I have stayed at various Motel One hotels in Germany and a few times in Austria and Poland. This Paris hotel is significantly different in that its location is not as central as in other cities, and the breakfast offering was poorer than in all the other Motel One hotels I have stayed at.

Motel One is the best deal in the Porte de Versailles area. Very professional. Well organised. The only area for improvement is the room temperature setting. It was not possible to cool the room.
We boekten bij Motel one na een positieve ervaring in Edinburg. En alle verliep naar wens. We werden zeer vriendelijk onthaald, de kamer was netjes en ruim genoeg en het ontbijt was lekker. Een klein misverstand bij het inchecken werd zeer vlot opgelost. Voor onze volgende citytrip kijken we zeker weer uit naar Motel One!
Erg mooi hotel. Fijne kamers en mooie inrichting. Zowel de kamers als de lobby & restaurant. Goed aanbod in het ontbijtbuffet en slim georganiseerd.

Fijn verblijf. Behalve temperatuur in de hotelkamer. Absurd warm. Reden zou zijn dat het in Parijs winter is. 3 tm5 april
Conveniently located at the ring, 5 minutes walk to the Metro station line 12. Lobby and rooftop bar very nice, restaurants right outside. Car parking in the Expo center, 10 minutes to walk. Not recommended if you want to use the car on a daily basis. Motel One is always a good choice, nice rooms (although small), very nice style. Minus: During our stay, everything was not available during breakfast times: Bread, milk, knifes, small spoons, tissues, ... the breakfast team is the big minus here. All the coffee machines ran out of milk all the time, getting a piece of bread was pure luck. Absolutely untypical for Motel One.
Clean , breakfast excellent, room was cold, could not get heating to work, and desk is too small for any actual work. Value for money yes.

Smooth check-in, comfortable room, nice rooftop lounge, delicious breakfast. My only point that can be improved is that the breakfast is offered until 10:20 according to the lady who checked me in. On a weekend day that's an early time to end breakfast. I hope they will offer breakfast until at least 11:00 on my next visit. Otherwise I had a great stay!

I had a fantastic stay: a convenient, easily accessible location; an authentic neighbourhood with great local restaurants; modern and fresh facilities; impeccable cleanliness standards; a comfortable and extremely soundproof room; a cozy lounge with lovely decoration; good and varied breakfast to kickstart my day; an amazing rooftop bar (spread the WORD!), and, above all, a friendly and professional team giving you a very warm welcome to Paris :)

Staff was friendly. Mattress was good. Room is full size. Bathroom is full size. Only possible improvements can be bacon, sausage and omelette.
I've stayed at Motel One in other countries before. I chose Motel One again for Paris. The cleanliness, breakfast, and friendly staff were all excellent. Thank you.
The staff was amazing and looked like a close knit team. I understand the hotel opened recently but it doesn't show at all. They were all great. I would have loved to have a kettle in my room but that's it.

I used to be a strong supporter of Motel One, but this experience really changed my perspective. The hotel was unable to provide me with a proper, itemized invoice. The only document I received showed the total amount, without indicating how many nights I stayed, the room rate, breakfast costs, or the city tax. Even after I asked them to correct it, they were still unable to provide a proper invoice.
Excellent location for where I needed to be. Lovely breakfast. The only other thing needed for a score of 10 would be a kettle in the room.
Van het personeel, naar de kamers, en het ontbijt was alles top. Personeel was attent, kamers schoon en goed uitgebreid ontbijt.

After my second visit in a week I’ve come to the conclusion that the hotel is luxury without any frills! No drinks in the room, no main meal options and a very limited breakfast accompanied with luxurious surroundings.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms in other Motel ones are.possibly nicer especially Amsterdam with the large windows. There was no toaster at breakfast or any tea or coffee in the room and the drinks at the bar seemed expensive. I will be staying again this week as overall the hotel is of high quality for the cost of the room.

Hotel stuff need to be trained properly (receptionists). I’ve booked hotel online via Booking.com, and upon my arrival the lady at the front desk asked me to pay me again. When I told her that my transaction pay been completed through booking.com she stated it’s just a deposit. I’ve never seen deposit more than 100$ but instead she charged me for my stay again. When was checking out, they confirmed that they charged me twice and I’m expecting refund! That was a disappointment.
Simple rooms but very clean and convenient. Really close to the metro station making commute easy around the city. The neighborhood is also very nice and safe.
We've been going to Motel One hotels for years and are always happy. The staff is very friendly and do everything they can to make everyone feel welcome. I have nothing bad to say about them. However, we were very disappointed this time. We'd been cycling all day and wanted to relax with a cup of coffee at the motel in the evening (as we do every evening). Since the motel was hosting a big party that day, we, the guests, suddenly felt less important. Everything had to take priority over their party. There was no way to get a cup of coffee, not even upstairs, where there's a second lounge area. Everyone was important back then, except their guests. We were really disappointed. If they had told us about this beforehand, we would have understood. We were also supposed to get a 50% discount on parking. We parked there for eight days, but when we tried to claim the 50% discount on the last day, their machine didn't work correctly . After a long discussion, we had to pay the full amount. We emailed the parking lot and Motel One, but they haven't replied yet. We are still waiting for answers from both Motel One and the Garage all in all a good holiday but with a disappointing ending

We had a great stay! Clean, beautiful, spacious rooms, polite personnel and good location.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are pleasant but operations are very disorganized. The desk staff could not find the required paperwork for requests made by guests on multiple occasions, some of the rooms were not clean when we arrived, we had several incidents of staff walking into rooms occupied by guests. I suggest a better manager. The staff were doing their best, but they need more systems in place to operate effectively. Additionally, we asked for an early check in for a VIP who had been traveling for 9+ hours and even though we had spent thousands on hotel reservations for our company staff that week, the staff could not accommodate the request and were not flexible in offering alternative solutions for a place to freshen up. Not good customer service. Lastly, Andrea was unresponsive via email and was unfriendly on site when asked about meeting room rental. I don't recommend she interact with guests at reception.
Goed hotel, interieur vrij nieuw (maar al wel een lekkende douche en een los doucheputje). Personeel is heel aardig en behulpzaam. Qua locatie te ver uit het centrum en ook vrij duur (voor de locatie). Hotel is volgens mij vooral geschikt voor beursbezoeken, niet voor een citytrip. De prijs van de kamers ging verder naar beneden 2 weken voor onze bezoek, maar omboeken was niet meer mogelijk ivm een beurs (boeking vast 14 dagen voor datum). Dat is jammer.

Mooie inkomhall en benedenverdieping
Parkeren was voor twee dagen en een paar uur 55 euro, dus prima. De ingang van de parkeergarage was wel een rondje rijden en als je doorrijdt naar achteren is daar de dichtsbijzijnde uitgang naar hotel, maar dan moet je nog wel 5 minuten lopen, dus laad je koffers eerst uit bij het hotel. De airconditioning deed het niet goed, maar het hotel gaf een prima service door een andere kamer aan te bieden. Verder schoon en netjes De kamer is een beetje krap en er is geen koelkast.
