The hotel location is perfect, just a few minutes from downtown. The hotel is nice, warm, clean, and comfortable. The hotel staff are very professional and always available to help at any time. The food is excellent, including gluten-free options.
Really decent hotel. Perfect location for our needs. Friendly staff at the reception. The breakfast staff were truly exceptional. Nico stood out with his friendly and energetic personality, like a shot of espresso in the morning giving you a very positive vibe. Personally I would visit again the hotel just for him. Christina was equally welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout the experience.
Reservation date was wrong. I had to pay again for another room without any reimbursement. Not acceptable. I will claim formally
The trade mark of your hotel is the gentleman at the reception of breakfast (Italian accent). Always so friendly, so smily, so human. Take a good care of this employee!
The rooms are very comfortable and quiet (at least my room), even the surrounding may not be a quiet one
The rooms were like a sauna and had no power at the allocated desk area. The bar staff in the evening were very grumpy and the breakfast was lacking in choice and without instruction upon arrival.
Frankfurt was our first stop after flying over from the U.S. Motel One Frankfurt-Römer was the perfect location. Plenty of sites within walking distance to stretch our legs after the flight, as well as restaurants and convenience shopping nearby. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Parking was convenient. Our room was almost perfect. It took us some time to adjust to the smoking culture. Unfortunately, we couldn’t have our windows open as neighbors were using the balcony for smoking. Just bad luck.
Steam Iron was not good condition and water leaking from the Iron when it was heated.

The room and common areas were very clean and well maintained.The staff were polite, welcoming.I also appreciated that the hotel was not very noisy, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would happily stay here again.
good hotel. Unfortunately the TV didn't work. breakfast was good, but not as good as in other hotels (i.e. pancakes, mirrored eggs)
great location, close to shopping areas. parking was a challenge on the weekend. breakfast had vegan options, unfortunately on monday they had no fruit salad and the coffee machine for planted milk was not working. but overall happy with our stay.

Good value for money!
Good Afternoon I have just finished a weekend stay with family and my partner at Motel One Frankfurt East. We have stayed with Motel One in other locations in Germany including Bonn (both Hauptbahnhof and Beethoven), Berlin and Munich. We are fans and repeat customers. I have also preferred Motel One when traveling for work as they are usually comfortable, clean and quiet. However, I was disappointed with my stay at Frankfurt East. Our visit coincided with very warm weather (up to 27 degrees daytime), and we found that our air conditioning was only set to heat. My mum and cousin mentioned this to reception who unhelpfully confirmed that the Aircon would only heat and that we should open a window. I found this patronising; if I had thought opening a window was sufficient that is what I would have done. So we opened a window. However due to your building design the guest outside area was directly below us. So we had noise very late into the night and early morning, alongside cigarette smoke coming into our room. So our choice was: be too warm to sleep or inhale smoke and have it be too loud to sleep. We did not sleep well. Why was the air conditioning not made available? To top this off my room was set up for one person. This resulted in one set of towels and one duvet that was too small. I feel really let down, and the response of your team to our problem, created by your hotel, was essentially to make an obvious suggestion, shrug their shoulders and leave us too it. They had the same attitude when my mum said her safe wasn't working 'the handy man is not here today, he may be here tomorrow'. What kind of a service is this? On check out no one asked how my stay was, so I was not offered the opportunity to report this at the time. I concluded if your staff member cared whether I had a good stay or not, they would have asked me what my experience was like. I have previously chosen 25 hours hotel across the road from Motel one east. Perhaps I should in future.
Our stay was great. They let us check in earlier. They gave us a "smaller" room than what was planned, but the room they gave us was perfect and exactly what we expected. They were very helpful in every aspect. The location is amazing.
Location is very convenient for the train station. Breakfast caters for most dietary needs. No drink making facilities in the room. Very easy to accidently leave room door unlocked as did not automatically close, needed a pull. Good sized bedroom but only 1 chair. Bathroom was small, there was room to have made it larger.

I would really like to have a warm buffet with e.g. scrambled eggs, sausages, mushrooms etc. for breakfast as well. The breakfast room always seems to be quite crowded, which makes it hard to find a quiet place to really enjoy my breakfast. Water pressure in the shower could be better.
I stayed in January and the Hotel was just opened, there were things that needed fixing (Heater was stuck at 100% for the first hour) and sometimes there was stuff scattert in the hallways, but this was a reduced rate for early visitors, so I really dont feel bad about it. It was a really nice place and I enjoyed the stay.
During my last stay the AC was turned off. I was working from my room and sun kept shining, heating up the window and room
I have stayed at several Motel One's across Germany and the experience has always been outstanding.
Brilliant hotel. Very kind and courteous staff at the lounge area, especially at breakfast times. The rooms are always very clean and the prices are very fair.
Nice location, very clean room and comfortable bed but the room is 2 small for 2 people. No cub board
Really friendly and helpful check in. Clean room. Clear info about dogs and kids. Disappointed with noise from other guests. Really did not sleep well until 0400am due to the noise. Groups should be located elsewhere from families. Parking charge is high compared to neighbouring hotels.
Room was clean but sooo small.
If a request is placed with the booking it would be good to acknowledge it, even if it cannot be fulfilled. Late night food in the bar noticeably less good than other visits (despite being the same menu).
I asked reception & got confirmation of a quiet room. Got 215 > backstreet: drug noise, car noise, shouting until 4am in the morning, people sleeping at street and throwing stuff at window. Less important but still bad: Sink turns to wrong side. Waisted money for larger room at such shit location? totally inadequate for CEO > need REFUND!
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The One Cloud Frankfurt. The staff at Reception were friendly and helpful and made my time at the hotel very special. My room was extremely comfortable with everything I needed. The breakfast was just right with a good variety of choices. I will recommend it to my Travel Agent as one of the best hotels I have stayed at that is so good and so convenient.
very nice stay, friendly staff, nice restaurant breakfast area. district has a super connection in infrastructure although feels unsafe. scary people lingering around the hotel, tough to escape.
Poor room - poor towel service - breakfast not so good - high rates
Generally I don't issue negative ratings. The service is essentially good for a business traveller, however, for the price paid, there are different consideration to be done. The room and the bathroom dimensions are inadequate. The bottle of water is a gentle concession only to BeOne members. Breakfast sit on sofas is uncomfortable. I've been other times to this Hotel, but this time I was honestly unhappy.
Housekeeping did an excellent job! Sheets and towels were always replenished. Room was small and did not provide enough space to unpack, or set things on. Bathroom had a foul odor.

HI, hotel with so minimal stuff in the room: no complementary water, one one cover for a double bed, no body cream. No coffee machine in room nor tea...Also I haven't received the invoice yet, 24h after...Unstable wifi in the room I had to use the 5G

I like it, so I stay there often, but it is still frustrating at 0800 hrs in the morning when you just get out of the shower and the door opens with someone already wanting to clean the room. The new cancellation policy is not very business friendly. The shower is not set up very well, because you end up flooding the bathroom.
Super convenient since it's right across the train station. I wished there was a ramp in the main entrance so people wouldn't have to drag their heavy luggage across the steps. There must be a ramp available somewhere, but it's not in the main entrance.
We are regular MotelOne customers - as always the staff was just brilliant - very helpful very friendly one could not ask for more.
The mattress and cushions are not very comfortable,...
When travelling for business to Frankfurt, Motel One Messe Hotel is my go-to hotel. It offers great value for money. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Whether at the reception, bar or breakfast, everyone works with great spirit. Special appreciation to Nicola, who always gives you a warm welcome when you arrive for breakfast. Good way to start the day!
all good but wrong invoice with a breakfast I never had on it wrongly .. let you know already in an email and at the reception, so hope the changed invoice will arrive soon
Dear Motel One Team, overall I am pleased to have the choice of two more hotels of the Motel One Group in a central location in Frankfurt. My review is not as good as it could have been, because the refurbishing process from formerly Flemings to now Motel One came with the downside that my last two stays were under the impression of a very strong scent of paint in the room. Another aspect I'd like to mention is that the Flemings had an excellent breakfast at very good value for money. Motel One used to have outstanding value for money in that regard as well, but that's not longer the case.
This time only ok as none of my 3request have been taken under consideration- even got the opposite

My stay was great. The room was very quiet and the bed was perfectly comfortable. Easily my best stay in FFM so far. The check-in/out process was very quick and professional. The only caveat was that there was no simple way to contact reception or other services from the room. I would have preferred if the TV had a contact function. There was a service to receive messages on the TV, but i found none to send messages. This would have been great. Also the bathroom did not have any extra hygiene items, it would be okay if you could at least request these easily (e.g. via the tv).
Staff great, helpful and polite. Reception and lounge warm and great place to be. Room a little lacking space to put cases. Air con not working which affected the stay.
I would like to give a special mention to the Breakfast Manager (the Italian Guy). He is very friendly, had a smile on his face every day and made every guest feel special
Dobré ubytování a skvělý personál. Skvěle umístění, blízko restaurací a obchodního centra. Z letiště cca 15 minut. Vybavení pokoje bylo fajn, dobrá postel a hodně odkládacího místa a věšáků (to není tak časté). Ocenila bych na pokoji varnou konvici a lžíci na obuv, ale to je moje specialita :) Chválím možnost jednoduše odmítnout úklid. Snídaně dostačující, chyběly nám trošku teplé věci (párky,,,)
