We love motel One, we always search to see is there is a motel One in the city we are about to travel. This hotel was very nice, very good breakfast, very good location. The things that dissapointed me was that in the room was not vaccumed and there were nails from the other clients. Also the fact that there wasn't available an early check-in for a family with a small child in such a big hotel, gives me the impression that the staff don't value the clients at all. Overall it was ok.
A really nice 4 night stay in October. Rooms are of an adequate size for a short break, cleaned and turned down daily. Breakfast is available and a good selection of various foods and drinks are offered. The hotel is fairly new and this shows in the decor and furnishings. All in all I was happy with our stay and the staff were friendly and helpful and I would easily stay there again. One thing I would suggest though would be to have tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms.

Hi! You have fantastic hotel and I really like it! The only thing I would suggest improving is the shower floor, which is very slippery. I slipped and nearly seriously injured myself. Please consider adding some anti-slip protection, as other guests could get hurt as well.
Generally good but breakfast always running out of eggs,croissants ect and no kettle in rooms which is hard with young children to make milk ect . Staff was nice very friendly and hotel was clean

Muy bien todo. Lo mejor de la habitación fue la cama, super cómoda. También nos gustó la iluminación, con opción ambiental ideal para descansar, y la ducha estaba genial. El personal fue super amable y nos facilitaron sin pegas entrar bastante antes de la hora. Disfrutamos de la terraza de la planta superior a la noche, muy recomendable. Y desayunamos todos los días, destacar que tienen bastantes opciones veganas de calidad. La única pega es que se echaba de menos que el desayuno tuviera platos calientes (revuelto, tortilla, bacon, setas...).
I asked for a quiet room as I am a very light sleeper and was given 125 by the elevators which meant I woke every time another guest returned to their room, talking as they went. This was disappointing given reception assured me that I wouldn’t hear any noise from outside (I didn’t, windows are excellent) but failed to consider passing traffic. For information, the partition wall reverberated whenever my neighbour closed the window in their room which they did periodically.

We arrived early, cause of the flight and the offered us a room , that was perfect for us! Breakfast is very nice, people of the stuff are cool and friendly , bar is very good, design is beautiful, what else...
Stayed for business trip, very nice staff and service, everything was super clean, room got cleaned daily. They had vegan options for breakfast, but unfortunately no vegan bread… that‘s the only thing I was missing. Everything else was very good 👍🏻
One of my belt was stolen, it was on the chair. Someone enter the room during the day (4pm) with out warning.

Unfortunately, there was also an issue with the safe in my room. I reported it immediately upon arrival, as the safe was not working and needed to be reset. I was told that someone would take care of it. However, nothing was done until my departure two days later, and no one followed up to ask whether the issue had been resolved. Especially when it comes to a hotel safe, where guests need to store their valuables securely, I would have expected much better and more reliable service.
The hotel itself is very pretty and we loved its design. Marie at the reception was super friendly and so were the guys at the roof top especially Leo and Ikki ( I dont know if her name is correct, she was a blonde girl very polite and friendly). I missed more variety in the breakfast, I stayed 2 nights in the hotel and because of the small variety I had breakfast only one day, staff at breakfast were very attentive even though they were busy. We also missed a little frigo in our room to keep the water/drinks cold , despite these things everything else was fine.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Parking cost 40 euros but the hotel pays half for you. Its better to find free parking on the streets near by. Parking is free on the same street of the hotel from 19.30 till 09.00. You're welcome :)

I stayed in a Motel One in Barcelona a few years back. I loved the hotel then and I had the exact same feeling with this one. I love the déco, the friendliness and impeccable service of all the staff. The room was very nicely decorated and very clean, superb window glazing as I couldn't here any of the noise from the road that was very close. The rooftop bar is amazing, beautiful and very welcoming. I loved the fact that during breakfast, I was offered coffee, orange juice or croissant at my table, very nice touch. Just one comment, the shower pressure in my room (454) was low and the toilet seat not very stable. I can rate the hotel at 10 as this mean it would be perfect but it is very close.
I was attending an event at the expo so Motel One Paris-Porte de Versailles was a prime location with just a 5-minute walk to my destination. Staff are friendly. The room has air-con so it is brilliant in the heatwave. There are plenty of restaurants nearby for dinner. The roof-top bar at the hotel is amazing. Breakfast option is limited and the only hot food was boiled eggs. I wish there are more hot food options.
It i was clean, the breakfast was good, and best of all, there was air conditioning!

Breakfast - excellent , bar and bar staff - excellent, can’t make the room cooler than 24degrees - worst ever ..:. This hotel has the ability to be a 10/10 but will only get there when you can make the rooms cooler . Please think about your patrons before anything else. This is made worse by the fact there is no fridge in the room

En líneas generales bastante bien. En la habitación eché en falta una pequeña nevera (por ejemplo, hay medicamentos que necesitan conservarse en nevera) y una cafetera.
