Simply perfect!
The elegant settings and clean environment were very atteractive. What I missed however in this price category: Water heater, small fridge, glass for tooth brush, night console bigger than for water bottle and phone
The location of the hotel was convenient however with our room at the end of the corridor, the tram could be heard every few minutes. This was disappointing
Being on Business I stay at many Motel Ones, they are all great, but the staff at Motel One Graz are the friendliest, most efficient and welcoming staff. Working in the door gives you a sense of being home. They go above and beyond. Marilla on the Bar is exceptional and a real star - she needs to be recognised for her wonderful work. THANK YOU to everyone.

On the day of the checkout, I forgot my charger in the room, stored my luggage, went away, and returned around 3. I suppose that the room was cleaned and the charger was found when I went back for my luggage. The service would be truly exceptional if the staff noticed the charger, found out that I was still around, and returned the charger. It's not something I would expect to happen, and it's my fault, but doing that would be mindblowing service. Also, for breakfast, there were no eggs or sausages. This was a mild disappointment.

As a solo, female traveller in my late sixties, I felt completely safe and at ease in the Hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful and very efficient. My room was bright and very clean with an abundance of mirrors (thank you!), shower powerfully and plenty of towels. The reception area was comfortable and welcoming.

We stayed Motel on One in Graz. The staff were very welcoming, one of the young men spoke English which was a great help. He also gave us some advice on areas to visit etc. The room was very comfortable, shower great. Lovely that you could pop down and have a drink/coffee without leaving the premises. Highly recommend, thank you
Beautiful boutique hotel with fun design. Nice and clean smal room with the view over the trees. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Nice well planed bathroom and really good shower. Good breakfast and cofe but the egg was to raw for me. Wish you could have hard boiled egg too. Lack of warm food.

Very nice desined hotel in center of Graz, everything is in walk distance. It seems breakfast area doesn't really fit all guests when hotel is fully booked.

Everything was as expected as stayed in many Motel One establishments. The team at Graz looked after everything we required. The hotel was immaculately clean, rooms quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was as good as usual.

We were Walk-In on Wednesday as we jut decided to have a day in Graz on our way home. We were very impressed with the high standar of the hotel and the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. We usually use the NH Hotel when we stay in Graz, bus as of now it will be Motel One.
Everything was great. Perfect location, very nice room and very kind personal.
The hotel is extremely well set up, good decor good food extremely clean and all staff were fantastic. Nothing was ever too much for the staff and they did everything with a smile on their face. Location is great providing excellent access to transport links and access to the local area.

I had a wonderful stay at Motel One Graz. The hotel’s location is fantastic, just a short walk from the opera and most of the city’s main attractions. The design is amazing, stylish yet warm, and every detail feels well thought through. The rooms are functional, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, offering everything you need for a pleasant city stay. A special mention goes to the lovely staff, who were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly throughout my stay. Whether you’re visiting Graz for business or leisure, Motel One Graz is an excellent choice, modern, efficient, and full of charm.
Sigue la línea de Motel One: hall super bonito, grande y cómodo y habitación básica (ni secador de pelo hay), pero correcta. El precio por perro y noche son 15€, pero no ofrecen ni siquiera una manta o un simple bebedero, lo que significa ganar dinero por ganar. Deberían trabajar este aspecto. Se supone que el pago es en concepto de limpieza, pero no pasan a limpiar cada día. Igualmente, la limpieza con o sin perro es la misma porque el personal de limpieza no dispone de más tiempo. Por esta parte es un abuso.
La decoración y los colores del hotel invitan al relax.
Además de muy elegante y bonito la ubicación es única y su personal lo hace perfecto

Te damos la bienvenida a «Jako»: así es como los habitantes de Graz suelen llamar coloquialmente a la animada plaza Jakominiplatz. En esta bonita plaza de Graz se encuentra nuestro económico hotel de diseño. Esta ubicación, en el sur del primer distrito de la ciudad, está perfectamente comunicada mediante transporte público y además es ideal para visitar a pie los lugares de interés y los sitios más turísticos de la ciudad. Por ello, esta plaza se convierte, día a día, en el centro de reunión y lugar de paso de una gran cantidad de personas. Teniendo esto en cuenta, ¡no hay mejor lugar para alojarse durante un viaje a la ciudad!
Graz es muy versátil
La capital del estado federado de Estiria es colorida, acogedora, abierta y diversa. Cuando decimos que Graz también es la capital del «placer», no nos referimos solo a las delicias culinarias, sino a todo un viaje sensorial. Desde el arte hasta la cultura, pasando por el aceite de semillas de calabaza: podrás oír, ver y saborear la esencia de la ciudad en cuanto salgas por la puerta de nuestro hotel. Tardarás menos de diez minutos en llegar a pie al casco antiguo de Graz, donde podrás pasear por la bonita calle Herrengasse y admirar el esplendor barroco. Por el camino también encontrarás la armería Landeszeughaus, construida entre 1642 y 1647, que refleja una parte histórica de Estiria. Disfruta caminando por las históricas calles empedradas del casco antiguo mientras contemplas la arquitectura de diferentes épocas hasta llegar a la legendaria torre del reloj. Cerca de allí encontrarás el teleférico de la montaña Schlossberg, que te llevará a uno de los sitios más bonitos de Graz. Desde allí avistarás tu próximo destino: la plataforma Murinsel. Cerca del museo Kunsthaus, podrás disfrutar de un delicioso café austriaco o asistir a un evento en el impresionante edificio del diseñador neoyorquino Vito Acconci. Si tienes tiempo, te recomendamos hacer ambas cosas, porque te encantarán.
¡Pero eso no es todo! A tan solo un kilómetro de distancia de nuestro hotel, encontrarás más lugares que merece la pena visitar. Nuestro consejo es que pasees por el pintoresco parque urbano Stadtpark hasta la Universidad de Graz. Esta universidad, fundada el 1 de enero de 1585, es la segunda universidad más antigua de Austria después de la Universidad de Viena. Desde allí, puedes terminar el paseo caminando en dirección suroeste hasta el castillo, cuya construcción se inició en 1438 por orden del posterior emperador del Sacro Imperio Romano Germánico Federico III. En esa zona hay mucho que ver: desde el estanque de los patos hasta la Orangerie y la puerta medieval de la ciudad. De vuelta al hotel, pasarás por el imponente teatro de la ópera, donde la tradición y la modernidad se combinan de una forma impresionante. Justo al lado de este edificio histórico se encuentra una Estatua de la Libertad de acero, que fue diseñada por Hartmut Skerbisch para el Festival de Otoño de Estiria de 1992 y que ahora es un símbolo clave de Graz.
