I really love staying at your Hotel ! It is perfectly well situated for my visits to Antwerp during business trips. However, this last time, I had really bad connection to your wi-fi.
Superb design (!!), excellent location, very convenient parking place (make sure to reserve it!). Very friendly personnel. We booked for 2 days and decided to stay another one, this went very smoothly at the reception, A bit confusing with the two hotel buildings, but not dramatic. Didn't like having the bathroom ”under water” after showering, but it was manageable.
Antwerp homepage doesn´t show parking rules and costs and no address to navigate correctly and of course I did ask by e-Mail for reservation for my car early enough and additionally I phoned the reception during the car drive to Antwerp several times. No eMail and Phone response. I arrived late afternoon and the previously mentioned process started again and I was frustated.
Super perfect service! The parking isn't cheap, but your car stays safe.

Nice hotel, great for accessing the old part of Antwerp. However, whilst the staff were excellent, two things disappointed. First, the tiny size of the room (possibly just OK for one person, but not two) and second, the size of the bathroom which was almost impossible to manoeuvre around in without bumping into something. Breakfast was very good with an excellent selection of food.
A wonderful place at a premium location! Rooms were very comfortable and nice and quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. If this is how they all are, we will be definitely visiting them again!

It was excellent. I was anxious because on previous stays in Building 2 I found the fan too noisy at night. This time I was given a room in Building 1, and the fan made almost no noise at night, so I slept well. Otherwise everything was fine, as usual.

We had a great time at Motel One in Antwerp. The location is excellent, central and convenient for exploring the city on foot. The room was very clean and well-maintained, as we expected from this chain. For me, Motel One is always a guarantee: well-maintained facilities, excellent value for money, and a quality standard that never disappoints. This time, too, it was an excellent choice, and I definitely recommend it!

The hotel lobby is nicely designed with a lot of light. It feels spacious and modern. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are ok. The shower isn't designed well; whatever you try the floor is covered in water whenever you take a shower. It might help to expand the glass shower wall a little bit. The windows in the rooms are also missing net curtains. If you are opening the current curtains everyone is directly looking into your room since you have windows from floor to ceiling. Hence there is no privacy at all, unless you keep your curtains closed.
We had a short stay at Mote One and it's lovely! The check-in was fast and the staff were friendly and welcoming! They shared a list of prefered restaurants which was v helpful. The room was clean and had all necessaries. Breakfast was basic and good. Finally, the location was great with many shops, restuarnts and cafes around.

Great service, very kind staff at the reception, helped us throughout our stay. A little disappointed with the location of the room, i woke up a few times during the night due to people speaking in the hallway, our room being in front of the elevators. The room was clean and the bedding was comfortable. We would have loved a small fridge in the room. Great location of the hotel overall and a nice stay.
We love the location and the staffs are friendly and helpful. There are only 2 things I can suggest: please put fridge in the room as we guests need it especially in very hot days to put our drinking bottles and it would be better if there is proper even small wardrobe to place our clothes.

Everything great. Breakfast and lobby area, and friendly staff. The room could have some basic things like a coffee machine, a mini fridge, a kettle, free bottles of water everyday. Nothing wrong with the rooms, but they are just a white cube.
Very clean rooms, fast check-in procedure and very nice employees. I appreciated very much the warm welcoming to my little dog.

The hotel is well located in the City centre. I enjoyed my stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, but I missed scrambled eggs and baked beans. I did not try the bar.
28/01 realicé una reserva para el día 24/06 por un precio de 102 euros, el 23/04 la cambié por motivos laborales. Me contestaron que me iban a enviar la confirmación pero nunca llegó. Unos días antes, volví a llamar y me cancelaron la del 24/06 y la del 18/06. Volví a llamar y me mandaron la confirmación final para el 18/06. Cuando hice el check-in el precio había aumentado 80 euros porque dijeron que lo había hecho a última hora. Lo pagué porque tenía que ir al trabajo pero no me pareció correcto: en ningún momento nadie me avisó de que el precio había aumentado, tuve que ponerme en contacto varias veces con el hotel porque no lo hicieron bien y al final pago más. La chica de la recepción me comentó, muy amablemente, que el precio lo pone la empresa y que ella no podía modificarlo.

Bien ubicado. Camas muy cómodas. Todo muy limpio y buena atención por parte del personal.
En líneas generales bastante bien. En la habitación eché en falta una pequeña nevera (por ejemplo, hay medicamentos que necesitan conservarse en nevera) y una cafetera. En el desayuno eché en falta platos calientes (huevos revueltos, bacon...).

A primera vista, Amberes puede no ser tan conocida como París, Roma o Londres, pero eso es precisamente lo que la hace tan especial. La mezcla de modernidad e historia hace que esta ciudad sea lo que es: ¡un destino perfecto para los amantes de las escapadas urbanas!
Cada rincón de la ciudad cuenta su propia historia. Desde las históricas y sinuosas callejuelas del casco antiguo hasta el puerto, uno de los más grandes de Europa, está claro que Amberes es un destino muy variado. No obstante, lo más especial de la ciudad es su espíritu creativo. La imagen de Amberes no solo se caracteriza por su impresionante historia del arte o su mundialmente famoso barrio de los diamantes, sino también por la moda. La verdad es que, si te gusta la moda, no querrás irte de esta ciudad. Desde sus inicios, el puerto fue un lugar importante para el comercio textil, por lo que Amberes ha tenido una gran influencia en las tendencias a lo largo de los años. Es precisamente por este motivo que el interior de nuestro Motel One está inspirado en el universo de la moda.
Ya desde la entrada del hotel se nota que todo gira en torno a la moda. La recepción está decorada con alfombras tejidas a mano, diseñadas por un antiguo aprendiz de Dries van Noten, un diseñador de moda belga. En el bar del hotel, el clásico patrón de cuadros cobra vida y brilla con todo su esplendor. El diseño del hotel de Amberes ha sido pensado cuidadosamente y, como en todos nuestros hoteles, refleja un gran amor por los detalles. Pero el hotel ofrece mucho más que una decoración relacionada con el mundo de la moda: cuenta con conexión wifi gratuita, recepción 24 horas, smart TV en las habitaciones, servicio de alquiler de plancha y tabla en la recepción y plazas de aparcamiento limitadas para que los huéspedes puedan llegar en coche tranquilamente. Y hablando del centro de la ciudad: el hotel está situado justo a las afueras del barrio de la moda, hogar de numerosos diseñadores, tiendas de moda sostenible y tiendas conceptuales. Podrás llegar a pie al MoMu, el Museo de la Moda, así como a la famosa calle Kloosterstraat, lugar de encuentro de muchos diseñadores jóvenes conocidos.
El hotel destaca por su excelente ubicación en pleno centro de la ciudad, ya que los lugares de interés turístico más famosos están a corta distancia.
Un lugar imprescindible de ver es la zona del puerto, ya que es realmente impresionante. Te recomendamos que te pases por Groenplaats, una animada plaza de Amberes cerca de la Catedral de Nuestra Señora. ¡Es el lugar perfecto para hacer buenas fotos! El barrio de los diamantes también está a unos 20 minutos a pie, a la vuelta de la esquina del imponente edificio de la estación central. ¿Sabías que esta estación ha sido galardonada por ser una de las más bonitas del mundo? Por otro lado, si ya te has cansado de oír hablar de edificios históricos y diamantes, te invitamos a ir al Zoológico de Amberes o al Museo Chocolate Nation, que están justo al lado de la estación de trenes. ¡Ojo con el chocolate! Y es que este es el museo del chocolate belga más grande del mundo. Se te antojará algo dulce en cuanto entres por la puerta.
¿Te ha entrado hambre de tanto hacer turismo? Bélgica es famosa por sus gofres, chocolates, bombones y patatas fritas. Este país afirma, incluso, que fueron los inventores de las patatas fritas. Otro plato muy típico son los moules-frites, o sea, unos ricos mejillones con patatas fritas. Si estás de visita en Amberes, te recomendamos que pruebes las handjes o «manos de Amberes», un dulce típico que se prepara en forma de galletas, cookies o chocolate con o sin relleno de mazapán en forma de mano. Después de una tarde intensa de compras por Amberes, seguro que te apetece reponer fuerzas fuera del hotel. Si es así, puedes ir a una cafetería acogedora, un bar o restaurante: será el broche de oro perfecto para acabar un día repleto de actividades interesantes. Esta ciudad es un verdadero paraíso para los más gourmets.
