Always great stay
Great location, it was nice from you to accept to keep our luggage when we came early. Room was fine. Thank you.
Great hotel convenient to the train station. Was a little walk to get to old historic part of town. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly. Nice breakfast.
Good for travelers with train because it is near to the central train station, but for self-driving visitors, need more clear parking guide. At the same time, old town is a little far from hotel, my receptionist didn’t remind/give me the guest mobility ticket.
Amazing place to stay. Staff lovely, room very nice, we were on the 6th floor and had great views of the city.
The room was nice despite the worn out carpet. It was functional and comfortable. There are 2 issues however which need to be addressed: - None of the staff would greet a customer when they walked through the lobby. A "good morning" or "hello" would go a long way with customer relations. I have stayed in hotels all around the world and never experienced this before. - Your luggage storage was dismal. The suitcases were haphazardly stored behind the counter where everyone could see them and take them if they wanted. It is very easy to setup a secure system to properly store the luggage. We didn't even use it and chose to use the lockers in the train station because we did not trust that our luggage would be safe.
Overall Reception/ Front desk very helpful with check-in, check-out and baggage services. Very friendly staff and welcoming Breakfast quality was okay - not a deal breaker, but could be improved Room cleaning was dissatisfactory - dustbin in bathroom was not cleared once during my whole stay. and my toiletries have been moved around Room facilities were okay except I did not like the lack of a fridge in the room

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. It's location to the train station and Old Town was perfect. Also one specific front desk associate, Valentina, was so helpful and friendly. My only criticism is the size of the rooms and there was no notification when the hotel changed names from Hyperion to Cloud One.
everything was just great! customer service was excellent — from the moment we checked in up to check out, we felt the warmth and hospitality of the front desk staff.
A beautiful hotel and bedroom. Breakfast was very good. Lovely dressing gown and slippers in the bedroom. Hair Conditioner would be a good touch.
The hotel was lovely. Nicely decorated, comfortable and inviting. It would seem that it recently changed hands, so I imagine that one the spa is back up and running, it will be even more wonderful. The best part of the experience was the friendliness of the reception staff. They were all great, but of special note, Dolma was extra helpful with suggestions, directions and a lovely demeanor. Thank you for a fabulous stay!
Good location Close to transit and easy walk to old town
Clean. Quiet. Functional. 100% strategically located. Nice sauna facilities. Helpful staff. Free wifi. Easy to use wifi. If i was advised by hotel staff there is a free public transit mobility ticket, i will give 10/10. My friends insulted me on the free mobility ticket.🥴
We had two rooms booked, location and facilities excellent. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here when in Salzburg. Would like the option of twin beds across the Motel One chain.

The AC wasn’t cold enough and can’t be adjusted. Opening the window didn’t help either. Combined with a thick down blanket, it was sleeping in an oven each night causing us to wake up in a sweat! Housekeeping offered a fan which helped a bit but not enough. Lack of shampoo and iron in the room. Soap dispenser is a type that’s harder to use than the push or pull lever kind. Bath and hand towels were too thin. House keeping didn’t change our bath towels for 4 days but changed our hand towels. The staff can be a bit more friendly. We had to ask for the mobility pass the day after we checked in instead of offering to us. Didn’t inform us of your restaurant nor your gym so we found out on our own. When we left, the front desk just said drop the keys here in this box. There’s no “Wish you a nice safe trip” or “good bye”. Only 1 elevator was working so it’s a wait sometimes and sometimes the hotel service people use this same elevator too. The best thing about this hotel is next to the train station and you don’t hear or feel the train vibration.

The hotel is in a very convenient place, right by the train station. Breakfast was very nice and everyone treated us with respect.

My flight from Salzburg to London Gatwick was cancelled on Tuesday 8th September. It was late in the evening and a fellow stranded passenger recommended this hotel brand to me. It was very easy to book, centrally located in Salzburg, and clean, functional, and ideal for my needs. I was so impressed that when my airline rebooked me on a flight from Munich two days later, I took the train to Munich and stayed in a Motel One in Munich before my rebooked flight.
Every one was nice to us. Good breakfast. The free bus rides is very helpful. The interior design is so beautiful and smart.

A nice, cost-effective location with an excellent river view. Adequately quiet and organized. Great location with a 10-15 walk to the Salzburg HBF and quite walkable from most city attractions. Clean and organized. Not too outstanding but good value for money.

Chambre spacieuse, hôtel bien situé, très agréable à côté de la Salzach (rivière), un peu trop bruyant en raison du trafic sur le pont. Le petit-déjeuner pourrait varier ... toujours la même chose!

Hôtel idéalement situé proche de la sortie d'autoroute comme du centre ville. Un arrêt de bus est présent en face de l'hôtel. Le personnel est aimable et souriant. Les chambres sont très bien équipées et insonorisées.

Hôtels design pas chers à Salzbourg : Motel One
Lieu de salons et de congrès majeur, cette ville inscrite au patrimoine mondial de l’UNESCO a réussi à propulser son image historique dans notre époque contemporaine, tout en douceur. Dans ses grands parcs et musées célèbres, parmi les châteaux et forteresses imposants, il est facile d’oublier le XXIe siècle. La forteresse de Hohensalzburg vous offrira un somptueux panorama dominant toute la ville.

Festival et vie nocturne – les attractions culturelles de Salzbourg
Le festival de Salzbourg, le plus grand festival de musique classique et des arts du spectacle au monde attire des visiteurs amateurs de culture depuis 1920. Parmi les points forts des festivals qui ont lieu en juillet et en août, on peut citer la pièce de théâtre « Jedermann », diverses représentations des œuvres de Mozart et de Strauss ainsi qu’un programme de concerts et d’opéras qui réunit les plus grands artistes.
En dehors de la saison des festivals, Salzbourg n’est pas éteinte ; bien au contraire les habitants préfèrent de loin profiter de la vie en investissant bars et pubs pittoresques. Ces établissements ne sont pas concentrés dans un seul quartier, les meilleurs sont plutôt disséminés partout dans la ville. Ce qui semble loin sur la carte n’est en réalité qu’à un saut de puce. Après une longue soirée de concerts, vous pourrez vous promener tranquillement jusqu’à l’hôtel et rêver ensuite de Mozart et de modernité.
