Great services. The personnel of the Hotel is of very high standards.

Very good location. Comfortable. Helpful bag storage.
Everything was terrible. You have to learn the people working on front office how to smile. In 4 days I never saw anyone smiling. The check in was terrible, nothing was explained well. The rooms are way too small, you can’t open the window because the construction works in front are terrible and you can’t hear anything from the noise. The breakfast is so poor, the elevators were not working 1 night but the biggest problem of the hotel are people, you just don’t feel welcomed.
I have not yet received the invoice I requested, as the stay was for business purposes and I need to submit the invoice to my employer. Following the stay, I completed a form on your website to request this invoice and I have still not heard from you.
Very clean and comfortable. The staff was terrific (good luck with your table tennis competitions). Our dinner and breakfast were phenomenal!!!! Thank you.
Room was great, v well laid out and used the space well. Very clean, new and comfortable. The only thing that we didn't like is that air con didn't work/was not switched on. Room felt stuffy after a hot day.
The hotel location is perfect, just a few minutes from downtown. The hotel is nice, warm, clean, and comfortable. The hotel staff are very professional and always available to help at any time. The food is excellent, including gluten-free options.
Frankfurt was our first stop after flying over from the U.S. Motel One Frankfurt-Römer was the perfect location. Plenty of sites within walking distance to stretch our legs after the flight, as well as restaurants and convenience shopping nearby. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Parking was convenient. Our room was almost perfect. It took us some time to adjust to the smoking culture. Unfortunately, we couldn’t have our windows open as neighbors were using the balcony for smoking. Just bad luck.
great location, close to shopping areas. parking was a challenge on the weekend. breakfast had vegan options, unfortunately on monday they had no fruit salad and the coffee machine for planted milk was not working. but overall happy with our stay.

Good value for money!
Our stay was great. They let us check in earlier. They gave us a "smaller" room than what was planned, but the room they gave us was perfect and exactly what we expected. They were very helpful in every aspect. The location is amazing.
Great place, well situated
I would really like to have a warm buffet with e.g. scrambled eggs, sausages, mushrooms etc. for breakfast as well. The breakfast room always seems to be quite crowded, which makes it hard to find a quiet place to really enjoy my breakfast. Water pressure in the shower could be better.
During my last stay the AC was turned off. I was working from my room and sun kept shining, heating up the window and room

If a request is placed with the booking it would be good to acknowledge it, even if it cannot be fulfilled. Late night food in the bar noticeably less good than other visits (despite being the same menu).

Generally I don't issue negative ratings. The service is essentially good for a business traveller, however, for the price paid, there are different consideration to be done. The room and the bathroom dimensions are inadequate. The bottle of water is a gentle concession only to BeOne members. Breakfast sit on sofas is uncomfortable. I've been other times to this Hotel, but this time I was honestly unhappy.
Housekeeping did an excellent job! Sheets and towels were always replenished. Room was small and did not provide enough space to unpack, or set things on. Bathroom had a foul odor.

My stay was great. The room was very quiet and the bed was perfectly comfortable. Easily my best stay in FFM so far. The check-in/out process was very quick and professional. The only caveat was that there was no simple way to contact reception or other services from the room. I would have preferred if the TV had a contact function. There was a service to receive messages on the TV, but i found none to send messages. This would have been great. Also the bathroom did not have any extra hygiene items, it would be okay if you could at least request these easily (e.g. via the tv).
Staff great, helpful and polite. Reception and lounge warm and great place to be. Room a little lacking space to put cases. Air con not working which affected the stay.

I had a great stay at Motel One Römer. The Staff is incredibly friendly, the breakfast buffet is excellent and full of fresh and organic produce. The room was quiet and clean, with crisp linen. It also is in a very convenient location, with the main attractions a short 5-20 minutes walk away, as are several subway and bus stations. I would definitely always stay here again.

While our overall experience was great, I was disappointed by the service at the reception. We understand that a new system was being implemented; however, two of the female staff members were quite unfriendly and arrogant. This was our first time experiencing this at your hotel, and we hope this will change again in the future. On a positive note, the staff at breakfast and in the bar were extremely friendly and provided excellent service.
I have stayed in Motel One hotels in several cities across Europe. I am really satisfied, and this is why I choose Motel One when available. I wish you would consider a loyalty program for regular clients. This is a big disadvantage compared to other hotels, whose loyalty programs offer, sometimes a lot, to their clients.
Great hotel with helpful staff and a good breakfast. The lobby and bar area is quite comfortable and relaxing. A good location.
Nice room, good location. The bar staff were friendly until we complained that drinks had not arrived then they were a little short with us.

Building works next door was very noisy, starting at 7am, no real value for money for breakfast - selection has gotten a lot smaller Until building work next door is completed will probably not be able to stay there
Front desk staff are very rude, especially to Asian guests. They refuse to help, and make mistake on my bill. Even so, they tried to argue and blamed that it was the mistake of the guest.
The rooms are efficient, incredibly clean and new. Great hotel, highltvreccomend.

Very good price/quality as everyone knows. I know it’s not a 5 star hotel but still, I’d like to have at least 1 glass or cup in the room instead of having to “steal” one from the restaurant..🙂
Overall, a good experience. Our only complaint was the room size - very cramped for two people. Breakfast was good, and hotel is well-located.
First time guest and had an excellent experience, gave us a top floor corner room, good breakfast abd parking. Fast check-in and out. Very central location in Frankfurt. Would definitely stay again.
The hotel is centrally located, easy to access on public transport, rooms were clean and tidy.
Great concept & good value for money. My only comment related to the stiffness of the mattress. Everything else was fine.

I was completely taken aback to find handcuffs under the mattress; I have no idea why they were there. Furthermore, the room next door had an alarm clock that went off every morning from 6 AM to 7 AM. The walls were incredibly thin, so it sounded like the alarm was going off right next to me, making it difficult to sleep.
Great location, receptionist’s looked after my room allocation request, lounge offers. price at the Römer location. Not the case for Freiburg. 176 Euro! Booked a different hotel.
Small room compared to USA standards, but not for Europe. It was clean and comfortable. No sheet to sleep under, just comforter and fitted mattress sheet. No wash cloths in the room. There were two towels and hand towels. Only one chair. Floor inside the shower was a little slippery, so caution when stepping out. Coffee/Tea bar at entrance and just outside of restaurant, but no signage stating it was not free.

Hotel Frankfurt-Römer
Našemu hotelu ve Frankfurtu nad Mohanem bychom klidně mohli přezdívat „Mainhattan Central“. Protože blíže centru než v hotelu Motel One Frankfurt-Römer už vlastně bydlet nemůžete. Hned za rohem najdete nejen Staré Město (Altstadt) se středověkou radnicí zvanou „Römer“. Designový hotel se nachází také v bezprostřední blízkosti frankfurtského kostela sv. Pavla, Císařského dómu a Muzea moderního umění MMK. V docházkové vzdálenosti stojí Goethův dům, v němž se tento německý básník roku 1749 narodil. Milovníci kultury a historie tu tedy mají z čeho vybírat. Postaráno je však i o fanoušky módy či dobrého jídla: přímo před naším cenově výhodným hotelem ve Frankfurtu se rozkládá centrum města s kavárnami, restauracemi a nákupními centry. Rozsáhlé prohlídce města tedy nestojí nic v cestě. A pokud byste se na této straně řeky přece jen začali nudit, můžete ze Starého Města pohodlně přejít po „Železném mostě" přes řeku Mohan do oblíbené Čtvrti mostů.
A což takhle zase jednou sáhnout po knížce? Koneckonců se tu nacházíte v jednom z prvních center knihtisku a obchodu s knihami – a samozřejmě také v místě konání každoročního mezinárodního knižního veletrhu. Není tedy divu, že se i designový koncept našeho budgetového hotelu ve Frankfurtu točí kolem knihy. Počínaje lampami v podobě listů papíru na recepci až po postříbřená dekorativní písmena ve snídaňových prostorách je interiér inspirován průmyslovým výrobním procesem a okouzlující atmosférou knihoven. Pokud si teď ovšem někdo představí zaprášené svazky knih a ponuré čtecí koutky, je na omylu: třešničkou na dortu v hotelu Motel One Frankfurt-Römer je moderní design nábytku a vesele barevné výtvory ze štětce umělce Hendrika Zimmera, který se speciálně kvůli nám zaměřil na téma „čtení“.
