2 light bulbs not working in bathroom and tv remote not working. Needs more care.

Conveniently located across the street from Frankfurt Main train station. However, the neighborhood itself is a red light district so, while this hotel is lovely, the neighborhood leaves something to be desired. The hotel is clean, elegant, and offered friendly service. I would stay again. The wifi was just okay. The bathroom in the room was large but did have a step which could be dangerous and the shower and toilet were right across from each other which was tight. I had to be careful especially when using the bathroom during the night.

It was very convenient for our stay. The only minor comment I have is that the cleaning lady came to clean at 9am, when the check out is at 12 and we stayed there one night only. She knock the door. We hadn't put the "don't disturb" sign because we didn't think it was needed as we were going to check out the same day. She came back at 11, the sign was on and she still knocked. So it was disturbing. It was during the frankfurt book fair, so maybe it was needed to do all fast, but we founded a little inconvenient to be bothered.

The hotel was very good overall. Very clean and quiet room. Comfortable bed. The only issue was that I tried to check in at a busy hour, which is normal. The hotel had only one person at the front desk. That person was overwhelmed and when I queued, I was told to sit down and wait (a bit rudely to be honest). Just a few minutes later other people started queuing up, they weren't asked to sit down. After 45 minutes of waiting I realized that he was checking in people who came after me... which was annoying. That was the only issue. Perfect location (practically it is 20 seconds away from the train station). Very comfortable hotel. I will go back next year.

It's the 78th Motel One I have stayed in, and my room on the top floor at the back of the hotel was beautifully quiet. Location is practical, rather than exciting, but fine for the book fair. Hope to book again for next year.

My room was so small. Shower head was broken as well. Staff was really good and helpful. Breakfast options were so limited.

My room looked a bit spartan but had everything needed for my stay. More importantly it was spotless and cleaned every day. Staff were very friendly and helpful (especially the receptionist who did my check in).

Great service. We arrived early and could check straight in. Very much appreciated. Only downside was they were having wifi issues on our floor, ie no wifi. Assume that it was temporary.

We were there for one night as a family. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly, and the breakfast sufficient to start your day! I took off one point because unfortunately, the beds were a bit uncomfortable (the mattress was too soft). I understand you can't cater to everyone, but it still made it difficult to feel rested.

No iron was available. I was told other guests had taken them. For a business hotel this is unacceptable - the ability to iron shirts for business meetings is a must. You should have enough of them for each guest if needed, as in other hotels. The lack of a fridge in the room is also a big negative. The shower head was also broken and leaking.

Breakfast was for the high price not very good. Room was ok. Parking was very expensive and the electric charger did not function. And the frontdesk was not willing to help.

The room size was acceptable, one the lightning at the entrance and inside the toillet could be better. Unfortunately,no watter and no cups, spoons to prepare a tea or an instant coffee. Also at the bar, unfortunately no TV, so I have watched the footbal game alone in my room :( but the staff in the evening shift was really good. Also their laungage skills are also good and they know their work how to do.

My stay was amazing! I was able to check in early which was especially helpful as I just arrived from a 12-hour flight. Staff was really friendly.

Check in desk agent, Ibrahim , was very helpful, friendly, professional. Much appreciated. I had been staying at this premises for many many years… prior name was Steigenberger Metropolitan. I travel for business and this is a very convenient location with easy / quick access to trains, trams., restaurants, and much more.

The hotel lobby and room were very nice and the location was excellent.

A right equilibrium of comfort and sobriety

Excellent as expected, the only negative aspect was that the air con was already set to winter mode (i.e. heating) when it was 27–30 degrees outside through the day. The WiFi was also a weak signal and on the slow side.

Perfect location, 10-15 minute walk to everything. Super close to main train station. Room was small for two people but everything was so clean and the bed was comfortable.

I waited for almost two hours for the shuttle that never came. At 10:45 I had to take a taxi. The reason I booked this hotel was because it had a shuttle service. The front desk people were very kind during check in and check out.

water stays on the ground in the shower and never dries breakfast is limited (there used to be smoothies but apparently not anymore, the limon water is not always there, no eggs/bacon) wifi did not work for last 2 days

Breakfast room could have more proper tables to sit upright when eating instead of low sitting lounge chairs. Room was big but aircon had minimal instruction and there was no sheet or instruction manual how to operate aircon plus heating.

Overall always a really nice stay - clean, modern, quiet room, friendly staff. Related to the breakfast - any chance you can add some nuts, raisins or dried fruits as a topping for the oats or even serve a pot of warm porridge. It is not costly but certainly would fit people´s menu who focus on a healthy but simple warm meal in the morning.

I really enjoyed the relaxed vibe at Motel One. Everything is exceptionally well-organized, from online check-in and reception to breakfast. The staff is genuinely friendly, and the unpretentious, down-to-earth feel makes for a completely stress-free stay.

The staff was very friendly and accommodated our early arrival promptly. The room was spotless and as quiet as a tomb. We will be back again.

The hotel has no phone to communicate with the front desk. The AC in our room was not working, when i went down to inform front desk, they rudely replied that we don't have AC in this hotel. How weird is that because on trip advisor it shows the rooms are air conditioned.

Our room was small and dark. Needs a night light and a desk surface. The shower pressure and water stream was lovely. Breakfast was good. Nice location to old town.

Its always great in a Motel One. The one in Frankfurt was particularly nice. However, it was quite pricey, too, and I wouldnt go there if it wasnt for the work context I was in. The fish movie that automatically starts in the room is creepy as hell :-)

Excellent. As I am regular guest in motel one. The servers is best as compared to others. The issue i faced this time in 3rd floor the Internet quality is very poor. The connection is not stable and very poor. Other floor like 2 and 5 is ok.

Skvělá poloha hotelu, příjemná obsluha na recepci i v restauraci, menší, ale útulné a vyhovující pokoje. Snídaně chutná v příjemném prostředí. Podzemní parkování za poplatek v centru města výhodou.

Trochu v rozpacích z cenové politiky a aplikace slevy pro členy. Avizovaná lahev vody jako benefit taky nebyla . . .

Dobré ubytování a skvělý personál. Skvěle umístění, blízko restaurací a obchodního centra. Z letiště cca 15 minut. Vybavení pokoje bylo fajn, dobrá postel a hodně odkládacího místa a věšáků (to není tak časté). Ocenila bych na pokoji varnou konvici a lžíci na obuv, ale to je moje specialita :) Chválím možnost jednoduše odmítnout úklid. Snídaně dostačující, chyběly nám trošku teplé věci (párky,,,)
