Clean comfortable rooms Close to Hauptbahnhof
Great location within a short walk of the Stuttgart Hbf, main shopping area and restaurants. Very attentive and warm welcome at Reception. Clean and comfortable room.
Everything was fine, but just a bit "old" as furniture in the room.
Service at reception was excellent and efficient. The room was superb and the hotel was in a great location.
At the Motel One i feel like at home. Services is almost excellent.
It was a one night stay but it was nice & smooth. I managed to do everything online without interacting with any staff member( which, though convenient, I am not a fan of)

Great location. Nice people. Good breakfast. Rooms are clean and have air-conditioning. However, Rooms are very small. No desk, refrigerator, or microwave.

Everything was fine. For breakfast the choice can be bigger, comparable to Motel One in Zuffenhausen
A wonderful hotel that feels like a true treasure in an otherwise dynamic train station neighbourhood. It gives me real hope for the revival of Cannstatt! Warm atmosphere, fantastic staff, and incredible hospitality. Extra special thanks to Rafaello at the bar for taking such great care of us. We will definitely be back!
Everything you need for a city hotel. Comfortable, clean and quiet.
Despite last minute shock with "we cannot serve breakfast", all was fine.
The Aircondition was too cold and it was not possible to reduce it. The Bathroomdoor was to small. If you have your Toiletbag at the door, you can`t go in the bath

Very stingy and petty on the complimentary water- we stayed for 8 nights- but only one bottle of water allowed per booking - even if i booked a month I book one day i get a bottle of water- same as if i book a week Very petty and stingy Also- housekeeping cleaned room but didn’t change sheets or pillowcases and we had it only requested it done twice in a week Nice hotel on the outside and reasonable rates but very cheap underneath it all
The front desk was exceptionally and the location is awesome. The rooms are small with no place open a suitcase let alone two of them. You need those folding stands for suitcases. Walking to the other hotel for breakfast was not too much of a hassle. Got to see how that hotel seems so much nicer
Great stay at Motel One Stuttgart-Mitte thank you! The complimentary water for Motel One members is always appreciated. We received a very warm welcome to the hotel which was super-clean and lovely to stay in!
Everything was perfect. Check in was smooth, the bed was super comfortable, the space clean, not noisy. My only recommendation is to add blackout curtains to the room, as the sun would wake me up at 6am.

Very comfortable bed. Bathroom was not so great - small and door didn't stay open so it was very humid. Breakfast was quite boring and could have been made much more interesting without adding to the cost for the hotel (e.g., no real cold milk option). In the room it was one paper cup ... A wasable plastic cup for the bathroom would have been useful, while more papercups for drinking water in the room for those of us who do ... Very poor WiFi ... used the wifi on my mobile phoen most of the time

I was in the hotel several times. I did not liked being informed at the arrivel that no breakfast was available and that nothing could be done to re-book the room to the other Motel-One in Stuttgart since it was past 18h (not because the other could be completely booked, at least it was not offered as an explanation).
Everything was perfect: from checkin to the room to the bar and breakfast and then checkout! No complaints whatsoever. We will be back!
W pokoju nie było ani jednej szafy, w której mógłbym rozłożyć swoje ubrania czy powiesić koszule. Niby było kilka wieszaków, ale wisiały w dziwnym miejscu. W pokoju nie było czajnika, co do tej pory wydawało mi się być standardem. Na parkingu hotelowym nigdy nie było miejsca, w związku z czym trzeba było mocno kombinować żeby znaleźć miejsce na parkingu przy ulicy (z jednej strony ulicy jest limit czasu trwania parkowania=2h). Śniadania były bardzo rozczarowujące, zwłaszcza w tej cenie. Jajecznica to powinna być podstawa, z jajek gotowanych dostępne były tylko te gotowane na miękko. Kolejna nie fajna rzeczą jest telewizor który wyłącza się przy okazji każdego wejścia do pokoju i za każdym razem trzeba go wyłączać. Wyświetlające się na nim pseudo akwarium jest trochę kiczowate... Kolejną niespotykaną dla mnie rzeczą była płatność przy zameldowaniu. Wcześniej, w każdym hotelu płaciłem przy okazji wymeldowania, a tutaj nie było takiej możliwości. Podsumowując na pierwszy rzut oka wszystko wygląda ładnie, ale odnoszę wrażenie że to lukrowanie rzeczywistości.
Motel One Stuttgart-Mitte proved to be an excellent choice for my week's stay. The room was clean and provided all necessary needs. I will definitely consider this hotel for any future travels.
A few points I find critically bad and in need of improvements: 1- The online check in was not working for me. I tried to do it and apparently it worked, I got an email confirming this. However trying to add the reservation to my google wallet did not work with the additional information from the Motel One website that the online checking did not work. So here this was really confusing. 2- The thing with the "nice coupon" for free water from the bar I did not like at all. As a guest I expect the water bottle to be already in the room and not that I have to go pick it up myself. I found this to be a (sorry for my harsh words) creatively malicious technique to ensure that not all guests get a free water bottle and that the Motel One can save up on their costs. I guess this can be argued with the relatively low price of staying there per night. But honestly no one will complain if the night was 5 euros more expensive and there was a free bottle of water waiting for you in the room. 3- I did not know if my reservation included breakfast and I thought I did. Checking this with my reservation was not so easy actually. At the end I was told that I did not have breakfast included, which is fine, I paid it myself and that is ok. I however, did not take the breakfast on the other day, not because of the fact that I have to pay it, but because I was quite surprised by the lack of warm food! I understand that these three points might be a bit harsh, I hope you see it as constructive criticism. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone actually, not privately and not work related
An enjoyable stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I was surprised not to be welcomed back on check-in as I stayed only 3 weeks earlier. Why doesn't it come up on the computer? It makes a big difference.
The shower is dangerous because, even when the temperature setting isn't very high, a blast of extremely hot water—at a dangerous temperature—suddenly comes out.
The hotel staff at the reception was very supportive.
My last minute booking was straightforward and my two room request was handled without any issues. Check-in was quick and easy, which was much appreciated as we arrived late at night, and the man who greeted us at check-in was friendly, competent and professional, as was the barman when we requested bottles of water for our room. The only negative points I feel are worth stating are: the overnight parking seems very expensive at almost 20€, especially as this particular location is out of town; the breakfast is also expensive, in particular for younger guests who are too old for the free breakfast offered to children but still might only have a small bowl of cereal, or a pastry and small glass of juice; and, finally, the shower head was not functioning properly—because of either blocked nozzles and/or a faulty connection between the head and hose—so that the water pressure was reduced to almost a trickle. That said, I would recommend this motel one due to the friendliness of the staff and the convenient location.
Easy check in and check out. Very friendly service at reception and excellent breakfast team.

My experience was good. The room was clean, no smells and mold. Hotel serves lactose free milk and nice cosy breakfast. Close to the Tram station
I really dislike the process of having to pay the bill without actually getting the invoice. I think that's against all good commercial practices.
No complaints. Only stayed one night but everything was good.
-High prices, there wasn't even a bottle of water in the room. -Second, the single rooms are very, very cramped—not comfortable for the price I paid.

Stuttgart leży pośród winnic i lasów, a dzięki licznym parkom zalicza się do jednego z najbardziej zielonych miast w Europie. Tak zwane „zielone U”, czyli korytarz łączący miejskie tereny zielone, rozciąga się od ogrodów zamkowych aż parku Killesberg na długości ośmiu kilometrów.
