All well, great location and friendly staff! Only parking price is a bit high!
Not enough toiletries shampoo etc not good quality, no toothbrushes or slippers. Basic breakfast.Not what expected of a 4 star hotel.. The room was small with tiny bedside tables no fridge.

excellent hotel in a great location to enjoy the city. our room was at the 10th floor and it had a beautiful view. breakfast was very good with a wide choice of food. we also appreciated the possibility of parking our motorbike in the garage.

We had a nice stay at motel one Warsaw-Chopin. The rooms were clean and the AC was working. The carpet in the lobby was filthy though.
3 stars for new and clean. Everything else is terrible. Super small room, weirdly unfriendly staff, no coffee in the room or the reception. No closet. Room measured 9x11. With a king bed, two people can hardly move around.
Had a great stay. The hotel staff are very nice and helpful. My room was clean and tidy but one of the body towels was old and torn.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Motel One. The room and breakfast were first class - the property absolutely deserves its recognition. We were advised a few days before arriving that the room we booked was unavailable due to maintenance requirements so Oliwia offered us the choice of two other rooms instead, reserving both until we arrived and could see both rooms and choose. On top of that she deducted a nights fee for any in convenience. That is true customer service.

What I can I say, the Motel One hotel was a very enjoyable place to stay just like last time I had stayed in Motel One, it's always beautiful, clean and very warm hotel that make me feel like I was staying at my own house.
Everything was great; I'd happily stay there again anytime. Unfortunately, the street is very noisy.
The hotel was conviently located and quiet. We were able to walk everywhere. Two points and I would give this hotel a 10 star rating. Would be great to have a coffee/tea making and water in the room on arrival. I would also like to see tourist info in reception.

Felt so welcomed at the reception. Very quiet, stylish and clean room. Delicious breakfast. Perfect parking in same building.
The accessible/disabled room should have a fixed shower seat in the bathroom. At the moment, there was only a loose chair, which is not suitable or practical for people with paraplegia. In addition, after taking a shower, the entire bathroom became flooded because the drainage was not working properly. Apart from these issues, the rest of the stay was very good. The hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the bar area was very nice as well. The breakfast was good, although a bit more variety would be appreciated.
Had a problem connecting with the Hdmi on the hotel TV. But I got good service and it got fixed pretty quickly.
Location is excellent. Within walking distance to a lot of attractions. Rooms are bare minimum; no closet, no drawers, no shelves, no night stand, no amenities, no water, no coffee. We upgraded to corner unit and it was just larger space with nothing extra.

Lovely, clean and modern hotel in close proximity to Warsaw old town. Great friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast which was fresh and had plenty of choice. The only improvement (like stated in other reviews) is you eat breakfast in the bar/lounge area which only has a few suitable tables for eating. It might suit some but I don’t like trying to eat a plate of food seated on a sofa with a low table. That said we did manage most of the time to find an appropriate table but I can imagine it being difficult at busy times. I would stay at Motel One Warsaw if I’m lucky enough to visit again in the future.
The cleanliness, colors, and design are still my favorites. I would always be happy to have a small refrigerator in the room.
Super nice hotel. Near the centre, clean, beautiful. Loved the 24h bar and the staff. I also got to kiss a super cool girl, so 100/100 experience. Cool about the fishes on the screen too.

A very pleasant place for a few days. Excellent location, walking proximity to the Stare Miasto, Teatr Wielki, University of Warsaw, Ogrod Saski, downtown shopping area, large variety of restaurants on Novy Swiat, Chopin and Copernicus Musea, Zlote Tarasy shopping mall and the outlet store for Boleslavies ceramics. The Polin Museum of the history of Polish Jews is a tram ride away. Metro station nearby. The design is contemporary, streamlined, in grey, white and turquoise. No frills. Very COMFORTABLE BED❤️ Good shower. Lots of breakfast items. Note: no fridge, watery kettle and limited space for clothing. Staff is helpful and professional. Recommended.
Initially the biggest disadvantage was the lack of a refrigerator in the room. It's not just the cold water that we might want, but also its use for some medicines or creams. You should inform the customer in advance when making the reservation. The advantages are the comfortable large bed and the many pillows.
I only stayed here for two nights, but I would have happily stayed longer. The staff is made up of very young people, all very kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. The room isn't very large, but it has everything you need, and most importantly, it was immaculately clean. It was perhaps a little warm, but that wasn't a problem. The property is very modern and charming, and the breakfast was extensive. Especially as an Italian, I was very happy with the Nutella, after being able to put those delicious croissants in them! I was able to leave my bags for a few hours both before check-in and after check-out. Very efficient and, above all, helpful service. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to all means of transportation. I'm very happy I chose Motel One!

I stay here regularly, usually getting a quiet room at the back of the hotel. This time I was allocated room 0601, which I thought was quiet at first, but realised there was quite a noisy lift which was going up and down all night. I don't think it was the hotel lift. It may have been a lift in the adjacent building. I had to wear earplugs.

A very well equipped hotel in an absolutely perfect location
The receptionists were very nice. I lost my memory on my iPhone passcode, my iPhone and google accounts were locked on 7 April, the receptionist was extremely helpful, helped me to book a taxi so that I could buy another phone for my remaining journey. The lady was very kind, helped me to make hardcopies of my air flight tickets and advised me the way to send postcards. On my last day staying in your hotel, the receptionist asked me whether the passcode was resolved. All these touching responses could not be replaced by robots. Highly recommend for someone sightseeing in Warsaw.
Very friendly and helpful staff. My room (handicapped room, because I asked for a very quiet room, though I have no handicap) was large and clean. Major issue: The heating did not work, so the temperature was around 17-19 degrees, not pleasant for me during the day and for reading in the room (I know people have different thermal resistance). Minor: TV complicated to set; funny smell when I arrived, did get better after a few hous with the window open; no ventilation as the air con was completely switched off (see above). Overall, for € 107/night, you could do better.

Staff were excellent and very professional. The rooms and common areas were sparkling clean. Location near Old Town Warsaw and other attractions was excellent. Wishes: a kettle or coffee maker in the room .
Vriendelijk onthaal, mooi en ruim hotel, snelle liften, rustige en mooie kamer, prima ontbijt. Alles naar wens.

Zeer mooi, verzorgd hotel op de grens tussen het oude en nieuwe Warschau. Van hieruit alles goed bereikbaar. Aan te raden voor mensen die de stad willen gaan verkennen.

Ligging en omgeving
Hotel Warschau-Chopin
Je vraagt je af waar je in Warschau kunt overnachten? In ons voordelige designhotel natuurlijk! Recht tegenover het historische Chopin Museum en het Chopin Instituut ligt het Motel One Warschau, met een interieur dat helemaal in het teken van de muziek staat. Warschau is namelijk de geboorteplaats van Frédéric Chopin die in 1810 werd geboren. Hij bracht er ook de eerste 20 jaar van zijn leven door. Als je het hotel binnenkomt, kom je al gelijk de Poolse componist tegen in het kunstwerk van de Warschause kunstenaar Mariuz Libel. Op de achterwand van de receptie prijkt een levensgrote afbeelding van Frédéric Chopin met nog enige muzikale elementen en de stad Warschau. En ook de tafels van het merk Baxter rond de ingang en in de One Lounge zijn bedrukt met de omslagen van muziekboeken van de componist. In theorie zou je dus gelijk kunnen beginnen met spelen, maar in de praktijk kun je op een drukke dag ook van start gaan met ons ontbijt. Net zoals je in iedere concertzaal een vleugel aantreft, vind je ook altijd comfortabel meubilair bij Motel One. Op de sofa's van Wittmann en Poltrona Frau is het heerlijk zitten. Laat je door muziek ook naar de bar van ons hotel lokken en kijk eens goed naar de achterwand van de bar. Hij is uitgevoerd in zwarte hoogglans die doet denken aan het edele lakwerk van een vleugel en is voorzien van gouden elementen. De (toon-)sleutel voor een geslaagde vakantie vind je in onze kamers waar comfortabele boxspringbedden uitnodigen tot uitslapen.
Door de topligging ten zuiden van de Wisła is ons voordelige hotel het ideale vertrekpunt om de talrijke restaurants en bezienswaardigheden van Warschau te gaan ontdekken. Zeer de moeite van het bekijken waard is het koninklijke paleis in het centrum van Warschau dat in de 16de eeuw werd gebouwd en lange tijd de residentie van de Poolse koningen was. Tijdens de WO II werd het oude stadscentrum volledig verwoest. Na de wederopbouw van het centrum werd het koninklijke paleis op de lijst van UNESCO werelderfgoed gezet. Ook het Paleis van Cultuur en Wetenschap, een indrukwekkend gebouw van 237 meter hoog, bevindt zich vlakbij ons hotel en is een van de karakteristieke bouwwerken van Warschau. Wie graag een groene omgeving opzoekt om te wandelen, komt in de Saksische Tuin of in het Lazienski Park aan zijn trekken. Of toch liever shoppen? Flaneer dan over de Nowy Swiat, de elegante winkelstraat van Warschau die ook deel uitmaakt van de Koningsweg, die van het Warschause koninklijke paleis naar het Wilanów paleis loopt. Want Warschau heeft ook buiten het stadscentrum heel wat te bieden en met het openbaar vervoer kun je voordelig naar het paleis en museum van Wilanów, het 'Poolse Versailles'. Zoals je ziet, sta je tijdens je verblijf in ons hotel in de hoofdstad van Polen de ene belevenis na de andere te wachten. Dus wat let je om Warschau op je top 10 van reisdoelen te zetten?
