All was good but not enough seats for breakfast in the morning
The hotel is client oriented and I may only recommend to keep this good standard. Spacial thanks for early breakfast in boxes at 6.00 in the morning!
Lovely hotel
The room was excellent. Fabulous bed and pillows. Very clean. Good bathroom. The breakfast seating was awful. Not comfortable. I do not eat sitting on a sofa ! I could not reach the food on the table. The food was good. Tea/ coffee in the room was not provided . Only 1 complimentary bottle of water for 2 people staying 7 days is not good. If you could fix these 2 things it would be excellent. Thank you
Great location. Excellent breakfast. Super comfortable beds and spotlessly clean. You also stuck to your eco friendly towel change ie. NOT changing towels when hung up :) Bar area great stylish and modern loved the Chopin vibe. Only slight negative was lack of "practical eating" space for breakfast on our busy first Saturday morning. The large stylish chairs/sofas meant getting round the cramped crowded space, let alone eating on a low table, was more difficult. Otherwise perfect :)
Check-in was easy - shame can’t transfer data to The Cloud One. Staff excellent. Breakfast excellent & comprehensive. Room comfortable but for two people why only 1 rack for luggage & 1 rail for towel? Room very hot - no ventilation. Reception advised to open window but then very noisy from traffic. Black-out curtains fantastic but with window open had to open curtains so very bright. Smoking area was right at front door - had to walk through smoke to get to Reception & smoke blew into bar. Car lights from forecourt in bar - very bright.
Motel One - Nice location, good bar, easy concept. Breakfast corner a bit small during „rush hour“.
The room was clean, and the staff were always friendly, even during the busy breakfast. However, the layout of the room is not ideal for breakfast, which often leads to congestion.
The hotel architecture is very impressive, location is amazing, very clean, spacious room, pool and rooftop bar was a nice touch.

No space in parking. Trying to call the reception for help but no one answered the phone for around 10-15 minutes. we had to leave the car far from the hotel. Wondering why there was any bottle of water in the hotel?
Hotel is typical for Motel One. As for me rating of Warsaw hotel is worth than others in the system, because of the poor breakfast (compare to Berlin, Barcelone and Graz, for example), not quality food (for example, croissants and baking), small garage and not professional at all barmen.

Had a very nice and pleasant stay in your hotel. the rooms were nice, and the breakfast was very goof. I also liked the bar and possibility to have a drink at the hotel.
My room was surprisingly cold, and the thermostat did not seem to affect it. I needed BOTH comforters on my bed each night. My health is excellent, so I am not sure why the room was so cold. On another matter, I had to depart at 6:15 on Saturday for an early flight to the Warsaw airport. On Friday, a helpful reception worker named Julian helped me with the reservation. Both at check-in, and when I arranged the taxi on Friday, reception staff told me I could get food early on Saturday for a small breakfast around 6:00. When I came with my luggage yesterday morning, a food service worker preparing breakfast only allowed me a cup of coffee, despite all the food that was already out and available, saying "Breakfast started at 6:30." A sweet roll or croissant would have been kind, appreciated, and helpful, given the upcoming international travel I would have, but was not allowed. But I already had paid for breakfast...
When we got into our room there was only 2 pieces of tissue, we would have expected a full box or at least something more than 2 pieces. Would be nice to have a kettle or coffee maker in room. Front desk, breakfast help and bar help all wonderful and very welcoming.
All went really fine. Cost - benefit really worth. Nice infrastructure and practical. Just got disappointed when I tried to make another reservation for 2 days after my first stay. In fact, I intended to cancel the other reservation I had in another hotel to stay there once more. Rate on plaforms and on Motel One website was 3x higher though. Thought that, being a new recent client, would find some effort from the front desk. None at all. Just bluntly threw the rate on me, "sorry, high demand"...at the end, and I should not be surprised, it is just a business and the client-hotel relation is determined by immediate results, not by building a tie with clients.

Hotel was located in an excellent location. Room was clean tidy with all we needed. Reception and bar area were excellent too. All staff friendly and willing to help.

Great hotel, excellent location for exploring the beautiful city center of Warsaw before or after work. Nice room, quiet, very clean. It was possible to get free coffee downstairs. The room was perfect for the occasion (a work visit). The only thing missing in the hotel is a small gym. :)
I had a wonderful stay at Motel One Warsaw-Chopin. The entire team was extremely kind, attentive, and helpful, especially after I sprained my ankle after arriving in Warsaw. Since I was traveling alone and had difficulty walking, their support meant a lot to me. They kindly helped me arrange ice for my ankle and also assisted me with breakfast when I was unable to manage things on my own. I truly appreciated how caring and thoughtful everyone was throughout my stay. Their kindness made a difficult situation much easier. Thank you to the whole team for your attention, support, and kindness.

great, excellent breakfast, very friendly personel. Only two improvements possible: my bed had a mattras 'bunching down' (i.e. no more flat), and I would have appreciated being able to open the windows completely. great work!
The hotel staff was very kind (especially housekeepers). I was always greeted by them in the corridor. In general, I liked the hotel and my room. BUT I wasn't satisfied with breakfast. I think breakfast was very boring, I think that breakfast should include hot dishes, such as scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages. That was very disappointing. Also, I don't like the fact that breakfast is eaten at the bar - it's very uncomfortable to eat sitting in an armchair and leaning over that little table... Because of the breakfast experience, I am not sure I will come back.
The online check-in was a bit useless, as there was no designated line. Needed to wait just like not having done the online check-in. Really small thing: I actually enjoy the aquarium feature of the TV, but please remove the commercial showing in between. I like the design of the hotel, particularly the bathroom. I had a very nice view on the Chopin museum and skyline of Warsaw. Breakfast was really good. When coming at a busy time, not all places are comfortable to eat your breakfast. I missed a dustbin in the room (there is only a small one in the bathroom). The bed was very comfortable. When I arrived there was no staff present at the lounge & bar.

Poloha hotelu jižně od Visly je naprosto ideální, jak pro návštěvu četných restaurací tak i památek. Uprostřed Varšavy si velkou pozornost zaslouží především Královský zámek z 16. století, který byl dlouho sídlem polských králů. Centrum se zámkem se po rekonstrukci Starého města, jež bylo za Druhé světové války kompletně zničeno, dostalo na seznam kulturního dědictví UNESCO. Poblíž hotelu se také nachází působivá budova Paláce kultury a vědy, který je se svými 237 metry další dominantou Varšavy. Kdo se rád prochází mezi stromy a keři, ten si určitě přijde na své v místních parcích – Saské zahradě či Královských lázních. Nebo vás to táhne za nákupy? Tak to se jděte projít přes Nowy Swiat. Tak se jmenuje elegantní nákupní třída, jež jako součást Královské cesty vede od královského sídla k zámku ve Wilanově. I mimo městské centrum má Varšava co nabídnout: „Polské Versailles“, jak se někdy zámku s muzeem ve Wilanowě přezdívá, je dobře dostupné i veřejnou dopravou. Až k nám do polské metropole zavítáte, čeká tu na vás jeden zážitek za druhým. Není na co čekat – rychle si Varšavu zapište na seznam desítky nejlepších destinací.
