located centrally in Leipzig, dedicated staff at checkin, clean rooms, comfortable bed, very customer oriented (i wanted to change my pillow to a softer one, solved within few minutes. Roof top bar with dedicated staff.
the beds in motel one are a crime against humanity. The hotel should replace the mattresses when they are this used up. I travel a lot for business purposes, never sleep as bad as when I have the bad luck of staying in motel one - so other hotels can apparently manage this somehow. + I would never get the breakfast if I would stay here privately (offers too little value for the money).

Clean. Loved the lobby, breakfast and bar. The towels were very tiny and with just one, it was hard to dry my hair and body.
Rooms as expected and Restaurant as well, however it was to crowded and not enough space!

I'm a long time customer in different locations and the good standard has been always confirmed, except the Berlin Ku'Damm where I had a not very good experience about he cleaning services in the past.
nice room with high ceiling; bigger than expected; clean; breakfast okay; pleasant stay; improvements could be made on: breakfast - marmalades got empty; some additional kind of dry fruits would be beneficial; different tea supplier, taste of tea was pure standard from supermarket please add somebody to the bar in the evening; the amount of people cannot be served adequate with only one person/waiter; it is not the employee, he was doing the best, it is too few manpower for that big area to have a proper service. or stop serving to tables, switch to the system: order at the counter,pay at the counter,clean desks when clients are gone

As usual, my stay at Motel One was quite pleasant. Bacon at breakfast is the only thing keeping Motel One from a 10 score in my view. So, please do consider including bacon in the breakfast lineup. Otherwise, great job!
The room is very clean and quiet. The staffs are very friendly. The morning eggs even had happy faces and nice writing!

This was my second stay at this hotel. For me, the location is perfect. It is very near museums, the University of Leipzig, walkable downtown and historic sites. The bed is to my liking, the breakfast is great, it is quiet, and the staff is responsive.

We had a great stay at Leipzig Nikolaikirche. We were particularly appreciative of being able to check in a little earlier at the receptionist’s suggestion. We thought the room was well appointed and perfect for a couple of nights stay. My wife’s only comment is she would have appreciated having a face washer towel as part of the towel set.
I liked it. There is not much to write. 😉

I have been here several times. I truly admire both the concept and the delivery of this hotel. What appeals to me most was the idea that I pay exactly for what I need — nothing more, nothing less. This thoughtful approach made me feel respected as a guest. Everything that was provided — from the facilities to the services — was delivered with outstanding quality and generosity. For me, the combination of Leipzig, Bach, and this hotel created a perfect experience. I am just waiting for my next visit.
Top value for money. Nice room, great airconditioning (not a luxury that 1 day we got 38 degrees). Well situated, great rooftop bar, direct access from the (public) underground parking, only 10 euros/24h. Bottle of water, with a choice of still or sparkling, at check-in. A glass would be nice though (cardboard cups? no thanks). Water pressure in teh shower could be more convincing.

Todos nuestros hoteles se encuentran en el centro de la ciudad y se puede llegar a pie a ellos desde la estación central. En el centro de la ciudad puede comenzar el día con un sano desayuno y descubrir las impresionantes construcciones y los monumentos históricos más importantes.
El antiguo ayuntamiento fue en su día el Tribunal Supremo feudal y desde 1909 alberga el museo histórico municipal de la ciudad. Más de 500.000 objetos en 72 colecciones especiales le adentrarán en el devenir histórico y cultural de Leipzig. En la plaza del mercado, la Marktplatz, resalta sobre todo la torre del ayuntamiento de 115 metros de altura. La torre que está ligeramente desplazada hacia la izquierda da testimonio del espíritu arquitectónico del Renacimiento y es la más alta de este tipo en Alemania. Impresionante, ¿verdad?
Los amantes de la ópera clásica vienen a la ópera que también se encuentra en las inmediaciones de nuestro hotel económico en la plaza Augustusplatz. El edificio tiene más de 300 años de historia. Si va a ir a visitarla, le recomendamos además un paseo por el cercano estanque de cisnes.
Desde allí en transporte público solo tardará unos pocos minutos en llegar al monumento Völkerschlachtdenmal, que es de los monumentos más importantes de la ciudad y que recuerda a la batalla de las naciones del año 1813. Muy recomendable es pasarse por el mirador desde el que tendrá unas impresionantes vistas de Leipzig. Y el interior del monumento también merece la pena: Guerreros de piedra recuerdan a los sucesos históricos. Sumérjase en la historia de Leipzig y descubra cuántos guerreros vigilan la cripta.
De vuelta al centro puede ir a visitar la antigua bolsa de comercio en el mercado Naschmarkt. Construido como representativo lugar de reunión de los comerciantes en el siglo XVII, actualmente el edificio atrae principalmente a los amantes de la arquitectura por su estilo barroco temprano. En la sala de la antigua bolsa de comercio puede asistir a eventos literarios, musicales, conferencias y congresos.
