Overall stay was good but quilt size was too small, if you cover head then foot exposed and if cover foot then head is out. Also requested early check-in almost 2 months in advance but unfortunately it was still not given room until 3 pm which was disappointment as normally hotels let guests early check-in if they tell them in advance. Thanks

Great hotel, with an amazing rooftop bar and terrace, in a fantastic location. The rooms are compact, but it wasn’t an issue as we were out a lot. Bar staff are terrific; friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend a stay.
It was a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was really amazing with a wide variety of choices do not pass it up if you like a nice breakfast. I would recommend the motel!

Good standard quality as usual. Hotel has a "cheaper" appearance than other Motel One locations, rooms seem to be even more tiny. Breakfast appearance in the bar seems to be a bit improvised with more limited offer. All together, the weakest Motel One that I have seen (and I have seen quite a lot..).
We loved our room even though it was a bit tight. Lovely to be in the corner room with so many big beautiful windows. The location of the hotel was excellent. We had many choices for food, entertainment, and attractions. Service staff was excellent and we had a delightful stay. If we return to Rotterdam, we will definitely stay again in Motel One.

Location perfect, returant and tarace so beatiful, breakfast nice, however the best of all the people, tgey are so helpful with a big and nice words. I live it and sure I would like to back again

It is always very good to come back to Motel One Rotterdam hotel. People working at the hotel are very dedicated to make a pleasing stay in the hotel. I like that it is very quiet allowing to have a good sleep at night. I'm usually quite lucky to have a good view on the city, while staying at this hotel. It would be good to have some more shelves in the room, as it is usually a challenge to unpack, while staying in the Motel One hotel. Other than, that I don't have any complaints, when it comes to the room.
The Hotel location is excellent. Rooms are tiny and crowded. Breakfast mediocre.

Unfortunately, I didn’t fully enjoy my stay. I found the room to be quite small and pokey, very basic for the price, and in my opinion, overpriced. I was also unhappy with the location of my room. It was situated along a long hallway where people were constantly walking directly towards my door. I had actually asked to be moved before being allocated the room, but unfortunately this wasn’t accommodated. I felt uncomfortable and unsafe enough during the night that I placed something behind the door for additional security. The bathroom also had very poor ventilation and became extremely stuffy. I had to leave the bathroom door open simply to allow some air to circulate. I didn’t spend a great deal of time at the hotel as I had private engagements to attend, so I wasn’t there to make extensive use of the facilities. However, it was a very cold night, I went and asked reception regarding the heating system. They said that it’s will take awhile to get warm and then they didn’t have any portable heaters, it didn’t get warm….and I developed a cold and have not been feeling well at all since returning to London. Overall, I was disappointed with my stay, particularly considering the price I paid. I feel that the room, location and ventilation could all be improved to provide guests with a more comfortable and secure experience.

Location was very central. Hotel was clean and staff were polite. I would have been happy to see complimentary water bottle, tea and coffe in the room (with a cettle or coffee machine) as in every other hotel.

Wonderful front desk and bar service providers! I would have liked a wash cloth. I think it would be nice to provide two chairs when there are two occupants. People who do not request cleaning for their stay should have glasses, not paper cups! Despite minor complaints, I would definitely stay at your hotel again❣️
I wish there had been a wash cloth available. And.... I think there should be a discount for those of us who chose the green option of no cleaning for the stay.. but the room was clean and pleasant and the lighting was very good. Screens on the windows would be nice to avoid sharing the room with mosquitos.

Stayed at Motel One Rotterdam for just one night and had a great experience. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and in an excellent central location with lovely roof top terrace— perfect for exploring Rotterdam. Everything was easy and convenient, and the stay was exactly what we needed. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Rotterdam. Highly recommended!
The hotel is really good, just in the centre of the town, our room was large and conformable, the bed and pillow were perfect, the bathroom very big and clean. The staff at the reception and at the lounge bar was very kind and friendly. Breakfast was very rich and of high quality. A very pleasant stay.
Room was a good size clean and comfortable. The hotel was In a great location and the building was upkept and repaired well. The rooftop patio has a beautiful view over the city. There is only 2 elevators and one was out of service most of the time so the wait was a bit long , but that was pretty minor.

If you are planning a trip to Rotterdam and are looking for a place to stay, then look no further your search is over. Motel One is where you need to be. I cannot praise it enough. Will gladly return when we next visit Rotterdam.

Hotel perfect, good value, location and beds! Reception staff unhelpful when asking for directions and general information, when directing to the local bike store they didnt know where it was, although it was within 300m. They simply said 'it's over there sonewhere', leaving us to find it ourselves. A further interaction regarding my bill was also dealt with no politeness and an air of disdain.

Great location, great roof terrace - I would definitely stay there again, with a couple of caveats; although the first room I was given was a good size, the windows were on the inside, so people can look in to your room from their rooms or when walking down the corridor. I asked to be moved, so ended up in a room with a view to the outside, which was good, although a smaller room. My main feedback though is about the lack of fridges in the rooms; I was there for 12 days, and it would have been very useful to have even a small fridge. My wife and family were at the Hotel Postillion, for example, and the rooms there have fridges

Room very compact. Breakfast is good but would be nice to have some hot food as well alongside the boiled eggs.
Świetna lokalizacja. Pokoje i łazienki bardzo czyste. Bardzo dobrze wytłumione pokoje. Bar na 5 piętrze z tarasem, bardzo klimatyczny, ze wspaniałym widokiem na okolicę. Gdy będę planowała kolejną wizytę w Rotterdamie, chętnie znowu się tam zatrzymam.
Hotel całkiem OK. Fajny bar na najwyższym piętrze. Brakuje czajnika i lodówki w pokoju. Brak zamykania kabiny prysznicowej i woda spływa na podłogę. Na śniadanie jajka są tylko gotowane, przydało by się urozmaicenie np. jajka smażone.
Manhattan ma konkurencję. W samym centrum Rotterdamu powstał duplikat najmodniejszej nowojorskiej dzielnicy. Gigantyczne stalowe kolosy, odważne konstrukcje mostów, panoramiczne widoki na Maas – to prawie tak, jakby Holendrzy stworzyli kopię. Nie bez powodu dumnie nazywają swój Rotterdam „Manhattanem nad Maas” lub „Manhattanem 2.0”. W naszym Motelu One Rotterdam znajdziesz jeszcze więcej Manhattanu. Już w One Lounge możesz poczuć atmosferę wielkiego miasta. Przytulne aksamitne fotele, kuszące skórzane sofy, stylowe szklane akcenty – zupełnie jak z „Seksu w wielkim mieście”. Zawsze z domieszką kultowego koloru turkusowego. Teraz brakuje już tylko drinka Cosmopolitan lub Manhattan w barze z widokiem. Rozsiądź się wygodnie, rozkoszuj się drinkiem i podziwiaj spektakularną panoramę Rotterdamu. A może wolisz się dziś odprężyć? Nie ma problemu, wyciągnij nogi w wielkim łóżku, skacz po programach na płaskim ekranie telewizora i ciesz się na jutrzejsze obfite śniadanie. Bo kto nie lubi zaczynać dnia od ulubionych produktów organicznych i kawy fair trade?
Czy wiesz, że nasz Motel One Rotterdam jest doskonałym przewodnikiem po mieście, i to w przystępnej cenie? Gdy tylko opuścisz wnętrze naszego stylowego hotelu, zobaczysz najpiękniejsze zakątki holenderskiej metropolii. Czy widzisz już halę targową w Rotterdamie? Po zaledwie trzech minutach spaceru staniesz przed imponującym okrągłym łukiem, prawdopodobnie największą podkową w Holandii – najwyższy czas na selfie. Mamy nadzieję, że dopadł Cię głód. Do hali targowej w Rotterdamie nie przychodzi się najedzonym!
Dobrze wzmocnieni wyruszamy do Oude Haven. W starym porcie w Rotterdamie poczujesz się jak kapitan Jack Sparrow. Rustykalne puby rozbudzają apetyt na whiskey i rum. Stare łodzie zachęcają do krótkiego rejsu. A piękne domy z muru pruskiego szepczą anegdoty z dawnych czasów. Muzeum Morskie, oddalone zaledwie o pięć minut od naszego hotelu w Rotterdamie, ma do opowiedzenia jeszcze więcej ciekawych historii o holenderskiej żegludze.
Zmiana epoki: Domy w kształcie sześcianów zaprojektowane przez znanego architekta, Pieta Bloma, pozwolą wrócić do tego, co jest tu i teraz. Zastanawiasz się, jak to jest mieszkać w kubikach z lat 70.? Przekonaj się o tym podczas zwiedzania.
W drodze powrotnej do hotelu zatrzymaj się na moście Erasmusa i obejrzyj rotterdamskiego „łabędzia”. Bo tak właśnie miejscowi nazywają zmysłowo wygiętą konstrukcję architekta Bena van Berkela. Jeszcze tylko ostatnie selfie i można wracać do pokoju.
