Everything is clean and tidy. Excellent view from the room.
I could not check in by my name. Moreover, I was requested to pay cancelation fee, although I stayed tow nights according to the reservation , and payed the fee at checking in.
I loved staying at Motel One, the location is perfect, the room very nice, perfect for one person, with a nice view, the bed was very confortable, the bathroom also excellent. Very clean, very tidy. My only not so good thing is that the temprature controler was not working, even adjusting the temperature, the room was always a little too cold.
Amazing view. Amazing bar. In room 12.26 the bathroom stank a bit (I think the sink of the shower was the problem. Service 10/10

We love the view from our room, we only wish if our floor is higher. Everything is perfect and room is spacious. The rooftop bar is great as well.

Motel One Innsbruck was a great stay for our trip as a couple—comfortable, clean, and perfectly located. The room felt cozy and modern, and we had a really relaxing stay overall. Breakfast was nice with good quality options, and the staff were friendly and attentive, making the service feel smooth and welcoming throughout.
I had a pleasant stay at Innsbruck Motel and would rate it 8 out of 10. Overall, everything was good—the room was comfortable and the stay was enjoyable. The only downside was that the toilet floor was a bit slippery, which could be improved for safety. Other than that, I was satisfied with my experience.
Verzorgde en mooie kamers! Vrije ruimte een beetje beperkt. Graag ook wat meer kasten voor opbergen van kleding. Ontbijt elke morgen uitstekend! Personeel altijd vriendelijk en heel correct.
I loved so many things about this hotel! First, of course, the magnificent views! But also the fact that there was a airing window in my room that opened so that you could avoid that damp hotel smell. And plenty of vegan options (clearly marked) at the breakfast. Receptionist Matteo gave me a heartfelt welcome! The few downsides mainly had to do with how the breakfast was served. The lounge was beautiful but noisy, which was made worse by the terrible music constantly played there (the third day, I wore earplugs). Furniture was not made for eating, too few hard chairs and instead plenty of sofas and soft armchairs - really uncomfortable for sitting at a table. When I arrived 45 minutes before breakfast closed, some items were already run out and not replaced upon request.
Hello, We were very disappointed. The first night went well, but the second (Friday night) did not go well. At 11 p.m., we were disturbed by the noise from the rooftop party (13th floor). We were on the 12th floor (room 15). In addition to the noise of footsteps, the problem was that the toilets were on the 12th floor and that drunk people were walking around on the 12th floor and especially slamming the toilet doors. My wife, who has ear problems, was able to sleep, but not me until 2am. Your team did offer to change our room, but since my wife was sleeping, it was not possible. Also, the voucher for a free breakfast proposed was not realistic because we have not planned to come back. Everything was already paid when we arrived so a voucher made no sense. I am also disppointed that no manager was able to see us to received our complains and to offer a real compensation. Not a good experience and no professionnal management of the pb (how you can rent a room at the 12 level when there is a party at the 13 level?) Sylvain et Caroline PASQUIET

Everything was great. The only thing that could have been improved is variety at the breakfast. Although I did appreciate all products being bio. In addition, it would have been nice to have some extra shelves in the room, as well as smart TV with Netflix. Also, it was difficult to keep the shower floor dry when showering...

Heerlijk verblijf gehad in motel one Innsbruck! Het uitzicht is fantastisch, echt een genot om zo wakker te worden met uitzicht op de bergen en de stad. Mooi die lange ramen. Heerlijk bed, prima douche. Zeer vriendelijke receptie. Wat we misten was een waterkokertje op de kamer. Het ontbijt was heel goed en fijn dat er veel bio-producten zijn. Het was wel erg druk tijdens het ontbijt en lange rij voor de koffie. Al met al zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!
Concerned about security. The rooftop bar is open to the public and accessed by the guest elevators. Apparently non residents can only access the bar on the13th floor as they don't have a room key but I saw many groups of people getting on the lifts at the same time as hotel guests so basically anyone can access the guest floors. There are also guest rooms on the 12th floor directly under the bar where the bar/lounge toilets are located, again with free access to non residents. I have stayed in Motel One hotels all over Europe but never had any security concerns but I will not stay here in future.

A very clean modern hotel right next to the railway and bus station. Despite that it was very quiet. Excellent continental breakfast. Comfy beds. Bedroom was a little too hot for me, but there was an opening window once I worked out how to do it! Overall I would definitely stay again.
Overall, the hotel was very good. It was just a couple small items that kept me from giving you 10 points. When we booked the room, we were told there would be bottles of water for us to drink, the person at the front desk said that we had to go to the bar on the 13th floor to receive them, when we got there the bartender charged us six euros for a bottle of water. Also the bathroom entirely clean. There was signs of toothpaste and soap still in the sink. And it just made us wonder what else didn’t get thoroughly cleaned.

This hotel was spotlessly clean and great value for money in a very accessible spot in town. The staff were really helpful and there was a nice atmosphere. Rooms are on the small side and I would have liked conditioner in the bathroom.

Prima centraal gelegen hotel. Vriendelijk personeel. Goed verzorgd ontbijt. Wel jammer dan we geen werkende TV zenders hadden. Ook na reclamering bij de receptie geen verandering. Hiervan ook geen terugkoppeling ontvangen vanuit hen.
Dogs should not be allowed in the breakfast room and you should have bedrooms specifically for guests with dogs. It is most unhygenic for other guests especially those with allergies

Zeer fijn modern hotel. Weliswaar wat kleine kamers maar voorzien van alle benodigde faciliteiten en een erg prettige badkamer. Mooi uitzicht en een gezellige bar!

Very well located, nice design and vibrant atmosphere
Opened the door to my room and it absolutely stank of cigarettes. I went downstairs and asked for another room and they told me there were no other rooms. They came up to the room and opened the windows and turned on the bathroom fan and told me to go up to the bar for a drink (I arrived at 23:30, I was exhausted and had no interest in another drink). At 1:00, I went back down to the room and it not only still smelled terrible, it was now freezing cold as well. I went back down to the front desk and said the room was unacceptable and I was beyond exhausted - quick as can be, he handed me the key to a new room. Now tell me why that couldn't have happened an hour and a half earlier? Worst service ever, truly. I only got 4 hours of sleep and missed an important event in the morning.
I like the hotel and am generally happy there. But my room on the 12th floor was somewhat noisy (because of the rooftop bar), both in the late evening and in the early morning. And I find the seating in the bar uncomfortable for breakfast: too many tables are too low for comfort. The background music is irritatingly loud.
A room of good standard and a nice breakfast experience. Most of all is the service excellence we experienced. All the people we met were very helpful and nice.
Super kamer, ramen rondom, uitzicht op de bergen. Blij verrast daardoor! Verder alles de “standaard” hoge kwaliteit van Motel One; altijd goed.
Gut gelegen Nette Personal
Prima en schone kamer en douche/toilet. Vlak in de buurt van Innsbruck Hauptbahnhof. Ook ander openbaar vervoer vlakbij. Ik was er 's morgens al vroeg terwijl ik pas om 15.00 uur kon inchecken, maar kon mijn bagage daar al neerzetten. Geen probleem. Prima ontbijt en een prachtige ontbijtplek: 13e verdieping met uitzicht over Innsbruck!
De locatie is top en goed bereikbaar! Ook de matrassen liggen zeer goed. De airco werkt er top. Wat minder was waren blekker op het linnengoed. Dit hebben we aangegeven bijn de receptie. Echter moesten we zelf het linnen vervangen want huishouding was er niet meer. Voor een kamer waar je 160 voor betaal per nacht mag je toch verwachten dat je dat niet zelf hoef op te lossen...De douche was prima echter is heel.de vloer van de badkamer nat door slechte architectuur. Ook eerkte hrt pompje niet van de shampoo. Dit hebben we zelf opgelost door de dop er af te halen. Wat we zagen is dat er te veel viezigheid in zat. Toen we de douchekop aanzetten spoot hrt bijna alle kantem op want deze zat niet goed op de kraan gedraaid. Wat ook jammer was is dat we onze chrome cast niet konden verbinden met de tv want die functie was uit de tv gehaald. Wel moet ik zeggen dat het personeel zeer vriendelijk is je aan ze ziet dat ze hun werk echt leuk vinden. Mocht je graag cocktails drinken dan is onze tip ga de stad in daar is het veel goedkoper. De bar van het hotel op het dak ziet er tof uit maar de cocktails zijn veel te duur. De prijs en kwaliteit verhouding ban dit hotel is helaas slecht en raden we daarom niet aan.
De kamer was wel heel erg klein, maar netjes en schoon. Lokatie was prima op wandelafstand van het centrum. De rooftop bar is voor een drankje helemaal goed.
Schoon en mooi motel dichtbij het station. Kamer met terras is aan te raden uitzicht op de bergen en in de middag een lekker zonnetje als hij schijnt :-) wifi haperde een beetje en was soms zwak vooral eind van de middag.
Een fijn hotel in Innsbruck waar ik inmiddels een paar keer heb verbleven. Kamers zijn klein maar handig ingericht. De Lounge, tevens restaurant op de hoogste verdieping maakt het een speciaal hotel met een fantastisch uitzicht op de stad en de bergen rondom Innsbruck. Op het bed lag alleen een 1-persoons dekbed. Ik heb 3 x moeten vragen om een groter of extra dekbed! In de zomer zou ik mijn gasten zomer dekbedden aanbieden!

De grote stad met een dorpsgevoel
Welkom in het meest stedelijke dorp van Oostenrijk: want wist je dat de Tirolers hun Innsbruck liefdevol het ‘uit de kluiten gewassen dorp’ noemen? En terecht, want de op vier na grootste stad van de Alpen heeft een big-city-flair met een landelijk tintje. Mogen wij het je bewijzen? In ons Motel One Innsbruck ligt de grote stad met een dorpsgevoel aan je voeten.
Je hotel in Innsbruck is net een alpenchalet in de jungle van de grote stad
Goed nieuws: liefhebbers van alpenchalets hoeven niet eens zelf de Nordkette (bergketen) te bedwingen. Nee, dit alpenchalet ligt gewoon midden in de stad. Het hotel ligt direct bij het centraal station en aan de voet van de bergen. Maak het je gemakkelijk in een van de fluwelen fauteuils en geniet van de behaaglijke warmte van het knetterende haardvuur. Je zult het ervaren: de flatscreen-tv in de lobby is al net zo rustiek en gezellig als een echte Tiroolse tegelkachel.
Alleen ontbreekt er nog een drankje. Geniet van een drink in de bar, leun achterover in onze rustieke landhuis-sofa’s en geniet van het uitzicht op de Nordkette. En omdat we natuurlijk geen echte bergen in ons designhotel konden plaatsen, hebben wij de mooiste natuurkrachten gewoon in een trendy fine-arts-stijl terug laten komen op de glazen gevels van onze lobby. Er bestaat geen enkele twijfel: zo heb je de Tiroler Alpen nog nooit meegemaakt.
Liever naar het origineel? Pal voor ons betaalbare hotel in Innsbruck beleef je de bergketen van dichtbij. Hij omgeeft het dal als een trouwe bewaker: van het nieuwe stadsgedeelte tot aan de historische stadskern.
Over het oude centrum gesproken: ook de smalle geplaveide steegjes en prachtige vakwerkhuizen van Innsbruck liggen op slechts een steenworp afstand van het hotel. Slenter ontspannen door het historische centrum, breng een bezoek aan de St. Jacobsdom en maak een selfie voor het 'Goldene Dachl', de kleinste grote schat van Innsbruck. Trek gekregen? Met een grote portie Tirolere Speckknödel en ‘Kiachl’ als nagerecht zit je weer vol energie voor een afwisselend door deze stad met zijn dorpse karakter. Want Innsbruck heeft nog zoveel te bieden.
