It would be good if there would be at least a bootle of water in every room. An iron or a steamer would also be helpful for business trips.
Nice Design, very new, fantastic breakfast, location and lounge
My friend and I were happy with the app and the employees, but realized only at night when arriving that there was no second blanket on the bed, even though we booked for two people. When calling the front desk we were told that they were fully booked and had no more blankets left, only towels or pillows - meaning we had to cover up with our hoodies so we don’t bother eachother in the night. Still we woke up several times worried that we had pulled the blanket off each other. I have written an e-mail about it and will wait for a reply. During checkout, another employee was really apologetic and said she wished she could’ve helped us, and we had to sadly decline the breakfast voucher due to timing-issues.
Great Motel One right in the centre of Mannheim! Clean rooms, modern look and feel - bathroom a little tight but perfect for a few nights stay ☺️ Very quiet and well sound proofed rooms- couldn’t hear anything from outside once the window was closed.
I missed a glass to drink water in the hotel room. Also Conditioner was missing.

Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. However, the handling of the invoice was disappointing. At check-in, I provided my company address for the invoice. The invoice I received the next day contained an incorrect address. During check-out, I requested a corrected invoice and again provided my company address. I was assured that a new invoice would be sent in the course of the morning. When I had still not received it by late afternoon, I contacted the hotel by email. The updated invoice finally arrived in the evening, but the address was still incorrect. I sent another email with my company address and am still waiting for a correct invoice. I fully understand that human errors can occur. However, I do expect such an issue to be resolved correctly by the second attempt, without requiring repeated follow-ups.

The general impression of the hotel was very good, the location is excellent, the staff was very friendly and helpful, however such issues as more variety at breakfast and at least drinking water available in the room would be greatly appreciated.
Everything was good. Clean, quiet, good drinks at hotel bar. Only thing that could do this hotel better is having a mini fridge in the rooms.
We absolutely love this hotel and come back every year with great pleasure. The hotel is very clean, perfectly located, and it’s a great place to truly rest and enjoy some quiet time. The late check-out is extremely appreciated, and this year it was perfectly respected which was a real game changer. No vacuum cleaning in the corridor before check-out, and no one knocking on the door or trying to enter the room early. This made the last morning much more relaxing and enjoyable. The welcome was also excellent, and the team is always very kind, friendly, and welcoming. We are already looking forward to coming back again.
I was missing the welcome water, some little soaps, and a bit more storage room in the room but other than that it was a good experiance.

You didn't still send me the invoice. I'm waiting for it to give my company. I don't want to hear about your IT problem. Just send me the invoice! Additionally, you should have a small mini bar for guest to have own cold drink

Very clean room, sheets, bathroom. I would easily recommend. A small refrigerator in the room would be great though.
I am a Motel One member and the hotel itself was fine, as I expect Motel One hotels to be. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean, beds comfortable. However when I called earlier to confirm a late check in I was not advised that the street in front of the hotel was under construction and that I would not be able to drop my bags off before I went to find parking. When I reached the hotel in Mannhein the street was blocked and the area congested due to some fair a couple of streets down. I tried calling the hotel number a couple of times and did not have anyone answer the phone to advise me where to park. We had 2 rooms booked and we all had to walk through the streets with our luggage at 10PM. In the morning the sidewalk in front of the hotel had broken bottles and a massive amount of cigarette butts were all along the edge of the building. All in all this made for a very unpleasant experience.
Easy and super friendly experience at the check in. Good value for money, super central location.
This review is based on the fact that the street the hotel stood on was under construction and therefore provided no direct access to enter. Our luggage had to be hauled from the nearest garage. Nowhere on our booking site nor in our calls to the hotel was this made known to us. We would otherwise have booked elsewhere.
Good hotel, central, room and facilities are modern
I had a wonderful stay at Motel One in Mannheim. Everything was excellent – from the friendly staff and stylish atmosphere to the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. I truly enjoyed my time here and will definitely recommend this hotel to others.
Tolles Hotel!
It’s a nice motel centrally located with all the facilities. Room was small but the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was good although there was no door in the shower cubicle, as result toilet and wash basin area was getting wet. Staff are pleasant and polite and professional when interacting with guests. I have no hesitation in recommending this motel to potential customers.
Exceedingly friendly staff. The room was lovely, clean and quiet. The breakfast had great variety and was very tasty. I would absolutely stay here again next time I visit Mannheim.

Very nice hotel and room. Super decoration in lobby and restaurant. Comfortable room/bathroom. Good curtains, room is very dark (if you want). Open windows or airco available. Power outlets next to bed.

Very good hotel, right in the center of Mannheim. We had a lovely stay over here, friendly people at the desk and a nice and clean room. The music theme is beautiful!
I do not enjoy switching off the TV every time I enter the room.
It's nice to have few bottle of water from reception, but I don't find glasses in the room, I have to go to the bar and get two... It would be nice if you can offer the glasses directly in the reception or in the room. It would be awesome if you can provide membership discount at Lounge one.

Everything was ok but the room , especially the bathroom, is rather small.
We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel with excellent attention an services, very clean room and nice breakfast.
I paid online for breakfast. During the checking, people didnt remind us the opening hours. On Sunday we wanted to take breakfast and we couldnt because it was close since 10 min… We had a late Check out at 3pm. We also put on the door the sign (do not enter / do not clean up or whatever) and the cleaner still knocked to the door and ask us to leave the room; she said that we paid for late check out and she said that if do not leave by 3 we need to pay another night. Most of the room were late check out next to us and i heard her knocking to différent rooms like that. The principle of late check out is not to disturb until this time. Last year it was still exactly the same problem so we would greatly appreciate if you can inform your cleanser of late check out rooms to avoid him/her knocking to the door before the Check out.
Great Location. Room size was good, and well furnished. It would be nice to have a few more amenities in the room - particularly some water glasses and the ability to make tea and coffee.

Motel One is always good and Mannheim was no exception. The Motel One bar here is especially good. My only complaint is that the breakfast is too expensive now for what is on offer. I have been staying in Motel Ones for years and the breakfast offer hasn't changed but the price has increased by about 8 to 8 Euros.
I am a regular customer of the Motel One chain. The hotel in Mannheim was just another one I visited, and I was very satisfied with the stay. I really liked the room (which was bigger than in many other MO hotels) and the breakfast room (which was much bigger too). We also had a nice evening in the bar. Thank you!

Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended! I had an amazing stay! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive especially Vincenzo big thanks to him. The room was clean, The bed was super cozy, and I had a great night's sleep. The hotel’s location was perfect ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
My only complaint is that all bar/lounge/breakfast transactions must be settled via a separate credit card transaction. I would prefer to add these to my room bill. Also, I feel the cost of the breakfast should warrant a bigger offering.
For the usual price ranges the room and service are great. The hotel and the rooms are clean and modern which is great. However I have paid a high rate due to a high season during a fair and for that price I would have expected at least a bottle of drinking water in my room. I was also missing a USB wall charger (there are only normal power plugs), which is great when travelling for business and today useful for a all mobile devices.

Everything was okay. But there was no hand weigher at the reception to check luggage weight before flight.

Descubre Mannheim y su encanto urbano. El casco urbano de Mannheim está atravesado por dos ejes históricos principales. La avenida Kurpfalzstraße va desde el Palacio Barroco hasta la Neckartor. EL CASCO URBANO DE MANNHEIM
Tampoco queda lejos del parque más grande de Mannheim, el Luisenpark: basta con un paseo desde el mismo hotel. Y, por cierto, en 2023 es uno de los dos lugares donde se celebra la feria nacional de jardinería en el centro de Mannheim.
Justo al lado del parque se encuentra el Technomuseum, un museo especializado en exposiciones científicas interactivas para jóvenes y mayores. Aquí se puede incluso viajar en un tren a vapor del siglo XIX. Para aparcar en Mannheim, te recomendamos el aparcamiento de varias plantas N2 Stadthaus, en el centro de Mannheim.
MANNHEIM DA LA NOTA
Ya sea techno, pop o jazz, Mannheim se toma la música muy en serio. El diseño del hotel también se inspira en Mannheim como ciudad de la música. Paredes hechas con piezas de altavoces, trompetas que hacen las veces de lámparas y un auténtico escenario para conciertos en la cuarta planta: el hotel le sigue el ritmo a la City of Music Mannheim. Y es que en Mannheim la cultura es variopinta y asequible.
Por la noche, siempre vale la pena visitar un bar de la zona peatonal. Para acudir a los conciertos de sus grupos favoritos, los fans reservan entradas para la Alte Feuerwache, la antigua estación de bomberos, y viajan hasta la parada homónima. Por cierto, allí también se encuentra el Hospital Universitario de Mannheim. El estadio SAP Arena ofrece a sus visitantes experiencias inolvidables.
