The booking procedure could have been better (by phone). It is also very important to explain exactly how you can find a taxi at the airport (CDG) and also to inform about the taxi-prices airport-hotel. It is easy to be cheated and that happened to me. A very kind receptionist helped me to book a taxi from the hotel for my return hotel-CDG.(25.09.26) She spoke excellent English and her help was very much appreciated. I enjoyed to stay at the hotel. The garden is beautiful as well.

This is not my first time in Motel One Porte Dorée, but it's fast becominh like home for me whenever I'm in Paris. It's cosy neighbourhood and accessibility to every part of Paris makes it a go-to option for anyone who desires to be within touching distance to everything but also desires a quiet place to retreat to after the hustle and bustle of the city centre.
Location was fantastic for sightseeing since Metro was approximately 10 minutes walk. Also, availability of private parking made the experience convenient and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. Minor issues were the bathroom extractor was faulty and the cocktail bar was occasionally overcrowded which delayed orders.
Good hotel, value for money, nice room, power shower & comfortable beds, nice staff, great transport links to Paris , 30 mins taxi from CDG & 5 min walk to Metro.
The property was at a nice location and the staff was courteous. Suggest that you should provide a kettle in the room so that one can make tea / coffee as and when required. Also, you should have more food options.
The air conditioning was rather out of date, it just resetted during the night, lefting me at 18C:) The room is very small without any fridge or closet. Otherwise, the quality is very good.

The stay was very good as usual. However, parking is an issue. There are only a very limited number of parking spaces at the motel (strange or funny to call yourself motel without parking). This was my fourth stay at the motel and there was no parking available at my last two stays. The recommended alternative parking is about 2 km from the hotel - four metro stops and total 500 meters walk to get back to the motel.
Overall it was a positive experience. The property is located next to the park for a stroll in the morning or night. It is in a quiet neighborhood and quite safe. Metro is one block away. Chariou and Karl were very nice and helpful.

Similar to my previous stay in another Motel One. The room is small but comfortable with a nice bathroom. The bar and terrace, friendly and helpful staff, convenient location and value for money are the main attractions

clean and lovely. Good parking. Loved the staff, especially the front desk person, the black guy was amazing and helpful. They guy with the smile and masters in Psychology. He was fabulous and deserves a raise. He got his masters in Malaysia I think.

We stayed here for a couple of nights as part of our honeymoon to the South of France and then on to Paris before returning home, we thought it was a beautifully designed hotel, very on trend decor with very helpful and friendly staff and a close location to the Metro for traveling to the city centre of Paris, the perfect place to stay for a city break! The lake across the road in the park was a beautiful surprise because you could hire a rowing boat to row around Lake Daumesnil. We would happily come back here again, thank you for looking after us.
We had a great stay. The metro is less than 5 minutes walk. Breakfast was great and a special thank you to Ronald who made us feel very welcome with his joy and friendliness. We were in Paris during a heatwave. The lobby doesn't have airconditioning, but the rooms do.

Perfect, as usual. I've stayed here over 100 times since it opened. Quiet room at the back of the hotel, car parking in the basement, lovely lobby and reception area, nice breakfast, friendly staff, location in a nice area of Paris with good local restaurants and the park opposite.
Our stay was wonderful. We booked this hotel in advance; it's a bit far from the historic center, but the air conditioning was a huge plus. Thanks to the bar, reception, housekeeping, and kitchen teams for their work, professionalism, and responsiveness. You made our stay enjoyable!

The hotel's location was good. It’s a bit far from the touristic locations, but very close to the metro station, so you can easily get anywhere by transferring lines. The room was a bit small but perfect for two; it was cleaned every day and the towels were replaced daily. Also, the reception staff was very welcoming and friendly.
El hotel está muy bien calidad precio, además está muy bien situado teniendo al lado el metro de Porte Doreé, parada de autobús y tranvía. Tiene al lado un Mc Donalds y un Burguer King, además de restaurantes. Enfrente tiene un parque para pasear y al lado el museo de inmigración y acuario. El barrio es muy tranquilo y seguro, incluso de noche. Tiene boulangeries cerca. Sin duda lo volvería a elegir siempre.
La estadia fue super agradable, el staff super amable, sobre todo el de desayuno, todos los dias que estuve mi experiencia con el team de desayuno fue muy buena, estan super pendientes y son muy amables.
El personal muy profesional. Ronald nuestro camarero muy profesional y muy pendiente de nosotras nos trataron todos en general como princesas.

Una vez mas, una experiencia muy buena en motel one. A pesar de que accidentalmente uno de los housekeeper se llevara un accesorio del baño, puesto que se lo llevaro con las toallas, podria decir que escoger motel one para una estancia tanto de trabajo como de vacaciones es una buena eleccion.
Cuando viajamos por Europa nos hospedamos casi siempre en Motel One, comparando con otros hoteles de la misma cadena, y a pesar que la decoración es siempre ideal, el colchón en este caso no era tan cómodo y la calefacción estaba tan extremadamente alta que teníamos que estar con la ventana abierta y escuchando todo el ruido exterior. Si se corrigiesen estos puntos el hotel sería un 10

Ya desde la entrada captamos el ambiente del entorno y te damos la bienvenida con un concepto de luz viva compuesto por las grandes lámparas Butterfly y Flatterby de Ingo Maurer, así como lámparas en forma de libélulas voladoras de Damien Langlois-Meurinne.
En la recepción de nuestro hotel de diseño, los animales son los protagonistas: con su instalación de tipo collage en 3D, la artista urbana parisina Madame Moustache presenta dos impresionantes elefantes y los combina con el mostrador de la recepción en auténtico estilo shabby parisino. Las lámparas suspendidas de porcelana de Tobias Grau completan la imagen y convierten la recepción en un auténtico polo de atracción para los amantes del diseño.
Nuestras habitaciones se mantienen en armonía con el estilo de la recepción: justo encima del cabecero de cuero artificial, Madame Moustache combina un motivo romántico y soñador con la modernidad del arte urbano parisino y, de este modo, vuelve a establecer la relación omnipresente entre la ciudad y la naturaleza.
Y un poco más tarde, cuando te tumbes en nuestras cómodas camas box spring, sin duda pensarás: «¡La vie est belle!».
Tras un sueño reparador, en la zona de desayuno no solo podrás disfrutar de un variado desayuno, sino también de más diseños naturales y urbanos. El concepto de diseño auténtico continúa desde las cómodas sillas de Freifrau y Baxter hasta la pared de espejos facetados, sin olvidar las mesas de diseño de Draenert.
En el bar de nuestro económico hotel de diseño te sentirás como en un antiguo salón francés: las lámparas de araña en estilo abstracto de Forestier, una barra con parte frontal de piel acolchada con los clásicos rombos y numerosos revestimientos, y espejos en la pared recuerdan al ambiente característico de los salones franceses.
Por cierto: gracias a su fantástica ubicación en el «12e arrondissement», nuestro hotel de diseño es ideal para salir a descubrir la ciudad. Está cerca de los puntos de interés turístico más significativos, como la Gare de Lyon, el Louvre y la Torre Eiffel.
