All good There could be more normal tables for breakfast
Flawless hotel, right in the heart of the city with an amazing view over a busy square, but also quiet, due to proper insulation. The staff is excellent too. Everything was perfect.
Service is always consistently and predictably excellent -quite comforting to know when traveling from overseas! Efficient air conditioning was most welcome during the unprecedented heat wave.
The hotel staff are absolutly fantastic. Great service from the week I was there, amazing breakfast, rooms were clean, comfortable and the hotel is in a great location
very friendly staff on the front desk
As a solo, female traveller in my late sixties, I felt completely safe and at ease in the Hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful and very efficient. My room was bright and very clean with an abundance of mirrors (thank you!), shower powerfully and plenty of towels. The reception area was comfortable and welcoming.

Excellent location, very clean, efficient staff
We stayed Motel on One in Graz. The staff were very welcoming, one of the young men spoke English which was a great help. He also gave us some advice on areas to visit etc. The room was very comfortable, shower great. Lovely that you could pop down and have a drink/coffee without leaving the premises. Highly recommend, thank you
Beautiful boutique hotel with fun design. Nice and clean smal room with the view over the trees. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Nice well planed bathroom and really good shower. Good breakfast and cofe but the egg was to raw for me. Wish you could have hard boiled egg too. Lack of warm food.

Good location: A short free tram ride to the castle area but close to restaurants and bars - the motel one bar was nice and staff really friendly . Nice (smallish) room.
The staff is super friendly. They even helped me to check in a bit earlier than usual. The room was like always very good and cosy. It was my 4 the stay at this hotel in Graz and i will stay there again for sure, when i am back in Graz.
Very nice desined hotel in center of Graz, everything is in walk distance. It seems breakfast area doesn't really fit all guests when hotel is fully booked.
Everything was just perfect!
Everything was as expected as stayed in many Motel One establishments. The team at Graz looked after everything we required. The hotel was immaculately clean, rooms quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was as good as usual.

We were Walk-In on Wednesday as we jut decided to have a day in Graz on our way home. We were very impressed with the high standar of the hotel and the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. We usually use the NH Hotel when we stay in Graz, bus as of now it will be Motel One.
Everything was great. Perfect location, very nice room and very kind personal.
The hotel is extremely well set up, good decor good food extremely clean and all staff were fantastic. Nothing was ever too much for the staff and they did everything with a smile on their face. Location is great providing excellent access to transport links and access to the local area.

I had a wonderful stay at Motel One Graz. The hotel’s location is fantastic, just a short walk from the opera and most of the city’s main attractions. The design is amazing, stylish yet warm, and every detail feels well thought through. The rooms are functional, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, offering everything you need for a pleasant city stay. A special mention goes to the lovely staff, who were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly throughout my stay. Whether you’re visiting Graz for business or leisure, Motel One Graz is an excellent choice, modern, efficient, and full of charm.

Motel is in a good location near Jakominiplatz. The rooms are clean with surprisingly good sound insulation. You can get everywhere in the city under 30 minutes wirh the tram station near the motel.

The room was superb clean, the breakfast was delicious and offered great dairy-free choices as well, which I needed.

Feels Like Home at Motel One I had a fantastic stay at Motel One. The room was excellent — spotless, well-sized, and thoughtfully designed with a comfortable bed and a desk, which made it easy to settle in and feel at home immediately. The location is perfect, and the overall offer is exactly what I appreciate: everything I need, nothing unnecessary, and all at a great price. I especially liked the self-check-in and the convenience of using my phone as a room key — very modern and efficient. The only small hiccup was returning to the hotel after midnight: the front sliding door didn’t open automatically, and I wasn’t sure how to use the phone key to get in. Luckily, another guest was leaving, so I was able to enter. I’m still not sure if it was a mistake on my part or a technical issue, but it didn’t affect my overall positive experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for smart comfort and great value!

It was a super great experience of 5 nights. I booked through the conferenece homepage's recommendation. The price is rational. The service was great. And the most important for me, it is in the center of city. The breakfast was also impressive by the way!
1. I arrived from the night train from Zurich-tired and unwashed at 8h, and was greeted with: Your room is ready now. Precious words indeed. 2. We arranged a UPS delivery, storage and collection- all so smooth and easy, with scissors and sticky tape available. 3. We changed the reservations by phone. Again, so easy and kind. We love Motel One and its wonderful staff! Thank you.
Attentive staff, cozy rooms
I had an excellent stay at Motel One in Graz. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a smile. Furkan checked me in and was very friendly, provided excellent service, and recommended an excellent restaurant serving Austrian food. I also worked with Viktoria. She was always very attentive and friendly - even though I asked her for help multiple times upon arriving. Everyone at the reception desk was friendly and helpful - but both Furkan and Viktoria went well above and beyond what I would have expected.

Bienvenue à « Jako ». C’est ainsi que les habitants de Graz surnomment familièrement la très animée Jakominiplatz. Et c’est là que se trouve notre hôtel design à prix abordable à Graz. Cette place dans la partie sud du centre-ville est idéalement située, que ce soit pour se déplacer avec les transports publics ou pour rejoindre à pied de nombreuses attractions touristiques et des lieux magnifiques. Un emplacement très fréquenté, où les personnes les plus diverses se mélangent. Il n’a pas de meilleur quartier que celui-ci pour une escapade en ville.
L’éclectisme de Graz
La capitale du Land de Styrie est colorée, accueillante, ouverte et hétéroclite. La « volupté » ne désigne pas seulement la gastronomie mais également le voyage de tous les sens. De l’art à l’huile de pépins de courge en passant par la culture, les pulsations de la ville s’entendent, se voient et se mangent dès que vous passez la porte de notre hôtel. À peine dix minutes à pied sont nécessaires pour rejoindre la vieille ville de Graz. Flânez dans la Herrengasse et admirez sa splendeur baroque. Sur le chemin se trouve également le musée des armures, le Landeszeughaus, construit entre 1642 et 1647, dans lequel est conservée une partie de l’histoire de la Styrie. En marchant dans les rues pavées historiques et étroites de la vieille ville, vous découvrirez l’architecture de différentes époques jusqu’à la légendaire tour de l’horloge. Juste à côté vous attend le Schlossbergbahn, un funiculaire qui vous conduira au monument symbole de Graz. De là, vous pourrez apercevoir votre prochaine étape : la Murinsel. Près du Kunsthaus, le musée d’art de Graz, dans le superbe design du New-Yorkais Vito Acconci, dégustez un délicieux café autrichien ou assistez à un événement. Et vous pouvez même faire les deux !
Vous vous trouverez toujours à proximité de notre hôtel, à environ un kilomètre. Notre conseil : promenez-vous à travers la verdure urbaine du pittoresque Stadtpark, le parc municipal près de l’Université de Graz. Fondée le 1er janvier 1585, elle est la deuxième plus vieille université en Autriche après l’Université de Vienne. De là, vous pouvez faire une boucle en marchant vers le sud-ouest jusqu’au château. Il a été construit à partir de 1438 sur ordre du futur empereur allemand Frédéric III. De l’étang Ententeichkurve à la porte médiévale de la ville en passant par l’Orangerie, il y a là encore beaucoup à voir. Sur le chemin pour retourner à l’hôtel, vous passerez devant l’imposant opéra, où la tradition se mêle à la modernité de façon impressionnante. Apposée à ce bâtiment chargé d’histoire se trouve une statue de la liberté en acier – une conception de Hartmut Skerbisch pour le festival Steirischer Herbst de 1992, qui fait aujourd’hui partie intégrante de Graz.
