Awesome bar and wonderful staff. Rooms compact but clean .
Good location, kind personnel.
Our room was AWESOME! Thanks for that :) The view was gorgeous, and the room was functional and made good use of the available space. Shout out to the locker that could easily accommodate my 14" laptop :D The breakfast was a bit boring though, the same menu every day. It would've been nice to have scrambled eggs / sausages etc. Also, the ground floor has no toilets, you have to go up to the 12th floor. However, the lift is blazingly fast somehow, and at the same time quite smooth.
Great location and our room was good. Breakfast is in a beautiful location but quite frankly the logistics of the room is not that good and the food selection is just ok.

Good location, good breakfast, comfortable bed. However room was too hot and A/C unit didn't work so had to sleep with window open all night and listen to the trains and station announcements. Bedside tables far too small. Water pressure in shower was inadequate
Friendly and knowledgeable staff excellent recommendations for local cafes etc. Room was comfortable, quiet and clean.
Our room was smelling (smoke) so we had to change rooms.
We enjoyed our stay but found the room too warm and when we opened the window the noise level was high.

Ce qu’il faut améliorer c’est votre système dans l’ascenseur, parce que étant dans l’ascenseur à quoi ça sert encore de scanner la carte de ma chambre ?. Sinon en gros c’est vraiment propre votre motel j’ai vraiment aimé
The room was clean and facilities were werein a good situation. The staff members of hotel were also nice and helpful. On the otherhand, hotel location is the best that it is next to the OBB main station.
Bathroom door was making creaking noise every time, was bit annoying when somebody is asleep

I could not check in by my name. Moreover, I was requested to pay cancelation fee, although I stayed tow nights according to the reservation , and payed the fee at checking in.
I loved staying at Motel One, the location is perfect, the room very nice, perfect for one person, with a nice view, the bed was very confortable, the bathroom also excellent. Very clean, very tidy. My only not so good thing is that the temprature controler was not working, even adjusting the temperature, the room was always a little too cold.
Amazing view. Amazing bar. In room 12.26 the bathroom stank a bit (I think the sink of the shower was the problem. Service 10/10

We love the view from our room, we only wish if our floor is higher. Everything is perfect and room is spacious. The rooftop bar is great as well.

Motel One Innsbruck was a great stay for our trip as a couple—comfortable, clean, and perfectly located. The room felt cozy and modern, and we had a really relaxing stay overall. Breakfast was nice with good quality options, and the staff were friendly and attentive, making the service feel smooth and welcoming throughout.
I had a pleasant stay at Innsbruck Motel and would rate it 8 out of 10. Overall, everything was good—the room was comfortable and the stay was enjoyable. The only downside was that the toilet floor was a bit slippery, which could be improved for safety. Other than that, I was satisfied with my experience.
I loved so many things about this hotel! First, of course, the magnificent views! But also the fact that there was a airing window in my room that opened so that you could avoid that damp hotel smell. And plenty of vegan options (clearly marked) at the breakfast. Receptionist Matteo gave me a heartfelt welcome! The few downsides mainly had to do with how the breakfast was served. The lounge was beautiful but noisy, which was made worse by the terrible music constantly played there (the third day, I wore earplugs). Furniture was not made for eating, too few hard chairs and instead plenty of sofas and soft armchairs - really uncomfortable for sitting at a table. When I arrived 45 minutes before breakfast closed, some items were already run out and not replaced upon request.
Hello, We were very disappointed. The first night went well, but the second (Friday night) did not go well. At 11 p.m., we were disturbed by the noise from the rooftop party (13th floor). We were on the 12th floor (room 15). In addition to the noise of footsteps, the problem was that the toilets were on the 12th floor and that drunk people were walking around on the 12th floor and especially slamming the toilet doors. My wife, who has ear problems, was able to sleep, but not me until 2am. Your team did offer to change our room, but since my wife was sleeping, it was not possible. Also, the voucher for a free breakfast proposed was not realistic because we have not planned to come back. Everything was already paid when we arrived so a voucher made no sense. I am also disppointed that no manager was able to see us to received our complains and to offer a real compensation. Not a good experience and no professionnal management of the pb (how you can rent a room at the 12 level when there is a party at the 13 level?) Sylvain et Caroline PASQUIET

Fantastic views
Everything was great. The only thing that could have been improved is variety at the breakfast. Although I did appreciate all products being bio. In addition, it would have been nice to have some extra shelves in the room, as well as smart TV with Netflix. Also, it was difficult to keep the shower floor dry when showering...

Concerned about security. The rooftop bar is open to the public and accessed by the guest elevators. Apparently non residents can only access the bar on the13th floor as they don't have a room key but I saw many groups of people getting on the lifts at the same time as hotel guests so basically anyone can access the guest floors. There are also guest rooms on the 12th floor directly under the bar where the bar/lounge toilets are located, again with free access to non residents. I have stayed in Motel One hotels all over Europe but never had any security concerns but I will not stay here in future.

A very clean modern hotel right next to the railway and bus station. Despite that it was very quiet. Excellent continental breakfast. Comfy beds. Bedroom was a little too hot for me, but there was an opening window once I worked out how to do it! Overall I would definitely stay again.
Overall, the hotel was very good. It was just a couple small items that kept me from giving you 10 points. When we booked the room, we were told there would be bottles of water for us to drink, the person at the front desk said that we had to go to the bar on the 13th floor to receive them, when we got there the bartender charged us six euros for a bottle of water. Also the bathroom entirely clean. There was signs of toothpaste and soap still in the sink. And it just made us wonder what else didn’t get thoroughly cleaned.

This hotel was spotlessly clean and great value for money in a very accessible spot in town. The staff were really helpful and there was a nice atmosphere. Rooms are on the small side and I would have liked conditioner in the bathroom.
Hôtel facile d’accès. Chambre un peu petite, très propre. Salle de bain avec tout le nécessaire. Petit déjeuner très complet et en Rooftop très agréable. Avons pris un snack et un apéritif au Rooftop, très agréable, zen, vue sur la ville d’innsbruck. Même si l’hôtel se trouve à côté de la gare et de la voie ferrée, aucun bruit lorsque les fenêtres sont fermées.
Hotel très agréable à proximité immédiate de la gare et des commerces. Personnel aimable. Les chambres sont d'une taille suffisante avec une douche italienne très agréable. Espace bureau avec prise et siège confortable. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner tant pour la diversité et la qualité des produits proposés que pour la vue sur la ville et les montagnes.
Accueil parfait, propreté impeccable, lits douillets et situation proche du centre ville. Rien à dire, c’est bien un Motel One.
L’homme de la réception était très désagréable à notre arrivée. Il n’y a aucune étagère de rangement dans les chambres. Quand l’hôtel est plein, aucune place de petit déjeuner n’est disponible. Le prix est donc excessif pour le service rendu.
Surprise au moment du check-in car l'employée n'a pas tout de suite reconnu notre qualité de membre ni retrouvé le code du bon pour un petit-déjeuner offert. Pareil pour la bouteille d'eau offerte que nous avons du réclamer. La facturation aussi a été laborieuse.
Motel One Innsbruck offre un service de bonne qualité plutôt standard. La chambre était propre et confortable mais plutôt petite, la salle de bains moderne mais sans aucun accessoire offert (ex savonnette, bonnet de bains etc). La TV ne fonctionnait pas, cependant un fond d’écran animé avec musique d’ambiance était très agréable. Le personnel était très gentil et serviable, le bar au 13e étage joliment décoré avec une belle vue de 360•. J’ai particulièrement apprécié la prise en charge de mon changement de réservation à cause des intempéries en Autriche pendant la période de mon séjour.

Très agréable séjour au Motel One d’Innsbruck Établissement idéalement placé à proximité de la gare et du centre historique de la ville. L’hôtel est très bien tenu, propre et fonctionnel. Le personnel est charmant et disponible.

Bienvenu dans le village le plus urbain d’Autriche : qui eût cru que les Tyroliens affubleraient leur chère Innsbruck d’un affectueux « village devenu trop grand » ? Et à raison, puisque la cinquième ville du pays alpin associe ambiance métropolitaine et charme rural. Laissez-nous vous en apporter la preuve. En descendant au Motel One Innsbruck, ce village devenu métropole est à vos pieds.
Votre hôtel à Innsbruck : un chalet alpin dans la jungle urbaine
Bonne nouvelle : si vous souhaitez vous installer confortablement dans un chalet alpin, nul besoin de vaincre la Nordkette pour autant, car celui-là est situé en plein cœur de la ville. À proximité immédiate de la gare centrale, notre hôtel vous fera dévaler les pentes. Blottissez-vous dans l’un de ses fauteuils en velours et réchauffez-vous devant un feu de cheminée crépitant. Vous verrez : l’écran plat installé dans le hall est aussi authentique qu’un véritable poêle en faïence tyrolien.
Il ne manque plus qu’un apéritif. Offrez-vous un rafraîchissement au bar, affalez-vous dans l’un de nos canapés rustiques et admirez le panorama sur le massif de la Nordkette. N’étant guère en mesure de déplacer de vraies montagnes dans notre hôtel design, nous nous sommes contentés de reproduire sur les baies vitrées du hall d’entrée ces superbes forces de la nature dans un style beaux-arts ultra-tendance. Aucun doute possible : jamais vous n’aurez vu les Alpes tyroliennes sous cet angle-là. Envie d’observer les originales ? Juste devant notre hôtel d’Innsbruck, vous distinguerez parfaitement le massif montagneux. Telle une vigilante sentinelle, il ceint toute la vallée, de la ville neuve jusqu’à la vieille ville.
À propos de vieille ville : les étroites ruelles pavées d’Innsbruck et leurs jolies maisons à colombages ne sont qu’à quelques encablures de l’hôtel. Vous flânerez à travers le centre historique de la ville, visiterez la cathédrale Saint-Jacques de style baroque avant de vous photographier devant le Petit toit d’or (Goldenes Dachl), le plus petit des grands trésors d’Innsbruck. La faim se fait sentir ? Vous reprendrez des forces pour une balade pleine de surprises dans ce village devenu métropole autour d’une copieuse part de Tiroler Speckknödel, sans oublier le Kiachl en dessert, car Innsbruck n’en a pas fini avec vous.
