Great location and very friendly service.
Nice hotel and nice, helpful and friendly staff . Good and varied breakfast . The best of this hotel is that it's good situated : near to the center.
Very kind staff, very clean, quiet, pleasant atmosphere, great breakfast and very kind and attending staff at the dining area although not enough sitting opportunities to accommodate all guests. I love staying at Rostock motel one although the rooms and bath are very small (all relative...) and inadequate if you are very big or have a lot of luggage..
The stay itself was very pleasant but the issues in communication to actually reserve my room pulls my score down. I reserved by email to make use of a booking code and had to send several reminders before getting a response with an offer, which I accepted. I got no response to my email accepting the offer and had to send several more reminders before getting asked if I wished to make a reservation which gave me the impression the original offer was forgotten. Nevertheless I replied that yes I wished to make a reservation to which I again received no confirmation or response, despite several reminder emails. Only when calling the hotel did I find out that no, I did not have a reservation but that the email to inform me they had no rooms was never sent. The person taking my call was very helpful and I did thankfully manage to make a last minute reservation by phone. I really enjoyed my stay with you but you must work on the email communication! Due to the stress this caused me before my stay I cannot give more than 5/10
Excellent location, easy parking, easy access, friendly staff
Tout était parfait. L'hôtel est très bien situé, les chambres sont belles, confortables et très bien insonorisées. Le petit déjeuner varié et très savoureux, on a beaucoup apprécié les produits bio. Le personnel est très sympathique.

Location and rooms are excellent but the lounge area was not ideal for breakfast, crowded with not enough suitable tables for eating at.
Very comfortable hotel with a great location and a garage for the car. Take the lift straight up to your room. Breakfast was good and fresh, drinks in the lobby were also very nice. AC in the room another bonus.

Too expensive: 129€ room only for a small room with limited facilities. Disappointing that there was no kettle, no water.
We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel both in Rostock and Hamburg. The staff is excellent and very patient and ready to help with any request, including explanations about places to visit. The room is comfortable and meets the requirements. The breakfast is varied and rich.
My room was comfortable and quiet. I appreciated that it looked out on the park behind the hotel. I visited in the summer and appreciated being able to open the window. The free wifi was easy to access and reliable. The breakfast was tasty and offered a nice selection. I especially liked the portraits of fishermen from the region that were displayed on the breakfast room wall. The only thing missing is that I would have appreciated lotion in the bathroom.

Motel One is actually a very good hotel. However, during this stay, there were unfortunately a few things I had to complain about: 1. The water drained very slowly from the sink. 2. The card slot for the room lighting had a loose connection, leaving me suddenly standing in the dark in the bathroom. 3. The allocation of parking spaces in the underground garage was insufficient.

Just short of a fair money-for-quality ratio consideration. Liked the reception hall and the friendly atmosphere though. I would recommend for one night which means for sleepovers and with caveats, but unfortunately it is inadequate for me. Room is too small and lack basics. I only mention the one non-negotiable basic that will prevent me to book again at this specific property: a table to accommodate a standard laptop a mouse and a cup/bottle. The dwarfed table provided is nice and “proportionate” to the dwarfed room, but completely inadequate. Other secondary basics I can live without are tea/coffee facility, fridge, few non-German language TV channels (BBC News ok, but the only one).

I love MotelOne. The style, the price, the pillows and blankets. All very nice. Oh and I like the minty shower gel and hand wash.
Motel ones always have a good standard, home furnishing and great breakfast.

Very quiet (room towards the backyard) and very clean. Everyone was very friendly. Great location in the center of the city. Wi-fi was fast and good for working. Had a relaxing stay.

The Motel One in Rostock is a comfortable hotel in an excellent location between the station and the historic town centre. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed, a desk and an en-suite bathroom. The breakfast was excellent (except for the typically weak hotel coffee), and the staff were welcoming and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay in Motel One Rostock very much. Very good services and breakfast. Convinient location to many interesting places in Rostock.

Very fast and quick check in, no problems to check in at 14:oo h, clean rooms and we could choose between two different side of the hotel, very nice staff
Friendly staff. Late Check out was granted. The only thing I have to moan about is that the curtain do not cover the window completely which impacts the sleep quality. The room was very warm. Location is superb and breakfast is really good although it can be challenging to find.a place to sit nearby the buffet.
Overall everything was fine, just no WiFi in the room during the two days.
Staff was excellent and helpful. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and my experience was just right.
