Overpriced regarding the quality of breakfast (rather under average of todays standards) and size of room, particularly size and layout of breakfast room. Free Wifi seems to be limited, in which way, I can't tell. Staff very friendly but no welcome token (water would be appreciated) in the room. Overall I felt like Motel One is at least as keen to make money to expand as it is to make guests enjoy their stay

On arrival the guys at reception could not have been more helpful.- answering questions about the hotel and outside. Room was perfectly clean, though could have gone with another meter around the side of the bed! And the bar - wow. 2 superb staff, overworked but still coping with everybody around. The atmosphere, view and range of drinks are spot on.

The personnel at the hotel went out of their way to be pleasant, helpful, and very professional in helping us with our stay.

Super Lage

in general ok, but very poor breakfast, too crowdy in area with food, few choices only. Also too expensive

1) I think the sky bar should be reserved to hotel guests. Many times hotel guests do not find space to enjoy a stay at the sky bar which part of the experience for which they have been paying. 2) Also, there is no filtering/selection of people. It is a matter of security, any person can access any room at any floor any time. 3) Friendly and helpful reception, special mention deserved

This cozy hotel is perfect for my needs, and I was also happy not to pay for things I don’t need. In other words: For me - very high value for money!!! I am waiting for my next visit there.

Hi! It was a pleasant stay! I liked the hospitality and politeness of your personal! If I have to complain - a room is a bit small and without coffee/tee maker. But it is probably normal for this type of accommodation. I was also missing hot breakfast :-) And in the day when I needed to print out my presentation, the printers did not work. But in general, as I said, I had a pleasant stay and I would suggest it to my friends as well. Location is perfect!

Very friendly reception and overall feeling. The room was functional and clean and also comfortable. Just a bit tight for two persons, especially for a longer stay. For us it was OK.

Good location in walking distance from the railway station. Parking in the same building. Edeka next door. Nice rooms. Sufficient breakfast.

Friendly welcome desk, supportive and my desired room was reserved; Something to think about: I hate when the TV always starts upon entering the room - no need for that at all

All was clean and the room was good. The vent of the air condition made a terrible noise and has to be fixed. I mentioned this during checkout.

Stay was good at hotel, breakfast also good, however it would be great if you can provide hot water kettle & tea/coffee sachets inside room so we can have better experience.

great hotel and location, great service with friendly people

I came for the Bach Festival. The location was the best I could find, right next Nikolai Kirche and Thomas Kirche. However, I think the services at the hotel are very limited. There is no place to put clothes away (such as a dresser or closet) just a few hangars. No water available in the room just a flimsy paper cup for tap water. No phone in the room to contact the front desk in case of an emergency. Neither is there any laundry service offered by the hotel. No tea or coffee in the room either. It seems more like youth hostel with absolute minimal services. All this for over 200 Euros a night!! This appears to be a a hotel for backpackers and traveling sales people who live in the hotel for a day or two.

It's been quite a few years now that I've chosen to stay at your hotel during the Bach Festival. Mainly because of the location in the city center. Most of it is ok but a couple of things: It's way too stressful at breakfast in the small space where it's served. Sometimes there are no seats available. The wait staff added to the stress by clearing the table more than once before you've finished eating. It was also stressful for the cleaning ladies (20 rooms to clean for one person?!) and the bar staff. None of them expressed dissatisfaction but their body language and the waiting time at the bar in the evening said it all. Strangely enough, it was the reception staff with the least physical work who were the most rude and surly. You didn't feel very welcome. The person who stood out as the absolute most professional and friendly at your hotel was Tina. What a star. Many of us appreciated her manner. Finaly remove the carpets in the rooms. Dirty and unhealthy

the location is superb for anyone doing the bach festival, being next to one of the main venues ( nikolaikirche ). the room was comfortable. I would have liked one smaller pillow to use between my knees - both pillows per person were very big, so this was a little awkward. but otherwise all was very pleasant. wasn't wild about the breakfast ( there is no variety if you stay for a week ) and would have liked to have more bottles of water given to me for free for this price ( 1 per day ) ..

Great location, friendly staff, spotless room and bath, comfortable bed...it was ideal for me in Leipzig.

Everything perfect, friendly staff, breakfast splendid, Helpful reception. I am a member of Motel one and hope to use it again for many years.

The room needs bedside tables and a luggage rack! Shower needs a bigger screen. Water easily spills out to the floor.

I arrived and the room was immediately ready. Everything was smooth and easy from booking via the app to check-in, check-out, storing the luggage. The employees are super friendly and quick.

Room was good, a bit tiny. I was asked if I wanted cleaning, I said yes, and the room was only cleaned once instead of daily.

MotelOne Nikolai Kirche jest znakomicie zlokalizowany, ma wygodne łóżka i funkcjonalną choć malutką łazienkę...Serwowane śniadania są smaczne, kawa dobrej jakości...Godny polecenia !

All in all super, for the prize it is fine. BUT the breakfastarea/buffet is TOO SMALL for the many guests beetween 8 and 9.....

The TV turning on every time I entered the room was very annoying. If I turn it off, it should stay off for the rest of my stay. Or even better: it should be off by default!

Overall my stay was fine. The room was very basic, no tea/coffee in the room but what was there was adequate. The location was perfect and the staff were very helpful.

Great staff on reception, easy use of the facilities and the staff were excellent and all appeared from nowhere to serve people despite the hotel bar being overloaded after the football had finished. Room was good, the option of a twin room would've been nice but that's not a problem.

A very convenient hotel, centrally located and walking distance to Train Station. The room was ok for 1 person but for 2 people plus luggage it would be a little small. All staff were friendly and professional

Bardzo fajnie, szkoda ze w pokoju nie ma szklanki, lyzeczki jakiejs etc. Takie podstawy. No i ten balkon to jednak wyglada inaczej niz na zdjęciach plus fajnie jakby to bylo jakos zabezpieczone. Pani sprzatajaca zostawila otwarty po ktoryms sprzataniu, to raczej nie za dobrze.

Pobyt był znakomity, ale kilka drobiazgów obniżyło moją ocenę: Ciemno w pokoju, po odsłonięciu zasłon byłam całkowicie na widoku przechodniów Za ciepło w pokoju, temperatura nie zmieniła się nawet po regulacji, a okno można otworzyć, ale nie uchylić
