Beautiful decor, classy rooms, great morning coffee and perfect location
the room space is quite tight for 2 persons. I was in 903 for 04 nights 15 sep till 18 sep 2026. Also should have live kitchen for breakfast like egg station.
It is very close to the railway which is unfortunate. The lounge-chairs in the breakfast area are not necessary; traditional chairs (which are a bit higher!) would be preferable.
Easy access to Innsbruck main train station. The staff were very friendly. We arrived very early and were able to store our bags until check in at 3pm. The room was clean and comfortable. It would have been nice to have a kettle. The rooftop bar and bar staff are nice. We had a coffee up there and it was a nice coffee and reasonable price. The room was nice and quiet too. We don't eat breakfast so can't comment on this. Would recommend staying here especially if you are arriving/leaving by train.
Hotel super, emplacement top prêt de la gare. Dommage pour le déjeuner qu'il n'y aie pas des tables pour y manger mais on doit déjeuner dans des fauteuils et tables basses mais sinon le déjeuner top.

Fantastic location right next to the train station, super friendly staff at the reception, good breakfast and very sunny room! The one thing I thought was that the air conditioning in the breakfast room was aggressively cold... I want to give extra credits to Veronika (or Veronica) who checked us in, and did an outstanding job at making us feel welcome at the hotel. Absolutely 10/10 service.

Fabulous hotel in a perfect location! Right next to the main station and a 10 minute walk into the Old Town. The staff were excellent and breakfast was very good. But the rooftop bar sets this hotel above all others in Innsbruck.. the view is breathtaking!
Although the breakfast area has a nice view, its size doesn't cater well for the demand. Room lighting appeared to be design driven rather than practicality.
We had breakfast on the last day only just to try it out but it was definitely not worth 18€ per person as it was lacking warm food except boiled eggs, which were not cooked properly. Everything else was just fine. The hotel I can recommend the breakfast no, nothing worth the money.
We always try to stay here when in Innsbruck as we love the location. Special thanks to the young lady who checked us in and was super helpful and friendly!
Great room and friendly staff , had a problem with a leaky sink but was all taken care of with no fuss only helpfulness. great view from the room , it was a WOW factor , only thing I would change would be the beer choice in the bar , Trumer is not brilliant , so many better beers out there.... but that is the only thing, great location , friendly staff , especially the young Irish lady , but to be fair they were all helpful and friendly.
A beautiful hotel with perfect location and an amazing view, very clean and modern. I stayed a lot in Innsbruck and first time to stay there and one of my best experiences.

Gosh, we’ve had such a nice time. The location is great. Not dead central but still walking distance to the old town. Top floor bar is absolutely amazing! I house parking is very convey but also expensive.
Worth the views!
The hotel is located, as usual, in a strategic position. Unfortunately the mattress wasn't as confortable as I am used to (referring to others Motel One). The bathroomis very tiny and the walk inn hower maybe isn't the right choice. We'd really appreciate a stool or another small chair. We had a stunning view of the city and the air conditioning was ok

It was the weirdest Motel One I've visited and I've visited quite a few. Bar closed at 1am? I customary get espresso 3-4am at Motel One so this was a bit disappointing. During breakfast hotel guy approached my table just to remind me and my wife that they're closing in 20 minutes... mate don't stress me when I eat because I respect nature laws more than your rules. At the end of breakfast some guy was walking with a spreadsheet and taking pictures of everything while the team was jumping around him idk I'm not coming back to this weird country without my own RV. To be fair I drove there straight from Barcelona's Motel One where crew was relaxed, nice and easy so observing these differences between cultures so distant was super interesting and fun. Cheers!

Facilement accessible et idéal si ont vient en voiture, proximité de la vieille ville. Bmoll: Quand un hotel s'appelle motel, j'aurais attendu les frais de parking inclus. Il y a un petit rabais par le motel, mais on paye toujours 22 Euro pour un jour (sans rabais 25).

Our three nights stay met the standard expected of MO, except one day the room was not cleaned. The entry could be redesigned for better use of space. The rooftop bar is quite impressive.
Excellent location to the train station and walking distance to the old town. Facilities were new and clean, and the staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful with suggestions and advice.

The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. The view of the mountains was spectacular! The staff was very helpful. Sadly our room was so small that we could only open one suitcase at a time.

Great location, with site parking (at extra cost), good clean rooms. The breakfast room/bar on the 13th floor is an experience in its own right - amazing views. The reception staff have, consistently, been very friendly and helpful

Ce qu’il faut améliorer c’est votre système dans l’ascenseur, parce que étant dans l’ascenseur à quoi ça sert encore de scanner la carte de ma chambre ?. Sinon en gros c’est vraiment propre votre motel j’ai vraiment aimé
Hôtel facile d’accès. Chambre un peu petite, très propre. Salle de bain avec tout le nécessaire. Petit déjeuner très complet et en Rooftop très agréable. Avons pris un snack et un apéritif au Rooftop, très agréable, zen, vue sur la ville d’innsbruck. Même si l’hôtel se trouve à côté de la gare et de la voie ferrée, aucun bruit lorsque les fenêtres sont fermées.
Hotel très agréable à proximité immédiate de la gare et des commerces. Personnel aimable. Les chambres sont d'une taille suffisante avec une douche italienne très agréable. Espace bureau avec prise et siège confortable. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner tant pour la diversité et la qualité des produits proposés que pour la vue sur la ville et les montagnes.
Accueil parfait, propreté impeccable, lits douillets et situation proche du centre ville. Rien à dire, c’est bien un Motel One.
L’homme de la réception était très désagréable à notre arrivée. Il n’y a aucune étagère de rangement dans les chambres. Quand l’hôtel est plein, aucune place de petit déjeuner n’est disponible. Le prix est donc excessif pour le service rendu.
Surprise au moment du check-in car l'employée n'a pas tout de suite reconnu notre qualité de membre ni retrouvé le code du bon pour un petit-déjeuner offert. Pareil pour la bouteille d'eau offerte que nous avons du réclamer. La facturation aussi a été laborieuse.
Bienvenu dans le village le plus urbain d’Autriche : qui eût cru que les Tyroliens affubleraient leur chère Innsbruck d’un affectueux « village devenu trop grand » ? Et à raison, puisque la cinquième ville du pays alpin associe ambiance métropolitaine et charme rural. Laissez-nous vous en apporter la preuve. En descendant au Motel One Innsbruck, ce village devenu métropole est à vos pieds.
Votre hôtel à Innsbruck : un chalet alpin dans la jungle urbaine
Bonne nouvelle : si vous souhaitez vous installer confortablement dans un chalet alpin, nul besoin de vaincre la Nordkette pour autant, car celui-là est situé en plein cœur de la ville. À proximité immédiate de la gare centrale, notre hôtel vous fera dévaler les pentes. Blottissez-vous dans l’un de ses fauteuils en velours et réchauffez-vous devant un feu de cheminée crépitant. Vous verrez : l’écran plat installé dans le hall est aussi authentique qu’un véritable poêle en faïence tyrolien.
Il ne manque plus qu’un apéritif. Offrez-vous un rafraîchissement au bar, affalez-vous dans l’un de nos canapés rustiques et admirez le panorama sur le massif de la Nordkette. N’étant guère en mesure de déplacer de vraies montagnes dans notre hôtel design, nous nous sommes contentés de reproduire sur les baies vitrées du hall d’entrée ces superbes forces de la nature dans un style beaux-arts ultra-tendance. Aucun doute possible : jamais vous n’aurez vu les Alpes tyroliennes sous cet angle-là. Envie d’observer les originales ? Juste devant notre hôtel d’Innsbruck, vous distinguerez parfaitement le massif montagneux. Telle une vigilante sentinelle, il ceint toute la vallée, de la ville neuve jusqu’à la vieille ville.
À propos de vieille ville : les étroites ruelles pavées d’Innsbruck et leurs jolies maisons à colombages ne sont qu’à quelques encablures de l’hôtel. Vous flânerez à travers le centre historique de la ville, visiterez la cathédrale Saint-Jacques de style baroque avant de vous photographier devant le Petit toit d’or (Goldenes Dachl), le plus petit des grands trésors d’Innsbruck. La faim se fait sentir ? Vous reprendrez des forces pour une balade pleine de surprises dans ce village devenu métropole autour d’une copieuse part de Tiroler Speckknödel, sans oublier le Kiachl en dessert, car Innsbruck n’en a pas fini avec vous. Si vous connaissez maintenant son côté animé, il vous reste encore à découvrir ses atouts calmes et naturels.

Quelle sensation cela peut-il procurer de voler ? Faites-en l’expérience par vous-même. Le tremplin de saut à ski de Bergisel vous fera prendre de la hauteur. Même de loin, le svelte géant d’acier conçu par l’architecte star Zaha Hadid donne des frissons. Après cette montée d’adrénaline, vous retrouverez votre pouls habituel en dégustant une pâtisserie autour d’un café au restaurant Bergisel Sky. Quant au téléphérique de la Nordkette, il vous permettra de monter plus en altitude encore. Ses cabines transparentes offrent une vue imprenable à 360 degrés sur ce joyau des Alpes. Et qui sait, si vous regardez attentivement, sans doute apercevrez-vous en chemin des bouquetins ou des marmottes. Car comme on le dit ici, le Tyrol en est la mère patrie.
