Were very helpful. offered an umbrella to borrow when we went out in rain. Made great suggestion for dinner.

Rooms and service are excellent, only breakfast is a little poor.
This was our first stay, and we will be very happy to stay here again. Everything was well organized, pleasant, and clean, and we will recommend it to others. The staff was extremely helpful, and this made our stay extra special becasue we were from out of town.
Room temperature was very high, even I set up thermostat on 17 °C and the bathroom was +5°C warmer then the room, so all of my solid state cosmetics melted. Breakfast was very poor, with no warm food.
We were allocated a room which was not make up upon checked in . Went to front desk for a new room again . 10 mins later while sitting on the bed, the ceiling light fell off onto the bed and gave us a fright. Luckily no injury. We were compensated with 2 breakfast vouchers for the unpleasant experience
Nice hotel in the south of Salzburg. You can reach the inner city within 8-10 minutes by bus. Breakfast was very good!

A little further walk to the main town area than anticipated. Construction made it a bit difficult to get to the parking.
Overall it was a good stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were also clean. The only complain I have is probably that they lack some equipment e.g. electric kettle. As we're traveling with a toddler, we always need hot water every night. The staff was very helpful and always provided this to us, but it would've been easier if we at least could borrow a kettle and bring that to our room. Also we had some leftover but we were not allowed/refused to reheat that at the hotel. It's a good hotel and location is good, but seems to be more oriented toward business/individual and not family.

Excelent. It was my second stay at the hotel, and I plan to repeat in my next visit to Salzburg. All personal staff (reception, cleaning,..) we’re all super nice, polite, and helpful. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience.
The hotel is very nice and clean. The room was very basic for the price. We were on the top floor and could not even look out of the window. So overall we felt the room rate was not justified.

Location is good and hotel is fairly basic but nice and clean with decent bed. Disappointed with the welcome at reception given and lack of friendliness and breakfast could be better - even a toaster so that we could have something hot - felt like we were eating in the hotel foyer as we basically were

Room was clean, but shower looked dirty or worn out on bottom. No bag in garbage can also made me question cleanliness. Breakfast was not worth it.

It was easy to find from the train station. The location was perfect in a walkable city. We had a beautiful river view. The facility was clean and we had everything we needed for the 2 nights we were there. Thank you for your hospitality.
If you are coming to Salzburg to explore this beautiful city, I highly recommend staying at this hotel. The hotel is 3 km from the city center and has excellent public transport connections. The price of the accommodation is very affordable.
We enjoyed our time at Motel One. Great friendly service and clean rooms we have come to expect. You did not disappoint me. Well done.
Overall Room quality ok as usual but we didnt get the bus ticket this time which should be included in the local tax. We were under time pressure, but still it should be provided by the staff.

Very pleasant hotel, perfectly clean and well designed. Cocktails should be improved, while cappuccino and coffe were very good! I did not have breakfast , but two friends of mine told me that the buffet was excellent. It is not in the historic center, but the buses (stop just in front) reach downtown in 10-15 minutes. Recommended also for its value for money

No puede decirse que Salzburgo hiberne fuera de la temporada de festivales; los lugareños prefieren darse cita en los pintorescos bares de la ciudad. Para ello no existe un barrio concreto; en su lugar, los mejores sitios están distribuidos por todo el casco antiguo. Aunque en el mapa parezca que las cosas están lejos, en realidad está todo a tiro de piedra.
