recepción 24 horas, smart TV en las habitaciones, servicio de alquiler de plancha y tabla en la recepción y plazas de aparcamiento limitadas para que los huéspedes puedan llegar en coche tranquilamente. También servimos un desayuno delicioso con especialidades locales y, como es un hotel familiar, los peques menores de 6 años desayunan gratis. Para descansar bien por la noche, nuestro hotel de diseño de Amberes cuenta con almohadas y edredones antialérgicos bajo petición. También podrás guardar tu equipaje en el hotel de forma gratuita. La ubicación del hotel en Amberes
Y hablando del centro de la ciudad: el hotel está situado justo a las afueras del barrio de la moda, hogar de numerosos diseñadores, tiendas de moda sostenible y tiendas conceptuales. Podrás llegar a pie al MoMu, el Museo de la Moda, así como a la famosa calle Kloosterstraat, lugar de encuentro de muchos diseñadores jóvenes conocidos.
El hotel destaca por su excelente ubicación en pleno centro de la ciudad, ya que los lugares de interés turístico más famosos están a corta distancia.
Un lugar imprescindible de ver es la zona del puerto, ya que es realmente impresionante. Te recomendamos que te pases por Groenplaats, una animada plaza de Amberes cerca de la Catedral de Nuestra Señora. ¡Es el lugar perfecto para hacer buenas fotos! El barrio de los diamantes también está a unos 20 minutos a pie, a la vuelta de la esquina del imponente edificio de la estación central. ¿Sabías que esta estación ha sido galardonada por ser una de las más bonitas del mundo? Por otro lado, si ya te has cansado de oír hablar de edificios históricos y diamantes, te invitamos a ir al Zoológico de Amberes o al Museo Chocolate Nation, que están justo al lado de la estación de trenes. ¡Ojo con el chocolate! Y es que este es el museo del chocolate belga más grande del mundo. Se te antojará algo dulce en cuanto entres por la puerta.
Comer y beber en Amberes
¿Te ha entrado hambre de tanto hacer turismo? Bélgica es famosa por sus gofres, chocolates, bombones y patatas fritas. Este país afirma, incluso, que fueron los inventores de las patatas fritas. Otro plato muy típico son los moules-frites, o sea, unos ricos mejillones con patatas fritas. Si estás de visita en Amberes, te recomendamos que pruebes las handjes o «manos de Amberes», un dulce típico que se prepara en forma de galletas, cookies o chocolate con o sin relleno de mazapán en forma de mano. Después de una tarde intensa de compras por Amberes, seguro que te apetece reponer fuerzas fuera del hotel. Si es así, puedes ir a una cafetería acogedora, un bar o restaurante: será el broche de oro perfecto para acabar un día repleto de actividades interesantes. Esta ciudad es un verdadero paraíso para los más gourmets.
