Perfect location for staying in the city and visiting nearby places, as the hotel is basically in the main connection point of Graz (where all the busses stop). The room was nice and clean, and the breakfast had a good variety of products.

Perfect welcoming and check-in at reception even if it was late, fresch room with good sound insulation to next room, comfortable bed and pillow(s), modern and luxorious bathroom and shower head and a generous offer at breakfast where I especially enjoyed the coffee mashine with oatmilk inside. The elegant settings and clean environment were very atteractive. What I missed however in this price category: Water heater, small fridge, glass for tooth brush, night console bigger than for water bottle and phone
The location of the hotel was convenient however with our room at the end of the corridor, the tram could be heard every few minutes. This was disappointing
Being on Business I stay at many Motel Ones, they are all great, but the staff at Motel One Graz are the friendliest, most efficient and welcoming staff. Working in the door gives you a sense of being home. They go above and beyond. Marilla on the Bar is exceptional and a real star - she needs to be recognised for her wonderful work. Everything was fantastic! Food and coffee were delicious, room and bathroom were perfect for my needs, and I loved being next to Jakominiplatz to get anywhere. Any staff I talked to had answers for all of my questions.

On the day of the checkout, I forgot my charger in the room, stored my luggage, went away, and returned around 3. I suppose that the room was cleaned and the charger was found when I went back for my luggage. The service would be truly exceptional if the staff noticed the charger, found out that I was still around, and returned the charger. It's not something I would expect to happen, and it's my fault, but doing that would be mindblowing service. Also, for breakfast, there were no eggs or sausages. This was a mild disappointment.

Flawless hotel, right in the heart of the city with an amazing view over a busy square, but also quiet, due to proper insulation. The staff is excellent too. Everything was perfect.

As a solo, female traveller in my late sixties, I felt completely safe and at ease in the Hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful and very efficient. My room was bright and very clean with an abundance of mirrors (thank you!), shower powerfully and plenty of towels. The reception area was comfortable and welcoming.

Excellent location, very clean, efficient staff
We stayed Motel on One in Graz. The staff were very welcoming, one of the young men spoke English which was a great help. He also gave us some advice on areas to visit etc. The room was very comfortable, shower great. Lovely that you could pop down and have a drink/coffee without leaving the premises. Highly recommend, thank you
Beautiful boutique hotel with fun design. Nice and clean smal room with the view over the trees. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Nice well planed bathroom and really good shower. Good breakfast and cofe but the egg was to raw for me. Wish you could have hard boiled egg too. Lack of warm food.

Good location: A short free tram ride to the castle area but close to restaurants and bars - the motel one bar was nice and staff really friendly . Nice (smallish) room.
The staff is super friendly. They even helped me to check in a bit earlier than usual. The room was like always very good and cosy. It was my 4 the stay at this hotel in Graz and i will stay there again for sure, when i am back in Graz.
Very nice desined hotel in center of Graz, everything is in walk distance. It seems breakfast area doesn't really fit all guests when hotel is fully booked.
Everything was just perfect!
Everything was as expected as stayed in many Motel One establishments. The team at Graz looked after everything we required. The hotel was immaculately clean, rooms quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was as good as usual.

Witaj przy «Jako». Tak mieszkańcy Grazu nazywają często potocznie ruchliwy Jakominiplatz. Przy nim właśnie stoi nasz niedrogi, designerski hotel w Grazu. Ze względu na lokalizację na południu pierwszej dzielnicy jest on doskonale skomunikowany i można z niego również dotrzeć pieszo do ważnych zabytków i innych pięknych miejsc. To centrum miasta, gdzie codziennie przewija się wielu najróżniejszych ludzi. Jeśli planujesz zwiedzanie miasta, nie ma lepszego miejsca na pobyt.
Graz jest różnorodny
Stolica kraju związkowego Styria jest kolorowa, urokliwa, otwarta i różnorodna. „Przyjemność” oznacza tu nie tylko kulinarne przysmaki, ale również podróż dla zmysłów. Od sztuki, przez kulturę, po olej z pestek dyni: puls miasta można usłyszeć, zobaczyć i posmakować go już po przekroczeniu progu naszego hotelu. Spacer na starówkę zajmuje nie więcej niż dziesięć minut. Idąc ulicą Herrengasse, można podziwiać jej barokowy splendor. Po drodze znajduje się również zbudowany w latach 1642-1647 arsenał Landeszeughaus, symbol historycznej części Styrii. Historycznymi brukowanymi uliczkami starego miasta dotrzesz do legendarnej wieży zegarowej, podziwiając po drodze architekturę różnych epok. W pobliżu znajduje się również kolejka Schlossbergbahn, którą dojeżdża się na wzgórze Schlossberg – punkt orientacyjny w Grazu. Widać stamtąd następne miejsce docelowe: pływającą sztuczną wyspę Murinsel. Przy Galerii Sztuki można napić się pysznej austriackiej kawy, podziwiając niezwykły design nowojorskiego architekta Vito Acconciego. Prawda? A jakże!
Cały czas jesteś blisko – bo w odległości tylko około kilometra od naszego hotelu. Nasza rada: Warto przejść się po malowniczym parku miejskim do Uniwersytetu w Grazu. Założona 1 stycznia 1585 roku uczelnia to drugi najstarszy uniwersytet w Austrii po Uniwersytecie Wiedeńskim. Stamtąd zakończysz pętlę, idąc na południowy zachód w kierunku zamku. Został on zbudowany od 1438 roku na zlecenie późniejszego cesarza niemieckiego Fryderyka III. Jest tu wiele do zobaczenia: od stawu Ententeichkurve, przez oranżerię, po średniowieczną bramę miejską. W drodze powrotnej do hotelu miniesz imponujący budynek opery, w którym tradycja wspaniale łączy się z nowoczesnością. Bezpośrednio obok tej zabytkowej budowli stoi stalowa statua wolności – zaprojektowana przez Hartmuta Skerbischa na festiwal Steirischer Herbst w 1992 roku, obecnie integralna atrakcja Grazu.
